Takealot voucher promotion upon renewal of contract
During December I received a call from Elite Mobile thanking me for being a valued customer and offering a R4000.00 Takealot voucher if I renewed my sim card contract. Which I agreed to I was asked where the voucher must be sent and I provided my cellphone number (not the sim card related to the promotion) and explained the sim they are giving me a promotion on is a data line. I also provided my email address.
I have been calling since January at least 3 times every month asking for this voucher. The response initially was we will send it to the number you provided then I was told then sent it to the data sim which I specifically asked them not to do and that the email address on their system was incorrect. I asked the call agent to correct the information and I was told to wait.
I followed up constantly and was told the matter will be resolved. 6 months later I am being told that the Takealot voucher expired in February and they sent it to the data sim. I explained that this was never the agreement and they should resolve it because I was clear about where they must send it and I called several times prior to the voucher expiring and they delayed the process of sending it to the correct email and cell phone number.
I am beyond disappointed and they have not upheld their end of the contract, this is a direct breach.
Desired outcome: I want my Takealot Voucher as was promised or I want the total amount of installments I paid to be returned to me.
Contract, which I didn't sign, canceled
On 1 June 2022, Elite mobile phoned me and say they are from Vodacom and want to offer me a new contract. My current contract expire on 30 June 2022. I said I want to continue with the same benefits without a new device. She then offered me a package to the value consisting of R199 airtime (value R230) abd R38 for 2GB data. I agree to that. A week ago I realised that I didn't receive the email. Went to the Vodacom shop and they printed the so-called contract. t was not correct. Only then I realised the I was tricked to think it was Vodacom. Yesterday, 29 June 2022 I phoned an canceled, which was a mission, tgey didn't want to. I insisted that I didn't sign anything, di to me there us no contract. Today an amount of R159 + R3,50 fir a debit order for a Debicheck payment and collection fee. According to me, today is my last day if my contract and I don't have a new one.
This Debicheck is fraudulant and Elite mobile is stealing my money. How can they ask for a debicheck if it is still during my old contract date and there is no signed contract?
Desired outcome: Please refund me for the payment of R159 as well as the R3,50 collection fee. I want the manager to phone me and apologise for all the inconvenience, unnecessary phone calls and all this while I am in bed with Bronchitis.
Cellphone contract
My name is Matome Seshoka.I received a call from one of your consultant about a cellphone and was told I don't qualify because am black listed so I never received the phone but my capitec account was debited on the 16th June. I want a refund and the debit order cancelled. Because I don't have a contract with you people.

Spam telemarketing calls
Elite Mobile call center phones me at least twice a day with telemarketing. I've blocked their number but they still continue to phone daily and it's been going on for weeks. How do I get them to stop!?

What can I say appart from it is a scam to take peoples money for four months now but stiil did not deliver the goods!

Cell phone upgrade scam
Their call center deliberately lies and misleads customers. Unethical behavior and a waste of time.
They processed an upgrade on my vodacom cellphone contract after multiple clarifications with the agent and her manager. They both lied that my existing additional products will not be affected. They also lied that they were calling from vodacom directly.
Elite Mobile should not be allowed to operate in this illegal manner
Vodacom Upgrade
My wife upgraded her one Vodacom line through Elite Mobile, after she wanted to cancel the line, and move it over to prepay. They made promises to keep my wife from canceling, and did not keep to them. They told me I could do a telephonic simswap, which does not work, and a R2000-00 Takealot voucher, which we never received. I phoned Vadacom to try to sort this out, and after being forwarded to 3 different places, I was put in touch with Elite Mobile. There I found the most unhelpful bunch of people ever. I have to wait 7 days for them to check that I am not lying, and then just except them fixing it. Not caring about the 2 months of service and 20GB of data I have lost. Also Siphiwe does not want to transfer me to his manager Sekia Gere. He says they cannot transfer calls, in a call center? Also when I requested to be added as a CC on the mail, he tells me E-Mail is only Internal. They Stole from me, and thinks this is not a Bridge in contract. Yea Right. They have now caused Vodacom to lose all my Family support.
Please take my advice. Do not deal with Any affiliates, deal direct, Especially if they are as sketchy as ELITE MOBILE

On the 21 December 2021 at 12h45 I received a call from Elite Mobile on behalf of Vodacom offering me a data package deal. The consultant I spoke to is Thobeka. She advised that I would be getting 10gigs per day on my contract, of course I felt it was too good to be true so I confirmed with her 3 times is it 10gigs per day, she confirmed that it is per day and it even rolls over to the next day if it is unused but has an expiry date. The call was recorded you can go back and listen to it. Upon receiving my package end of January 2022 I have since realised that it is not per day but rather per month. The information she used to sell me the package was incorrect and misleading. I am not happy about this and want to cancel my contract. I have contacted Elite Mobile regarding my complaint twice, 11 February 2022 was the first time and then again a follow up on the 22 February 2022 with the consultant that responded to me. I have still not received any further feedback from them after they had confirmed that they will listen in on the call that was recorded and investigate. Please assist.

Order of samsung a03 core
I received a call about the special on Samsung a03 core at R125.00 PER MONTH. After accepting the terms, I was promised that the phone will be delivered within ten days. But I received a copy of order invoice with an amount of R333.00 then I received a message that I still need to send another documents so I cancelled the order and the phone was never delivered.
To my surprise r159.00 was deducted from my account even though the cancelled the order and the phone was never delivered.
Please be kind and reverse the debit order.

i made an order no 298354 which was delivered only to find all it contained was an advert for education.
i was also given an order 2981692 with no details of what it was for.
i have on several occasions complained about not having any details on the new order without any response. i don't know if it was the original order that i agreed to.
it was also agreed that the sum of R159 for Showmax would be removed from the original agreement but then i get a notification from the bank that Elite Mobile and made a debit order for that amount at the end of each month, this was definitely not agreed to or approved, this must be cancelled immediately

Failure to keep contract
I upgraded my contract on 20 November and was told that I will get a R 2000 take a lot voucher. I asked the agent numerous times if there was any catches and said no, will get an sms within 7 working days for this.
Beginning December I had heard nothing and phoned again, I was then told that it is 7 working days from the date that the contract activates.
Wait again and nothing. Phoned again on Monday 13/12 and speak to Yuleesa, promises feedback within 48 hours, heard nothing again. Phone again 15/ 12 and speak to her again, told that it was escalated to her manager and name is on list and sent to Vodacom for the voucher.
Heard nothing by today and phone again and speak to Kuven, on the phone for an hour and he was "Checking with his manager" and call cut, no decency to phone back and provide feedback.
Phone again today and speak to Yuleesa again, just says nothing they can do as been escalated, waiting in anticipation for Kreshan to phone me. [protected] for if it is "escalated" like it was previously

Receiving calls on a daily basis
receiving calls for no reason I have no business with elite mobile at all. The calls are very short I am not able to understand what
the person is saying and hang up again.
I'm feeling very annoyed and harrassed with these calls.

Elite Mobile has zero regard for personal information and to abuse their "power" of absurdly annoying excessive telemarketing
I receive several calls per day. Thank God for something like Truecaller
Either way it is amounting to harassment and it seems this company does not give a damn

Cancellation of contract
I called Voodacom to cancel 2 of my contract on the 1st of December 2021.So I was talking to a agent name Faroz Shaik about canceling my contract then he started talking about a migration. I asked him to send me a quote for 1 of my contracts and the other was to be canceled. While talking to him the call got cut. He didnt bother to call me back. So I called the next day only to find out that Faroz Shaik put through 2 migration on both my contract without authorization. I'm been trying to sort this out with no joy. I have quite a few contracts with Voodacom and I will cancel all my contracts if this is not sorted out. There were no documents sent, email or sms regarding the migration.
Desired outcome: All migration done to be canceled also find out from the agent who authorized the migration.

I had to go to vodacom and reverse the contract.
After sales agent from vodacom told me that they have a lot of complaints from elite mobile.
I'm hoping to secure the audio recordings of transaction for court case.

Finally, please will you send me proof that you have complied with POPPY legislation and that my personal information that Elite mobile or and of there agents may use this information in some way.
Failing to acknowledgement of this email in writing, in 72 hours, and providing me with the requested information will leave me no option but to escalate this to the Financial Services Commission,
Vodacom Legal and the Consumer Council.

Elite mobile is billing for the cell phone I didn't not receive and for the mag zone I don't know. I ask them to stop billing in march, but they are still continuing. Ref numbers are elite mobile vn616113187-1210820 and mag zone vn61613187-4210820.
