Domino's Pizza employee(s)

I ordered a pizza and went to pick it up. When I arrived an employee was making a pizza. The phone rang and the same employee making pizza answered the phone. Then instead of washing hands the employee started back making pizzas. I hope new management and employees are at the new location being built. I will not go back unless there's a change. Employees and manager need to be neat and cleaner appearance. 1st impressions go along way.

Domino's Pizza delivery

I am very disappointed in the service I have received from dominos today! I want a total refund. I ordered a pizza that was suppose to be delivered to my work place, specific instructions to leave at the security office. I am hearing impaired so therefore I did not hear my name when the pizza arrived. When called and asked dominos about why it wasn't there, the guy that delivered the pizza himself told me he left it at the security office. They did not leave it at the office, they left it on the ground outside the office! To say this is unprofessional is an understatement! I don't want to eat pizza off the ground, I'm pretty sure you wouldn't either. This complaint sounds like someone is wanting free food . This lady sounds like she is one of those type that goes around filing complaints just to get a pity party for free food, and items .

Domino's Pizza cold food and poor management

My order never came to my address and driver indicated he came but never did then he finally gets to my house with cold food he barely speaks english properly and when i called 2 times to the location manager was very rude i told her i was going to make a complaint and i need her name she instantly hung up. That was very unprofessional in her part as a manager. I worked in dominoes before and the whole management in that location (3961) 1003 bergen st newark nj 07112 was very unprofessional i spoke to three different people 2 woman and one man. The driver was also very rude and nasty. I will never again order from dominoes they are very rude and nasty.

Domino's Pizza wrong pizza delivery

Today, I placed an order medium veg farmhouse pizza Rs.385+65(extra cheez) order no 175 through mobile app with extra cheez but the order get delivered with no cheez.
Also, I called to dominos store @vasant kunj new delhi regarding the same but they refused to accept the mistake.

Now, I need refund against this order.

Domino's Pizza failure to take me off hold

I called dominos to order about 10 large pizzas for a party and I sat here on hold for 30 minutes and I had to hang up and try again and the same thing happened again. I guess you guys are consistent. By the way you just lost around 200 dollars cash because I tip well. I am very disappointed with your service and now I am about to stop eating at dominos for my parties and banquets and go to donatos they have much better service than anyone in the pizza delivery world

Complaint: Worse management and customer service ever. Weekly customer never returning after this experience. Local manager does not value her customers. I have made a lot of purchases in my time at dominoes and have always made recommendation regarding your product at Dominoes. No longer will i buy your product because of one of local managers at spring creek, Plano TX.
I made an online purchase and used my reward points for a free pizza. Also added to other coupons. After I placed the order I noticed that the coupons did not take effect on my purchase. I called the manager and she could not honor the coupons and made up excuses of why they didn't work. One was that it was an online offer. The other was because of an added sauce for the Parmesan bites. By this point I felt cheated and I cancelled my order. The manager then hung up on me without any notice. I called back regarding the refund of my rewards points and I have never been spoken to the way Lexi the manager did to me. Very unprofessional, did not care about me, did not care about the company. Answered my questions by playing stupid and was mocking me with stupid answers. She did not address my concerns. Did not listen to what I was saying. I asked for my points back and she stated that I would have to buy more pizza in order to accrue my points back. I asked if she would honor my points at the store, she would not. She wanted to charge me $11 for a med cheese hand toss pizza.
At this point i asked for her name and said her name was Lexi. And i informed her of me calling corporate and she didn't even seem to care about that. I said good bye and then hung up.

Redeeming a free pizza using your points is for pickup orders only. If your big rear end wasn't stuck to your bedroom bed in-front of your dresser television with the cheesy glue of last week's pizza, you'd be able to wobble down to street to Domino's and claim your free pizza in person. I'm terribly sorry for your potential children that must endure such a monstrous example of a parent that grazes on pizza on a weekly basis.

Domino's Pizza customer service complaint.

I'd like to make a complaint regarding the Dominos Pizza location in Bristol, RI on Goodimg Avenue. I'm a frequent customer for this location and usually order pizza for a family of 6 once a week. I'm the last month I've been treated terribly by the people who work at this location. Not only myself but several people in town have had similar expierences. One night I attempted to call in a order before leaving a family members house in the next town. I waited for 20 mins on hold for someone to answer so I could place my order before leaving where I was. I had hung up and tried to call again. A man answered and rushed me off the phone before I had the chance to explain I've already been waiting for several minutes and he put me on hold. So I decided to take the ride to Dominos while still on hold. I pulled up to the location and parked my car directly in front of the Dominos and was still on hold for about 13 mins. I sat there for a few minutes to see what was so important more then answering customers calls. What I saw made me beyond angry. There were several employees standing around and goofing around. A few people sitting down using there cell phones and laughing. I walked into the store with my cell phone still on hold with them. It took someone 3 mins to even notice I was standing at the register. I asked them when they were going to pick up the phone for customers on hold? The women laughed at me and said what are you talking about? As I was explaining another employee answered my on hold phone call and I began to laugh at them. I asked for a manger and the women who laughed in my face told me she was the manager. I had told her this wasn't acceptable and demanded answers. She kept telling me she didn't know why any of this had happened. ( I think we know the answer here). I then had asked for a higher authority or some sort of corporate phone number. I was told that they weren't allowed to disclose that information. I ended up leaving and ordering pizza elsewhere. I couldn't believe that something like this would happen inside a business. A few weeks went by and my boyfriend had ordered Dominos to the house (same place) this is how the conversation went.

Dominos: ugh ok what do you want?
My bf: do you guys have any specials
Dominos: omg ugh not right now
My bf: uhm ok well I guess I will just have a pasta primavera bread bowl a 20oz soda.

Dominos: omg seriously? Ugh
My bf: I'll just get the cheese ones forget it.
Dominos: where's it going?
My bf: gives address and asks how long it will be

When the food was delivered in 30 mins or so I complained to the delivery driver. He was nice and had no idea what was goIng on.

Domino's Pizza domino's location closing down before normal business hours

Went to dominoes location at 12:50 am to order a pizza and a sandwich and they were closing down the kitchen early when they are supposed to open until 1 am. Drove 15 minutes in the pouring rain to get here and they said I couldn't order anything because "they were closed". I am really frustrated and disappointed that the staff would tell me to leave just because they wanted to pack up and leave as soon as it hit 1 am. Completely unprofessional and I am really disappointed with the customer service I received. This is not ok. I tried calling earlier to place an order and they even told me over the phone that they were closed so I showed up to order in person and a staff member was sitting down and doing nothing and he told me that they were closed.
Please make this right and correct the staff members on customer service...

Domino's Pizza service

I tried to order food before they closed 10 minutes before they closed and they would not take my order. I showed up to the dominos on harbor in Costa Mesa, California.with still 5 minutes left and they said they were closed. With the open sign still on. And as I al sending in this complaint. The sign is still on. I'm upset because I always order from this location. I love dominos but that is poor costumers service.

Domino's Pizza order not delivered

My order was not received from Domino's and when I called them after one hour the store said we will deliver it tomorrow we don't have rider and it is closing time. Oder reference: 5U2ELO. I have paid online and need my money back and very disappointed by domino's I want you to take actions against them and I will share this experience on social media and go to any extent to make sure the responsible person is punished.

id like to submit a complaint here to Dominos Pizza Batu Pahat. ive placed my order, i ordered a personal pizza, 1lasagna chic, 1spag chic, cwing haseyo and 1 botle twor orange 1.5L. but ive to cancel the personal pizza instead i dont have enough cash, but when i call centre, they say i cant cancel bcause my order has been proceed. so arrogant, very arrogant intonation. it doesnt make sense if i cant cancel it. u can just get rid of it..lol

Domino's Pizza pizza

I ordered a thin crust pizza last night na sandwich, did not have nothing hardly on it I was appalled. The pizza was so thin and you can almost see thru it and the toppings was so sparis its like where did they go. I have ate at dominoes for years in Houston Texas but not in Livingston and I will not be back at Livingston unless they change their ways and their management. I called up there and the manager was so rude to me she just not care about her establishment

Domino's Pizza food

First of all I want to say I am very disappointed on how the "manager" treated me. I want my money back! I ordered 3 pizzas and a 2liter coke soda. I ordered at 6:40pm give or take on the time at 7:44 the app said "the driver left with the food to deliver" at 8:22pm I called to find out what is taking so long since I am not even 5 minutes away from the pizza shop. I was told the "driver takes a lot of orders to deliver at the same time and that is why he is late". I told the lady that "I will not pay full price for cold pizza" to let the driver know. That's all I said I never yelled at her or said anything to threaten her. I was frustrated waiting to feed my kids and I was not trying to feed them cold pizza so that's why I said I wasn't going to pay for cold pizza to make it clear to her and whoever was listening on the call that it's taking way to long for my order to arrive. The pizza arrived at 8:40 exactly 2 hours after I put my order in. TWO HOURS! I noticed I didn't get the soda I ordered instead I got a diet soda. So I called and asked if the driver could return because I had the wrong soda and the "manager" said "NO that's all we have and you called earlier being rude so no we will not change your soda" I told him I didn't ask for diet soda and if that's all they had they should of called me to let me know not just give me whatever they want. Like if he was buying me and my kids food. This is unbelievable!
Last time I checked I paid for my food and I am the customer so with that being said I need my money back! I don't care that it's only 2.99 for the soda the fact that he sent me a diet soda on purpose is what I will not let him get away with. I will no longer order dominos and I will delete the app from my phone. My son loves dominos pizza but I refuse to be talked to or treated like I'm a child. My money is my money so I want my $2.99 ASAP!

I ordered from 1514 Bluehill ave Mattapan MA 02126. Two hours for delivery is unacceptable!

Order left store at 4:53pm. I called to the restaurant at 5:30 pm and was told the driver had went to the wrong room an brought the order back. They would have to remake it. 45 min went by called back. One of the drivers stated she had 8 orders to deliver first then she would come back and pick up my order. Showed up at 7pm missing a pizza. I had to call back again. I was told it would be awhile becouse they only had one driver. I stated I wanted my pizza and I want it hot. And also that I was going to call corporate. Called back for the forth time at 8:05 pm and was told "oh I didn't make it becouse you said you was going to call corporate." I stated that I told her I did want my pizza, I paid for it and I was still going to contact corporate. The employee said it was going to be 3 hrs before I get my order. My pizza finally arrived at 10:45pm. Delivery driver did not apologize or anything. Pizza was cold, and they didn't even bother to slice it. Im just fed up. This is ridiculous. I will never order or recommend this restaurant to anyone! No one apologize for the inconvenience, just attitude rudeness and the phone being hung up on me. I've left complaints and even called corporate monday morning. It is now thur and no one's gotten back to me. I want my money back. I ordered my food at 4:13pm, did not get my whole order until 10:45pm Thats ridiculous and no excuse!

Domino's Pizza pizza

I ordered for a large pizza online. They brought me medium. I told them to take the medium back and bring me large cause I didn't order for medium . They told me I will have to pay for the large and won't get a refund of the medium. Pizza. All I wanted them to do is to give me large pizza and take back the medium cause that what I ordered but they refused.

Domino's Pizza food hygiene

Ordered a pizza for collection on Friday night, whole ordering process was fine.
Collected and went back to our hotel..
My 9yr old and I were staying at chessington hotel and set to go to a preopening day at the park the next day and excited about going on some rides and having fun and it was specially asked that domino's is to be for dinner, no poncy restaurant.

Well this domino's store had ruined that for us both because your pizza made us ill. Within 40 mins of eating we were both feeling abit off.. Few hours later we were throwing up chunks of the [censor] you gave us!
Fast forward to today, we're only just getting over this.

Not only did you ruin what was supposed to be a special night at the hotel but also the day at the park because we had no energy to do much of anything and ended up leaving early!

So many other domino's stores reasonably close by so best advice is to avoid this store like the plague because these [censor] have sense of food hygiene.

Domino's Pizza payment not refunded for failed pizza delivery

I ordered 2 pizza's online on 03/12/2018. The store location that accepted the order is located at 1905 Bridgeport Way Unit 108, University Place, WA [protected]. The store manager called and stated the driver could not find the address and that same driver called my personal number 4 times and no one answered, however she called it once and I answered it.
To give you a summary of my experience with that location. I have ordered several different pizza's using coupons from that location and I have never had a problem.
The store manager didn't know how my money would be refunded and couldn't understand how I could order a pizza and not list my apartment number. She failed to check my history with that location and didn't feel that her driver or her computer was at fault.
The manager was not very helpful with a resolution to the problem and I heard another employee in the background making snide remarks.
The staff is not very professional.
In short this location has lost a customer for good.

Domino's Pizza pick up

Waited over 35min for my pizza, 45 min later they ask me for my name i tell them Jackie and my 3 pizzas and order of buffalo wings were set to the side, they told me that since they guybdidnt ask me for my nane they had to call me back and ask me for it. My pizzas were then put to the side and forgotten sbout. so i waited over an hour for my food. I was not happy, then manager tells me if i would like a complmentary drink. Im very upset about this. This is not the firet time or seco d time Dominis messes up my order.

Domino's Pizza delivery

Yesterday I ordered from the three for 5.99 each coupon section. My purchase was completed around 12:20. Being aware of the store closing at 2 I anticipated a long waiting period but instead my order never came. After waiting an hour The tracking bar was still lit up and said it was being prepared. At one point it went blank and kept saying no order was found with the number connected to the order. I called and was sent straight to the machine. By this point it's 2 and I'm aware the store was closed. My problem was never being notified about my order being canceled the long wait and still being charged. $25 for nothing and nothing was communicated to me.

Domino's Pizza service.

I ordered from the manor, tx location. I always order carryout but hardly order delivery. So today i ordered delivery, and for some reason, when i typed my address, it didnt save my lot number. I didnt realize this until i saw the order status said "delivered" and i hadnt received anything. When i call, the guy was super rude about it and said he would be here 15min. He gets here and i open the door. And he says NOTHING just hands me the receipt to sign. Then before he walks away he says "we tried calling you". And mind you, ive had this dominos acciunt for a while so the number was my husbands cell, and well, he wasnt home at the time. Overall, just a bad experience. Rude employee. Rude customer service. Just rude. Sorry but i will not be ordering dominos anytime soon. Especially not this location .

I'd be upset too if I had to go back out and re-deliver to a customer who was too stupid to put down their complete address or double check their order to make sure all the information was correct.
