Wrong flight provided
Dear complaints team,
I would like to file a formal complaint regards to a flight that I book yesterday in your website which was to Barcelona Spain leaving london at 20:30 from London Stansted and arrived in Barcelona at 23:40 pm. My concerns and reasons which lead me to make this complaint is that I was surprised when the payment was made and it came out that my trip was destined for Girona Costa brava, which is not the case because at the time of making the payment I make sure all the details were correct. It is also important to mention that on several occasions the page did not let me proceed with the purchase. I need someone to study my case and give me a solution as soon as possible. I have attached a picture as evidence that I had made a reservation for Barcelona and I was surprised that it is for Girona.
Please do something about this as all I am looking is for a solutions as I don't even want to have this bad experience with Edreams. I am traveling with my family, two adult women and two children, it is too frustrating to have to do these emails when it could have been avoided. I hope to have a response from you very soon and not have to escalate the complaint since I think that is enough with the pictures.

Taking money from my account for "prime" membership with i never consented
Once i booked a flight ticket via E-Dreams. After nearby half year they just mistreated my credit card and charged me 54,90 Usd for E-Dreams prime without any warning or advertising message. They wasted my time, my money. I already reported issue to my bank and was obligated to block my card. I sent immediately email to that scammers and requested refund and cancellation of that Prime membership. I found out that this company scammed a lot of people.

Ticket Booking
In September 2021 I've booked 2 return tickets with eDreams.
The trip was canceled by the airline and so I am eligible for a refund.
It is 2023 and I am still waiting for a refund.
I've chased eDreams multiple times for the past years and the common answer is we are waiting the airline to issue the refund.
The situation is clearly embarassing for eDreams. They keep saying they are waiting the airline to issue a refund which is nonsense as eDreams took my money therefore they should issue the refund in the first place and fast then deal with airline in background.
In addition, I've managed to speak with the ariline and they said refund has been issued to eDreams in 2022.
I am seeing similar cases all over Internet and I will be happy to participate into a class action.

No invoice issue for flight booking
I've booked a flight ticket to Mexico via eDreams, and I've been requested for an invoice for over a week, yet I have yet to receive an invoice. Every time I call, they mention something irrelevant, and tell me to wait for 24 hours. But many 24 hours have passed, I've yet to receive an invoice, which is a simple request, and customer rights. I am extremely upset and very angry with your service. I booked 2 flights with you from Dublin to Stansted for 6th Aug. plus a flight form Luton to Dublin 7th Aug for 2 adults.
I tried to checkin online well in advance as requested by Edreams. Your website app system is a complete scam. I was unable to checkin and so I ended up having to pay €55 each at Dublin airport in order to get our boarding passes in order to fly.
On our return, you advised us to checkin with the airline which was Ryanair. It also refused to let us verify our identity. We had to pay £55 each at Luton airport in order to checkin, get our boarding passes and to fly home. This has been a very stressful weekend for me and my son.
Overall, I had to pay €237 in order to check in and gain boarding cards.
Our flight cost with you was €148 which did not allow us to fly. I had to pay an additional €237.
I am demanding a full payment of what I had to pay out which is €237. I am attaching proof of payment. This is happening all the time from what I heard from Ryanair. You are third party who Ryanair does not approve.
I will be taking this complaint further if you refuse to make a payment. Ryanir advised me to forward receipts to you and that I would be reimbursed.

I need help to update my last name use married name on the tickets based on the passport with 3 weeks notice but nothing have been done. Me and my husband cancelled the flights a week before flights and expecting the refund or credit but I got the email yesterday on 7th August 23, it said the tickets are non refundable whilst we've paid a cancellation fee with. So disappointing.
I had the same experience 7 years ago to update my last name. I used flight centre and they did it within 2 hours.
No more edreams.

Good morning on 23.05.2023 I ordered through your website a 7-seater car for the date 21.07.23. The pick-up location is the Vienna airport and I paid you $952.44. I arrived at your Wheego counter at 09:21 in the morning to pick up the car. To my surprise, at the counter they told me that they did not have a 7-seater car and they They gave me a car with 5 seats. I told them that we were a family of 6 people and that they confirmed the car's reservation for me (I have reservation confirmation number [protected] on edreams). The clerk at the counter said he couldn't help me because they didn't have a 7 seater car and that I would look for another rental company and left me without a car. Unfortunately, I went to the Sixt company and rented a 7-seater car that cost me 2200€, which caused me to close my credit limit, which ruined my entire trip due to lack of credit. What circular is my responsibility on the part of your company to cause me such heartache. Today from my bank account 54,99 EUROs were taken by e-dreams prime.
I have no idea that I even have the subscription in the first place.
Year ago I bought tickets via e-dreams.
There must be some notification system before the money will be taken from bank accounts, so there would be possible to cancel it before the transfer.
At the moment it is taken without my knowledge and I have no intention to pay money for something I even do not know I have.
I ask the refund for the money that was taken without any notification from my bank account.

Flight confirmation
I booked a ticket on Sunday 30/07/2023 and pay for it the full amount and went to the airport before 3 hours of my flight and I got shocked that the employee in the airport told me that I am not confirmed on the flight they didn't receive confirmation from your side or whatever the situation is.
I had and emergency in my country and as u see on my ticket it was booked for 3 days because of the emergency and because of your website and your miss communication as the employee on call told me when I called, I couldn't fly to my family member funeral this is very serious as I couldn't say goodbye
Desired outcome: the death of a family member this is priceless as I couldn't get to say my last goodbye! I wish to be compensated in cash before I go on social media as this experience for me was the worst and I wont let it rest until I am fully satisfied
Booked flights, money taken from bank, no email confirmation
I booked flights to Nice from Manchester with you on 1/7/2023, the payment was taken from my bank by Edreams on 3/7/2023.
The dates of flights are 29/8/2023 to 5/9/2023, for me, my wife and two children
I have no email confirmation and no booking number but £509.59 was taken.
Your help service requires a booking number to get anywhere, which I obviously don't have. I can send you the bank transaction number though.

Edreams Prime
Edreams is a sneaky company, when you select to purchase flights they automatically sign you up for a free trial of their yearly Prime subscription of € 54.99 PA, you will be charged after the 30 period unless you cancel with the credit card you used to book your flights. I never signed up for anything and I would be paranoid about stuff like this. Once I seen the amount of 54.99 debited on my credit card, I contacted them, this was 4 days later the amount was debited from my card. They said I never cancelled the trial, I said I never signed up for any trial, their only answer was that it’s too late now and it cannot be refunded. This company should be stopped from trading, look on the chats online and you will see a huge amounts of complaints about the same thing.

eDream took around 65 euros without my consent from bank account!!
I've realized that "edream" did a prime membership on my name and took 64,99 € from my bank account without my consent and without any information when I checked my credit card details afterward! I have proof saved demonstrating that I only bought a ticket for an agreed price. They offered me a free-of-charge membership to so-called "eDream Prime", which I rejected. However, I got an email that I would be their member (for one month free of charge) even if I refused that option. Moreover, on the same day in addition to the cost of the ordered plane ticket they took 64, 99 euros from the account of my friend (since she wanted to buy a plane ticket for me). To recall I didn't choose or apply for any membership at that time! I can provide you with photos to support my claim if needed. This was a robbery. I tried to comply but their reply was full of false statements. My friend contacted her bank to inform them that the transaction was a fraud. The bank advised my friend to cancel my credit card to prevent stealing money from her account in the future but she does not want to cancel the card because of the problems eDream creates to her. As I mentioned earlier, I already wrote an email to “eDream” but their reply was incorrect, unconvincing, and contained a lot of false informations. Pls. advice me where and how I should apply to take my money back. In addition, I subsequently wanted to modify my flight, but it was not possible to eDream. Pls. advise to make up for our lost money, this kind of malpractice has to be stopped urgently! (ps. copy of my previous claim and their feedback can be provided if need be). Overcharge and edreams prime charge fee
I was overcharged for a trip from LUN to JNB in May 2023 worse still on 26 June 2023, my account was debited by k1200 saying since l used their website to book proflight they automatically subscribed me to edreams prime with subscription fee unawares.
No way to contact them, tried their app a robot is what was chatting with me.I am very disappointed.They have hidden Ts and Cs that merely booking a flight using them, they open that prime account which has charges attached without the customer been aware
