Extremely poor customer service at #43 township of pine market district
I placed a pickup order for Feb 25, 8:30-9:00am window at #43 Township Of Pine store. A store associate called me at 7:40am to ask for substitutions and also for any additional items. I gave her the substitutions and one additional item. After picking up the order, I realized that none of the substitutions or the additional item were there. I called the store. Same person who called me answered. Upon explaining my concern, store associate said they are out of all items. The associate was extremely rude to me. I said I would write to Ms. Laura Karet about this. The associate said to go ahead. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided to me today. I know it is only one customer for giant eagle in Western PA so it doesn’t matter to Giant Eagle but I am going to stop shopping at their stores all together.
Desired outcome: The rudeness of store associate and unwillingness to help.
Giant Eagle has extremely terrible customer service. Store associates think that they own the grocery world.
How do I get to use my car was pass now that I lost the sticker before I was able to put it on the windshield
i don't have a complaint as much as need advice. i purchased unlimited carwash as a Christmas gift and she lost it before putting it on the car. it is almost 2 months and haven't been able to use it, what do I need to do to use it, I have one for another vehicle and want to use this one, please advise, thank you

8 piece mixed chicken
Good Morning. I purchased an 8 piece mixed chicken, from hot food for $7.99, on December 28th from the Giant Eagle at 6204 US Route 30, Greensburg, PA. I have purchased this chicken many times in the past and it was always delicious. This pack was so dried out, and the breading so hard, that you could hardly eat it. My husband and I tried to eat it but ended up throwing most of it away. I now realize I should have taken it back to the store but with the price of gas it did not seem feasible. I looked at the label and it said it was prepared at 10:20 a.m.; I bought it at 3:54 p.m. If they knew it was in the hot foods for this long, they should have thrown it away or reduced the price. I am so disappointed that the store would sell something like this.

Pharmacy
The Giant Eagle Pharmacy - specifically in New Castle, PA on Butler does not consider the patients health or wellbeing. My prescription was not refilled. A fax was sent according to the technician, the prescription was again not filled - they said there was no response. In the meantime no follow-up with me. I will use Rite Aid that does care about the patients well-being, does not let prescriptions expire and notifies the patient when the prescriptions are ready or if there is a problem with a refill. The public deserves better than the service that GE provides.
Eagle kitchen manager o'hara twp
The kitchen manager needs fired. I ordered my food and got my receipt. I noticed I had an item that had to be removed from my bill. Kitchen employees told me to go to cashier to have it removed. The kitchen manager was the cashier. She didn't know how to remove it. She rudely told me to re-up order my food and wait in line again. Then she said I was trying to steal it! I flipped. Please get rid of this person.

Seven Fields Pharmacy is terrible.
I've received pre=packaged prescriptions where the pills were all broken.
I had a prescription with a 11/30/2021 refill, was told on 12/10 to pick it up on 12/11. Went in 12/11 and was told I have to wait until the 16th. Every person that works there has a different story and excuse. Unacceptable, I have to call my MD to get the RX to sent another pharmacy . the 2nd time this year this has happened.
AVOID this pharmacy.
Desired outcome: My prescription filled on time.
Payment refusal
I decided to try Giant Eagle today and spent 2 hours shopping. Trying to checkout and use my MasterCard debit card run as credit like I do in every other store I've been to and I'm told you have to have a PIN number and can't use it as credit. ($361.00 worth of groceries) my card has a MasterCard logo on so it can be used as credit for shopping when needed and the manager at that store told me MasterCard changed their policy and no longer takes the cards as credit. That is ridiculous! Every other store on the planet gives you the option to use credit or debit! I use this card everyday as credit And that manager did nothing to try and resolve the problem, she treated my as if I were a criminal. No apology, no smile, just rudely told me I Have to have a PIN number and basically I'm out of luck. I wasted 2 hours of my very busy day in that store for nothing. I could go back with a different card but I will not spend a penny there after being treated so rudely.

Chesterland giant eagle pharmacist
My dr sent a prescription to the pharmacy at giant eagle in Chesterland. The pharmacist called and told me the prescription I was supposed to get had been discontinued for 15 years. I explained that cvs has it but much more expensive. He said. We can't get it it's been discontinued. The next day the dr sent the prescription for a different strength. Again he called me and said this was discontinued. And then said in quite a tone. I discussed this with you last night. I am cancelling this prescription.
I then called the giant Eagle pharmacy in Chardon. They said that it is in stock at the warehouse. He called cvs and got the prescription and filled it for me. I would like to commend Lance at Chardon for taking the time to straighten this out for me. I did not appreciate Mark at Chesterland giant eagle for giving me misinformation and canceling the prescription creating more work for lance. And thankfully to lance I was able to get my prescription the same day I called him. He should be credited with excellent customer service skills.

Ron cannot help customers. He is obviously overworked and underpaid with his nasty attitude. I will not be returning to the Bridgeville, Pa location. He works at the customer service desk; however, he does not help his customers. Instead, he tells them to leave his store and try another location.

PHARMACY from HELL!
If you WANT your prescription at the right price with no problems, DON'T GO HERE! Only have one prescription which they tried to charge me the wrong price, told me it expired when the prescription date still had a half a year on it and told me my premium Medicare plan did not cover it. They are incompetence in pharmacy personified! Don't walk away-RUN!

Giant eagle is racial profiling customers
Giant Eagle employee's on Baum Boulevard are racial profiling customers (I have picture backing up my claim) and blocking off the Morewood avenue entrance at night if there are too many black customers in the store. This creates a fire hazard.
A Customer Service Worker at the Centre avenue store told a Cash Office worker to stop telling her to go away before she beats her *ss. This creates a hostile work environment. Do better. Stormie

Racist and ignorant employee's
I was just at Giant Eagle store #40. A customer service worker told a cash office worker to "stop telling her to go away before she beats her *ss.
So not only are the employees at store 3064 on Baum Boulevard racial profiling customers, but the employee's at the Centre avenue store are using vulgar and course language towards each other. This makes a hostile work environment.
I used to work for Giant Eagle (Eagle Budd) in McKeesport and they used to purposely hire welfare back to work moms and poor people such as myself to obtain government perks. But they never told the government that they were suspending us for the smallest infraction for two to three weeks at a time just to make a buck. We also complained to Corporate about a female manager (C.W.) who was very racist and abusive towards light skinned black women, but our cries went unheard because Giant Eagle does not care about it's customers or employee's. Mask nazism
I was followed around, harassed and threatened by an employee with their whole face covered. I was told I had to cover my face or I had to leave. Which I did. I will not be harassed or bullied by employees who have no idea what they're talking about. It is absolutely appalling that any business would allow this type of thing to happen. Simply for showing my face in your store. Masks are for criminals, period.

I filed a complaint with the Commission on Human Relations in April 2021 because the Security Guards at Giant Eagle store #3064 keep following black customers around the store. The manager said that they are instructed to follow certain people around the store. The Morewood avenue entrance is blocked off if there are too many African Americans in the store at night, making the Baum Boulevard entrance one way in and one way out. This causes a fire hazard but Giant Eagle does not care. Giant Eagle stopped selling the Pittsburgh Post Gazette because they were allegedly indifferent to their black employee's, but I wonder if the Pittsburgh Post Gazette knows that Giant Eagle is racially profiling their black customers. I used to work at the giant eagle in greenfield... the one past homestead! giant eagle screwed me over last year and ended up unfairly & deliberately terminated me when I told them I was being abused, harassed, and imposed onto by my boss named mr. dan hanna repeatedly over an extended period of time!
I threatened to sue them in my grievance statement for allowing a hostile work environment but they found a way to screw me over and get rid of me when I have been nothing but loyal to the company over the course of 4 years!
I posted my story on this page as well! everyone needs to be warned about giant eagle and about mr. dan hanna at giant eagle greenfield store #63, at 4250 murray avenue pittsburgh pennsylvania 15217!
Maintenance of store site
The Get Go at West 117th and I -90 in Cleveland Ohio is a horrible eyesore. The wrought iron fence in front of the gas station was damaged some time ago and is still not repaired. Apparently no staff from the store is tasked with cleaning up outside on a regular basis because it is always littered with cast off paper products and other debris.
Additionally, the evergreen trees that were planted as a buffer on the north end of the property (mandated by City code) are terribly overgrown and have never been trimmed. Therefore, vagrants and homeless use the base of the trees to camp out, sleep and hiding places for shoplifted goods.
The entire site is not a good representation of the Giant Eagle name.
Desired outcome: Hire someone to trim the lower branches from the evergreen trees. Make sure a staffer picks up litter from the site on at least a daily basis. Repair the damaged wrought iron fence in front of the station.
Security guards
The security guards at store #3064 follow black people around your store so much, I filed a complaint with the Commission on Human Relations in April 2021. The security guards are instructed to follow certain people around the store. If there are too many black people in the store at night the Moorewood avenue entrance is blocked off making the Baum boulevard entrance one way in and one way out. This creates a fired hazard but you don't cared. So the paranoid fish bowl feeling we have is real, Giant Eagle just changed the plan by making the security guards sit at the table, while they watch us via camera or plain clothes security. Cannot count pills always short called they said dump them out there count them. I am paying for those pills that are short. I think they should have a better way of handling the situation. Today needed to gas my car. All of the pumps at the Giant Eagle in Westerwill were unavailable. There were yellow bags over all the pumps. I have been a long term customer with Giant Eagle in central Ohio for a long time This was unforginable. There was no information concerning the the credit for all the purchases I accumulated over recent weeks.
