I purchased an album from eBay and the seller didn't even have the album. So I tried a 2nd seller and it said it would arrive on December 5th, which was important to me. On December 4th they had not even shipped it. So I tried to cancel the order. eBay said if it had not shipped they would refund me the money. The seller said it had already shipped on the 5th, and the day they stated that it was December 4th. eBay accepted that and refused to refund my money. I have all of the documentation showing they failed to ship it until I canceled the order. Then it was 2 days later that they even shipped it out. Chase Bank fortunately refunded me the money as the date was important due it being a birthday gift. I went into that sellers feedback and they consistently get the same feedback saying they don't ship until a consumer files a complaint or cancels. eBay, if you are a guest user, refuses to help or give you the option to communicate with eBay or the seller if you are a guest. eBay just keeps getting worse over the years. The once good company has become a horrible shell of its once self. I wrote to their executive team, since you cannot reach anyone as a guest user. This is their way of getting you to sign up, which seems should be illegal.
