Dehumidifier
My Dehumidifier went bad with F0 error code with in one year.
But, when I tried to call the customer care, it says call back later all the time.

Unit was purchased 8/20. July 2021 unit had an "EC" code. I contacted the company and they indicated it was not repairable and a replace would be sent. This was on 8/2/21 within the warranty period. I completed the paperwork, sent it in and received a confirmation. I was informed this would be done in 10 business days. When I called on 8/16 because I hadn't received a replacement or heard anything else they claimed the "back office" didn't have the paperwork. I asked to speak to a supervisor which I was transferred but found out she was not a supervisor after all but informed me the paperwork was all received and in order on 8/2 but the "back office" needed to process the request. I indicated this needed to be escalated and then did get a supervisor. She confirmed everything was in order on 8/2 and they would start the process again. To me this is not acceptable and who is to say I won't have the same issue. She put me on hold for a good 45 minutes to come back and say the same thing... that the back office would need to process and that typically takes 7-10 business days and then 3-5 to ship. This timing is longer than the original timing PLUS everything was in good order on 8/2. She then proceeded to tell me that I should call on Wed/Thurs again to make sure it is moving. Why am I following up with your company? At this point this needs to be escalated and a replacement sent. It is the highest humidity (70's to 80%) and creating mold in my basement. Waiting another 15 business days is not acceptable. I started to ask another question and she thanked me for my call and hung up on me. I am assuming this is because it was right at 8:00 ET and the day was over for them.
Desired outcome: Replacement of unit and compensation for self cleaning up of mold.

I purchased this unite on 07/06/2018 and bought a 5 year warranty. The past month the unit has been humming terrible. I call the store I purchased it from which was P.C. Richards in Woodbridge, N.J. 07095 The told me they would get someone to look at it 2 places they gave me could not come to this area or they don't do in home service. So I called Frigidaire myself and they had me on hold the for 35 minutes and then the second time I called backed for 20 minutes and they could not resolve the issue. I then asked for a supervisor and that was another 30 minute hold. Finally the person I spoke to made an appointment with K & D services in Jersey City, N.J. [protected] and they came out and the tech said It was a leak in the compressor or the condenser. They tried ordering the part which is on back order. Part #[protected] Who knows when I will get it. I purchased a black frigidaire refrigerator freezer on May 29th, 2021 from Home Depot in New York, New York. I started to experience problems with both the refrigerator part and the freezer, in late July so I called it in for service on July the 30th 2021 and, received a service appointment with advance solutions for August the 2nd between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm. However, that appointment was canceled out because when the tech called they feel I did not respond in a timely manner, So the appointment was rescheduled for the next day August the 3rd. That appointment was also canceled because the tech could not find parking. I called back the Electrolux service department to make a complaint they set me up with another company G&G repair, which gave me another appointment for August 10, they never showed up for the repair work when I called g&g they told me the tech called out. So I called your service department again on the 10th of August only to be giving another appointment with another company A&E repair for August the 14th which is today only to have the appointment canceled and rescheduled again. Needless to say, I am very frustrated with the lack of service. I Need Help ASAP! I've been without a working fridge for over 2 weeks and no one will take responsibility I had this fridge for less than 3 months and it's already malfunctioning. FRIGIDAIRE STAND BY YOUR WORD TO PROVIDE QUALITY SERVICE!

The dishwasher is fine. My complaint's the lack of concern with the most important item to the buyer. You provide 2 screws/anchors for top mount. This assumes counter attachment. You "suggest" 1/4" floor lags or side mount flanges. Rather than include these for install, you have the buyer wait until the appliance is being installed. So penny wise.

I've had to open two different repair tickets have had 6 appointments and then they were trying to replace parts that had already been replaced. A&E submitted a non repairable ticket and Frigidaire was supposed to send me a replacement when they found the unrepairable report on 6/18 but then they cancelled it. I escalated to corporate over 2 weeks ago but have had no traction. Messy complete timeline with repair ticket numbers and contacts below. Please help!

I bought a Frigidaire Microwave Oven Model number FFCE2278LS S. Number 1G81555159 two years ago on Amazon. This morning my coffee mug barely made contact with the door while the door was opened, and my door shattered into pics. The cup of coffee hit the inside part of the door, so how come it would have made the entire front shatter? I have called several numbers from my booklet that came with this appliance. I have gotten complete run around on this matter. I have waited for call backs of which I didn't receive any. I have spoken to serval people after long wait periods of which no help was offered. I called the parts to see If I could order a new door to replace it of which they claim you don't carry for this model. To me something needs to be done about this product. I Consumers shouldn't be paying high price for products that don't last long or can't get help with. I had microwaves that cost much less last longer than this expensive product that you can't seem to stand behind. This is unreal and I will be making reviews with photos on this product. When I paid the money, I paid for this I should have at least gotten 5 years of use out of it not 2. I am very unhappy with your product and your service. I have attached copies of the mic and the small cup that made contact with the inside door that caused the end product to happen. I would like someone to get back to me that has knowledge or can help me without me going number to number and waiting and no help available to me.

I purchase the dishwasher from Costco, Toronto in May 2020. The product is still under warranty and I have been facing repeated issues. I have called the customer care several times but no one responds. Upon calling their service partner in Toronto, everytime I call I am simply told yes a technician will be there soon. They refuse to share any ticket id or a record in writing

Have contacted warranty line, repair tech came out, refrigerator cannot be repaired. Tech contacted Frigidaire and replacement was approved. Were told someone would contact us in 7 to 10 days for delivery of new fridge. No call. A call to them revealed they had no information on it. We were then told it would be another 7 to 10 days. After another ten business days, we still have not received a call and cannot contact Frigidaire.

Dishwasher is only 7 months old. It is cracked at seam. The service department said it is not fixable. Said I am out of a Dishwasher. Complete waste of money. 2 different repair men have come out and both said it is faulty. They blamed it on home depot. The dishwasher worked fine for 6 months so why would it be home depots fault? I am in the service business and we don't conduct shady business like this. We replace faulty parts in the first year.

We purchased a Frigidaire side by side refrigerator May 27 2019. We also paid for a 3 year extended warranty.
The refrigerator has not and does not keep a consistent temperature.
We have finally determined the reason is the door is not properly closing.
I called the [protected] number on Friday July 30, 2021 at 12:30 pm. I was on hold quite awhile. "Regina" answered and said the system was down, I would have to call back. I asked her if she would return my call since I was on hold for a lengthy time and she took my number but of course, no call back.
Monday August 2, 2021 11:45 am MST and now the calls to the number resulted in "due to a high volume of calls, we are unable to take your call at this time".
I tried the website of Frigidaire.com and it advises to call.
I am calling but your company refuses to respond for some reason.

We had a new fridge recently delivered from our local Lowe's. The fridge upon delivery was missing the top 2 gallon bins in right fridge door. I have been trying to go through the warranty department due to the fridge failing after 5 months of use. I the customer service department is anything but helpful. Ebony simple doesn't know anything. They have been sitting with the techs report for a week and nothing has happened. I asked to talk to a supervisor Larry and Quincy, but there were uninterested in helping with the situation. They clearly messed up by letting a report just sit there for another week. Now its going to be 2-3 more weeks to get a fridge replaced. A month and a half to get a fridge replaced? Do you not inform people that if they decide to by your product that it could take months to replace your faulty equipment? Shameful. To big to fail attitude from Fridgidaire sucks. I have not direct time frame on when the fridge will be fixed or replaced.

I'm beyond frustrated.. We purchased this freezer in Jan 2020 at Home Depot and within a few months it stopped cooling. I called frigidaire and they had a tech come out and he informed us that this particular model freezer has had numerous problems with cooling and that the part needed to repair it was on back order. So we had to wait and after a couple of weeks he came to fix it.
A month later the exact same thing happened again and the repair man came out and said this problem is recurring and that he recommended a buy back. We called and spoke to a representative and they suggested the same thing. My wife called and after a heated back and forth she was told that the freezer wouldn't be bought back and they'd send someone out. Well no one has come back and it's been a month since then. And I'm currently on hold with frigidaire as I'm typing. I've literally been on hold for 3 hours and 19 minutes. What makes it so bad is I guess they flagged our account after my wife called because someone picked up after an 1hr and said nothing for awhile then promptly put us back on hold.
This is beyond frustrating and I find it hard for anyone not to be upset in regards to such treatment. We are hoping for a buyback... Someone help.

Same exact scenario happened to us. Same model too! Their protocols for buy backs are ludicrous. They want three-5 visits from their technicians before they can even consider replacing. My carpet was damaged and meat products were spoiled as well. I purchased over 10 bags of ice a day just to keep the temperature. I’ve spent over the amount of what the freezer is worth. My time is valuable too.They should be cutting me a check at an hourly rate that I’ve been put on hold!

On November 13th, 2020 I purchased a Frigidaire Side-by-Side Refrigerator with Ice Maker from Lowe's in Mentor, Ohio. On the morning of June 2nd 2020 the refrigerator started making a loud buzzing noise on and off. I contacted Lowe's to discuss this issue, and I was told it was the refrigerator making ice. I explained to the representative that it was not that because I knew what that noise was. He tried to troubleshoot the issue over the phone but was unsuccessful so he put in a request to send out a technician. Later that evening of June 2nd it got worse. Not only did the noise get louder, it started to constantly beep like an alarm was going off, the refrigerator side and also the freezer side would not holds its temperature and the refrigerator kept cutting off. The dispenser started to leak water non-stop. I had to turn the water valve off in my kitchen in order to stop the water flow, so of course I can't use my kitchen sink. I explained that I was having my kitchen floor done soon and did NOT want all the water to mess up the foundation of my floor. The next day, June 3rd 2020 the technician came out to fix the issue (all my food spoiled!).
The technician stated that he could not fix the refrigerator that day because he had to order parts to do so (Technician from EZ Appliance). He stated that I needed a Compressor, Starter, Run Capacitor and a new Dispenser Module, and that it would take a week for the parts to come in. I contacted Frigidaire after many unsuccessful attempts, to ask for a new refrigerator because I only had that one 6 months and already needed major parts! They refused to offer me a new refrigerator because I' am still under warranty and stated that the technician had to come and fix it. After over two weeks of not hearing anything about the parts I called EZ Appliance. I was told that they had 3 parts in but not the compressor that the compressor was on back order and didn't know when it would be in. I had to contact Lowe's who thankfully agreed to send me a loner refrigerator for now.
I then contacted Frigidaire Corporate office on June 22nd, 2020 and demanded to speak with a manager. I began to speak with Brittany Johnson Electrolux Corporate Manger about what was going on. She began to order the parts herself and expedited the order for the parts to come directly to my home. She even told me that I would get $50 towards my lost food (which is not NEARLY enough money for all the food I had in my refrigerator and freezer at the time!) in the form of a card which has never come! She also switched the technician company to ProTech Repair. I was originally scheduled for repair with ProTech for Friday July 2nd 2021. I had to reschedule the repair because I was getting my kitchen floor done that day, as I told them I was having it done soon. The reschedule date was for today July 7th, 2021 with a time from 11 - 3pm. I received a call from Dan from ProTech at 11:32am stating that the technician could not make it out. Due to me being a nurse and working 5 days a week, I had to reschedule for July 19th, 2021 which is about another 2 weeks out, they could not get me in sooner in an convenient time frame for me.
As a result I really just want my money back for the refrigerator so that I can purchase a new one from a better company. A company with better products, better policies and better customer service. I only had this product for 6 months and it broke down with major issues. For the past 2 months I've had a refrigerator sitting there that I can't use, and for the past 1 month I've had space taking up in my home for the loner refrigerator that is very small and I can barely put any food in. I have to make frequent store runs to feed my 4 children, because I can't buy in bulk with no room.
PLEASE help get my money back ($1, 165.32). I DO NOT want a new refrigerator from Frigidaire as their products are not good at all, and a new refrigerator from them would put me back in this same situation 6 months from now or sooner!

Just after their 1 year warranty ended:
- our DRYER door sensor stopped working
- then the main board went out and our DRYER stopped working all together
- then the Professional Series REFRIGERATOR temp sensor went out
- then the Professional Series REFRIGERATOR evaporator/cooling system went out
Guess what? Unlike other companies, they only have a ONE YEAR warranty on the closed cooling system in the professional series refrigerators. One year warranty for everything.
These are by far the biggest piles of junk we have ever purchased. Not to mention all of the little things that have fallen off our washer and dryer over the past 1.5 years. Called to confirm, answer was yes, you're not under warranty have a nice day.
And we have had not one, but two professionals confirm the issues with the refrigerator.
Desired outcome: Fridge replacement but we were told to forget it and have a good day.

Bought a Microwave on -line. It worked for three months. They gave me a number for a local repair company, They came out and found out the microwave was not repairable and needed to be replaced. Two maybe three weeks later Frigidaire sent out a new microwave to a third party who would be in contact to set up the new installation. It has been lost at the third parties dock. Was signed for by an employee. I have called 3 to 4 times a week between Frigidaire and NAL(3 party group) they all say each time we are looking into it and will get back to you in 24 hours, If you don't hear back call us back. Each time it takes over 45 minutes to get to someone just to get the same answer, We have emailed the group that takes care of it. Sorry that's all we can do.
I am not sure how it is my fault that a company Frigidaire has contracted to use has lost the microwave. But when you call Frigidaire I have gotten "well it arrived at NAL so not a lot we can do about it."
In my opinion, Frigidaire should send out a new microwave and use another company to install so it doesn't get lost. The Customer service I have received from Frigidaire and NAL is horrible. They both have shown that they don't care.
