Good morning. I booked a multi-day trip with Expedia at five different locations. Durning the trip, while staying at the Bucking Moose in West Yellowstone Montana, I called on September 14th to see if I could extend the trip by one day. I called Expedia and talked to Mohamid on the phone on Thursday morning, September 14th. I added a night at the Bucking Moose in West Yellowstone Montana for Friday September`15th. I talked to Mohamid in detail about the additional cost for the extra night in West Yellowstone, and about changing the days at the next two upcoming locations. He did a great job with the changes but HE definitely made a mistake and misquoted the cost when quoting me the cost for the extra night at the Bucking Moose. I had already stayed for two nights at a cost of $693.97. Mohamid told me I could stay one more night and the Extra Night's Cost would be $111.46 extra, for a 3 night TOTAL CHARGE of $805.43. However, when I reviewed my charges on my credit card I was charged $805.43 for the one extra night, in addition to the $693.97 I was already billed. Mohamid clearly stated the one night additional charge would be $111.46 for a 3 day total of $805.43. Please go back and listen to the recording of our conversation so you can hear our conversation and his explanation. THIS WAS NOT MY MISTAKE OR MY MISUNDERSTANDING. I WOULD HAVE NEVER BOOKED ONE ROOM FOR ONE NIGHT FOR $805.43. IT WAS ONLY MY WIFE AND I TRAVELING. YOU CAN REVIEW THE CHARGES FOR OTHER ROOMS I BOOKED THROUGH YOU ON THIS TRIP AND THEY WERE ALL APPROXIMATELY THE SAME PRICE, OR LOWER; NONE AT THE $800 PER NIGHT I WAS CHARGED WHICH I CANNOT AFFORD. Please contact me as soon as possible so I can get this cleared up. I am definitely willing to pay the $805.43 for the three night stay, but I cannot pay that amount for one night. I appreciate your help and look forward to hearing from you. Thanks. Robert Ward
Desired outcome: I expect to be charged as quoted by Mohamid - $805.43 for the three night stay at the Bucking Moose on September 13th, 14th and 15th.
