Flight ticket pursched
I recently purchased a round trip from Lima to Cusco through eDreams website and one day later a received an e-mail confirming the inbound flight but not the outbound flight. I contacted them and they told me that the purchased of the outbound flight was not done because it timed out. The solution provided by then was to purchase a new outbound flight however since the price of the new flight would be much higher than what I paid originally. This is clearly a scam as they made you pay a price one day and force you to pay another price the following with no valid justification. I’m currently trying to contact them by phone but so far I was unsuccessful. I already paid 500$ and I currently have a flight which I would be unable to use and eDreams is not provided any fair solution or assistance.

I tried over ten times to complete a booking for las vegas from london but was constantly told my booking could not be completed.
The return flight was £446, I can no longer get any flights for that price despite repeatedly trying on your website.
This was flying with lufthansa and canada air with 1 stop each way flying out tuesday 31st may 2022 for a week

SCAM - Bought a ticket with free cancellation that is not cancellable at all
I bought a ticket with 18 hour free cancellation period.
Edreams took 18 hours to confirm that flight during which Manage your booking just showed We are processing your booking.
After the booking is confirmed, when I tried to cancel the flight, the agent informed me that I'm not eligible for the free cancellation because 18 hours has passed. AND per the airline policy ticket is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

i booked for Rynair ticket to fly from Kerry to Dublin in Ireland on 28 March 2022. The flight was for 1800 departure from Kerry in Ireland to Dublin. The booking did not go through and when i tried to check in at the airport, no booking was found.However, money was deducted from my bank account. On January 1 They booked me multiple flights the first from dammam to Kuala Lumpur and a connecting flight to manila.
When i got to the airport they wouldn’t let me on board because the booking is [censored]. I’ll have you know i called them multiple times before the flight to make sure everything’s okay and they assured me that everything is good and I'm okay to travel. I called them after missing the flight to refund me. after calling and emailing for hours they finally answered me and what do they have to say! They only refunded me half the ticket from dammam to Kuala Lumpur, and the flight from kuala to manila they refused to do anything about it unless i talk to the airlines to ask for permission, and i called the airlines but they say only edream can talk to them about the refund and cancellation, and i went back and forth but they did not resolve anything. They make wait so much soyou get sick of them. I wanted a cheap flight but i lost nearly 3000 $ to book another flight
Edreams Luggage Scam
I booked a flight via eDreams Booking Reference [protected]. Upon booking I was asked if I wanted to pay an additional $79 to add a checked in baggage to my trip. I thought this would be more efficient than contacting the airline themselves so I proceeded to do so and the total booking cost went up by this amount. I called the airline directly to confirm all my flight details and they advised they had not received payment or request for a checked in baggage and I would need to pay them again. I contacted the eDreams customer service who insist that the baggage cost is not included, and they are unable to provide an itemized invoice therefore they are refusing to acknowledge that I paid an additional fee for a checked in baggage. I did not ever receive an invoice and did not take a screenshot of my order, however If you do a quick google search on this topic, it appears many users have been scammed by eDreams in this same way, except they don't even find out until they arrive at the airport ready to board. This is very unfortunate that a company would essentially steal money from their customers and expect them to come back for more business. I for sure will not unless this issue is resolved.

I bought a ticket flight on 11 March 2022 and I did not realise that this ticket included automatically to suscribe at Prime subscription Edreams. My surprise is on 24Th March my bank to charge £45.85 plus fees currency 1.25. I reached out many times by email and options to speak with Edreams about this unconformity charge services any time I have been interested in to have for a year or monthly. Flight changes without notice
Good morning,
I am filing a complaint against eDreams and Volaris on Saturday March 19th, 2022 I booked a flight from Guadalajara Jalisco to Tapachula, returning from Tapachula to Guadalajara on March 21, 2022. This is the confirmation AGXAQY, 2RD48Q. The issue occurred when I arrived to the Volaris kiosk . I arrived to the airport two hours prior the departure. According to the system "I only have a return flight from Tapachuala to Guadalajara" I asked two people from Volaris and no one was able to assist me. I was told to try again since they were " having issues with the system". I went back to the kiosk and did not work. I spent about an hour going back looking for assistance. I asked for the third time for assistance and I was ignored. " Your flight is closed "the Volaris representative told me. I asked her why, if I was at the airport on-time and no one helped. Her explanation was " the door closed an hour before leaving" I told her that information was incorrect " according to the flight screen the flight was boarding 12:20 pm . So I am not sure if the airplane was closed, how the screen showed " now boarding" I was to get in line for assistance to get connected to another flight. I waited on line for about one and haft hour with my hungry child to get assistance. There was only one agent assisting a huge line for about 30 people. This is ridiculous, no human can help that many people. At 12:30 I asked a Volaris representative, if I could get into the 1:26 pm , he said not because the flight was closed. I found this a terrible customer service, no one could assisted me. I could not visit my family because there were not flights available the same day. I was told to be place on stand by next available flight and they asked me for a my credit card to "hold my place" I was charged $4500 Mexican pesos a total of $250.00 US dollar. I tried to cancel this transaction, I called like 10 times to Volaries, I was told to call eDreams, so one could helped me. I file a complaint with eDreams on the chat but nothing happened. This services is terrible, I need a refund. I also tried to change my flight from Tapachuala to Guadalajara trying to resolve this issued and be able to see my family. The change which was completed, when I tried to cancelled and get a refund no one helped me. I paid additional for each ticket in case of any inconvenience. BUT nothing happened.
Desired outcome: I am requesting a full refund for bad customer service and neglect to assist passenger needs. I have all the proof to send if you need them.
eDream Ticket wrong fmily name spelling
I bought a flight ticket from Austrian airline last week through eDream third party from Toronto (Canada) to Tehran (Iran). When I was doing the reservation I checked couple of times to make sure all the information is correct. But when I bought the ticket I checked my family name on the ticket spelled wrong. I tried to call them many times but they never answered the phone. I contacted them through their app many times and first they said they are able to make the changes but since after they denied and they said it is impossible to make the changes. I emailed them couple of times and asked them to contact the Austrian airline to make the correction they replied they contacted them and it is impossible to make the changes and I should cancel the flight and buy a new one. I paid $1148.00 and they only can give me back $411.86. I have all the emails and communication available if required.

multiple payments for no tickets
Hello, i attempted a reservation for an aeromexico flight to paris for april 5th, the payment was however blocked by my bank, i attempted multiple times to pay but failed. the bank finally authorized the payment yesterday, the fare and flights, however, had dissapeared, so it was impossible for me to book the flight. i was however charged 771,10 euros TWICE for the ticket, draining my bank account.
Desired outcome: i demand that i get refunded the 1542,2 euros that were drained from my account for no booking in exchange
My refund
I bought a flight ticket through E dreams from Auckland New Zealand to OR Tambo International airport South Africa in August 2021, airline booking reference 6U3KEZ, e dreams reference number - [protected]. I ended up having to cancel the ticket through the e dreams app since I couldn't make the trip. Since cancelling the ticket I have only received 52 New Zealand dollars refund from the 750 New Zealand dollars I used purchasing the ticket. When I call e dreams to enquire about the refund they claim they can only refund as of what's been given by the airline (Qater Airways), on the other hand, when I called Qatar Airways they said the refund had been paid in full to e dreams as stipulated by the Qatar Airways zero penalty scheme.
Desired outcome: I have sent a complaint to Qatar Airways, and would like to get a full detail of what's going on with my refund. E dreams needs to say If I'll be getting my money back or not

Of course Covid Messed Everything & Everyone up and the flight was cancelled.
eDreams - without asking me got me Vouchers which were good for 2 years on June 2020 - I told them I wasn't interested in the Vouchers - I wanted the Refund!
Long Story Short! They told me in June 2020 that the refund should take anywhere from 15-20 days - and there was a slight chance of longer due to Covid.
The 15-20 days has been dragged on to over 620days and 10s of calls / chats with agents - who "FEEL My Pain", "Sympathize with me"! Yet eDreams has NOT had the decency to call me back or email me about the status of the Refund.
DO NOT DEAL with eDreams if you have a choice! It will be more grief than anything else.
Desired outcome: Give me my 1926$ BACK already!
Cancelled Flight and still no new flight 9 days before I'm due to fly!
8th March- receive an email from eDreams and Etihad saying my flight had been cancelled due to scheduling, no worries, I'll just give them a call because that it what eDreams email says to do.
9th March- call eDreams, 45 minutes on the phone, no new flight, there is a flight 1 hours difference so realistically I should just have been changed on to that flight anyway, but nevermind. eDreams need to check with the airline that they can put me on this flight because there might be a price difference (they couldn't tell me what that difference was), and I'm not paying the difference when the airline have cancelled a flight I booked months ago. But no result, "we'll get back to you within 72 hours".
13th March- call again as I've heard nothing, over 72 hours, 10 minutes on the phone, "we're so sorry, I've escalated your case, you will absolutely hear back within 24-48 hours". Me: are you sure because I've been told that before and yet here I am calling you back. "no no absolutely you will hear back".
15th March- call again as surprise surprise- no call back. 30 minutes on the phone this time, same story, have to request info from airline, we can't just book you a new flight even though it's only 1 hour difference etc. etc. I have now marked your case as urgent, we will call you back in 24 hours because this is urgent.
16th March- 24 hours is up and no call back, call again, 45 minutes on the phone this time, same story, so I demand to speak to a supervisor, on hold for ages, there is just nothing on the other line, don't know if I've been lost in the system, if someone is there, no idea. Then I get a call from a UK number, answer it and there's just nothing, just silence. So I go back to the other call (I'd put it on hold) and still nothing. I call back and go back through the system and "well you didn't talk to the supervisor" so that's your problem. Just wait 24 hours and we'll get back to you.
17th March- Another 24 hours, still no contact, another 40 minutes on the phone, we can't just rebook your flight, there is a change in class, well I'm booked in economy so what's the problem, there is different classes within economy, we need permission from the airline to re-book you in a different class. How has it taken so long for the airline to get back to you, is anyone following this up? I now fly out in 2 weeks and still no new flight. "I will mark this as priority and urgent", I thought it was meant to have been marked as that already?! Still getting nowhere, just wait just wait we will be in touch.
I've now given up calling so talk on their chat option on the app.
17th March- "I have just checked and found that for the callback the request has already been raised so don't worry we'll update you within 24-72 hours. We still haven't had response from the airline. I have escalated your case to the specialist team". Same excuses, no answers.
20th March- 72 hours is up, back on the chat app, speak to Muskan, I now go with okay fine I will pay the difference, just get me on the new flight "fare for re-booking are different and we can't see them yet". But I am looking online at the exact flight I want and the prices are there?! "Sorry we can't do it. Wait 72 hours, however it may take 5-7 days" Which I cannot wait because I'm meant to fly out 1st April! So I say "so it will be you who calls me within 72 hours with an update" his response "yes absolutely".
23rd March- No surprise, no one has contacted me, even with a courtesy call, have the SAME conversation with another person, you need to wait, you need to wait, we'll get back to you in 72 hours. It is now 9 days until I'm due to fly out. Still NOTHING from them, what an absolute joke!

Processing of rebooking not finished in almost 3 months - book. ref. [protected]
My name is Dragana Jovanovic Boka, and I have a big problem to rebook my tickets and hotel for two persons.
Also we have paid option: Cancel for Any Reason Guarantee- 159,73 EUR
We started process of rebooking on 23.12.2021 - more then 72 hours before flight, according to eDreams procedure.
We are now in 3rd of 5 steps of eDreams procedure, named Processing your request.
Several times we have spoken with eDreams agent, and expert. Everytime, they said that they will call as in less then 72 hours, in order to fulfil our request to travel from 14th till 22nd of May and stay in the same hotel.
Yesterday, they wrote that we should contact Austrian airlines directly, what we have already tried without success, because we were told that only eDreams can change the dates.
Till now, they did not found any solution, and did not offer a voucher for the value (2073,46 EUR), although we have paid the option:Cancel for Any Reason Guarantee.

I booked flights with edreams booking ref: [protected]
I booked with edreams and supplied my card details to edreams once. For some reason edreams have chrged me twice for this.
Also, when i was paying, I used master card and its is written in confirmation email, but when they charged me second time, it was from visa card, which information i have never provided, which is very strange and looks like a fraud.
I would appriciate someone coming back to me regardiong this as you have basically stolen over £60 from me which I have been paying interest on. The help section on the edreams page is automated and useless.
