I called dominos pizza at 5:45pm and told them to have my order ready at 7pm. I went to pick it up at 7 and they told me it was going to be another 10 more minutes. The 10 minutes pass and nothing. Then the gril told me that just 5 more minutes more. I left dominos at 7:30. I had to wait for 30 more minutes for my pizza. They didn't even apologize.

So I called Dominoes on Feb 18th. We had just moved into the neighborhood,
so we thought we would try Dominoes. I called at 6.20 pm and waited 9 min only to be hung up on. I called back at 6.30 and phone was answered can I put you on hold for a minute. Well 11 minutes and no one picked up phone. So I tried back again and phone rings and someone picks it up and then hangs up. Ok so now I am pissed. Finally I get a real person and when I Ask about delivery he said it would be 2 hours. Then he said I should pick it up because they were short on delivery drivers. well by now it was 7.00 pm. I said ok so I ordered 2 medium for 5.99 each with 2 toppings. 1st pizza for my daughter black olive and extra cheese. 2nd pizza mushroom and black olive. Then I ordered 1 more with salami and green olives. The employee went over my order everything was correct. so I drove to the store, first thing I noticed was there was 4 delivery vehicles in the parking lot. When I walked in I looked and there was 7 employees working. 1 guy was standing over ingrediants and eating a apple . the other guy making the dough was sweating and his apron looked like he had it on for a month. Now bear in mind this is the welcoming committee. Now the guy making pizza had no gloves on, and was wiping his hands on his pants then reaching into the ingrediants again. No washing hands before making next pizza. Now I ask for my order and this guy gets it and I pay and leave. By now its close to 8.00 pm and we are hungray. I open the boxes and only 1 is correct. Instead of black olives and extra cheese, my daughter got onions and extra cheese. and my wife ordered mushroom and black olives. only to receive mushroom and sausage. I am pisssssed so I call back and ask for manager. he comes to the phone and I tell him what happened. Ok I will remake them and they should be there in 90 minutes. I said no way. He said well come pick them up. I also asked about parmasean cheese packs. His comment was we haven't had those in over a year. I warn everyone about this store, I will never be back.

I'm a long-time customer in Columbia South Carolina I order my pizza online and paid at approximately 8:18 p.m. when at about 9:30 p.m. I called Domino's to let them know that my pizza was 1 hour late. They then proceeded to tell me that they no longer deliver in my community. I asked her if you no longer deliver here and I paid online with my credit card why didn't someone call and let us know instead of having my kids wait an hour for food that they was never going to get. I think this is unprofessional.

After waiting for and hour and a half I called the store and they said it would be 2.5 hours more! They offered nothing for the inconvenience and said I'd have to wait 3 days for my refund. Had I not called I would never have know. My son has special needs and doesn't react well to sudden changes. This was an unnecessarily bad night due to our local Domino' s poor communication and unacceptable management. I truly cannot believe this has happened for the 2nd time this month.

They refused to take my order as they said they were short handed and had a very large order, 9 pizzas ahead of me. And yet each time I called 4 times, someone different answered the phone and put me on hold. 30 min. later i told them NOT to put me on hold and all I wanted was a pizza. Tacky and rude, the female told me that it would have to wait as they had a VERY large order and no point in taking my information cause it wouldnt get cooked or made until this order was done, however long it takes them and to call back. Told her not to bother and would go somewhere else.

I have been a customer for so many years. What is happening with your food and customer service. I ALWAYS order the same thing, so why now are you making your pizza so nasty. I ask for light jalapeño and my pizza was full of jalapeños we couldn't eat it. At first would just throw it away and say nothing. But my husband said call that's our money and you'll owe us money. When we order they sen stuff we didn't order. I guess we'll just go to Pizza Hut.

Hi, my boyfriend works at the dominos in Elmwood, NB. He gets harassed by his coworkers who make fun of him every shift they are at work with him and the manager hasn't done anything. Her name is Elise and he starts college tomorrow and he already explained to her that he can't close as much as he does now and she said she understood. Today she asked him to close because someone was sick and they cover for him whenever he is sick but my bf said he couldn't because he closes Monday and Tuesday already and he can't be tired for school in the mornings. Then while he was at work the manager was saying some negative things about him while he was standing right next to her. I think this issue should be dealt with because a manger should not be treating an employee like that nor should she be letting coworkers bully other coworkers. Also I've found hair in my food multiple times because nobody wears hair nets which I find unsanitary.

On the 18th of jan 2018 i made an online order and paied an extra $3 to receive it witin a time frame and ended up getting a call from dominos knox city that they wouldbt be able to make the delivery until 45mins later and that they would not be submitting me with the free pizza your meant to gwt if they dont arrive on time, anyway long storey short i was told a refubd could be made and it would be back in my account in 2 to 3 business days. Ive called the store about 10 times asking what is going on with my refubd and was told they had contacted you guys and was reassured 100% the money would be in my account on the 26.01.2018. Once again this never happened i have made contact with the store so many times only to be told to wait as they have customers they need to deal with forgetting that im actually still a customer that is still waiting. They have been nothing but rude and unhelpful . I had to place the same order on the day i made the order that they still happily took my money for but i didnt add the $3 timing thing on it. So for one order ive been charged over $50 instead of $24. Ive asked to be composted for the stuff around and being told false information and have been refused any sort of help. Not only have i called the store so many times but ive also gone down in person 2 times and been told that they would call me within 30mins to tell me whats going on and again been lied to. The customer service is disgusting and its giving dominos a bad name. Not only do i want my refubd, i want some sort of composition for the delay and the false information ive been told and the fact its been me calling flat out when they should be the ones trying to fix this problem.

I whent in to pick up my pizza the last night (January 31st) and was met with a screaming lady seemed like she was throwing a tantrum until an employee told her off ( which i was frankly happy about) and then she whent and locked herself away in the back. I've recently had a two not so great experiences with the Federalsburg Md Dominos. On 11/17/17 I ordered some food with a side of garlic sauce (which we have to pay extra for). On 11/17/17 we did not receive the sauce, had requested them to send us a driver out with the sauce, but felt bad they'd have to drive out again for sauce so they stated they would put it on our next order. We placed an order on 1/13/18, my husband called in at 6:37 pm to remind them of the sauce we didn't receive previously and to make sure it was in our order. Yet again, our sauce was not in order. At 6:56pm my husband called and spoke with "Kevin" (if that was his real name) who stated they'd send it back out. I am a sauce person, I rarely eat anything without sauces, so I had to wait to eat my food. The sauce did not show up to our house until 7:32pm; my home is 7.1 miles from the store exactly and it took 36 minutes since our call to get the sauce. Not only is it ridiculous we had to call to remind them since they forgot the last time, but to forget again, have rude customer service and take 36 minutes to correct the order is absurd. I understand it is just a sauce, but it is a sauce I have paid for previously and forgotten twice, we as a customer should not have to remind your company. We have used Domino's over the years over every other local pizzeria, but I no longer believe we will use your company as not only do I believe my order will be wrong and incomplete but I do not trust your staff won't do anything to our food. Thank you.
pizza with ingredients that I didn't order
I ordered a small thin crust pizza @ 5:03, it was delivered about 5:47pm. Unfortunately after eating most of it an down to the last piece, I found a pubic hair in it. I was very disgusted and was in the bathroom throwing up and so sick at my stomach that I was dry heaving.
****This has changed my life, I will never eat another pizza from dominos or anyone else. I will never eat fast food again, or eat out. *****If I don't make it from last night 01/28/18, I will just not eat.
I am so disgusted and beside myself for this.
When I called the store, the manager told me " there was no way it could be a pubic hair."
I explained that I am sure it is and know the difference and will, be lodging a complaint against dominos. I asked for his DM's number and information, he said I would have to file a complaint online and it would be directed to his DM at that time.
Then this young man called me back and told me that Domino's policy is that they have to have the hair and anything else with that and send it to their lab.
I explained that he was no getting this from me. If I gave it to anyone it would be an attorney.

Today 1.27.18 I ordered a couple pizza with extra cheese and what I got was a couple hard discs of burned crap that was thinner than the cardboard that the box was made of! I have NEVER had worse pizza, totino's pizza is 1000 times better than this. I called to complain and was told I would be comped for a single pizza, that I would have to come get!

I just ordered from the dominoes on Ralph ave in Brooklyn. I had cancelled my first order because it was wrong and then I re ordered a new one with way more products and cost way more money. I realized that after 30 minutes my tracker stopped working, so I called the establishment. I was greeted with nothing but disrespect and attitude. The man on the phone had cancelled my second order and then disrespected me for asking why. I but from dominoes a lot and this experience has made me never want to order again

I ordered pizza, sandwich and brownies on 1/19/18 @ 6:57 pm, the time for delivery saying 68 to 78 minutes. After over 2 hours I call the store and they said it was just now going into the oven. So I complained and talked to the manager, who said nothing can be done, and I must contact corporate. I'm so disappointed and my kids are so hungry. this is ridiculous. It's now been 2 and a half hours and still no pizza. This needs to be made right. We order about 2 times a week and can't believe this bad service, and the fact that the store can't make it right. I shouldn't be charged for this situation.

unhealthy work environment
hello whomever this may concern. i would like to complain about the dominos store i work in, in Trappe, Pennsylvania. as a driver, Sherouk Hanafy (sunshine) my general manager Talal constantly calls me fat. i complained to him that my dominos jacket was a size medium and his reaponse was "go excersise, haha" and he said it to me multiple times. he has also said "your family said no take the skinny girl and give us the fat one" he is also always talking bad on my coworkers behind their back saying theyre lazy and dont do anything. ive only been working im dominos for 2 months and i never even got an actual training. the assistant manager Ashghan Mohamed is egyptian, so am I, and shes always making fun of my weight as well as mocking me for not being as religious as she is. i feel so harassed working there and they keep cutting my hours. also the driver Said, always takes 3 deliveries at a time and we have been slow lately and its not fair for everyone else and Talal lets him do whatever he wants as he also decides the deliveries for the other drivers which isnt his job. it makes me extremely uncomfortable as a working environment because i feel like they are always talking about me or other coworkers.
i hope i hear back from you on this matter and that action is taken; i dont want to have to go to my lawyer.
I am complaining about my employment as a assistant manager
Well I feel very singled out at my store 5826 and my general manager refuses to work with me on my schedule, when I close he makes sure I'm under staffed or have all new driver who have no idea what to do.
Also he threatens me with being fire sometimes worse he stole my store key and told me if I didn't find it I would get fired and loss my last check to pay for locks, then pulls my store key out of his pocket a week and a half later and told me he's had it the whole time I almost lost my job over this. He also doesn't train any new people he pretends like he does, he threatened a driver that if she dropped one more pizza then he would make ur eat the next one raw. Please help he are being mistreated badly and no one down here will help not the district manager no one. Also let's one of his new managers sexually harass me several time I have all the texts.
bbq bacon chicken
I purchased the bbq bacon chicken bites and I was not happy. It was burnt and didn't have hardly and bbq sauce. The chicken was still frozen in the middle or it was still really cold and there wasn't even 12 pieces like it said. I really like dominos and don't like to complain but this needed to be said. I was extremely disappointed and probably will never try anything new again. I thought this was an easy good choice but they destroyed something that is simple.
mistreatment of employees
I have been working at my store for about a year, I'm a CSR and one of my managers who was hired several months ago has been basically bullying me. Whenever he gets in trouble for something he takes it out on me. He has threatened my job a total of three times and lies to me and tries to get me in trouble multiple times. I want him to have some sort of consequence because this treatment and lying should not stand, he has also threatened jobs of multiple drivers and I'm tired of this treatment. This is making me quit my job.
