Grab grab driver

I want to report someone or file a case against him. His name is Job Yanzon Robles. This happened 12 of September 2018. I was at Robinson's Balibago, booked a grab from there to San Fabian Street Barangay San Jose Angeles City. Then this certain grab driver who have a number 1-0630 in his sidecar accepted my booking. Our first interaction was when I asked him, "Kuya pwede po bang daan tayo sa may jenra mall, dun po kase bababa yung isa." 'Cause I was with my boyfriend that time, mauuna kasi syang bababa sakin. The grab driver replied, "traffic dun mam" he's calm naman so hinayaan na namin and we understand na traffic nga naman doon. Dumaan kami ng highway. So nung malapit nakami sa street namin pumara nako sa kanto para sana maihatid ko muna sa sakayan ng tricycle boyfriend ko. Nag-abot ako ng 100php because my fare was 80php. I was expecting an exchange of 20php pero gaya ng nakagawian ibabalik ko lang sa driver yung sukli as a tip sana and mag-thank you ako for accepting my booking. But then walang inabot. So I politely asked him "kuya magkano ho yung bayad?" he replied, "80pesos tapos 20pesos sa booking fare" nagtaka ako kasi wala namang ganun before. Madalas ako mag grab pero bat walang sinisingil sakin na ganun? He replied, "hindi lang nakinig sa orientation mga yun!" Galit na sya sumagot. I calmly replied na, "kuya sana sabihin mo ng maayos. Kase matagal nako nag gagrab pero ngayon ko lang naexperience yan. Tsaka di na nga ako nagpababa sa mismong destination ko pero buo binayad ko" he replied with an angry expression, "edi magreport ka! Tawag ka pa sa hotline!" So I replied, "sge! Irereport talaga kita! Ugali mo ganyan! Nagtatanong ako ng maayos!" Nagalit narin ako nun. And then sumagot pa sya ng, "Edi magreport ka! Nagtatago kasi kayo e!" Dun nako nashock. Bat namersonal bigla? Kilala nya ba kame? I was like, wtf? Ano ugaling meron sya? FYI ho, legal ho kame both sides. Sa sobrang gulat ko sa sinabi nya, di na'ko nakapag react tapos agad na sya umalis. Natameme ako sa sinabi nya. I have witnesses. May mga tricycle drivers sa kanto na binabaan nya. And yung mga taong nandun sa may bandang kanto. Halos kilala ako ng mga tao dito sa barangay namin kase dito na'ko lumake. So sana maaksyonan agad to. I am willing to go to your office anytime. As soon as possible sana. Kase if my report will be ignored, madadamay lahat. Kase hindi dapat ganyan ibang mga grab drivers (hindi ko po nilalahat) naorient si manong ng may booking fare, pero hindi naorient ng tamang asal sa mga customers which is dapat common sense nalang. I am not complaining about the 20pesos. I am complaining Mr. Job Yanzon Robles. Hope you would take action as soon as possible. And please, I want to talk to him personally in your office.

Grab client service

I am a Platinium member and I have to share about the consistent worst customer service.
When you are charged for a trip you cancel, they really don't care if it is because the driver was driving further away and the waiting time was getting longer. They mention that they must be fair to driver and they question you about the previous cancellation. "Ma'am you cancelled already yesterday... How?" ... THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. They don't understand that the clients are paying for a service and they should be flexible enough to check on what happen. And admit when the driver didn't reach the destination on time.
If I could I ll give my money to another company .

Grab my location

I've been using grab for quite a long time now. It's sad that when your app updated for a new version, I can't locate our subdivision anymore. Our subdivision is South City Homes which has 2 (let's just say)"branches". One is is minglanilla and ours is talisay. It's just so disappointing because I can't locate our subdivison. So what I do is I pin the location instead but I have to rebook a million times because some drivers wants an exact location. It's really giving me a hard time to book a ride especially when I'm in a rush. I just hope you can do something about this. Or can you just make an improvement on your "pin location" that the drivers may able to see or may able to have an idea where the pin location is.

Grab driver showed up and refused to pick up my guests, a kenyan mother with her daughter

9th september 2018 at around 5.00pm I got my daughter to download the grab app on my mobile phone as I want to book a ride for my guests leaving my home to 2 kim seng road.
Booking was made and booking number is adr-[protected], honda vezel showed up with driver neo eng choon jeffrey. Mother couldn't find the back door and opened the front door as you know the back door handle of this model is not visible at near the edge of the back door. I helped her to open the back door, she put her 1 metre tall daughter onto the back seat. The driver told us to cancel the ride, he cannot fetch children. So we stepped back to the side of the road, very puzzled and asked him if he would cancel or we cancel and he said to me that I cancel. Upon doing this, I was told by my daughter, I should not be the one cancelling because it is the driver who refused to take the fare. But I already cancelled immediately upon stepping back when the driver said I should cancel. My daughter then explain to me that if I have cancelled 3 times, I would be barred from booking a grab forever. That is interesting, I am not too concerned as I drive since the age I got a licence all my life. What are the chances I am going to book a grab anymore. But my guest said I should report so other people would not be treated the same way in the future.
I checked and we are in line with the guide line on your link that the child is between 4 to 7 years old, a bit taller than 1 metre and the mother is fully able bodied, of sound mental capacity taking the ride from 105 sophia road to 2 kim seng road.
With the strong statement from my guest, I feel I have to stand up for this treatment if not for myself at least for her and her daughter.
The guests I booked the ride for is a black negro kenyan mother in her fourties with her daughter. I strongly do not believe the driver declined the ride because he cannot take a child. This is rubbish.
My guest, the mother is a working professional in singapore in a swiss mnc while her daughter is attending one of the international schools in singapore. They are clean and neatly attired. So what is the valid reason your driver drove up to us and upon the child being lead onto the back seat by the mother that he said he cannot take children. Is he allergic to children or what? Then stay at home and not come out to drive as inevitably he is going to run into kids anytime.
Please get back to me and let me know why were my guests declined a ride booked?

Grab unethical behavior of grab driver

This Grab driver was very rude and canceled my booking from Muntinlupa City to Bacoor Cavite because he did not want to accept the trip and my PWD fare discount. I book and use Grab every week, so this is not my primary booking but this is my first time to meet a Rude driver. His name is Richard Fernando Sayo - YY6729 plate number with booking ID ADR-[protected]-4-053.

Grab driver

My family members booked a ride indicating cash payment. The ride costed $15. When alighting, they discovered that that they had only $14 small change. They had no credit or nets card. So my Wife handed the driver a $50 note. He immediately rudely told them that he had no change and blurted out that if no exact amount can be given then no need to pay. When my family proceeded to get out of his taxi, he threatened to call the police. And also started saying that he has been driving taxi for 25 years.
From what I understand from my family members, this person is a foreigner, Chinese most likely. What I would really like to know is, how did such a rude person manage to stay employed for 25 years. I am truly disappointed with this company. Things would have turned out more favourable if he had been more courteous and found a solution to the problem rather that being so blatantly rude and nonsensical. The ride = ADR-[protected]. Please improve your choice of Drivers. Thank you

Grab driver was rude

Driver was rude. Me and my friend booked a grab car with two drop offs. My drop off was in Jam Liner Buendia and the other was Villarica Pawnshop Merville. When I alighted in Jam Liner my friend texted me that that driver was being mad saying "mali yang ginagawa niyo. Out of way yan to ee. Sa susunod wag niyo ng uulitin yan ha kaya may nagrereklamong mga driver ee."
We booked with two drop offs and the grab accepted it and we pay the corresponding fare for the two drop offs. If this was not being permitted by grab, since he was claiming that "mali yung ginawa namin na booking", there should be a clear memo from grab to all users. He even called the grab and was cursing grab during our trip. This is not the kind of service we expect from grab. Rude drivers should be given service orientation. Two drop offs are allowed with a reasonable fare and we have no objection with that. I hope you will call the attention of this driver. Thank you.

Grab no cancellation

Mr. Edgar Dalire Cudal driver of grab taxi Car Vios with plate number UYQ249. For my booking today 9/7/18 12:10 I was able to book and waited for more than 30 minutes, i have texted him and called him twice he did not pick up nor replied back as a courtesy. I am filing this complaint because a simple im sorry and please cancel my booking will do rather than letting me wait with my son and my daughters are waiting for me hungry. Please act on this its funny he has 5 star rating.

Grab overpricing

we book a grab taxi (plate # RNS 370) ride from amosup hosital to imus cavite.a grab driver responded and after 9 minutes he arrived.the driver wants us to double the booked fare.we know as a passenger that we are to shoulder the toll fee but not double the fare.we cancelled the ride because of over pricing.we hope that you can do something about that kind of driver.thank you.

Grab grabcar driver is so rude

i booked a Grabcar fr SM Center Laspinas to BF Resort Village. We were 5 passengers: My 72 y/o Mom, My 3 y/o Son, 5 y/o nephew, and 55 y/o Yaya. It was raining a bit so when Driver Glenn Cabadon Casicadan arrived, i asked my Mom & the kids to hop in. The Driver did not opened up the trunk right away so when i positioned the grocery car at the rear of the car, he's complaining: "Andami nyo, andami nyo pang karga", so i said, "puro bata naman yan at senior citizen saka nag grocery nga e di ba?" he replied: "e tao pa rin naman yan kahit mga bata. Bumaba na lang kayo at mag book ng iba". He was so rude and inconsiderate that it wouldn't even affect his gas or wheel depreciation if he has 5 passengers!

Grab doubled fare/bad behavior

I would like to lodge a complaint against a grab driver named Alagendran A/L Thangavello car plate number JRD8310. It was a very unpleasant experience with grab. As a frequent customer, I am utterly disappointed by the services provided to me by him. On 31 aug 2018, 1.50am, the grab driver was supposed to pick me at Jb sentral back entrance. After few minutes, he called me and saying that he will not getting any passengers after sending me home, he tried to negotiate for me to pay him extra amount of money instead of the price upront. I declined the offer by saying sorry and explained to him that i am a frequent grab customer and none of any grab driver ever tried to charge me doubled fare before. He started being rude and scolded me for rejecting. I requested for him to cancel the trip but he did not cancel. Instead, he came to the pickup point and waited. I approached his car, knocked the window and asked him bout the trip and asked him to cancel (as he stil want to charge me more and did not allow me to enter). Yet he did not cancel and started to shout and started swearing and cursing me. He even threatened me. I went away to a safe spot and cancelled the trip. This behavior is extremely disrespectful and I am beyond disappointed by his behavior.

Grab my grabdriver did not move from the spot for a good 10 mins

I've attached a SS of driver's details.

I booked a grab on 4th sept around 8.25pm. this driver accepted my booking yet he didn't move from the spot for 10 mins. I texted him to check if he's coming or not, yet no reply. I called him 2 times and he rejected my calls. time given was 5 mins. yet I've waited more than 10 mins.

I was being charged $5 for canceling this booking. deducted from my bank account. thanks to this driver, I'm pissed!

please follow up on this matter.

Grab deleting history

Good day, I know that there is not a practice of manually deleting the history of the trips, but may I ask for a favor|? My wife checks time to time the history and unfortunately I made a couple of trips at a very compromising address. It is a very sensitive issue, please consider my request. It may save my marriage

Grab destination error

9/1 i ride from acersteel mauban st to marc alain gen mdsg at 8182 dr a santos ave which my office located and had ride so many times.when i type my destination marc alain gen merchandising .it appeared as it is.but to my amaze i was drop off at address which im not familiar with.and even the driver at the middle of trip ask me are you going to marc alain gen merchandising.i said yes.i even told him exactly near what place.and he told me yes i know the place because i just drop one passenger near the place.im even scared because im a pacemaker patient.im afraid that some body snatched my bag and further more i was standing at the middle of hot weather situations.i even ask the driver if i can book another ride so i dont need to go down from the car cause i feared that the place is not safe for me.im a woman and a senior citizen and pacemaker patient. so he said i have to report that i drop you so you can book another ride.after i went out of the car.im trying to book but the driver leave the place already.i waited so long to get another ride.so my bill was 356 plus another ride 197.i think you have to check this matter specially having this scaring ride of mind.im a grab rider for so many times.thank you.hoping for your immediate response regarding this matter

Grab drive

I lost my wallet and Rotring tube on the cars vehicle. I checked his bio and his number was not attached. I'd like to get my stuff back and reported it several times but nothing has come back to me. I'm very frustrated since everything in my rotring tube as well as my wallet are very important. Aside from this, no one is answering the phone in their company

Grab unethical behaviour

Dear Grab,

I would like to lodge a complaint against a grab driver named Jia Jun Yong, car plate number LD9503T, Mazada 3. As a frequent customer, I am utterly disappointed by the services provided to me by him.

Yesterday, the grab driver was supposed to pick my friend and I up at a designated area. After he arrived, I went up to him by opening his car doors and asked him to give me a minute so that I could call my friend over. As I went over to pick my friend whom was sitting down as he was drunk at that moment, the grab waited for us. However, when we were walking towards the grab driver and was just a few steps away from him, he immediately close his car doors and drove off right infront of us.
This behaviour is extremely disrespectful and I am beyond disappointed by his behaviour.

I hope to hear back from you about this incident soon.

Grab mr. rolando cabrera pinis vr 4077 toyota vios

I properly checked in one rockwell east tower as my destination yet he refused to drop me off properly. He insisted to drop me off in the passage way, thank god there were no vehicles behind us. I could easily call the attention of the security guards to assist me with the unruly behavior of mr pinis, but i restrained because i dont want to offend mr. Pinis. It is only when i told mr pinis to report the incident that convinced him to drop me off properly. When i got off from the car i immediately reported the incident to the security guard, and much to my surprise he swirled down his window and shouted in vernacular, " dont complain anymore [censored] you i know you already ". This is too much he didnt only insult me he also threatened me. I hope you will do the right thing not only for me but also for the public.

Grab threats made by grabdriver rolando panis

Not only did ROLANDO CABRERA PANIS, TOYOTA VIOS VR4077, not properly drop off my friend, he also hurled expletives and threats. In vernacular he screamed, "F*** you, I know who you are now."

Even the security personnel of the building heard the incident.

This is not only a matter of lack of propriety, but a serious security concern as well. I hope you can address the issue accordingly. Simply rating the driver down would not do much.

Grab grab company scam for driver incentive

This have been two week my incentive have forfeited and given reason is stupid that I don't do it by say the it system have been detected and my driving pattern .. I called the center and there say they can't help the decision have been made by hq .. I ask for the hq number they can't give me .. wth is is the company doing scam driver is it ? I have follow all the rules and what is the problem again .. cheating or the company system is not good .. Please investigation properly then you take action.. this will gone worse if u not solve it properly

Grab sjp8755a reckless driver

Hi,

This happened just around 12pm.. As im travelling at center lane (lane 2), road is clear front and back.
He cut in and almost hit me, i had to jam on the brakes. Luckily my parents and kids are fasten secure to the safety belt if not they would had fly forward.

After which he change lane back to most outer lane(1st lane on the right) and not long back in center lane again.. Doing all this maneuver without signaling nor checking for blind spots!

He had almost hit another car again, luckily the other drive slam on the brakes again.

Please keep this driver out of the road!
