Unauthorized and fraudulent debit - prime account charges.
I was enrolled into an eDreams Prime Member on 05/2021 and a while ago I cancelled my prime account and the membership. This means my data should have been deleted from the company database.
However, on 08/08/2022 an amount of 54.99 Euros was debited from my account for the same account which was deleted a while ago. When I raised this point with the eDreams customer care. Their response:

We want to inform you that under this email address
No prime members found.
Once again, please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused.
We remain at your disposal should you require any further assistance."
Ok so the company deleted my data, but kept my bank account information?
Following their email, I have been following up on the subject, I even shared more details on the subject - including a screenshot of the amount charged however, after 2 months now, they fail to respond or even return my money back.
Desired outcome: I need a complete refund to be processed for the amount that was charged & I do not consent on the company keeping any of my details - specially my payment information.
Flight ticket
Recently I purchased a flight ticket from eDreams to Sydney from Perth. In the beginning while booking the flights the the amount of ticket price was shown $299.Wow i thought that was a great deal but i got a hurry up notification saying if i don't purchase the ticket in next 10 min the airline company will increase the price to $599 or more. So, immediately tried purchasing the ticket but i had issue with website there was some technical glitch while i was giving all my bank detail. I thought i didn't purchased the ticket and thought of purchasing it next day but to my surprise i see $900 taken away from my bank account. I have been trying to communicate with customer services they never came back.
Desired outcome: I want a refund.
Incorrect order
I am flying on Wednesday however I do not have the hotel confirmation yet and also there is no email confirmation but I was being charged already. Therefore I wish to cancel, the photo I took when I book stated a reference however both hotel and your customer service said that the number is incorrect. Kindly do let me know ASAP. I had been trying to contact the merchant itself but all seems to be robot answer therefore I also do not whether this is the right platform and what will be needed to file a complaint

Online ticket with skyscanner/e dreams
I made a booking through edreams' Dutch website https://nl.edreams.com and paid for it wit/ Skyscanner Sparkasse (bank transfer). The transaction went through successfully (and was confirmed by my bank), but I never received a confirmation email from edreams. I have spoken to Ryanair who I was allegedly flying with, and they say my booking doesn't exist, I imagine that's due to your ability to take my money and but not secure me and my partner a seat on the flight.

On 31.08.2022 I have booked a flight BER-BUD with confirmed PNR Ticket Nr. SK7Y4X ([protected]), and got an invoice about my duly payment on invoice Nr. 2022-DE-[protected] issued for the company name , however today, on 30.09.2022 a payment has been deducted from my bank account in the value of EUR 54,99, Which has already been paid a month ago.

Last year I tried their trial period, I tried to cancel on the app, it didnt work as their system was "down" then the trial period elapsed and I was charged for 1 year.
There is no way to speak to a human at the company without a booking reference number for a holiday but my complaint was not about a holiday, therefore no reference therefore I couldn't speak to anyone.
the chat bot didn't understand and would not action anything or put my through to human being.
I then cancelled it again this year and they have taken out another annual payment.
so far they have stolen £120 form my account for a service I never wanted, unable to process my deletion requests and set up a system so that you can not contact them unless it is about a holiday.
I has wasted a lot of time on this, lost £120 and their system is designed to steal money and have no way for people to reach them or complain direct to a human. totally appalling service
Desired outcome: full refund of all fees and an apology plus an explanation on why they are the worst company with zero customer service ever.
Booking management & premium support never provided
I booked a flight from Lisbon to Prague and paid for the premium support and flexible tickets for R14048.12 (811.87 EUR).
I ended up needing to move my flight.
However after receiving my confirmation email, I tried to go to manage my booking, and my reference number & surname (both mine and my partners) appeared to not be on the system.
I then tried the mobile app and same story, reference for my email doesn't show up, so I remove the app from my phone.
I then tried to contact support via email but since my reference wasn't showing up, I was not able to contact premium support, same story with the chat app on the website.
Eventually I try their Twitter page, where 2 months of misinformation started.
They could get my flight details and booking reference. Great, I go to AirPortugal's website and try move the flight, I get a message saying changes must be made by the entity which booked the flight, being eDreams.
So for the next while, I would message them, some times wait 6 days for a response. Till eventually they tell me to either contact support or phone the +44 UK number, as a South African, I'm not sure how I'd achieve that.
As time passes and I keep trying to get access to my booking, I'm still getting emails from eDreams with special offers for my flight yet I cant access it on their own site.
The Twitter support team, Kush, Navjot, Saurav, Abhishek, Deepak (The main 'support' bot) & Samuel. All would never answer why I am not able to access my account's features or premium support. They'd always say something like, contact us for changes (email, phoning etc), "you can contact the airline for changes" over and over and over again, since the 7th of July.
I have since filed a complaint with the Consumer Goods & Services Ombudsman of South Africa. (Ref: [protected])
But they are flat out ignoring me, and the Ombudsman at this point in attempts to contact them.
I then went back to the Twitter page to try get an email and they claim that the terms and conditions prevent them from receiving non-support related emails.
This is just predatory.
Desired outcome: Contact details to provide to the Ombudsman or a full refund.
A payment for flight not requested
Dear Sir, Having just received my bank statement for Aug, I was shocked to find a payment on 4th August, of 151.13 euros paid to your company, £126.59 in English money. How dare you take money from my account, when I did not book a flight at this time. This is not the first time I have lost money through your company and request a refund. I am furious to be treated this way and suggest when you have refunded the monies, to take my bank details from your books. I am not a millionaire, but a poor pensioner and cannot afford to lose such a vast amount for a trip I did not book, nor want.

I bought through e.dreams a flight with Blue air, the flight was canceled and understood that just only when I arrived to Bucharest airport OTP - my name is Eliran Eltahan and also my colleague Pavel Feldman flight, booking reference IBQDSN dated 06/09/22 at 19:20 - OB169 - from Bucharest-TLV - we had to buy a new ticket in order to return home, since there was no representative in Blue Air desk in Bucharest airport to help and to find a solution.
We would like Blue air to reimburse for the new flight we had to buy on the amount of 248$ each (I have receipt I can sent if needed) also for the ticket we buy from e.dreams (Blue air) on the amount of 152.98 EUR (for both of us) and 108 EUR (for both of us) we paid for extra baggage.
