text coming in fine, all on time, yay.
pic comes in. its a pic OF THE LOBBY. They left it on a lobby table just inside the doors.
we go to get it. the stickers holding the bag closed are off and the bag, plus the inner bag is open.
I am very angry. But all I want back is my tip and delivery fee, as I did not get the delivery exp I specifically asked for, and that they continue to offer.
Sent in a complaint. Was told no problem, but that when they tried to process it, it had been sent to a higher review. Its been a week now...but I was supposed to hear back in 3 hours? 24 hours?
Now they are telling me, that the review has concluded I do not deserve my refund. Why? No reason, even after they had told me I do, but just no. You wont like this but no?!?! really? How? I mean. yeah ok, sorry.
There is no way listed to fight this. They send you back to the beginning file or call or chat. I called again. Sat on hold for a supervisor, until the guy (chris?) asked if the Supervisor could call me back (after trying to get me in 5 times). I am still waiting.
Desired outcome: I would like my tip and delivery fee back. I would also like something real. Remove the option, or enforce it. Don't allow it to be a roll of the dice if it actually makes it to your door.
