eDreams Booking reference [protected] 4 Pax Miron&Berti

Made a res. on 4/4/22 to Venice (Treviso TSF)

upon return i was charged for 54.99 euro

the ticket price was at the beginning 1003.42 euro this amount was erased with a red line and next to it-appeared the sum of 946.36 euro.

this amount was deducted from my account .

on 5/5/22 i was deducted for the sum of 54.99 euro - this amount is exactly the difference between 1003.42 and 946.36.

i demand to get the 54.99 back.

i d'ont want to be charged as your club member under no circumstances.

eDreams EDreams Complaint

I attach all the information and confirm that I have booked my ticket from Beijing, China to Johannesburg, South Africa on 21 March 2021. The flight details are as follows: From Beijing to Johannesburg on Friday, 12 November 2021.

I had to cancel this booking and did so on Wednesday, 5 May 2021, for more than 7 months, prior to this flight. We canceled the EDreams App.

The EDreams website confirms that the normal waiting time for a refund request and subsequent payment is 90 days but due to Covid and high volumes of refund requests, it now takes 3 - 6 months.

We waited 7 months and then started phoning your call center at +**********8 and the operators could not until today give me any reason why I am still waiting for my refund to be processed.

We phoned on these dates and spend the time in brackets on the line waiting for assistance which we did not always receive:

1. 29 November 2021 First Call 17:22 (15min:43sec)

Second Call 17:39 (8min)

Third Call 18:05 (9min:07sec)

Fourth Call 21:26 (21min:36sec)

On all these calls the operators informed me that the system is offline and I need to phone back in three to four hours' time.

2. 30 November 2021 First Call 16:35(21min:28sec)

Second Call 22:22 (15min:17sec)

3. 14 December 2021 One Call 21:48 (22 min)

4. 14 January 2022 First Call 18:16 (54min:59sec)

In my last conversation with an operator, the operator informed me that they did pay my refund in the amount of 17.23 Euros but I paid 1,052.46 Euros for my tickets in March 2021. The operator also informed me that the airline (Singapore Airlines) will not refund the whole amount and the amount paid is all that EDreams will refund on my ticket.

I want to know how is it possible to pay 1,052.46 Euros for my ticket and then after canceling more than 7 months in advance only receive 17.23 Euros as a refund. This can not be the whole refund amount due to me.

I request that you investigate this and pay me the balance of my refund back to me asap, as I have been waiting since May 2021 for my refund.

This is an email I have sent to Edreams numerous times now, but have not received any feedback, I have tried to contact Singapore airlines, but no help from them either. Does anyone have any advice on how to get this matter resolved it has been more than a year now

eDreams Flight and hotel refund

I booked return flights from Edinburgh to Lisbon with hotel for 4 nights, booking ref [protected]. When I phoned to try and check in (they didn't contact me) they told me the flights were cancelled but that the hotel was still booked. Now I can't find suitable flights and have requested a refund. So far they have refunded about £680 of the £1380 approx that I paid for the holiday. I have emailed them to see where the missing money is but have had no reply. I can't find the number to call. I even have cancellation insurance policy that I bought from them CNXAST152.

eDreams Refund not being processed by eDREAMS even if I paid a cancellation insurance

I booked two flights with eDreams (Booking IDs [protected] - JHIHI3) and bought additional insurance to cover cancellation in case of need.

I requested then the cancellation, and eDreams informed me that the request has been forwarded to the airline, and can take up to 3 months.

I've contacted Lufthansa (the flight operator) and they confirmed via email that no cancellation request has been issued to them by eDreams.

I've opened a claim with my bank and with Paypal, but no results still.

Desired outcome: eDreams to process a refund ASAP considering I have paid extra insurance to cover the cancellation

eDreams No confirmation email after funds taken out of account

I booked flight's from Dub to JFK on Delta Airlines leaving Dublin Friday 7th October returning 21ts October JFK to Dub. Everything booked trough your website and funds taken out of my account no problem. Then no confirmation email and when I explain to your txt machine that's obviously very frustrating as I got nowhere. Time and time again. I was told I would be emailed within 24hrs never happened. I gave all my details numerous times and nothing the robot txt machine could do for me. Joke of a system quick enough to take the money but no customer support at all.

Please can someone call me or mail me and confirm the flight are booked. I need answers and need to get human contact not a robot with and algorithm

eDreams No Refund

I booked 2 tickets to Tallinn for Easter holiday, departure 21/4/2022 with Swiss, back 25/4//22 with Brussels.

The agency kept sending me email of confirmation, marketing and checking in online. Once we got to the airport, we found out that Swiss airlines never got payed by the agency so they cancelled our tickets and nobody even informed us earlier. Both Swiss and Brussels confirmed the incident.

We filed right away a claim, 22/4/2022 , claim still open, refund nowhere. They give again and again the scenario of airline-mistake/airline-refund delay which is funny as my money never went to airline's account so edreams should have returned the money right away.

eDreams flight bookings

In April 2020 I booked a flight to SA with Ethiopian Airlines through EDREAMS. The flight was cancelled due to Covid-19. To date, over 2 years later, I have not yet received any refund from EDREAMS. The firm keeps saying that the refund is stuck with the airline, so they cannot do anything about it. I would greatly appreciate any advice and support.

eDreams Sale of air tickets

I had a booking with connected flights from two different companies. It is a risk, I know; however, I was told by eDreams agents that I have a Connection guarantee, meaning that if my first flight is late they will reschedule the connecting flights. This was not true. I immediately called the agent when I was informed that my first flight will be late (Cincinnati Chicago). She did not speak English well and she could not understand nor could articulate her thoughts in English as well. I waited for 40 minutes, than 30 minutes until she understood and until I understood her. She was constantly referring to stop over time of 13 to 20 hours, and after 30 minutes I understood that she was actually referring to the total trip time (oversees). and this was acceptable for me. Until we understood each other and she went over to rebook, the company did not allow it because it was too close to the flight?! This is what she said. I called Lufthansa immediately and rebooked my self the trip for the day after for additional 100 USD.

Desired outcome: I would like eDreams to refund me those 100 USD and to cover the costs for the overnight stay at Chicago hotels.

eDreams They booked for me totally wrong names! This is an unaccountable reservation.

I had helped my friend booking a flight ticket at the evening at May 4th, for the morning of May 5th from Mexico City to Tapachula (Aero Mexico). The ticket price is around MXN1833. After I finished form. They sent me an email with "Referencia de la reserva de eDreams" and "Referencia de aerolínea", and let me wait their processing. And they charged on my credit card MXN13.43 (I thought this is maybe the preorder price).

But after the whole night, they were keeping showing me, the processing did not finish. But on the aeromexico, my friend got the reservation once time by inputed the "Referencia de aerolínea" and his last name.

When my friend arrived airport, his got the flight ticket from the automatic check-in machine. BUT! There is totally wrong passenger names (first name and last name) on the ticket! Finally, my friend could not land to the airplane, and need to pay MXN3700 bought a high-price ticket at the landing gate.

I don't know why they can not correctly book the ticket for long time. I don't know why they let a wrong name ticket appears. I don't know why they charge me MX13.43 and didnt send me any email again.

I WILL NEVER BOOK A TICKET ON EDREAMS AGAIN.

eDreams Flight rebooking

Purchased tickets to fly to Chicago 15/09/21 until 25/09/21. Unfortunately USA still had their borders closed due to COVID-19 so I couldn’t get into the country. I had purchased change of flight insurance and edreams and the airline Lufthansa assured me my ticket was on hold for a rebook. I even received an email from edreams stating I could change my flight date. However now when I phone edreams they bluntly tell me I was a no show (even though I rang a week before the flight stating the issue) and that I can’t change my flight or get a refund. Again I have written proof of them and the airline telling me I can.

eDreams Unauthorised credit card charge.

Booking number [protected], Flight confirmation number : ACQWCW, Dublin to Aberdeen return trip.

Dear sir / madam,

I made the above booking on February 9th 2022.

A payment of €345.08 was made through Edreams.

Unfortunately, an additional amount of €54.99 was withdrawn from my account by Edreams, without my consent. I enquired with an Edreams employee regarding the reason for this, and she advised me that the payment related to a 'loyalty' payment which was communicated to me by e-mail.

Please note :

1. At no time did I receive an e-mail from you relating to a 'loyalty' payment.

2. I did NOT approve this payment which is an addition to the flight costs agreed with you.

3. As Edreams have no authority to withdraw the amount of €54.99 from my account, I am requesting that this amount is returned to my account.

I am requesting an acknowledgement of this e-mail and confirmation on when the funds will be returned to me.

eDreams my refund

I bought a ticket from lax to bkk on 2nd may but I have found that I misspelled my last name so I decided to cancel my flight. I also asked the airline and they said my ticket was voided because I canceled within 24 hours. On 3rd may, edreams care contacted me through my email and they said that my amount had been refunded to my bank account, however I asked my bank and they said there was no money coming back to my account. so how long do I have to wait for money ?

eDreams refund my cancelled flight

Hello,

I have a booked a 3 legs multi-city journey on the edreams website on April 6th, 2022. I received an email saying only 2 legs had been confirmed, but on their website all my bookings are confirmed. The email mentioned I would get a reimbursement for the missing part of the trip within 10 days but the full amount has been charged and nothing reimbursed. I therefore don't know what the status of my trip is and if I need to rebook the flights or not - nor how much I have been charged for the second leg. They only have robot chat and robot customer service phone line.

Desired outcome: I would like to talk to a real person giving me an answer about my flight status and be reimbursed if it hasn't been booked.

eDreams Flights booked from Belfast to London

My parents (in their mid 80's) booked flights from Belfast to London on 23rd December 2021 for Christmas to see their grandchildren, whom they hadn't seen for over 18 months due to Covid. The day before they were due to fly, one grandchild caught Covid so my 85 year old father called BA and was told that he would receive a credit note / voucher but had to contact e-Dreams too to advise. On each of the two occassions he called e-Dreams he was given a number to ring for a refund but each time the number was false.

Recent communication from e-Dreams has indicated that they were not contacted and there will therefore be no refund or voucher.

Despite doing all the right things in the circumstances E-Dreams has made my father now think he is a doddery old man and he has since refused to use the internet to book anything or travel anymore since this bad experience with e-Dreams.

eDreams No refund to my cancellation ticket.

I booked the ticket with eDreams. which pop up when I searched in Skyscanner.

The price was reasonable. First I feel weird. They do not take the AmericanExpress. But I was so happy to find my ticket, so I booked it on April 14, 2022.

My booking (6 tickets total) was confirmed on April 15, 2022. But when I book I did not realize that we have to change the airport in Tokyo from Narita to Haneda. And Haneda to Narita on the way back. Therefore, I have tried to find a contact number or email to change my booking. I called the number that is shown in the search [protected]. The number is not valid. And the only way to contact was with Robot chat. With is not Helpful.

When I can't find a way to resolve my problem. Then I sent the Cancellation request on April 28, 2022, at 6:00 P.M.

I received an e-mail regarding my Cancellation request at 2:29 A.M . Said that ( We have tried to contact you) which I never get any call or email or any type of contact,

And said that my purchase is a non-refundable ticket. For that reason, I am not entitled to refund my ticket.

This is one-way communication. I did not get a chance to choose another option or confirm if I want to cancel my booking without a refund.

Very Very disappointed.

Please Refund or Do not cancel without a refund.

eDreams Outstanding refund since 2020/flight London to Johannesburg/Kenya Airways

This flight was booked throught eDreams, then cancelled by Kenya Airways, due to Covid 19, but to

date I have not received any refund, I paid R9377.37 ZAR, but

no further information received from eDreams, I can't even change the flight

I cannot even change or manage my booking, for eDreams do not allow this, response is they are waiting for Kenya Airlines, which have advised us that

they have repaid to eDreams

eDreams Charged twice instead of being refunded

Please see attached credit card statement images.

This has been a huge mess. Our tickets were somehow canceled the night before we were supposed to fly. I’ve already paid $103 for my booking but didn’t have any tickets. I spent ten hours and stayed up all night to get another booking secured. Eventually, we agreed that I would pay the difference between my old booking and a new one ($733.80) and that the difference ($733.80) would be refunded to me within 7-10 business days. This way, I was only paying what I had originally paid, which was $103. Also, this allowed the transaction to take place for them to submit the booking to the airline.

This means, I should see a pending charge and then a pending refund. However, as you’ll see in the photos, I was charged twice! I am now paying almost $1500 when it should be 0$.

The point was, I was supposed to pay nothing because I already had paid for my booking but it was canceled by eDreams or the airlines - NOT BY US. The other payment was only to secure the new booking. EDreams is supposed to refund the entire payment back.

eDreams Flight cancelled 22 hrs, refund was stolen

I'm waiting for my complete refund after I cancelled in less than 24 hrs,,,, for 45 days.

I contacted Italian airline they told.me.the reservation was cancelled and they never got the money from you as I never received a ticket number from edreams, t

So basically you stole my 1450$

A formal complaint will be filed if I did not hear back
