Flight were originally booked for March 2021 and changed to April 2021 via Edreams with Qantas Airline - Flight during this period were fully refundable due to covid19. The airline it self has reached out to alert it's passenger of any outstanding credit - and if not wanted to fly you can request a credit for it! I have been fighting back and forth since 2021 with Edreams about this issue, they are refusing to pay back and are stealing money from customer. Qantas have been actively alerting their customer of those credits however Edreams is STIPULATING that they have contacted the airline on "my behalf" (I have never given the right to call on MY behalf) and that Qantas have said the ticket is not refundable. I have got emails and have had 3 strong conversation with Qantas who state the opposite! I'm due a credit and Edreams have got the fund to pay this back! Where is the money? Edreams refuse to pay and keeps dragging the process. the common answers also is Someone will be in touch with you within 72hours months later you keep chasing! AGAIN: Qantas have notified and confirmed me of the credit against this booking and have confirm also that Edreams has the money to provide the refund! I wonder how many people in Australia Edreams is trying to rip off!
