Highly disappointed with the service had me take numerous off from work due to delivery. Ever since the 1 August 2024 I've taken an up grade which is getting canceled after confirmation everything done verification done time for delivery a superior asked for the parcel to be returned am I working for a company that's going pay me for free after all the attempts I've made time is of essence I've been too an fro with making calls asking why an who canceled my order. The agent that dealt with me is LUNGALO TWALA I had the manager CHRIS MODLEY speak to me on an order I've taken which was canceled I then took up another upgrade on the 18 August 2024 that was to be delivered on Tuesday which ram's courier was requested to return to vodacom I've got all valid proof. I'm a vodacom customer for 19 year's the worst service I've ever received please acknowledge the service I've received.

You’ve clearly had enough of the runaround from Elite Mobile South Africa, and for good reason. Taking time off work repeatedly, only to have your delivery canceled without explanation, is beyond frustrating. After 19 years as a loyal Vodacom customer, you deserve better. Hopefully, they take this seriously and make things right because you’ve shown more patience than most would in this situation!
