requested refund for shipping stolen item back to seller for refund
A family member purchased a used iPhone from a seller on eBay. Now, eBay states on the website that they do not sell stolen goods, and do not allow sellers to list stolen goods for sale. You expect everything you buy to therefore be the rightful property of the seller. The phone we were sent we quickly discovered had been reported stolen from the rightful owner. The sim card had been left in the phone, and the rightful owner was contacted by text- the individual that the phone was registered to and who had purchased a phone contact which was still in effect. He believed a neighbor had stolen his phone, and had reported it to the police. By checking the serial number, we confirmed that the number he gave us was a match.
We told the seller that the phone was being returned due to the fact that it was stolen. His response? "Well, duh". Again, eBay does not allow stolen goods to be sold, however, that is what the seller himself admitted to.
The phone was returned at our expense, and we sent the necessary information regarding the shipment to the true owner as well in order to help him get his phone back.
We asked eBay for a refund of the shipment costs. Their response? Nothing. Clearly eBay's own CEO doesn't care that sellers are ignoring his request not to list stolen goods and that customers are unwilling accomplices to criminal activity.
Won't be shopping on eBay ever again. Disgraceful.

received used nokia lumia 822 while order was placed for
I ordered the Brand New Nokia Lumia 822 from US via global eBay .
I wish to state that there has been three major differences between the expected and the actual item condition .
Firstly, when I opened the box, I got the mobile, the back side was laden with the somewhat dirty finger prints .As the mobile is black in color, these finger prints became quite visible .
Secondly, the SIM slot was already bearing the Verizon micro SIM card .
Thirdly, the battery of the cell phone should have been present separately in envelope, but in this case it was already present in the cell phone cover .
Owing to these facts, it appears that the phone has already been used and proper care has not been used while repackaging the phone and re-selling it as Brand "New" .
Last but not least, the cell phone cover should have got the external wrap packing cover too, bit in this case it has just got the box .
I raised the claim for the item refund / replacement as eBay policy says “If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase on eBay, eBay will ensure that you receive a replacement or a full refund within 20 days”.
I got the call from them, and they said the item is in retailer box and hence the claim has been denied .
I got the mail from them which says :
"Action : Buyer did not provide Proof of "Item not as described" - Claim Denied"
I don't understand as what proofs are required from my side, as I have already given them the mobile snaps .
Here are the details of the order and as well as eBay claim raised :

customer service/posting rules not being followed
After trying to post an ad on Ebayclassifieds.com, it was quickly deleted. I email the company asking for an explanation as to why the ad was removed and some little ### by the name of Neil said that my company was an affiliate marketing company and that my ads are not welcome on the site. I will upload the conversation as an attachment.
Here is the ad I tried to place, you tell me if the ad gives the impression that the company is somehow a referral marketing company as [censored] Neil claims... This little computer nerd, Neil, should get a clue and stop being jealous of others success.

no help with partial refund promise
I purchased an item on ebay for $1, 375 in Dec of 2013. I did not agree with the description of item so I opened a case to get a refund. The seller & I talked back & forth and the seller decided to give me a partial refund of $375.
I agreed on that and proceeded to the next step and learned later that my next step was incorrect and now they (Ebay) cannot make the seller honor their (seller) offer.
On the emails from seller to me, Ebay has buttons to respond, end case, proceed, etc.
Well, after I responded and agreed to the refund, all I saw was a button to end case... it did say (pop up window) .. only select this if you and seller have worked out the issue, or something to that effect. I did hesitate for a moment, but thought yes, she offered, I wrote back I accepted and thanks for working with me, etc. Days, weeks later, no refund. After going back and forth, seller said they talked with Ebay and that Ebay said that since I closed the case "before" getting my rebate, that she didn't have to pay me.. so of course, she now says she will not pay, even tho that is what she offered me.
Ebay says they cannot not dispute the case since it was I who closed case.. I told them they have my permission to override my choice (since it really was an accident that the wrong button was selected) ... they said no. Money had already been given to seller they cannot make her uphold her offer, apologetic but said no.
I am very disappointed in Ebay's Buyer's Protection ... obviously there was no protection for me and was told nothing further I can do, it was up to the honesty/integrity of the seller to follow through. Is there another step I can take... does anyone know? This has been very frustrating and makes me distrust Ebay commitment to it's customers.Any ideas on where to go fro here?

I purchased a leappad through EBAY from a 3rd party. The 3rd party advertised their leappad as "new in box". When I got it is was clearly not new and it was actually broken. I returned it to the 3rd party and asked for a refund. I tried to comunicate to the 3rd party via email many times but was ignored. I then filed a complaint with EBAY, opened a case for a refund. EBAY closed the case and said I would not get a refund and offered no other explaination. I am very mad to say the least. I will never use EBAY again. I tried to get a refund through Paypal but they said I can't as EBAY already closed the transaction. If I was able to use a credit card this would not have happened. I always try to avoid using paypal as they do not offer much protection from scamers.
false/missleading description
I received a message from eBay stating possible action would be taken against me
due to the a number of refunds I had received for purchases..
The items in question were purchased based on false/incorrect description on eBay
by the seller. I clearly identified the problem in my complaints when requesting an adjustment, yet I received the notice!
Rather than warning the buyer, eBay fails to take action regarding the sellers false/incorrect descriptions?
Items in question:
Ø New Black Men's FashionTungsten Steel Text Wrist Watch Watches Sinobi Gift-Item # [protected] - [NOT MADE OF TUNGSTEN]
Ø AntiShock Cork HandleWalking Hiking Pole Trekking Hiking Stick 135 cm-Item # [protected] - [NO AntiShock FEATURES]
bait & switch
Purchased a $12 item that was never delivered via my Visa Debit Card which paypal was responcible for a guarantee against loss!
When I never got the item, They claimed I would have to register as a member to paypal in order to receive a refund after my purchase.
This information was never disclosed before my purchase, as I would have never purchased the item under those conditions!
This was a deliberate bait and switch operation and is also known as mis-advertisement in the industry. The reason I would not register is that it gives them full access to my bank accounts and retail is about to have 25, 000 layoff from the retail trade. An employee would have access to withdraw my funds from my bank upon his notice of layoff.. Because I won't do that, they refuse to refund my money lost! which was never a condition of purchase! This is forced registration for refunds! I can provide exact copy of their PM demanding such conditions!
unfair business
Ebay is a bunch of money sucking droids from us and other countries that kicked me off ebay today, I have over a 92% positive rating with them and they kicked me off indefinitely because they had 4 people say my item was not as described by only 4 customers the only warning was over a month ago they said to get my items as described up in ratings so I did that and they said this mourning that because I had 4 complaints on items as described I can no longer sell on ebay and when ever a customer had a problem it was resolved with satisfaction from buyer and me so if you thonk you can sell on ebay without paying extra for a ebay store like my friends have cause they pay extra for a ebay store they don't need to bow down to ebay so they don't get kicked off ebay is the worst for sellers +
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Every single item I have purchased on E-bay has been exactly as described. If you've had 4 customers saying your items are not as described (and I note you do not dispute their claims) then I think E-bay are perfectly right to bring it to your attention. If you're going to react to criticism from customers like a spoilt child then you shouldn't be selling anyway.
item never received or refunded
I've learned that there's one thing you can count on Ebay for, and that's to drop the ball. Their “buyer protection” is worthless, and that lesson has cost me $416.00. Ebay is protecting a dishonest seller. They have closed a claim case, with the knowledge that proper delivery protocol was not followed, and that the item has been returned to the seller. The seller, tray1119ted, has both the item I paid for, and my $416.00. Ebay's advice is for me to file an interstate small claims suit if I want my money back-ridiculous. Ebay closed the case without even tracking the item, but when pressed acknowledged that it has been returned to the seller. On top of that, I can't even leave honest feedback to warn other buyers-Ebay blocked it since they decided the case in his favor, allowing him to keep both the item and the money with no consequences whatsoever. I have been run around in circles for weeks between Ebay and Paypal. Emails are ignored, and if you do get someone on the phone, they just make an excise to call back, then never follow through. Hard to believe I'm out $416.00 while Ebay knows the seller has the item, and my money. Do yourself a favor an stick with reputable sites like Amazon.
AVOID eBay, it supports frauds !
I was a victim of a fraud, the tracking number given by the seller does not correspond to the item I bought, but did not receive. I have proven this, but the "customer support" stated I received the item saying the seller has convinced them I got the item, whih is a lie. THEY DID NOT OFFER ANY PROOF! I suspect someone in eBay "customer support" works together with the criminal who was registered only for a short time as seller on eBay. Such a criminal behaviour on eBay must be stopped!

yallstore - took my money never send me anything
I have ordered an OMRON BP652 7 Series Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor from Yallstore on September 17, 2013. I have paid the full price of the product + shipping charges (totalling $68.89) in advance to Yallstore. I have not received the product to date. I have trusted this company because it is featured on ebay, but obviously this is an unprofessional and untrustworthy company that I have been unfortunate to deal with. I have wasted a great amount of time and money and in the end I have nothing, they won't send me the product and they won't return my money.

she sells damaged item to scam
I bought a 32GB TF card in ebay from a Scammer seller and paid C$11-. Her details are:
eBay ID: qhgypchyh
Name: 玉红 黄
Tel: [protected]
Email: [protected]@163.com
Country: Zhejiang, Pujiang, China
She sent to me a card which cannot read/write/format. I sent to seller several messages, but she never reply because she already got my money.
Also It took a long time to have the card arrived. When found the problem, it's already over ebay's resolve time limit.
Though that is not much money, but I want this Bad eBay Scammer to be known to all potential buyers, so less buyer Scam by this guy. Again, this SELLER is a SCAMMER who sell Bad/Damaged items to SCAM buyers for quick money. DO NOT buy from this eBay seller/Scammer:

bad customer service
ask ebay seller to cancel they refused also contacted bbb heres a letter from the president of ebay they don't even care about customer service
Hello James,
Thank you for the opportunity to address your BBB complaint today. I can only imagine your frustration with your seller who was unwilling to cancel the transaction. It sounds like you had changed your mind and no longer wanted the item and they went ahead and sent it to you anyways. I would be more than happy to take a look into this to see if anything can be done.
I would like to start by welcoming you to the site. I found that you just opened your account in April and you already have 5 feedback. It looks like you are quick to pay and that is a trait our sellers like to see in their buyers. Judging by the items you have purchased so far it looks like you are a Spongebob fan and movie buff. I am sure the Spongebob calendar will be fun to look at throughout the year.
It is unfortunate to hear that you changed your mind about the Escape From New York dvd causing you to experience this trouble with your seller. I was able to review your account and I see where you paid the seller but then emailed the seller letting them know that you changed your mind. Once you purchase an item you need to follow through unless the seller is willing to work with you. Unless the seller offers a full money back guarantee we cannot force them to cancel a transaction and accept a return of the item for a full refund. I see the listing says no returns or exchanges but the item is covered by eBay Buyer Protection. If you had received the item and it was not as described we would have been able to help, however, we do not cover buyer's remorse. I will include a link below where you can go to learn more about our buyer protection programs.
eBay Buyer Protection: http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/buyer-protection.html
As you are a newer buyer and may not be familiar with the bidding and buying process, I am going to include some helpful links for you to review.
All about buying: http://pages.ebay.com/help/buy/allaboutbuying.html
Different ways of buying: http://pages.ebay.com/help/buy/formats.html
Resolving buying problems: http://pages.ebay.com/help/buy/protecting.html
Any time you have questions please feel free to refer to our help pages or contact our customer support. You can do this by clicking the Customer Support link at the top of most pages (you may be asked to sign in). On the Find an answer tab, choose from the Self-service tools or Popular questions, or search for a problem by keyword or topic. On the Contact eBay tab, find your topic in the menu. We'll show you a quick way you might be able to resolve the issue yourself. We'll also show you the best way to contact us and when we're available. Email, chat, and phone call options may be available in some circumstances.
While I understand this may not be the response you were hoping for James, I hope you can understand why we cannot force the seller to cancel the transaction or take the item back. At this point you have a few options; you can keep and enjoy it, gift it to someone, or resell it. I hope you find the above links helpful and I would encourage you to make sure you really want an item before purchasing it. I would like to wish you better success with your future transactions and thank you for using eBay.
Regards,
Beatrice Simmons

No item was ever shipped and this payment was never on my PayPal account page.
But the strange thing about this email was that I really did attempt to pay for this item on eBay but was not able to because PayPal locked my account 3 days prior to receiving this email. And the eBay sellers name was different than the seller I was purchasing from.
Please beware of all your purchases that happen through eBay & PayPal.
Thank you.

I also have had a bad experience with this seller selling false iphones! I've pad over $500 to get a "brand new" phone and it was completely fake, and now they refuse to return it, or for me to get a refund.

They bought the replica watches with complete watch box and paperworks from us. And we print the serial numbers and forged official invoices for them as well so that they could sell the watches as original on ebay.
Recently they seemed to find another supplier and tried to deny the debt they owed us by saying quality not good etc.
Ebay buyers be aware of the scam seller tlc_international
The company did everything to try to resolve the issue, but after several attempts to contact the complainant, no answer has been received. Therefore the complaint is declared to be untrue.
These companies are all still trading, was there an outcome here?
I have just disocvoered they are operating under the name of the watch corp and this website http://the-watch-studio.com on Amazon also. I have ordered a watch from them on amazon, i will be expecting a refund shortly if this is true.
ebay hong kong is so bad
Firstly, I should say ebay hong kong is sooooo bad. I'm an eaby seller. They just automatically locked my account just because my partner logged into my account in china without any notice and something like deadline. They just said, we find you log into this account in china, so you have to change your register address back to china. Btw I was registered in usa many years ago.
I call ebay australia, they said they cant help me to do it, because ebay hong kong locked my account.
Then, I sent an email to ebay hongkong nearly 5 days ago, still no response. As they have already locked my account, I cant do anything on ebay, that is a big loss on me.
I tried to call ebay hong kong, they just said :' ohhh I cant help you, this problem is related to our technic department and they dont have a telephone number? What is this? Uhhh?
Is this reasonable to think that ebay has a bloody strong internal competition? Like they are crazy to maximize their profit?
And they damaged sellers' interest! Ridiculous!
Dont buy anything from hongkong. They are so bad.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Ebay's promises EMPTY, its PayPal processing system takes your MONEY fast, slowly or NOT at all for refunds which SELLER agrees to! Don't expect ANY help when there's a problem! Hour plus cycling through Robo-systems. When I finally got through, it was to call center in Mexico, guy's English so poor, I could NOT understand him. After repeats-n-repeats, got a USA call center number and yeah ... back into Robo-systems. Ebay and its pal PayPal are very slick ... get you SO frustrated, you give up or die of a heart attack over it. I am now much LESS inclined to shop ebay.
Ebay Hong Kong stinks.
I had to open an account in hong kong because i live there. In the beginning they had an English beta version what never worked.
I could choose whether i wanted to get responded in English so i choose but till the day of today they send me stuff standard things what i don't understand.
Ok that was problem one.
Second, because i sell things that have to shipped by surface that take a while to reach customers in USA and other parts of the world.
Got a few disputes for that and negative feedback ok but the items arrived.
So got in conversation with Ebay Hong Kong that the items are arrived but got negative feedback can you remove it because the negative feedback were based on item not arrived.
The answer is you have to solve with the customer. Ok so get in touch with the customer, customer said can not change it because ebay not allows me to.
Back to Ebay HK, sorry we can not do anything about it this is between you and the customer.
Then they gave me a hint to specify in my item description that it will take a while to reach the customer. Ok so i did and then what happens! Ebay put an estimated arrival time on their website. What totally not the same calculation has as the reality their estimated arrival time is based on air postage.
More confusion for the customer more disputes for me and Ebay is very quick in refunding to the customer and a few cases just lost the sold item and shipping fee just because of Ebay. And when you call them the only answer i get is you have to contact the customer.
I said Ebay is the one who refunded it so then it will be your job to reverse it. They said they cant.
Now they have another policy and that is that I can only put for listing a specified amount or up to ? Items. Which ever comes first.
i have an item and that is one of a kind that item its value is over 20.000 USD but because i putted that item before the policy i can not list anything at the moment so i called them and asked if they were the one who is judging the price. The answer I get from them is then you don't list that item. I said it is one of a kind and I am proud to list it and I also want to sell it. I pay store fees, listing fees, selling fees. I said You guys from ebay HK got a job because of people like us are proud to sell their stuff. But the service we get from you in Hong Kong is way below average.
Reimbursement:
They are really fckdup they screw up their admin and don't want to admit. I have 3 reimbursement way back in 2012 and they were all paid by paypal, actually it is not paid by paypal it is taken from ebay at paypal. So i contacted paypal they said they had the right I said the buyer received the item so where does ebay get the right to refund to the customer and get the money from my paypal account? Sorry this is a matter between you and ebay you have to contact ebay.
So i did they said that i have clicked on it that if there is an reimbursement they can deduct from my account. even from my credit card account. I said i never gave ebay the opportunity to do that. They said yes you did. Ok nevermind now i want my money back because item arrived just a day after the reimbursement. Same old story you have to contact the customer.
Now in 2014 they gave me restrictions on my account because of the reimbursement they said after i paid ebay they will cancel the restrictions. I mailed them many times that the reimbursement is paid als got proof that it is paid but the only thing they can do is ignore my mails and remind me to pay the reimbursement.
When I started with Ebay my hair was brown black now my hair is black and most of them grey till white.
I am really hoping that Ebay Hong Kong get off the net. and those people who worked or now still working wont find a job anywhere. They not worth to do deal with customers.
Ebay USA if you read this dont let your name get disgraced by Ebay Hong Kong Because I know you guys are willing but the rotten eggs you have to get rid off.
If there is a Lawyer who read this and think he can get something out of it be my guest contact me +852-[protected] I just want 20%
i bought a dvd from an ebay seller i asked him to cancel he refused to cancel my item he is an jerk his name is csmcom dont buy from him i called ebay they dont help i also called paypal they dont care either heads up dont buy from ebay
I agree. I also had bad bad experience with Ebay Hong Kong. They logged my account because they "missed some information". We provide all the information. They said it´s fine now. One day later it was still blocked. I called Ebay Germany. Instead of unlocking, they had to lock even my German acoount. "Sorry Sir, it´s our companies policy. If one of your account is locked, we have to lock them all."
THANK YOU EBAY HONG KONG FOR BEEING ###S AND HAVING NO IDEA OF WHAT YOU ARE DOING BUT DESTROY THE BUSINESS OF OTHER PEOPLE!
scam listing and no help from ebay
I purchased item #[protected] on 01/31?2013 and promptly paid for the item through PayPal. Two weeks later after trying to contact the seller 4 times the item had still not arrived, so I filed a complaint with ebay. I was told to wait another 7 days to hear from the seller, which never happened, so I then escalated the case and waited. This a.m. I got an email from ebay telling me that the case had been resolved and that I would not be getting a refund. No explanation as to why, nothing at all, just case closed and I'm out $165. Additionally, I have since discovered that this same seller then proceeded to list this same item a second time, sell it a second time, and stiff that buyer as well, just as he did me. And then ebay buyer protection does exactly nothing about it. Ebay buyer protection is totally worthless and obviously as big a scam as this bogus listing was.
Update:I finally dug deep enough into the ebay site to find a phone number to call them to find out just why the claim was closed without return of my money. I was told that because the item was paid for through PayPal on the sellers invoice, I had to file a complaint with them. I promptly did just that and was informed that I would have to wait another 7 days while they attempted to contact the scammer, er, seller. Of course, that never happened, so just yesterday a.m. I received a message from PayPal informing me that my money was being returned and that they were going after the scammer, even though he had insufficient funds in his account to cover the refund (surprise, surprise). This was a welcome surprise. Thank you PayPal.

an immoral, deceptive & fraudulent seller
Be aware on making purchases from luvmydiamond aka Burgin Rarities! They're a non-performing seller whom violated Ebays policy and even though I've mentioned this to eBay, I hardly doubt they're going to take actions against them. According to Ebay, a seller who states in their listing that they accept returns but refuses to do so after the item(s) been purchased even if the return meets their stated requirement, is considered prohibited behavior under the policy. I tried to return an item I purchased from that seller and they totally dishonored the return. Under their return policy, it stated there was a 14 day money back guarantee and on the listing, the seller represented there was a money back guarantee and returns were accepted no matter the reason. When I received the item from the seller, it was misdescribed. I notified the seller that I wanted to return the item for a refund by message through eBay the very same day I received the item and requested from them a return address but the seller refused to give me that information and accept the return. The fraudulent seller said I wasn't entitled to a refund because I did a chargeback with paypal and my card company but I had only opened a dispute with Paypal at that current moment. I had to report the sellers actions, they didn't even try to resolve the issue with me. Tho I must add there was no such provisions listed under their return policy or on the listing that one couldn't open a dispute, do a chargeback with their card company or take out any actions against them. Nowhere on the listing or under the return policy did it state returns would not be accepted if one did such actions. There was no such provisions under their return policy or listing that specified such a thing other than to notify them, return the item in 14 days, have it confirmed by email and that provision fell under domestic only. Other provisions that were stated: the item could not be altered or the return would not be accepted and for international buyers, returns would only be accepted if the item was misdescribed. I returned the item unaltered and I'm not an international buyer. The seller had no grounds to refuse the return and hold my money hostage. Not to mention how the item was misdescribed if I haven't already. Since I decided to split the payments up and not pay for the item using a single transaction, I wasnt covered under eBays protection policy and the same goes for Paypal except for the most current transaction that was made. One of the transactions was covered and Paypal ruled in my favor and issued me a refund. Paypal told me I had to return the item to the seller before I could be refunded and that is what I did. I waited and waited for the seller to refund me but they never did. I had to contact Paypal about it and a representative called the seller and asked them if they could issue me a refund for the remaining transactions cause it was known that the seller had the item in their possession. The seller then made a falsified claim that the diamond ring was missing from inside the box. The fraudulent seller has implied I'm a thief. luvmydiamond has committed fraud against me and victimized me. I have lost over 1, 500 from the fraud they've committed. Dealing with that seller has been a nightmare and I thought I'd warn others about them because I wouldn't want for anyone else to experience what I've experienced in doing business with them. No telling who else they've victimized with their fraudulent selling practices. The public needs to be made aware of the fraudulent seller and to be careful if you consider doing business with them. In my opinion, the seller in question, should have their account suspended for violating Ebays policy, shouldn't be trusted for false misrepresentaion and for engaging in fraudulent selling practices. Criminal actions need to be taken against the frauduent seller. If a polygraph test were presented the seller would fail hands down and I would pass because I am the victim and been truthful with everything I've stated. The sellers communication was extremely poor, item wasn't as described, item wasn't shipped out in the time frame they listed and I most def was unsatisfied with that seller. The seller was unable to turn an unsatisfied buyer into a satisfied one and chose to committ fraud on top of that. I know next time not to wait so long to leave feedback or make split payments on purchasing an item on eBay because there is no protection for the buyer. As that one saying goes "You live & you learn".
& you are entitled to your beliefs
BBB has ruled in my favor against the fraudulent seller whom victimized me. woohoo!
unfair trade practice
We were selling over 1, 000 items a month on Ebay. Earned top seller, power seller status, customers loved our items too much that other sellers purchased our items just to give us negative feedback. Ebay was notified by phone and messaging of the deceitful buyer, but Ebay failed to comply with their own trade policies. Ebay failed to protect the seller from the competitor, as a result, the our account was down graded to below standard overnight with selling restrictions. Individuals can not sell on Ebay, due to the big retail companies selling on Ebay. Ebay protects the large retailers by placing restrictions on individuals (holding payments, issuing refunds when the seller has a no return policy) forcing them to not trade on Ebay. Ebay discriminates against the average persons right to sell . You can't get a straight answer if you call customer support. You are lucky if you get a English speaking customer service person. Ebay has taken for granted the sellers are what makes Ebay work, without sellers, there would not be an Ebay. Ebay does not care, because they have the big retailers paying big bucks to keep individuals from trading and competing. Ebay knows the average individual does not have the monetary backing to file a legal complaint against them, so they just continue breaking the fair trade act. The SEC should open a investigation into Ebays activities.

The thing you are forgetting is that it's ebays name that is on the line. Just because you don't accept returns doesn't mean that ebay can't help their name. You are using their tools, resources, and buyer market. You have agreed to all of their terms and conditions. eBay protects all seller from feedback abuse too. If any one person leaves more than one negative, neutral, or positive in a 7 day period then it counts as 1. They also keep track of buyers who leave too many negatives, neutrals, who get too many refunds, and cases they open. If It's it too frequent then they restrict, remove eBay buy protection privileges, and/or suspend them. You are the seller so be professional, do business, and provide customer service.
Wow, I'm so sorry to hear this is happening. Some people are really just awful. I hope you get it all sorted out.
ebay holding my funds after sale
EBAY held back my funds for 7 days after sale even though the buyer received my item 2 days prior. They claim you need to make 25 sales before you get your money right away or otherwise it can take up to 21 days to release your funds. Then it takes 2-3 business days for the transfer of fund from pay-pal to your bank account. Like I said I’ve sold in the past and this never happened to me so why now? I have sold many items on EBAY the past few years and never had this problem. Even if you beg and plead with EBAY they will not help you. I will never in my life sell anything ever again on EBAY due to this ridiculous policy. I have a perfect score of 100% with EBAY and they still screwed me over. I highly recommend finding another way to sell your items. When you go to the resolution center on EBAY they say once you ship the item and ad a tracking number you will receive your money in 24 hrs. This is a lie and in my case it will take 9 days to finally get my money so what they claim on their own website and what they say is a lie.
