Specialty chicken, Pizza
On 9/23/22 at approximately 5:00 PM I ordered Specialty chicken with bacon and tomato. I received Specialty chicken with bacon and tomato and BBQ sauce. I do not like BBQ sauce it ended up in the trash.
I also ordered a large pizza with marinara sauce, mushrooms, sausage and pepperoni. I ended up with a Large pizza with white sauce, 9 mushrooms, and sausage.
It was so loud in the Barre Vermont Dominos I could not here the cashier and she couldn't here me. I had to write down my order number so she could find my order.

Scarce product on Pizza
I ordered a large three topping pizza from Domino’s #6716 on 9/20/22 at 6:15pm. I didn’t receive it until 7:15 pm and there is hardly no product on pizza. Dough is over cooked and dry. I am enclosing a photo of pizza. I had my daughter order pizza thru her delivery service app and I paid her for it with check. Please send email to my address so that I can see how you handle this. Delay in delivery of order
I have ordered a pizza online through zomato at about 2203 hrs on 13 Sep 22. the order was accepted by Dominos outlet at Madipakkam/Nanganallur, Chennai, India. and was showing the status as the order will be delivered by 2230 hrs. However the same has not been delivered till time and also the status is shown as "preparing your order". this is happening with the dominos for the second time.

I ordered over the phone while on a walk, hoping to place an order for a single pizza and chicken wings
The call center operator apparently doesn't know what either of those things are!
It took me 10 minutes, TEN MINUTES to place an order w this person, and the guy at the store made the food faster than this person took my order, which made me lol
They confused everything about my order, including giving me the wrong size of chicken bites, ordering it in such a way as to price gouge me, then also put ranch as the sauce on pizza, not on the side, and they didn't possess the wherewithal to inform me of such a dramatic change from marina tomato sauce on my pizza! I expected ranch dipping sauce on the side, as I stated in the call, not to replace the tomato sauce with ranch!

It took them over a minute to look at menu to search to see if dominos offered chicken bites, which they couldn't understand when I asked about chicken, they kept replying about GARLIC BREAD!
What is Dominos doing removing any competent person from the ordering process like this!
Totally horrible business decision, seriously. My call, no joke, no exaggeration, lasted TEN minutes. TEN minutes to take my order of chicken bites [plain] with pepperoni pizza. TEN MINUTES
I call and place an order w any other pizza place takes me less than 30 seconds.
I don't know why I would ever buy another Dominos after such an exhausting and tedious experience, but the guy at the actual physical Domino's location prepared the food faster than this person took my order! And he made it right for me too.

16 pieces chicken bites, which got placed by operator as 12 piece while also placing that order as bacon + tomato seasoned bites but withholding the bacon + tomato so that I had to pay that little bump for the flavor.
No amount of explaining did they ever ever grasp the concept of my order that is clear and easy to find on the menu

IT TOOK PHONE OPERATOR AN ENTIRE MINUTE WITH ME ON HOLD TO JUST SEARCH FOR CHICKEN ON THE MENU, THEN THEY REMOVED ME FROM HOLD ONLY TO HAVE PLACED AN ORDER FOR GARLIC BREAD, SO I HAD TO EXPLAIN WHAT CHICKEN WAS AGAIN!

PS: all of this made me LOL but it did annoy me, plus yall have to be losing revenue if every phone order takes a solid TEN minutes, no joke, no hyperbole, ten minutes is waaay too long to take an order of a single pizza + chicken wing/bites... LOL
Desired outcome: Placing an order over the phone should not take TEN minutes. The operators should also understand your menu
Discrimination and rudeness towards dietary requirements
I visited dominos in South Woodham Ferrers Saturday evening , I have visited this store many times , I have just had a food intolerance test and it told me my body struggles to digest gluten and diary , I popped into my local store and asked if it was possible to have a gluten free base and vegetarian cheese , I was told straight away “ no I’m not prepared to do that “ at first I thought it was a joke but then he continued to say “ I’m not doing that I’m not prepared to loose my job “ I explained that it’s not an allergy and just an intolerance he still refused . On sat. Aug.27, 2022 at 11:00 am. I ordered a philly cheese steak pizza from denton domino's. Mind u this is the first thing I have eaten in 3 days bc of being sick. When I got my pizza and open the box.
I was so so disappointed. If I wasnt starving i'd have returned it for my money back. It costed $16.00 for a small pizza with nothing on it. What a huge waste of hard earned money. I loved domino's but after this horrible experience i'll think twice about ordering from them again. It was such a sadly made pizza I took pics of it to show u.. It was so dried up like it was sitting around all day.
Rude / liars / unprofessional
Ordered pizza for delivery, the app showed it was delivered but it was not, I contacted the store and the associate was extremely rude, and repeatedly stated an address that was not mine. I asked for the manager, a woman stated she was the manager and her name was Nicolette and she would not give me a last name.
Instead she said she canceled the order to the wrong address, and hung up on me. I called back and she was very rude, called me sweetie, and said that she cancelled the order...
20 min. Later after the order was supposed to be cancelled the delivery driver showed up, I called back to the Millville, NJ store and she said I'm sorry we're short staff we'll cancel your order sweetie and hung up again before I could even spoke..
My mother called back after witnessing the rude and unprofessional behavior and additionally inquired about employment and was told they were not hiring.
This location does not know how to deal with customers they are very rude and unprofessional.
I highly recommend that corporate come in and train their staff, on how to be professional and deal with the public, as well as find a new General Manager.
Upon giving this location a review, on Google, I found that I am not the only customer, who will not only not return, but became highly dissatisfied by their behavior and unprofessionalism. In the end after working a 13 hour shift in the food and beverage industry as a professional chef I wanted something convenient, but was faced with anything but that and instead waited for an hour for my food to never come, and was forced to go to bed without my food.
Desired outcome: Clean house, find a replacement for the Gm, properly train staff on professionalism and serving the public.
Food amount
Your coupon items getting smaller and smaller portions. Ever since you went UP on your prices for the 5.99 items to 6.99, the portion sizes on the pasta and chicken bites have gotten smaller and smaller. Either more quality control is needed or I'll shop elsewhere for my pizza and pasta. I've shopped Dominoes twice this week. The first time getting chicken and the second pasta. Both portion sizes were ridiculously small. Twi bites were taken out of this carbonara. The second pic shows the bottom of the bowl. There is less than a half inch of food in there.
Desired outcome: More food in the container.
Large pepperoni pizza
On 8/13/22 we ordered a large pepperoni pizza using the online app. The app allows for less, normal or more toppings, sauce, or cheese. We requested more cheese and pepperoni. Our food arrived quickly and very hot. However, the large pizza was very scant on cheese and a third of the pizza had almost no pepperoni on it. The picture attached was taken the day after and shows that there is only a small piece of a slice of pepperoni on 1/3 of the pizza. There are rather large areas that have no cheese.
Desired outcome: Credit for a future pizza.
Cancellation
Hello, I ordered a pizza that was cancelled and I was only notified of this cancellation via email and I was not given an explanaton. I had to call the store and they said they did not have enough drivers which I do understand given the times we are in. However, i was told I would be refunded and I have yet to receive a refund. I am emailing regarding my order on 07/30/2022, Store [protected] Order # 171 that was ordered at the time of 5:38 pm, and was delivered over 2 hours later at 7:15 pm! I am, angry and disappointed in the order process, delivery & feedback from the store that I called 3x for updates and all the staff had nothing to say except excuses! Complaint
I did order a pizza with extra Salami, after delivery I found out that there was no salami on the pizza at all. So, I called and ask the Manager Brent about this oversite. But instead of getting an apology he was very rude and basically called me a liar. I ask him if he does not believe me, he could come by my place and look at the pizza for himself. He responded that he would see me in a few minutes and again rudely hang up the phone on me. I am about 10 minutes from the store and made the call at 7.40pm and after 1 hour with none showing up, I then called the manager Brent again. I him if it would be better for him if I bring the pizza for his inspection back to the store but he did not answer my question, so I ask him again what he wanted me to do, and his response was “stick the f……g pizza in your mouth and eat it”. So, I drove down to the store showed him the pizza and he started digging around the pizza but could not find any salami as well. He took the pizza and dumped it into the garbage and told me to get out of the store. You can imagine I was shocked and just shook my head. I left the store and he followed me outside as if he wanted to attack me. I told him if he wanted to hit me to please be my guest. This way I could have a police report about this situation. But instead, he yelled I hope you die in a car accident gone inside the store and locked the door. We are a small town where everyone knows everyone basically and for this to happen here its outrages.

Poor customer service
I placed order #673040 from the store at 5101 SE 29th St. in Midwest City, Oklahoma. I signed up for texts. I got a text it was being made. I got a text it was in the oven. I sat in my car outside the shop waiting for a text that it was ready. It never came. I finally went in only to find one employee working, one employee sitting in a booth, and one employee sitting on the counter. The pizza was sitting in the heater. It was given to me, i had to go back in because it was incomplete (no garlic dipping sauce). It’s not like they were overwhelmed. I was certainly underwhelmed.
