eDreams notification of the cancellation of the flight

departure to Lagos Nigeria on 16/07/2021

The email from eDreams that the flight was cancelled was sent to my email at 19.01h while my flight was at 16:30h that same day.
So, following occurred:
- new speed covid test was required because mine was not valid long enough due to the delay and the new flight the next day at 9AM.
- transportation to the airport, back home, back the next day, cost me a lot of extra money.
- my transportation in Lagos required 2 days stay in hotel instead of one.
- the next day my trip took me almost 24 hours instead of 18 hours.

Thanks to the helpdeesk of Qatar Airlines I could get a confirmation ticket that my flight was delayed, but eDreams did not inform me of anything in time nor inform me of the new flight. The chatting system on eDreams kept on going in circles, not providing me right procedures in this circomstance.

I would be very grateful if the extra costs of the delay could be refunded:
- 120, 00 EUR of the covid test on Brussels Airport
- parking twice: 12 EUR each time
- extra fuel: 12 EUR

Desired outcome: refund of 156,00 EUR + refund hotel in Lagos for my taxidriver (information not yet available)

eDreams Prime membership

I never registered for prime membership, but they used my bank details for a previous booking to make payment for a prime fee without my knowledge

eDreams Flight Ticket

Hi, I did book my ticket with Edreams from Delhi to Serbia. The flight was a transit flight through Qatar. Edreams booked me with Indigo flight to Qatar and a different flight from there on. When I arrived at airport the airline staff told me that Indigo flight is a A to B carrier that is they are not allowed to carry transit passengers. Hence they did not allow me to board. I did speak to Airline staff at the airport from Edreams, they told that the ticket should not be combined as Indigo is not allowing transit flight. Hence I missed the whole flight, lost money in travelling to Delhi about 8 hour drive and hotel bookings. I understand these mistakes happen. Now I have been chasing Edreams for 15 days and they are not responding only saying they will come back in 72 hours, when Airline respond. I would appreciate a quick response.

Good day i made a booking in June from Maputo to Johannesburg
I have paid R2800.00 FOR TICKET ONE WAY FROM MAPUTO TO JHB
My account was debited with the amount of R980.00 on the 13 of July 2021
Why am being charged twice for this flight
An extra R980.00 DEBITED from my bank account
I need to know why second charge on my card
i need money returned back into my account as refund as i have paid COD for ticket

eDreams Booking Tickets

Booked a flight to San Diego, CA about three weeks before we were supposed to depart. On the day OF the flight, I was trying to check in with Frontier (airline I purchased flight through) and Frontier told me that my flight had been cancelled (by eDreams according to their system). I then called eDreams (let me add I had to call MULTIPLE times bc their customer service is doo doo) and they told me the flight was still confirmed on their end and I needed to reach out to Frontier (keep in mind I just did this and Frontier also wouldn't cancel my flight). We then had to purchase plane tickets at DOUBLE the price I initially bought them at. A couple days later, I received a phone call saying I would receive a refund of the initial amount BUT they were unwilling to pay the difference they cost us, which was a significant amount given I bought the tickets at $256 and we then had to buy NEW tickets at a total of $500+. This was mid May and I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN A REFUND. TERRIBLE COMPANY WITH DISHONEST POLICIES THAT DOESN'T CARE IF THEY RUIN YOUR TRIP. I'm currently out roughly $765 because I haven't received my refund and the new flights were nearly double the cost.

eDreams Flight

I booked a flight with eDreams. When I arrived at the airport the airline informed me that they had not received payment for the booking and required me to pay again (receipt attached). I have now been charged by both eDreams and Volaris and want a refund from eDreams. I have been unable to reach them via phone or via their online chat feature.

We booked a flight from Vienna to Gothenburg through eDreams. When we were prompted to checkin by Ryanair, check-in was denied because the passenger is 13 years old. The age issue had not been mentioned nor checked by eDreams. Basically we've been sold thin air. How can we get the full refund? No customer service responding... Never again. eDreams Booking refund ID [protected]

Dear edreams

I have booked a ticket from Doha to Porto (booking reference ID: [protected]) one way for 2 persons. After I booked I realized I did a mistake and canceled within less than 30 minutes of the booking.
I have booked a fully refundable ticket and as I understand, cancelling within 24hrs of the booking or less should be easy and straight forward.

The status of my cancellation is stuck on "processing" in your app and hasn't even been sent to the airline.

This is so frustrating since 6 days have already passed and I really need the refund. I cannot seem to find a way to speak with a human and would really appreciate your help in expediting the refund process.

My name is Donna Mathew. I booked ONE flight to NC paid 185 dollars. I was paying my bills and I saw a charge of 59.99 I do not know what that charge is and I want to get a refund. The only email I received was regarding the flight I purchased. I did not sign up for EDreams all I wanted was the one flight. I was placed on hold for two hours. All I want is to remove the charge of 59.99. Again I did not sign up for this and did not receive any emails regarding being charged the 59.99. I checked my spam and trash.

eDreams Refund of cancelled flight

Edinburgh to Pisa (3/7/21 via Ryanair)
Pisa to Edinburgh (10/7/21 via KLM)

Email received on 8th June from Ryanair advising that outbound flight was now cancelled. I requested a refund and received confirmation email from Ryanair on 11th June advising that refund had been issued to original payment source (EDreams as they were agents acting on my behalf). I forwarded this email to EDreams in line with their cancellation process instructions. I am still awaiting my refund and have been unable to contact anyone at EDreams - either by phone, email or Twitter!
In view of outbound flight being cancelled by airline, I no longer need return flight. KLM wont deal with this as it was all done through the agent - EDreams.

I have had a similar experience to JGrandy. eDreams simply do not respond to ones claim for a refund. I have been waiting over 7 months for flights cancelled by the airline. This company should be prevented from trading. It might be worth asking your credit card company for assistance if you paid by credit card.

Received e-mail from E-dreams on April 15th 2020 BA cancelled flight to Barbados.

Requested refund nearly a year later E-dream sent mail saying the refund was going to be refunded in to my bank still no sign of any payment

No one can help me as every time I try to contact e-dreams automated messages really tell you nothing.

I will never use e-dreams again for booking flights

eDreams Booking with eDreams

I booked a flight for 2 people( including myself) 2 days ago. I never received a confirmation email, my status still says processing. The website says to contact you if I have not received any updates after 24 hours. ITS BEEN 2 DAYS! I tried using the online chat MULTIPLE times both on the app abs Facebook, but no reply! I tried calling ALL OF YOUR NUMBERS EVEN THE INTERNATIONAL ONES and IT KEEPS CANCELLING THE CALLS. I got through one of the phone numbers BUT IT HANGS UP ON ME SAYING YOU ARE HELPING THOSE WITH FLIGHTS BEFORE. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am so angry, it is so hard to reach this company. I will take further action and contact my attorney if this matter isn't resolved soon. I also have all the screenshots and calls recorded.

Desired outcome: Fix the problem now.

eDreams Change of reservation

Been trying for close to a month to get a flight change with no success at all!

Everytime I talk with someone, they assure me that within 72hours I will be contacted and even had the nerve of them trying to state they had called me and I didn't pick up - a completely lie since I have my phone 24/7.

This week, they recognized the time I have been waiting was not acceptable and was given until today to get it resolved and YET AGAIN, once I called, they said that I have to wait 1 week more and it has been labelled as urgent (I heard that plenty of times already)

This is completely unprofessional and have a lot of processes on hold due to this incompetence from their services.

eDreams fake travel insurance

Booked a flight on 13/01/21 from Palma de Mallorca to Menorca for two persons flying on 28/06/21 one way. Booking reference - [protected]. Airline was Iberia. Two bags and travel insurance - total £173.07. Upon cancelling flight due to covid on 15/03/21, was advised by eDreams that the airline would take 3 to 6 months to give refund however we should have been refunded straight away by dreams through the travel insurance. we have had no response to our emails since then.

eDreams Ticket

I did the reserve No. [protected] today July05/2021. Flight from Toronto to Bogota with transit in Atlanta departingJul06/2021 for emergency travel. I did not know USA asked me for covid test to travel. I am trying to cancel or modify or cancel the reserve. I have been waiting for 2 hours on the phone and chat. Nobody attend the call. I need a refund. Nobody respond.

eDreams Flight Cancelation

I booked a flight on June 30th, Until now I didn't get the confirmation for the flight, I called the Airline company and they confirmed that the flight is cancelled and I have to contact my agency for the refund.
I called e-dreams several times, I sent a lot of emails to ask for confirmation until now no confirmation on July 5th.
My flight is scheduled for July 7th, 2021.
If you want to get the worst customer service ever and losing your money book with e-drams.

eDreams Airline booking

I booked a round trip ticket through eDreams and paid them. I waited over 2 days for them to confirm my tickets. I tried several times to contact them with no response. Because I only had a couple days and ticket prices were increasing I had to book with another agency. After I booked with the other agency I got an email from eDreams stating they only confirmed one way of a round trip ticked. I asked for a refund but they declined. Don't do business with them, you will get ripped off.

eDreams Flight booked for 26 March 2020 cancelled booking ref 4956747887

Hi

I hope you can help in regards to my flights booked with eDreams.
Booking ref 4956747887 booked in late Feb 2020 to fly in March.

Still no money refunded as flights cancelled due to Covid. This is unacceptable it's been such a difficult time and the worst thing is that edreams have made life even more miserable by ignoring emails and just saying on their website that it takes 3 months and I should wait for refund. Still no communication and they don't answer phone or emails. I need my money back urgently it's ridiculous that they dare to still send me emails selling flights. I would never book with them. I hope you can help.

eDreams Scam

Complete rip off service. In our case, we paid for air fare from Spain to the US, airline cancels flight (not us, the airline) and it takes 6 months to receive a partial refund. eDreams keeps 20% for themselves calling it a "service fee". Wait times in excess of an hour to speak to a human being that I can't understand named Shivani Sharma (California phone number my tail, subbed out to some place in India or Pakistan). Look around to find and use a trustworthy service. They are out there. Oh, before the bot asks, my booking number was [protected]

eDreams Bad experience with edreams - personal review

This is my personal review for eDreams. I booked my flight ticket using the eDreams.com portal on 23rd of June 2021 from Portugal to France for the 26th of June 2021. But later the next day, I came to know that they booked my ticket for the 28th of June 2021.

Now, here the cat and rate race starts. First of all, they don't display their customer care number on their website eDreams.com. I search a lot on Google and tried on over 8 numbers and finally able to reach to the customer care.

When I told them about the wrong ticket date booking, they told me to contact to the Airlines Company. Strange is not it? I booked my ticket from eDreams.com and they are telling me to talk to the Airlines? And when I talked to the Airlines Company, they told me that the ticket date can be changed without any additional charges however it should be done from the eDreams.com as they booked your ticket.

And when I told this to the eDreams customer care, they were asking to pay an additional €320 to change the date, whereas the airline was not charging anything to change the date.

eDreams is a big crook and fraud company.

Wondering why they are not provided their customer service or any contact number on their website. And the live chat is managed by Robots with an automated answer.

I lost my hard-earned money €320.

Won't recommend anyone to use dream to book a flight ticket.
