Today I pulled up and started to approach the inside of the drop off when Blanca a manager walked in front of my vehicle and began to tell me to stop. It was the way she behaved ordering me to back up and waving her hands and talking very fast. She was rude belligerent and totally unprofessional.
All she had to say was this: I'm sorry sir, could you please back your vehicle outside so everyone is safe. There should be a sign saying one vehicle at at time to avoid misunderstandings and liability.
Blanka behaved like a drill sergeant instead of setting a good example of customer service.
