Giant Eagle Pharmacy

They mistreat and abuse brown skinned people, they never told me that my meds weren't in the bag or that they didn't have them in stock the day of pick up. I was told by my dr not to miss a dosage and needed to take them that night we'll I looked in the bag and they weren't there, I called the next day and when I called he says "oh well they'll be here this evening" yet the white man in front of me got told right then and there... If you can go somewhere else to save your life! I wonder how many other brown skinned people have gotten harmed or worse because they never told them.

Giant Eagle Made to order food

I was in GetGo #7545 in Whitestown IN and the black lady was so rude. I told her the women's bathroom was out of toilet paper, and she rolled her eyes at me, and told me she would take care of it. I don't know where your cashier Debbie is because I haven't seen her in a few days, but you need to bring her back. She ALWAYS treated me with respect. The black lady never has. I stop here twice a day because of Debbie, no one else. The black guy in the kitchen needs to learn how to cook because his food is always overcooked and tastes like shoe leather. It's so tough you can't eat over half of it.

Desired outcome: Do something about the black lady's condescending, rude attitude.

Giant Eagle 9" cherry market district pie

On 6-3-21 I purchased one 9"pie @ #4016 Bolivar 11031 SR 212 NE Bolivar, Ohio 44612 PH# [protected]. On 6-8-21 I ate one piece of the pie. After I ate 98% of that piece, I noticed mold on the remaining piece. I then looked at the remaining pie in it's box and I could see mold. The box said sell by Jun 05, 21 03:21 PM. I also ate a piece of pie on 6-5-21, I did not notice any mold. Today I have a stomach ache and headache. I have a doctors appointment tomorrow. I normally do all my shopping at #1611 Louisville 108 West Main Street Louisville, Ohio 44641 PH#[protected] I've never had a problem at that store.

Giant Eagle Using reusable bags

WHY do you allow reusable bags once again, IF the cashiers are not allowed to use them? They put items in the blue plastic bags and then tell me I can use them when I get to my car! Makes no sense/cents to me. Also, why aren't receipts for purchased gift cards given separately, instead all on one receipt? A little common sense and thoughtfulness would go a long way! Giant Eagle Deli food

I bought 4 chicken pot pies from the deli and had to throw them out, also, i bought 5 avacodos, cut them open and they were black inside. had to throw them away.

Giant Eagle Third party sales in the store hassling customers

I am not sure what is being sold at the giant eagle on camp horne road but I am beyond tired of being approached by their employees while I'm trying to shop. If I pass them 3 times I get approached 3 times. Today I pulled out my phone to avoid the 305th time I had to say I'm not interested and the girl literally busted out laughing very loudly at me. This is harassment.

Desired outcome: This is unacceptable people shouldn't be hassled while trying to shop. Please remove this or make it stop.

Giant Eagle Pharmacy department

I have been shopping at giant eagle in frederick on RT 40 for over 20 years. Saturday I went to pick up my prescription I also wanted to purchase 6 sodas when I went to the counter the lady would not help me purchase the soda she said only 5 idems.so I told her I would put back 1 soda and she still told me no,
she said I would probably steal the other soda. I was imbarased left the sodas and left the store. I am not a thief. I never had a problem at that store before

Giant Eagle Rude arrogant treatment.

I went to the Shadyside market district yesterday to pick up some NON-ALCOHOLIC beer. I believe that this is the only non alcoholic beverage that requires the use of a separate cash register. I am 72 years of age and look it but the idiot carded me. I showed my license but she insisted that I remove it from my wallet, a difficult task for me. At that point I left the store without my items.

Desired outcome: Deliver a 6 pack of Heineken to me at home with sincere apology.
