My father called in an order for carryout on 03/22/2024 at probably around 7pm or 8pm. He used the coupon so his order was 1 large pepperoni pizza, 1 philly steak and cheese no mushrooms, 1 16 pc. parmesan bites, 1 8 pc cinnamon twist and 2 liter of coke and he added a 16 pc. Honey BBQ wings. He went to pick up the food in 20 minutes. Just like they had told him.. When he got there he ended up waiting an extra 20 minutes. So he waited a total of 40 minutes. Which he had no problem with considering the order. When he got the food it was made wrong. The philly cheese steak pizza had mushrroms on it and he highly allergic, and the Bbq wings were buffalo which he couldnt eat. So he fed the food to the dogs. He called back to the store because he didnt check it until he got home. It took him over an hour to get in touch with someone. Then he was yelled at on the phone and told the if he had placed his order right then it would be right. That he got what he ordered!This is ridiculous. How on earth do you expect to run a business with disrespectful employees like that.
Claimed loss: My father lost out on the $36.00 he spent plus $10.00 in gas to drive there and back.
Desired outcome: My father want his money back and something done about the employees!
