I will never step foot in a Domino’s again
Went to pick up my 3 large pizzas and as I was paying for my order I was told that they were out of a few toppings and that they tried to call to let me know. First of all there was no missed call on my phone, so they flat out lied. When I asked them what toppings were they out of, I was told green peppers, onion, black olives and Philly steak. At first I thought he was kidding, but unfortunately they weren’t. They would not give me anything off the pizzas, so I left them there and stopped at Publix and made some delicious pizzas at home. Needless to say I or anyone from my family will NEVER get a pizza from Domino’s ever again. When I asked the manager what they were going to do with the pizzas, he said they were going to throw them away, so they’d rather throw them away then give me a discount. Terrible customer service.
Recommendation: Don’t waste your time or your money.

Poor delivery service
I felt bad for my husband because he ordered a pizza and some cheesy twist breads. He waited for a long time, and he finally called them and was told that the delivery person just left the food on our back steps instead of calling to say we’re here and he ended up eating everything cold . It was a little bit disappointing to him.he paid by credit card so I guess they had their money already.☹️
Recommendation: To make sure you call & let the customer know when you arrive if they don’t hear you knock on their door, if you wanthotfood.

Listen, I personally believe this is the best pizza for the price anywhere! The hand tossed crust has this beautiful buttery quality to it and is perfectly seasoned. I tell myself that I'm eating healthy whenever I order a thin crust pizza. I love the specialty chickens, especially the bacon and tomato. I love the variety of sauces I can choose from for my pizza and even though the topping quality is not as amazing at some boutique pizzerias, Domino's by far beats out the competition for price and convenience.

Domino's has questionable quality control. When they mess up, they seem to rely on patrons not to complain. The Pizza you ordered is cold, stale, and had lifeless toppings. Call the store and ask for a refund or fresh replacement. Do not settle for store credit. If they refuse, escalate to corporate and blast them on reviews. After all, you deserve nothing but hot and fresh pizza, not the garbage that has been sitting under a heat lamp for hours.

When delivered, it was missing 10 salads.
I asked the delivery driver and he told to call the store I called the store and was told they do not give credits only on the next meal

Store not honoring ad
On 8/15/24 @ 5PM I arrived at the Domino's store located in Columbia, MS, I attempted to order the "This week only, carry out only" $7.99 large 2 topping pizza. I was told that it had to be ordered online. I stated to them that the ad does not state that. I saw the TV commercial several times and at no time does the ad state that, even in the fine print. I suggested that they look at the ad. At that point a gentleman came up and identified himself as the general manager. He said, " that's the way it is". My reply was that they should say that the store is not a participating store and I left. Staff should be familiar with current ads or post that they don't participate in national ads.

My father called in an order for carryout on 03/22/2024 at probably around 7pm or 8pm. He used the coupon so his order was 1 large pepperoni pizza, 1 philly steak and cheese no mushrooms, 1 16 pc. parmesan bites, 1 8 pc cinnamon twist and 2 liter of coke and he added a 16 pc. Which he had no problem with considering the order. When he got the food it was made wrong. I got a pizza here a month and a half ago and it was just as dry as a bone. The bread was phenomenal but the pizza had been cooked prior it took them over an hour to get my order ready and when I tried to call him back that night over and over and over I could not get a hold of them about my pizza. Then last week I ordered from the other Domino's on the other side of town and they just didn't bring my order at all. They simply went back to the store and the next day my friend said they credited the card. I called to order delivery from the New London, Ct. Domino's last night. The computer voice on your system was full of static. I told it my address was 19 Hawthorne Drive, Unit 160, New London, Ct.. Your system sent my order to Warren Street, where I got a call from your delivery driver telling me that he couldn't leave the food at my door without the lights on. He said "you gave the wrong address". No, I gave my address twice to your computer voice, "19 Hawthorne Drive, Unit 160". Your system changed it to Warren Street. So I won't be ordering from Domino's anymore, because you can't hire humans to take our orders, & instead you give us a computer generated voice full of static that sent my order to the wrong address ! I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I recently experienced at one of your Domino's stores.
I had a Domino's voucher that I used to place an order, and upon reaching the store to pick up my pizza, I was shockingly denied the order by the person at the counter who claimed to be the store manager. Despite explaining that I had a valid voucher and had placed the order, the manager insisted on not providing the order and was unreasonably argumentative.
This incident not only wasted my time but also left me frustrated and disappointed with the level of customer service I received. As a loyal Domino's customer, I expect a certain standard of service and courtesy, which, unfortunately, was severely lacking in this situation.
I kindly request that you investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that such incidents do not happen in the future.

I ordered a pizza at 6.30pm 20th October. It arrived at 8.30pm. I rang at least 5 times and was shocked by the attitude of the girls that answered the phone, the manager refused to speak to me. I have been a customer of the Erskine outlet and have never had a problem like this before. First of all they told me it had to be remade, they refused to give me a reason why. Then they told me it had been made and delivered twice, the girls I spoke to were rude and up until the last girl, I did not receive and apology. By 8.00pm I was really fed up and angry, my husband and I are in our early 80s and do not like eating late. The last girl I spoke to was very nice and apologetic. My pizza arrived at 8.30pm.
The delivery boy also said sorry. I was offered some garlic bread or a drink, which I refused. I always pay a tip and am horrified at the way I was treated.

Wrong sause
I've never had to complain before because the service has always been excellent; however, yesterday's ( 10/07/2023 ) pizza was not what I had ordered. We got like a BBQ sauce for a base, instead of marinara sauce as I had ordered (online, which was then delivered ). I paid $29.03, not including the tip I believe, and would like to get my money back, please. any reply would be appreciated.
