I rented a car from enterprise on 04-01 in which the representative misrepresented the insurance when I requested specific information. When Asked if the insurance was the $11.99 package the representative replied yes, however, she failed to tell me not only was it for the $11.99 but it was also for $14.99 and $6.99. When I called in to speak to the Manager about the issue I was given the store assistant manager, Michael, who said that the manager was made aware of the situation, and would call me to resolve the situation. I waited endlessly for her called two other occasions in which I was told the manager was out for the day and that she was aware of the situation and would get back to me. Finally when I spoke to Michael on 4-09-08 (one week later) he stated that the manager said she had spoken to me and would take care of me on my next rental. The manager did not give me the courtesy of returning my call and did not offer me no such resolution.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
After renting a car from this location, I discovered I was mistakenly overcharged by several days. I made numerous attempts to clear things up via manager Nelson Fotu. He has been the absolute rudest and most insincere person I have ever dealt with. He has made NO effort whatsoever to work with me, nor attempt to resolve the situation. He obviously does not care about customers, nor about maintaining relationships with them. I am more upset about the way he has treated me and handled the situation than I am about the situation itself. I have dealt with a lot of people, a lot of mistakes, and a lot of businesses. Never have I been treated so poorly and felt so degraded by another human being. Enterprise should be very embarrassed and ashamed to have such a disrespectful & DECEITFUL employee working for & representing their company.
I am in the service and I rented a car from the st louis office (Air port) and two weeks later the car broke down. It was 3am and the tempeture was 5 deg. I call the assistance number and it was 45 min before a tow truck got to me (No heat in the car) and then I had to wait another 3 hours at a dinner until the enterprise office opened up in rolla, mo before I could get another car which put me behind on a very important meeting I was going to and all they had to say was sorry we dont have any offices open at 4 in the morning. An emergency rental car should be avalible at times like this. I had this car from rolla for a month and the mike walker from the st louis branch calls me to tell me that I have to be in one of his cars and wants me to drive to st louis to get it. I am in school and I dont have the time to drive to st louis 2 hours away to get this car and he kept pushing the issue. Mike stated that it would be to hard for him to keep me in the car from rolla enterprise and that I really needed to be in his company car.in the end he brought me another car to the st roberts branch and dropped it off. The comercial clearly states that enterprise will pick you up and drop you off. However it doesnt state that this is only during their business hours and not on sunday. This is not good business ethics and should be fixed. I have nothing to hide, my name is howard gump, us army warrant officer 1 and I would like to see this issue resolved for other individules who should not encounter this problem.
Windshield damaged by flying rock while driving a rental vehicle from Enterprise Leasing. Our Insurance Company was notified but they said Enterprise had to send request for payment. Enterprise collected estimated damages from us and said it would be returned when the claim was settled.
I have been on the phone with them every couple weeks since August and this is March. Nothing has happened unless I make threats to them. Our Insurance never even got a bill to pay until I called Enterprise for the 4th time.
On January 22, 2017, I was told the claim was settled and I would get my refund within 2 to 3 weeks. It has been almost 8 weeks and still nothing. I called today and get a voice mail. Enough is enough.
Pls dont rent your vehicle from enterprise. They will make you sign on fine print and rip you off in the end. I ended up paying 500 dollars for a small bent in the edge of the door that I didnt make and it was in the vehicle already. They have their own repair shop dealer who charges extra as he knows it is either us or the insurance company going to pay for it. .
The person at enterprise didnt look at the car when I rented and I was in a hurry so she made me sign in the contract and I left. When I returned the car they added all the damages that were in the car already and screwed me big time..
Pls dont get cheated by this Rental car company..
i had a car accident a few weeks ago and already had a bad time of it with the guy who hit my car's insurance company giving me the run around but to make things worst when i finally got the rent a car it was from enterprise i never had a problem with them til now, first of all they were suppose to give me a car that is similiar to my own car and i got some small car that i can barely fit into along with a baby and a car seat.also the registristration sticker on the license plate still reads july of 2017 the front tags are for aug of 2017 and then also i thought it was policy to fill the gas tank it wasn't even half full when i received it and the guy seem like he was in a rush to get me into the car.just seems like nothing has been right .even wrote a letter to their offie and no write back thanks enterprise for nothing.can't wait to get my suv back so me and my family can feel safe again
While having car repaired at CarMax, was offered a warranty rental from Enterprise. Picked up car, and was requested to return car to that exact location by rental agent. Location was a no parking zone that I didn't know about. While in the process of returning car, the car was ticketed. Not only did the Enterprise office not accept responsibility for the ticket, they let it languish. Thus there are now late fees involved that they say I must pay. I'm not sure how this will be resolved, but I will never go near Enterprise again, and I would suggest that nobody else do so either.
It is your responsibility to pay your own fines. Do you think if you murder someone in their home it's their responsilibity and fault because it's their home? Get a life and quit trying to blame your lack of sense and responsibility on someone else.
Are you kidding me? So you think those employees should me ready at your beck and call? If you are in the service then you should know better. Those people deserve to go home to their families and have a break from ignorant, demanding people like you.
Return to same location means that office. No one could possibly assure you a parking spot! Read signs and use your brain, if you have one.
The only attenandant in this office was "Dan". very rude. Enterprise is known for delivering the rental to you, I called Dan for several times in 5 hours trying to get a rental when my car was in an accident. Dan kept telling me he would call me as soon as he could. (mind you I had already made reservations for the car on-line) DAN NEVER RETURNED MY CALL. at 4pm I called AGAIN and let Dan know that I was stranded at work and would need a rental before 5pm, did I need to make arrangements to pick up the rental at 5 when I got off work. Dan's statement was, how was I going to pick up a rental at 5pm when he closes at 5pm. I had to take leave from work to go and pick up the rental. when I get there he makes me wait a good 5 minutes before acknowleding my presence. My insurance company pays for a portion of my daily rental while my car is being repaird. Dan claimed he did not have a car in the price range and that I needed and that I needed to contact my Insurance Agent to up my daily allowance. on my insurance. Dan iinsisted all he had was a standard size car, but would have what I wanted the next day. 5 days later I get a smaller car, pre-pay for 1 week again and Dan is still his unfriendly self. I have been renting a car from Enterpirise twice a year for several years now and have never had to pre-pay for a rental.
I am not done with my claim as my car will be in the shop for several days, but I will not be using Enterprise rent a car again. my experiance has been just awful Dan needs to find a job that he enjoys doing. I will definitly let Nationwide Insurance know that they need to consider changing the rental company they do business with. Word of mouth goes a long way when complaing about customer service.
YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY ###ED!
First: STATE LAW only required BASIC transportation. Insurance companies DO NOT have to pay for something similar to what you drive. YOU are the CLAIMANT, which means, YOU WERE ONLY APPROVED FOR A SMALL CAR. Enterprise isn't going to lose rate on a car because the person who hit you has crappy insurance.
ENTERPRISE AIRPORT LOCATIONS ARE THE ONLY locations with a full tank policy... HOME CITY locations give you gas with a minimum of 1/4. STOP crying.
I to was de-frauded by enterprize, I rented the $9.99 weekend special... When I took the car back they said I put a small scratch in the "passenger" door... this car already had 40, 000 miles on it.. when I told the agent about the small dings [ before renting] he said thats "standard issue". for a car used this much... I bring it back, now they are trying to charge me a WHOPPING $537.00 for the small scratch...I went crazy... Just got the bill and the body shop fixed several other things [ front bumper/fog light etc, etc...] things they never even put on their original claim... and I DID NOT DO!...Maybe a shopping cart put the scratch in the Door... I will accept responsability... but the rest was/is PURE FRAUD... I am working with the local news and the AZ attorney general about their PROVABLE outright FRAUD.
Same complaint as the previous person.
Charging me for an unpaid toll of $17.00 for a 75 toll.
Call the number on my letter and nobody will answer the phone [protected].
I called enterprise 800 number they tell me they cannot reach that division?
So in other words its an outside company that abuses your name by charging a ridiculous fee and they don't allow you to help you customers by allowing them to pay it.
I truthfully don't even believe that I missed a toll in my rental car, but who cares about the busy business person who is trying to do the right thing and pay the toll.
I don't understand this system at enterprise. This division is listed as po box?
Please help me.
Never use Enterprise. They will try their best to rip you
off, for instance, the will apply any possible fees and charges on your
submitted credit card after the car has been returned. They will not pick you
up as advertise because they do not have a driver at place as well as
professional employees at the office. And they will put you on “not rent” list
if they see that cannot easy take your money without the authorization. This is
particularly referred to Christopher Hammod at the Lebanon’s, MO office. NEVER
will use this disaster again!
here in Canada the same man that rent the car have is own body shop and glass shop and was on TV and RCMP have it and this guy making millionsin assurance
They are charging for a refueling charge even when the car is full.
