digi coverage
the place where i am living, the way from hutam melintang to sabak.bernam (unitata berhad), i can't get 4G service, not even a stable 3G.it feels like there is no strong coverage here. I CAN'T play youtube, i CAN'T play any games without lagging. i CAN'T even call someone even have to walk AROUND my house to find a stable reception.please fix this. digi is great. just please cover 100 percent of Malaysia.
4g so slow like 2g
I use digi for about 4 years.
For about last two years I'm having problem with the Internet connection.
Your Internet which is so called 4g and something... Is like rubbish.
When I play game or watching YouTube the 4g signal immediately turns into 3g.
How stupid is it.

Umobile Is better than yours.
It can even support more.
Your problem really the most stupid.
every digi user I read some of their comment on the digi website are also facing the same problem.

plan with devices
Hello Digi, im your regular customer and i just got change my plan from rm148 plan with devices to rm190 plan with devices and i contract plan with p30 huawei phone... Badly i had see some news online, paper and link about Huawei company have an issue with U.S...and so worst the US company just cancelled all application about google, related aps with google upgrading system huawei have been stop..the i get 200gb a month..it waste right..i cant see youtube, searching on google, installation, email ..How about your opinion on this issue. If yoi just lower gb and price of the plan..so the customer get the suitable plan..if not. im just waste the 200gb without the all apps that i wanted use..Or digi have a plan to settle this issue..

bad coverage dan internet
I am currently now in Kota Tampan area, Lenggong.
For these recent 4 years, I have experienced bad Digi coverage in my living area in Kampung Kota Tampan with internet signal showing E sign.
Only certain parts of Kota Tampan has 3G line.
I could not have stable connection all the time.
For your concern, there is Internet coverage available in Lenggong town.
So, I get very disappointed with the service provided all these while.
Useless upgrade me to unlimited data, cant use anymore at here .
I hope you could look into this matter and take measure as soon as possible.

Please come and make a check about coverage at my area because it very bad. I cannot streaming video or play a game because only get h+ at 2 bar or below. Also cannot communicate with video call or something like that. Not only me. Because all my family cannot get the best coverage. I hope digi helpline can sent supported or mantainance to test coverage at my area to get best experience to digi.
digi additional charger for data roaming

I have purchase my data roaming to korea on 14-16/4/2019 with the price RM25 for 3 days.
I got my bill recently and found out that there is a charges of international data roaming of RM147! Can i know why? I make sure i off my data roaming when i arrive in Malaysia on 17/4/2019.
I nees your assistant immediately. Been with digi for more than 10 years going out overseas for more than 5-6 times never ever happen to me.

internet package
I used to subscribe to monthly package that provide 5gb of internet and free social media with just rm30. And suddenly digi removed the monthly package and only provide with bigbonus 30 package that provide 5gb of internet but with free 1gb of internet from 1pm until 7pm. It is obviously not enough for me especially I am a person that love to use social media a lot and 1pm until 7pm is the time where i'm busy and I didn't even play with my phone. I also don't want to take another package that are more expensive than that since I am only a student. I really like the monthly package with free social media and I hope digi will bring the monthly package back.

business internet broadband not received
On the 11th of march, I contacted chan chee loong about buying a business broadband plan for a production company that I am working in. As my employers agreed to take the plan, I follow through with the process of payment and wait for the deliveries of the sim card and broadband.
By the 18th of march, I made a rm 300 payment of the plan, and mr. Chan has said that it would take 3 working days for the broadband and sim card to arrive. While the sim card arrived as scheduled, the broadband has taken more than 18 days for it to arrive.
Due to this delay, I have been contact mr. Chan back and forth about the non-arrival of the broadband. Most answers I got, is to wait endlessly day by day for it to arrive; only to find out recently the company that suppose to deliver (ingram) has messed up the schedule delivery. This results has only worsen the waiting time, and was told by mr. Chan to wait again for the next official delivery. While he has said that he is trying his best to solve the situation, but there is no certainty on when the broadband will arrive even today as I make this complaint. Even if I was to cancel, I was told there would be penalty on my side but that seems to be a bit unfair considering that all of these problem stems from digi/ingram side.
I hope the customer service would rectify this problem immediately. It is either I get the broadband as soon as possible or a full refund and a cancellation on the plan!

I call Digi cust service on 03/04/2019, spoke with miss elaina enq on port in to Digi. She claims i can walk in to any digi store (center or any dealer). On 04/04/19 i walk in to dealer Digi at The store sungai buloh around 4.30pm, but staff at there claims i need walk in to center SS2 only and cannot proceed at here. Then i call back digi cust service to ask, and agent Rina claims, at dealer the store can proceed to change, and can change to prepaid immediately.
Once again, i walk in back, inform that i already call center, and claims can proceed at here. Immediate he ask my ic to proceed with change to Digi. He also inform i need use postpaid plans for 1 months before change to prepaid. What?
I already call center for two times, and they claims i can proceed change to prepaid digi immediately, without use postpaid first.
Swear to god, digi provider really dissapointed me ! And the service really @$#$

I was entertained by a young guy. I asked about the phone plan but he just showing the plan without any further details and showing his attitudes towards me like i'm not invited. He is not supposed to entertain his client like that and need to explain the package with details not just showing the plan only. At that time, only 2 clients inside the store, it's not busy time because I went there at 8.45pm.The store will close at 10p.m., so there is ample time to entertain the client.Hope you will have a look on this matter and remind your staff to be polite and entertain their client well. Treat your client politely no matter who they are. Thank you for your concern.

For a few months digi got a no service and I cant make a call ([protected]). Especially when I at home, really this your service? I dont wanna pay that service that I cannot used. I also screenshot that line at my home. And if you customer service think my home at rural area you're mistaken because behind my house is a palace of sultan terengganu. I really dissapointed with this kind of service.

serious trouble in switching digi prepaid number to celcom postpaid.
I am having difficulty in switching my SIM number ([protected]) into celcom. Although several times the application was made online but was rejected by the digi with various unreasonable reasons. For example the reason for the contract (eventhough there is no contract for prepaid), the name is incomplete (Hello, you have my record) and i'm not answer their sms (i have answer Y the sms for several times). I have several times call to the operator digi, and the answers given are supposed to be no problem. Now I do not believe in the operator's promises again. I feel myself fooled. The last time I called digi i have expressed my anger just like I wanted to go to burn Digi's office. Hopefully Digi will take this issue seriously and resolve my application immediately without any further reasons.

On 2nd Dec 2018, the owner of [protected] registered the phone number at Sunway Pyramid Digi service centre. The said owner was served by a very rude staff at the Sunway Pyramid Digi service centre! Digi staff has attitude problem. Owner is very unhappy and unsatisfied with the staff's attitude problem!
Customer service at the Sunway Pyramid service centre outlet is very bad. Digi should upgrade it's service to serve customers better. Please coach or train your staff properly. We, customers are paying Digi for our monthly bills. As such, we expect Digi's service centre staff/customer service to be helpful, serve us in a polite manner, do not show your bad attitude towards customers!
Please resolve this issue.
bad coverage for digi postpaid
The coverage for the internet is totally bad! Whenever at Jalan Tun Razak area, or desa petaling area or even damansara area. I feel that the services provided is not worth the price we paid to Digi. No matter how we complaint to Digi, I feel that the complaint is not taken care by them. Please solve the problem as soon as possible. Ps: I can't play my mobile game!

Yesterday (29/01/2019) I signed up a new phone plan (Digi 365) with monthly payment of RM120 and RM220 for phone.
I collected the phone around 11am. Few hours later I realised there is an issue with the back lens (black dot on left side of the picture)
I walk in back to the same centre around 4pm and they refused to exchange a unit.
This is very upsetting as it's a brand new phone, but I'm not allowed to exchange for a unit.
bad service from staff and ask customer to settle issue by herself
I am a > 10 years digi user (prepaid), but the SIM that I am using was registered under a Malay name. I asked for help by changing the name to mine because I understood that prepaid number is recycled once the number is terminated from the ex user. However, the staff told me that the ex user registered with IC, so she can't help but keep asking me to change to postpaid otherwise she will not entertain me, even stop me from talking and telling what am I facing. Even when I stood in front of another staff, she keeps laughing with the collegue and ignore me until I said Hi miss, and she told me to take number before talk to her (I don't know thw rule there since I was there for the first time.)
website always down; cannot pay bill online using digi website
I'm a customer to DIGI more than 17 years and always facing problems pay the bill online using their website. Numerous times the same scenarios happen and it's ongoing time to time after report to DIGI. Do I report to DIGI each time when the website is down? Although there are many ways to pay the bill, I prefer to pay using DIGI website which is convenient for me. This is not an ordinary web page, it is a big telecommunication web page that always down. DIGI always furtrating their loyal customer such like me. For an example, Celcom offers free phones for their loyal customers. What DIGI did for their loyal customer? My line and my wife line using DIGI and I'm still using a 3G phone which causes my phone internet slow. Send a lot of email (help@digi.com. my) to DIGI and they did not offer any free phone until now.
Together with my wife, every month average I pay RM 180.00 to DIGI for my telco bill.
RM 180.00 is very big money for us and very disappointed that with my current DIGI telco plan, DIGI decline to offer me a free phone to me and my wife.
