Are you a criminal organization? I have read a lot about your fraudulent activities. You should be reported to the justice department.
Charges and false advertising
I am in N. Ireland with my terminally ill father. I had booked a return flight to the US with esteems as it advertised free changes, my father deteriorated and was in hospital at the time of my flight. Between me, my sister and my cousin we phoned to try and change my flights at least 12 times. There were no available flights for me to change to to begin with and we asked about dates up to almost a year in advance. I have lost the money for the flight due to there being no flights available to change to yet there are on the website for new customers. This is false advertising and I am prepared to take this further especially as my sister has been charged a further £59.99 for Prime which was cancelled over the phone over a month ago.

False advertising, incorrect information and wrong payment
I purchased a flight leaving tomorrow, booking number [protected] I received inaccurate confirmation code so. the airline is unable to find the flight. The flight that they find for the return does not include the carry on luggage that the site states is included. We will now need to purchase carryon luggages and figure out how to find our outbound flight. I have contacted site multiple times. Spent about 5 hours making attempts to speak to someone or get an email/chat to solve this issue but still nothing. This has been one of the most exasperating experience as my work day is shot.
Desired outcome: I would like someone to contact me to possibly rectify this issue before flight time tomorrow. Also reimbursement of baggage charge as this was falsely advertised.

I wish I could give a 0. This is a HORRIBLE company. I purchased tickets to Ukraine for my mom to fly out on June 20. A few days later, I get an email letting me know one of my return flights has been canceled. The email said no action required on my end, so I assumed they would reschedule it for me. Was I ever wrong. No email was sent. I had a bad feeling so I tried to contact them and it's very difficult to get their contact number. I spoke with the chatbot and it told me that no changes were made to my flights and everything was going as is. I downloaded the app and the app said that my flight was indeed canceled and that eDreams filed for a refund on my behalf. After that I checked with the actual airline, who said the flight was confirmed and NOT canceled. Two days before my flight, I got through to an online agent who told me my flight was canceled and that she could not rebook any other flights as there was nothing near the days I was flying back. She gave me a number to the call centre. I called and spoke with two agens who were both useless. One of them said I could get a refund for my return flight while the other said that was not possible. The first agent clearly just dropped me and did not want to deal with the situation. The second agent offered me a return flight for an additional $3, 000. I obviously was not going to pay that and requested a refund. She told me I would get a confirmation email for the refund and that the refund would take up to 4 months, but that it usually is back in the account by 1-2 months. After reading all the horrific reviews above, I am afraid I won't be getting that refund back (most reviews say it's been a year and nothing). I tried calling them back to get my refund confirmation email, but it's nearly impossible to get a hold of them. I will be calling my credit card to try and investigate this purchase.
DON'T PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. THE ONLY REASON I BOUGHT FROM THEM WAS BECAUSE THEY WERE SLIGHTLY CHEAPER BUT THAT IS NOT WORTH IT SEEING AS I'M OUT $1, 710CAD.
I have no idea how they are still in business. They need to be shut down - this is not okay.

The email from eDreams that the flight was cancelled was sent to my email at 19.01h while my flight was at 16:30h that same day.
So, following occurred:
- new speed covid test was required because mine was not valid long enough due to the delay and the new flight the next day at 9AM.
- transportation to the airport, back home, back the next day, cost me a lot of extra money.
- my transportation in Lagos required 2 days stay in hotel instead of one.
- the next day my trip took me almost 24 hours instead of 18 hours.
Thanks to the helpdeesk of Qatar Airlines I could get a confirmation ticket that my flight was delayed, but eDreams did not inform me of anything in time nor inform me of the new flight. The chatting system on eDreams kept on going in circles, not providing me right procedures in this circomstance.
I would be very grateful if the extra costs of the delay could be refunded:
- 120, 00 EUR of the covid test on Brussels Airport
- parking twice: 12 EUR each time
- extra fuel: 12 EUR
Desired outcome: refund of 156,00 EUR + refund hotel in Lagos for my taxidriver (information not yet available)

Flight Ticket
Hi, I did book my ticket with Edreams from Delhi to Serbia. The flight was a transit flight through Qatar. Edreams booked me with Indigo flight to Qatar and a different flight from there on. When I arrived at airport the airline staff told me that Indigo flight is a A to B carrier that is they are not allowed to carry transit passengers. Hence they did not allow me to board. I did speak to Airline staff at the airport from Edreams, they told that the ticket should not be combined as Indigo is not allowing transit flight. Hence I missed the whole flight, lost money in travelling to Delhi about 8 hour drive and hotel bookings. I understand these mistakes happen. Now I have been chasing Edreams for 15 days and they are not responding only saying they will come back in 72 hours, when Airline respond. I would appreciate a quick response.

Booked a flight to San Diego, CA about three weeks before we were supposed to depart. On the day OF the flight, I was trying to check in with Frontier (airline I purchased flight through) and Frontier told me that my flight had been cancelled (by eDreams according to their system). I then called eDreams (let me add I had to call MULTIPLE times bc their customer service is doo doo) and they told me the flight was still confirmed on their end and I needed to reach out to Frontier (keep in mind I just did this and Frontier also wouldn't cancel my flight). We then had to purchase plane tickets at DOUBLE the price I initially bought them at. A couple days later, I received a phone call saying I would receive a refund of the initial amount BUT they were unwilling to pay the difference they cost us, which was a significant amount given I bought the tickets at $256 and we then had to buy NEW tickets at a total of $500+. This was mid May and I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN A REFUND. TERRIBLE COMPANY WITH DISHONEST POLICIES THAT DOESN'T CARE IF THEY RUIN YOUR TRIP. I'm currently out roughly $765 because I haven't received my refund and the new flights were nearly double the cost.

I have booked a ticket from Doha to Porto (booking reference ID: [protected]) one way for 2 persons. After I booked I realized I did a mistake and canceled within less than 30 minutes of the booking.
I have booked a fully refundable ticket and as I understand, cancelling within 24hrs of the booking or less should be easy and straight forward.
The status of my cancellation is stuck on "processing" in your app and hasn't even been sent to the airline.

Email received on 8th June from Ryanair advising that outbound flight was now cancelled. I requested a refund and received confirmation email from Ryanair on 11th June advising that refund had been issued to original payment source (EDreams as they were agents acting on my behalf). I forwarded this email to EDreams in line with their cancellation process instructions. I am still awaiting my refund and have been unable to contact anyone at EDreams - either by phone, email or Twitter!
In view of outbound flight being cancelled by airline, I no longer need return flight. KLM wont deal with this as it was all done through the agent - EDreams.

I have had a similar experience to JGrandy. eDreams simply do not respond to ones claim for a refund. I have been waiting over 7 months for flights cancelled by the airline. This company should be prevented from trading. It might be worth asking your credit card company for assistance if you paid by credit card.
Received e-mail from E-dreams on April 15th 2020 BA cancelled flight to Barbados.
Requested refund nearly a year later E-dream sent mail saying the refund was going to be refunded in to my bank still no sign of any payment
No one can help me as every time I try to contact e-dreams automated messages really tell you nothing.

I booked a flight for 2 people( including myself) 2 days ago. I never received a confirmation email, my status still says processing. The website says to contact you if I have not received any updates after 24 hours. ITS BEEN 2 DAYS! I tried using the online chat MULTIPLE times both on the app abs Facebook, but no reply! I tried calling ALL OF YOUR NUMBERS EVEN THE INTERNATIONAL ONES and IT KEEPS CANCELLING THE CALLS. I got through one of the phone numbers BUT IT HANGS UP ON ME SAYING YOU ARE HELPING THOSE WITH FLIGHTS BEFORE. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am so angry, it is so hard to reach this company. I will take further action and contact my attorney if this matter isn't resolved soon. I also have all the screenshots and calls recorded.

Change of reservation
Been trying for close to a month to get a flight change with no success at all!
Everytime I talk with someone, they assure me that within 72hours I will be contacted and even had the nerve of them trying to state they had called me and I didn't pick up - a completely lie since I have my phone 24/7.
This week, they recognized the time I have been waiting was not acceptable and was given until today to get it resolved and YET AGAIN, once I called, they said that I have to wait 1 week more and it has been labelled as urgent (I heard that plenty of times already)
This is completely unprofessional and have a lot of processes on hold due to this incompetence from their services.

Booked a flight on 13/01/21 from Palma de Mallorca to Menorca for two persons flying on 28/06/21 one way. Booking reference - [protected]. Airline was Iberia. Two bags and travel insurance - total £173.07. Upon cancelling flight due to covid on 15/03/21, was advised by eDreams that the airline would take 3 to 6 months to give refund however we should have been refunded straight away by dreams through the travel insurance. we have had no response to our emails since then.

Airline booking
I booked a round trip ticket through eDreams and paid them. I waited over 2 days for them to confirm my tickets. I tried several times to contact them with no response. Because I only had a couple days and ticket prices were increasing I had to book with another agency. After I booked with the other agency I got an email from eDreams stating they only confirmed one way of a round trip ticked. I asked for a refund but they declined. Don't do business with them, you will get ripped off.
