On 7/8/24 at 7:21 I received and email from Enterprise concerning the toll charges that I incurred while renting a vehicle. Geico RSVP a rental through our claim # [protected].
- The rental had a transponder in stalled.
- We were informed we needed to switch out the transponder with our own.
- We incurred toll charges that were based on having no transponder.
- We only rented the vehicle because we were in an accident.
- The local Enterprise branch rep admitted to NOT informing us of the need to change our transponders.
- These charges should be dealt with between Geico insurance and your company just as all other charges were dealt with through our claim.

Desired outcome: These charges taken care of by Enterprise through Geico insurance. Toll charges reduced down from non-transponder fees to EZPass transponder fees.
