Bought item through military Exchange Feb. 2023. Mar. 2025, projector have an internal component failure. Verified warranty at Epson web by entering S/N and said that warranty expires on 4/13/2025. Submitted all required documentation for warranty claim but representatives decline claim and their reason is because product was bought at a 3rd party and warranty is from original purchase date. First of all why would their own website show warranty expires on 4/13/2025 then their representatives decline it. Product price was $2799 and only lasted a little over 2yrs. Epson claims 10,000hrs on the bulb but entire projector only lasted a little over 2yrs. And not honoring warranty. Piece of expensive junk.

Pros:

Promises stunning video output.
Cons:
Only looks good in advertisement.
Never honors warranty specially if bought from “3rd supplier/store” as they claim.
Expensive product that will only last 2yrs.
Their reps seems to be on the company’s “Less warranty claims processed/denial, more bonus”
A little past 2year old projector (2yrs 1mo), equipment already failed with under a thousand hr. usage. Epson fail diagnostic - Internal device failure. Epson does not honor warranty because it was bought at military Exchange per their reps claim. Epson web verification for warranty states that my unit’s warranty expires 4/13/2025 but they cannot honor it because it was bought at a 3rd party location - Military base Exchange store. Unit cost $2799 and Epson does not backup their product.
