I booked a flight Brussels-Barcelona with Edreams about 5-6 weeks ago. On the date of the 19 of December 2016, I was asked from Edreams to online check-in for my flight (Ryanair Flight 2917). I did the check-in with your website, I didn't receive any confirmation email. When I arrived at the airport, I had to pay an extra fee (145 euros ) for late check-in because the check-in didn't seem to get through. In the end, the extra fee was more expensive then the flight ticket itself.
I would like to get refunded for the extra fees I had to pay for considering that I followed the instructions given to me by your website.

12. 11. bought return ticket, reference numb.: 7M7NP7: Venice - Marseille - Venice (2. to 3. December);
23. 11. I received urgent delegation for attending the session at the Committee of the Regions in Brussels on 2. December;
24.11. I called your customer service and ask for change the ticket with additional payment. I received answer (by phone) that is not possible for the kind of ticket and I was advised to call Cancellation + Assistance insurance. I did it but nobody answered. Due to the very short timing I bought the new ticket: Ljubljana - Brussels - Marseille with intention to use the previous bought ticket for flaying back from Marseille to Venice on 3. December. I even checked in flights Venice - Amsterdam - Marseille on 1. December.
3. 12. at the airport in Marseille I was told that paid ticked was cancelled by E Dreams and I had to buy a new ticket for flying back even I paid 192, 03 EUR for the ticket 7M7NP7. The price of the new ticket was 138 eur (63 eur the price of the ticket + 75 Eur for taxes).
I'm demanding the answer of the legal base of such e Dreams behavour and I'm asking for refunding of the lost sum of the bought ticket 7M7NP7 or at least the sum of paid additional ticket for return flight Marseille - Venice.

didn't get a refund for a canceled flight

I booked a flight with edreams on the 20/09/2016, and at the same day I received confirmation mail . 2 days after, I received another email saying the returning flight was canceled and to contact edremas, I contacted them the same day and I even didn't receive any help finding a new flight, they told me that I will get a refund up to two weeks.
they also sent me an email in 30.09.2016 saying :

We have process the request of full refund to the airline.
Please notice it might take up to three weeks
3 months have passed since I booked the flight, until now I didn't receive any money back, I called them 10 times and every time they saying something else

Dear Sir, I am Egyptian and I received a Schengen visa valid for 7 days, from the 1st to the 22nd of December. On the 10th of December I arrived in Luxembourg and I booked my return flight ticket from Luxembourg to Cairo via Istanbul for the 16th of December on your website. After the payment online, I received an email confirmation that my booking [protected] was confirmed. When I arrived in Luxembourg Airport on the 16th of December, they could not find me on the passenger list and therefore I could not leave the country to go back to Egypt. But the 16th was my last day in Schengen area and I should absolutely leave the Schengen area to respect the visa. I NEVER received any email from you informing me about the cancellation of my booking. Afterwards, I called your customer service who advised me that my booking was cancelled because the payment didn't do through. Could you please explain me how such a mistake can happen ? Why nobody informed me that my booking was cancelled ? In addition, I kindly ask you to send me any proof that I booked the ticket, but my booking was cancelled and you didn't inform me accordingly. my ticket didn't cover the luggage price in spite that I paid it

I payed 81€ for a one way flight from Madrid to Lisbon trough Air Europe with one hold luggage included. When the ticket was issued there was no mention to the luggage but I didn't pay attention because I have payed the luggage.
It was just on the airport that air europa told me that there was no luggage on the ticket and i had to pay another one on the desk.
I hope to be refunded by Edreams for the luggage i payed twice on this trip.
Otherwise I'll not use it anymore and tell others my story.
As i saw on this website, there are other cases exactly like mine with Edreams.
And if you want to make a claim try to find the claim section on their website... There's no one.
website error - told me booking had not been done and still did it after I had booked with someone else
Bough 3 flights Barcelona-Seville-Barcelona on November 7, 2016 to fly in February 2017. Got an ERROR message saying "We are very sorry, but an error blocks you from proceeding with the booking." The options available were "restart the same search" or "start new search". Got this on a screen shot to show. Since according to the message the booking had not happened I went ahead and booked directly with Vueling. Edreams combination was flying via Vueling going and returning via Ryanair.
Later, I got a confirmation email from eDreams that the booking had gone through and charged my debit card (I use debit for traveling). I do not need to fly twice on the same dates!
Call them, got no useful response, emailed them ALL the evidence, no response, sent facebook chat, no response. Now as soon as I enter my reference number no one picks up the phone. This was their mistake and they took my money. I contacted both Vueling and Ryanair and they say eDreams should respond, that they cannot refund me the double booking. Booking reference: [protected]

edreams/OdigeO sent me an invoice with the amount related to the mediation fee, however, I need the invoice of the total amount I have paid.

unauthorised flight booking / unethical phone charge costs (fmefsf b00king ref)
Tried to book flights with Edreams on 28th November. The booking went through to the payment details and then timed out (screen shot captured) the message directed me to contact a customer service number which was a premium service. I decided to look direct with Ryan Air which I add was £30 cheaper than Edreams with extras added that were not included with Edreams. I happened to look in my emails and noticed a booking with Edreams even though I have confirmation that the booking had timed out. The number on the email was premium I contacted the number to the most unhelpful customer service team. I asked on several occasions for a call back because of the costs and they said no because they were too busy. They directed me to email and someone would respond to me. I was given 4 different timescales. 1 hour, 4 hours, 48 hours and then 21 days. To my horror the phone calls have cost £67 which is extortionate this was the only number provided through a Google search they do have another number that costs 13p per minute compared to £1.02p.
After a week I finally received a response from Elena in Barcelona who refused to look at this as she informed me that it didn't matter that the transaction timed out and I received a message but because it went through I was liable and no form of reimbursement would be made. Also I add there was a further fee added to the booking £29.52 as a service charge from Edreams.
18 emails later and I am informed by Elena that there is no escalation process. That the matter would not be dealt with as the transaction went through and the screen shot was irrelevant.
I also complained about the call centre as throughout the conversation the advisers kept muting the call which according to Offcom regulations this should not happen as the calls would not be recorded.
I have emailed the chief executive Dana Dunne who has not responded and I have now emailed asking for Vat registration number, companies regulator, the companies formal complaints procedure and also a final outcome letter. No response.
Attached is the screen shot of the message received at time of booking .
The outcome I would like and think is deserved is the full reimbursement for the cost of the calls as they are saying the booking had been made the number that Edreams should have provided was a local rate number not a premium rate. The cost of the service charge refunding £29.52
This has and is causing me a great deal of stress.

The ticket was modified and when she called to confirm my flight she was told that I had to pay 2000pds to modify ticket!(by edreams and jet airways) I flew her back to Paris on another flight (out of pocket) Later to fly back on flight on December 7th we were told since she had been a no-show on original flight which only happened because she had 2 travel itineraries and an addtional 2000pds to pay! I would have to pay an addtional 500euros to get the return flight back-so I got her back on another flight AND on Dec 6th she received a travel reminder by Eithad the original paid flight back to remind her of her flight! All your confusion created an out of pocket ticket that had already been paid for!You are highly disorganized and I am asking for some kind of refund because of all this because I would hate to think that edreams is a fraudulous company.. I was informed after one week, that my booking reservation is still pending and that it will take from 7 to 10 more working days (1 to 2 more weeks) to get the reservation with the airline confirmed. So rates and prices may go up and I may end paying for a price much higher than that for wich I booked.
Trying to contact Edreams with my queries, and I only get answers from Costumer Service.
Through International calls the automatic replier puts me on hold and don't get attended...and still is costing me more money.

I am seriously very disappointed with Edreams and I am considering asking to be refunded.

The treatment of Edreams is very unprofessional. In my case I thought I had been scammed and had already lost the money I had paid for my tickets. The communication with Edreams in Spain was never personalized. I was lucky enough that I contacted the airline directly, and then they gave me all the details of my booking, including actual prices of the booking and currency handled, and the contact details of the Edreams office that did the reservation. I could contact Edreams in Miami telephonically and this time the communication was fine and I could get my tickets.
Never before I had troubles when buying a ticket online. Only now with Edreams. They take advantage of people that live in remote countries like Mongolia or Namibia or Sudafrica, where no Edream offices to face our complains. By e mail we were just ignored. It was a real nightmare.

edreams charged for a return flight and only booked a one way
On the 29 November I booked a flight with edreams via their website, for a return flight LIS-FOR on the 04 Dec and returning on the 02 Jan FOR-LIS.
I arrived at the airport on the 04 Dec to do the check in and was told my outbound flight had not been booked, only the return on the 02 Jan.
eDreams took the full amount for the return flight (total cost 1200 Euros) and only booked the inbound (cost 811 Euros)
I tried contacting eDreams over the phone, on Facebook, on Twitter, no luck. Eventually I had to book a full published fare with TAP for the flight going out at a cost of 1096 Euros.
I have since tried contacting eDreams over the phone, on Facebook, on Twitter and they seem to be ignoring my request for a refund on the outbound flight and compensation for the problems caused.

I am still waiting for your answer about cancellation of two of the flights (booking code is:Flight: [protected] - 5VYU44) and finding alternative flights and routes, even agreed dates for solving this problem are way pass.

If you are not able to do that, I am afraid that I have to insist and ask you for cancellation of whole booking and returning money for the flights.

Me living in Skorea and searching for tickets in eDreams website to visit Japan during last month and today i have checked my online credit card statement and to my surprise its 66.21EUR or 74.26 USD or 84, 426KWON is deducted from my bank on 2016/10/08 from eDreams SPAIN. Also I have received my bank credit card statement today only.

Hello I purchase ticket through Edreams 21/11/2016 from Tenerife to Gran Canaria, booking code (76J6NW) First Edreams took 6.02Euros from my account a miuntes later Bintercanaria took 34.06 from my account, what get me upset now is that 25/11/2016 Bintercanaria going into my account and took another 34.06euros without my notice, This is unfair indeed criminal intent, I wrote to the company already, I was reply that I should contact Edreams basically I was giving for purchasing to, Pleae return my back.

eDreams are Scammers! Be aware of eDreams! They have hidden fee and do unfair and fraudulent practices!
Bought 2 tickets from them from NY to Paris. They added some "mediation" fee for 47 euros! I called them and spoke to 3 different agents and supervisor. Nobody could explain what these fees are. Every person gave their own interpretation of what it is - from "Administration fee" to some mysterious "Sipping fee" (shipping of what? e-tickets?). So, to be short, I never get a refund for this hidden thing!
Even more - they system shows the price for the tickets, but if you click on "Price Breakdown" they were showing the numbers that do not sum up together and show different price comparing the original screen. In my case they were showing 490 euro in the total, but 512 euros in the price breakdown. I sent them a screenshot and immediately call them. While I was talking to the agent they fixed the bug on website and were telling me that their system works correctly ignoring the screenshots that I sent them! So, they eventually charged me that 512 + 47 euros!
Also after the purchase I found that I could buy tickets much cheaper then they sold. After contacting them again and complaining I received this email from them: "...the best price is available when you are paying with Viabuy prepaid MasterCard. However, you have paid the amount for this reservation with visa debit card." Really?

We booked our flights to Manaus in January. Sometime later the times were changed and we therefore requested a refund for the full amount. We were advised by email on 28 July that we were entitled to a refund. I subsequently called eDreams to obtain my refund and were told it would take 7-10 weeks to be refunded. When we did not receive the refund after this time I again contacted eDreams to be told there had been some issue and again this would be refunded in 7-10 weeks. Again this was not received. I contacts eDreams on 8 November and was told there had been an issue with the bank details you had for me. I was surprised that no one had contacted me to obtain these details. I was told the refund would be issued in the next 10 days however once again have not received my money. I have today contacted you again and been told that the bank details were not passed on. So again no one has bothered to contact me to advise me of this and had I not called in I would not have been advised and eDreams would have happily sat on my money. At no point have I been given an explanation as to why the refund hasn't been given or why no one contacted me.
Each phone call has lasted approximately 20 minutes to half hour at a cost to myself as eDreams have not bothered to get in touch.
I would like to know how you intend to resolve this issue and compensate me for the 5 months plus delay and the numerous phone calls I have had to make.
