Hello, on the 2nd of Feb I booked two tickets to Barcelona. Departing billund from 6am ...however after paying I received a booking confirmation departing billund at 6.45pm. I then spent the next 12 hours writing and calling without success- meaning no answer. finally got a telephone answer from a call centre in india somewhere? on a bad line and couldnt help. Still no answer via mail.
Anyway in the vain hope someone can rectify this glitch please contact me.

allowance of suitcase missing on my reservation
I book a fly to lyon from zagreb and it was clearly writing one suitcase allowed on return fly but after i pay there is no more any suitcase allowed, on my fly ticket it is written no suitcase allowed on both direction. I am contacting because I have made a reservation on January 9 2017 for Passenger Adela Peeva (booking reference: [protected]) from Sofia, Bulgaria to Ljubljana, Slovenia). I received the confirmation e-mail with this check-in code: ZRTVUY. However, once she arrived at the airport they told Mrs. Peeva that her flight had not been paid for, which I do not understand since I paid with our MasterCard and received the flight confirmation.
Mrs. Peeva had to pay her ticket at the airport when a reservation was already made.

missed information on a flight I booked, resulting in me having to pay from my own suitcase twice

I booked a flight to munich with aerlingus and a return from memmingen (to and from dublin). I included suitcase too and from, confirmed in my booking. I paid 226 euro.
When I checked in on line I noted that my case was not booked for the ryanair return and I was left with no option but to book and pay for a suitcase again at a cost of 24 euro. I checked my ryanair confirmation subsequently and it seems that although I booked and paid edreams for all of this, ryanair for some reason did not get the booking of the suitcase I paid to include. I am now down the cost of booking a suitcase on that flight and I seek a refund as soon as possible. Never EVER book with eDreams - Scam Artists
Myself and 3 friends booked return flights from Ireland to Japan.The lowest priced flights had connecting times in London of approx 1hr which usually isn't an issue if you have your boarding pass and bags checked through. This is what we thought we had as we only booked one ticket with eDreams and there was no advisory that these are 2 seperate bookings. We contacted Aer lingus, our first airline to be advised that they have NO partnership with Air China and they have no idea why eDreams sold us tickets with such unrealistic connection times. They cannot confirm that we will be able to get our boarding passes when we check in at the start or if our bags will be checked the whole way.
We contacted eDreams about this who advised us that this is the airlines issue and unless we want to change our flight to an earlier flight AND PAY FOR THE CHANGE, there is nothing that they can do about it. If we miss our connecting flight we're on our own and have to pay for a completely new trip. Anyone who has ever been to Heathrow knows that if we do have to collect our flights and book in again there is no way in hell that we will make our next flight. We just want to get to Heathrow earlier so we have some chance of getting on our next flight.
We then got an email from air China advising our flight home through Heathrow has been delayed which leaves us with only a 40min connection window and the flight to Ireland is the last of the day. Again eDreams are refusing to help us.
They are a joke and anyone who is considering booking with them I would advise to stay FAR FAR away. They are scam artists and I wish I had read all the reviews online advising as much before we booked these flights.
I have emailed, Facebook mailed them and contacted them on Twitter and I am still waiting on a response. Not holding my breathe for anything useful because so far anyone we have talked to has been beyond rude to every one of us.
airline canceled flight-no way to get refund
I don't entirely believe this will even be seen by those responsible, but here goes...
I booked a round-trip ticket domestic flight and did not have issues until the day I was to return. The airline decided to cancel the flight and I could not wait for the check-in counter to open to resolve the issue there, so I purchased a one-way ticket from a different airline. Spring Airlines was very understanding, however they said I needed to contact edreams to process a refund. Two things:
One, edreams is not a credible company, as they apparently has no operators on the receiving end of the call. (Afraid of confrontation perhaps?) After navigating through 7 TelePrompts, I finally was left with dead silence and no confirmation my call was being answered. I gave up, as I do not wish to have a skyrocketed phone bill from calling overseas.
Two, this wonderful company does not even list an alternate form of contact on the website. I have receipts, a reimbursement request with the airline, and yet no email address for edreams customer service.
I suppose you get what you pay for. Although the tickets initially were decent price, this hassle is NOT worth it! I am NEVER using this service again! And no one else should either!

Edreams made errors in the dates of my bookings. I was forced to cancel the flights direct with the airlines who issued a full refund. The refund went onto edreams corporate card and I have been trying for the last 5 weeks to get this money back. They have stated that they are refunding it but despite dozens of emails and calls totalling hours and hours on the phone, 5 weeks later still not a penny from them. This cannot be anything other than a scam.

I found eDreams through a travel search site and they had the lowest airfare, so I made my reservation. After submitting my payment I thought I would be done, like on Expedia or Travelocity. Nope - my email confirmation said that my flight was PENDING. I wasn't sure what that meant. On the website, when I looked at My Trips, it also said pending, but "don't worry - we'll confirm within the day." There was no phone number on the site that I could find, so I googled the number. The one that came up was a nonworking number. I tried to put in a customer service inquiry, but after typing this up, nothing happened when I hit the submit button. I tried this on 3 different browsers. I had put the initial reservation in around noon. Well, at 6AM the next day, I got an email that said "We are sorry to inform you that we have experienced problems with the operating airline’s server. We cannot confirm your flight. Please try to make a new booking on our website again." So, I thought that I would just have to start all over (of course I was not planning on trying again with eDreams). Then I got another email from them saying my credit card was declined. I'm not sure why they were trying to charge my card AFTER they cancelled my flight. I then got a fraud alert from my credit card company because the flight charge had been put through twice, and they locked my card. So, when I called the credit card company to explain (I wanted them to know that the card was not lost or stolen but that I did not want these charges to go through) they told me that there was a $13.63 service fee from eDreams as well that did go through. When I looked at my credit card account online, the charge was listed as "Airfare svc fee-eDreams FL [protected]". When I called THAT number, they told me that they were affiliated with Southwest Airlines, were in no way affiliated with eDreams, and had nothing to do with the charge on my account. They gave me the number [protected] for eDreams. I called THAT number and it was answered by eDreams. I put in the menu prompts, and am now on hold (no music or anything now, just dead air but still on the line) for over 40 minutes now. This is completely ridiculous. I disputed my credit card charge, rebooked my flight on Expedia, wrote this review (and a few others) all while on hold for this call. Totally worth the 10 extra dollars for Expedia. AVOID eDREAMS!
We had a problem, too.
Received a charge for the service fee to eDreams and a charge for our flights paid directly to United Airlines. A few minutes later, were emailed an eDreams confirmation of our reservation for flights with United with all parties names incorrectly spelled. After reading the fine print, it revealed the tickets were "not confirmed"! Following day, eDreams informs that their charge was denied. Checked with bank. A third charge made by eDreams was attempted to themselves (eDreams) in the same amount paid for the flights to United Airlines ($2, 658.35). The bank declined this repeated charge as a potential fraud.
After advising eDreams of the duplication, rather than investigate their in-house accounting, eDreams simply canceled our flights with United for non-payment. United confirmed the booking reservation was canceled. Additionally, United informed that they are never paid directly by the on-line agent's customer, the customer pays eDreams then, eDreams pays airline. However, United has no record our payment in their reservation department.
After countless phone calls to eDreams to resolve the matter and their unmet promises to be contacted by a manager at eDreams, we have recruited our bank to assist and United Airlines to investigate eDreams misappropriation of our funds. Due to this theft and the manner in which it was conducted, we feel we must file a compliant with consumer protection agency against eDreams.

I booked my flight on 9th of Dec and got two mails, one confirming my booking and the second regarding the special conditions I ask for which I replied that I need Gluten free meals for my wife and kid.
When I checked my bank count in Jan I have seen that eDreams have charged and refunded the payment twice on 12/12 and on the 16/12. When I called them I understood that the payment was cancelled since eDream did not get the mail. Since I was not notifiable about the missing information I could not have done anything to fix the problem but I did confirm with the right procedure so I had no reason to doubt the booking.
When I called they said that the only option now is to book a new flight but the price now is more then 600Euro more expansive, Why should I pay that when I booked it at the price of 1, 020 Euro did all that they have asked me to do and got no notification that there is something wrong?

Back then, we explained we needed to get to athens in the morning in order to go to a cruise we had already purchased, considering the time of the previous flight. Your company told us the best they could do was to send us to waw. eDreams has the worst call center I have ever seen. I have been trying to solve one issue regarding my reservation [protected] already for more than 1 hour! They send me an email saying that my payment is declined, but they book one of the flights in my reservation (they select which one) and charge me for this? When I want to cancel this they tell me it is non refundable? What kind of service is that? I am buying a whole reservation from eDreams. How can they decide which one to book? How do they know if I still want their service if they can book only one of the flights in my reservation? How can they decide without my consent which flight to book? What kind of policy is that? And they keep me at the phone and provide such a bad customer experience only for 139 euros? It is very sad to see such big companies are not aware of how to provide a good quality service! I made a flight booking though edreams for the 7 Jan 2017, Bloem to Cape, South African Airways YSF4OH. Due to unseen circumstances I had to cancel. I spent a total of an hour and twenty min on the phone holding on for assistance, yes 1h20 min. After explaining the situation the person told me that SAL does not refund cancel bookings and if he cancels reservation there is additional R400.00, although there will be no refund. How is this possible, this is not an international flight, it is not a 24 hour cancellation. I can understand if the edreams are not prepared to pay back there surcharge for doing nothing, but to have an cancelled flight money payed back is unacceptable. Booked a multistage itinerary with edreams and 2 of 3 flights had a schedule change without notification given. The second meant that we have paid for an extra night at a hotel as well as extra transit fee to reach the airport in the middle if the night.
Having connected with the airline direct too, they we able to tell us they notified edreams of the schedule change on a date but looking into our email (incl junk) we had no updated information from the OTA. Every time we tried to connect with them via their custmor support we were cut off when we put a bit of pessure with the customer epresentatives... coinciddnce i think not.
Frankly i have no idea how this organisation is still in operation. Its an absolute shambles.

I'm writing you from our vacation in order to claim compensation to send you a complaint for the following events. On 23rd of October 2016, I made a reservation on your website for 2 passengers (myself [Hoda Badrizadeh] and my friend [Narges Malek Mohammadi]) for a round trip flight from Milan to Tehran having stop in Rome, going 7th Dec and coming back of 1st of January . Just afterward, my credit card was charged for the tickets, and I received an email confirmation for the reservation, which was the only email I ever received without any further information about our baggage allowed weight.
To have an idea about the allowed weight to wrap our baggage we found out we must follow terms and conditions are in the website (something that was mentioned for Economy class "To Iran 1 x 23, from Iran 1 x 32 kg.”).
For the first flight (going to Iran) everything was good and we went to Tehran with the 1*23 baggage but for the return flight on 1st of Jan 2017 we faced a huge problem when Alitalia employees told us our baggage should be 23 Kg and this phrase in the website " from Iran 1 x 32 kg." is just for whom that have bought the tickets from Iran not those done abroad in our case eDreams, and we should have paid 75 euros for just one extra piece with 8 Kg for both of us, It was a shocking news we had an extra 16 kilos so we had to reduce the weight of our baggage because we adjusted them in 1*32 Kg, it was the Alitalia website mistake that didn't explain these conditions clearly and there wasn't any information about the weight of baggage in our online ticket. We lost a lot of stuffs of ours and financial loss because of that.
The second problem for us was in Rome airport when we were going to check in for Milan flight on the 1st of Jan, our name were not in the flight list another mistake happened because in the Alitalia website our name submitted in 9 am flight list and in our ticket the flight was for the 7pm. We please pursue this problem as soon as possible, we're asking you please give back our financial loss as piece charge.

We have booked tickets from London to Italy via Paris, immediately after booking i noticed my husband's name has been printed twice on the airline ticket.
We called Edreams immediately and informed them the surname is showing twice on the ticket and we were informed that the name will be changed within 14 days. We purchased these tickets on the 16th of October and we are still waiting for the amendment to be made.
We have called them so many times, they say it will be done in another 7 days etc etc, the last conversation we had they said we will now have to pay 35euros per ticket to change the name, there are four tickets in total, so they want us to pay 140euros total, plus any difference to the price of the new tickets, It's been an absolute nightmare dealing with eDreams, they are trying to rip us off and charge us for a mistake we have not made.
Its a complete rip off, we don't need to change the ticket, they have put my husbands name on there twice, not us! They asked us to respond to them by email and the email bounces back stating this is a no reply email address.
we are due to fly in 5 weeks and the whole experience has been nothing but rubbish and stressful!
