Dear grab management,
i took a driver on 3 Oct at 5.39pm for a trip about 10 km from ara damansara to mid valley mall for RM26.00 but the rain and jam caused the journey to take more than 2 hours. The drive was stressful and long which is ok but for RM26.00 is ugly. A normal non peak hours drive for 30 mins could get you the RM26.00.
Please consider building into the fare calculation the time cover added on to the distance. The trip should even if it cost double cannot compare to non peak driving. However to be fair to everyone we cannot add an exact compensation but some compensation would satisfy our stress.
For instance the above RM26 trip should add RM5 for an extra half hour compare to the normal time it takes to arrive at the same distance. That will bring the cost to RM46 the least.

It was last Sunday lately only, I would like to share my horrible and scary experience with this driver. Along the way everything went well it was this driver is so madaldal he kept in asking my personal details and makikita mo sa rear view mirror how he look to us napaka malisyosyo nya and he started conversation mga Bastos na. He got my Nos through grab app and he kept in sending me sms na he cares and sound manliligaw grabe its seems he's maniac and take note he did it to my friend also. Grab pls nakakatakot tanggalin nyo sya sa drivers list nyo were pretty sure ginagawa nya sa lahat ng babaero nya pasahero paano po kung lasing kami baka kung saan na po kami pulutin. Pls consider this as a serious threat sa mga babae nyong pasahero. Maraming salamat po.

I accidentally booked a GrabShare ride which I informed the driver that I will cancel instead of proceeding with the current booking. Upon cancelling the booking the driver sent a rude text towards me. He insinuated that I was wasting his gas and his time, where I saw his movement on the map was just a couple of meters before I cancelled it. (Screenshot provided below)
I did not catch his name but I have his cellphone number here: +639171502884
I will not ask for any compensation on my behalf but I'd like this specific driver to be punished appropriately, be disciplined and be more courteous to his passengers or possible customers alike.
Grab is a great service for me and my family. It saddens me that such a great company is tarnished by such rude drivers.

We booked for taxi or grabcar but it always telling me they are fully booked. Until i waited for 30.mins the price increased alot. I booked for the grabtaxi because taxi dont anyhow increase the price but they keep showing fully booked. Until I booked for grabcar which the price increase to $8 within 30 mins and they accept my booking. is it Grab trying to earn more our netizen money? I believe driver dont earn much however Grab will deduct their 20% for each booking. Just because there are no competition now since Uber has been terminated but doesnt mean Grab can do what they want.

September 29 I book grab around 5:35pm at Rosario baranggay hall and VN7116 (Bernard abubo sibayan) accepted it so after few minutes I asked him if he's nearby because I saw he's not moving but I know he's not so far from where I am so I played games on my phone while waiting then I check the app if where he is and I was shock because he already pass from where I am and too far then he message me that waze guide him in wrong way so I asked him to cancel it so I can book another cab and he told me if I'm in a hurry I should be the one to cancel it... I Dont want to cancel because I don't want to be charged so I waited and I can see that he's not moving from where he is and until now it's 3:00am he's still in the same place and he's not cancelling the booking he also told me he'll be thankful if I report him to grab because he'll have reason to leave. I don't want to encounter grab driver like that anymore I am a regular customer I have to ask my friend to book grab for me so I can go home I cannot book because until now he's not cancelling the booking and I don't want to cancel also I want him to learn his lesson.

I have never experienced any disrespectful grab drivers until today. He shouted at me and blamed me for the wrong pin. I don't understand why it's the wrong pin for I've always been using it. He also refused to take me to the exact location as we shall take a detour since the direct route to my dorm is closed. Attached below is the pic of the driver and plate number of the car. I would like to complain regarding a certain driver who accepted my booking. However... He was just 5 minutes away.. The driver is in the same village and street but not.moving for almost 30 minutes. I was forced to file another booking using my girlfriend's grab account. The driver's number is in call barring mode and it is unable to reach. Please take an action to these types of driver. Please see the attachments. I also included a screenshot of me messaging the driver but no response.. You will also see the time logs of my messages. Thanks.

driver dropped me at a wrong place

Last Aug26, nagbook ako ng grab from Kidzania Manila to MRT Ayala station. On our way, si kuyang driver binababa na kami somewhere, ilang mins pa lang kami nakasakay that time, kasama ko anak ko. Hindi ko kabisado ang lugar pero alam kong hindi pa dapat kami bumababa doon, sabi ko kuya nasan po mrt dito? Sabi nya magtanong na lang kayo dyan, at talagang pinapababa na kami. Wala kami nagawa kundi bumaba. Binigay ko padin payment na dapat sana hanggang mrt ayala. Pagkababa nakita ko bgc padin pala yon, nakaalis na yung driver nagmessage ako saknya para sabihing mali pinagbabaan nya at irereport ko sya. Nagbigay nadin ako ng rating sa driver pero gusto ko magfile ng formal complaint. Sobrang hindi magandang experience. 2nd time ko pa lang yun na maggrab and di ko na inulit because of that experience.

We book grab from college back to home, after the grab drive alr fetch us, we told him that we want to go without toll, he like angry and ask us to cancel it and book another grab, after he put us down from the car, we can't cancel it, and he ask to get on the car and scold us, what attitude for a grab car driver. Today I took a Grab car from the house to the train station and I left my bag in the car with my phone, power bank and accessories. I just got out of the car and walked about 100 meters before I realized that I left the bag. So I immediately tried to contact the driver with my second phone and for three hours now he has not answered and turned off his phone. I also made a report to Grab with the Drivers name. I have not heard anything as of now. But the driver did get a good tip as I usually take care of the drivers being a foreigner. I thought a honest driver would have brought it back to the house which was less than three kilometers from my destination. Naive and forgetful of me I know. But I still expected some honesty with Grab drivers since they have a photo and record of the pick up. I hate to have to take action but the drivers name is:

This driver is very arrogant with no respect to her passenger and kept on talking and talking while on driving. I asked him to shut up his mouth but he was so insistent on what he was saying. It is very annoying with his passenger.
I appreciate if you can do possible action to punish this kind of attitude since he is carrying reputation of grab company.

cancelled booking and the payment was good through credit card/refund!
This happened last Sept 22, I booked a ride going to Novaliches, about a minute ago grab found a driver for me, His name is Harry Tamayo Tidon, but unfortunately, all of the sudden he cancelled our ride, I was shooked because the payment method I made was a credit card. I already called the bank to confirm if the payment was already credited and yes it credit to my account. I'm asking for a refund because I didn't use the ride. I'm trying to reach the Grab Philippines to this concerned but no one answers the phone call. I'm hoping for a quick response.

This guy was hiding and run away with my car - white honda civic fc (cda 901) since he unable to pay weekly rental for two weeks. He just rented for 3 weeks. He has outstanding deposit payment to me and until now uncontactable since last 3 days. We have official rental agreement. The suspect has several serious cases as well on being dishonest and lied to car owner which his current debt was reaches thousand of ringgit malaysia. Those who recognize and trace this guy please inform nearby police station and myself [protected]. Grab management can't do nothing until police knock their heads. The culprit is fat, stout wearing glasses which most of the victims classified him as scammer. He pretends having so much grab job and aims chinese tourists for genting/klia trip. To andrew, good luck in your dishonest business. Police report has been lodged. You can run but you can't hide. We are watching you.

Simple. I want to go to Orchid Hotel. $15.00. Before I catch it the app changes destination to Orchid Country Club which I discover $45.00 later...sound stupid but this app (API) pulled this inside a few minutes in my rush after a 21 hour flight at Chaingi Airport. UBER never ever pulled this crap. The driver agreed and said he would support a credit. Grab said no took my $45. NO competition and an App that can't be audited and a bait and switch. I use Uber all over the globe..I travel for a living. I am 2 million miles. Two words! GRAB SUCKS!

Today I booked a grabshare to 10 upper cross street, Singapore 058328. I had been to this address many times, and I know well where it is located at. Initially when I entered the car, the grab driver checked with me the exact location and I informed him accordingly. However, the driver sent me to another location which is nearby my desitination (7-10 mins walk required to reach my destination at outdoor with a temperature above 30 degree ), I was carrying 4 big boxes of mooncakes, and I politely told the driver that this drop off location is incorrect. But the driver stopped the car and told me that he will only follow the Grab's GPS, I showed the driver the GPS on Google map, and he very rudely told me that he would only follow Grab's GPS, and that was the destination on his map, and requested me to get out of the car because he did not want to make a turn to send me to the destination based on Google map, I rejected to get out of the car since I have not reached my destination yet! And the driver said that he would charge me extra and he would send me over. I would like to feedback: 1. The error on Grab's GPS; 2. This Grab diver Soh Thin Siang who does not have a professional manner working in a serving industry.

This driver is arrogant, im trying to book 6seater for about 30minutes because we have groceries, But 6seater is not available and not available. That's why I booked for 4seaters, i have no choice.
Ng sasakay na kami, ayaw nya open door, but i will first talk & tell na dadagdagan ko na lang. pero inunahan nya ako ng pagiging arrogant. I will explain to him na di ako makapag book ng 6seater.
He is not opening the door, and gusto na nya umalis without even talking to me, muntik na magulungan ng gulong nanay ko because of his initial reaction. Im willing to pay naman.
85pesos kasi original fare & im willing to add naman, kahit na nagrereklamo sya i still gave 220pesos.

I want to report someone or file a case against him. His name is Job Yanzon Robles. This happened 12 of September 2018. I was at Robinson's Balibago, booked a grab from there to San Fabian Street Barangay San Jose Angeles City. Then this certain grab driver who have a number 1-0630 in his sidecar accepted my booking. Our first interaction was when I asked him, "Kuya pwede po bang daan tayo sa may jenra mall, dun po kase bababa yung isa." 'Cause I was with my boyfriend that time, mauuna kasi syang bababa sakin. The grab driver replied, "traffic dun mam" he's calm naman so hinayaan na namin and we understand na traffic nga naman doon. Dumaan kami ng highway. So nung malapit nakami sa street namin pumara nako sa kanto para sana maihatid ko muna sa sakayan ng tricycle boyfriend ko. Nag-abot ako ng 100php because my fare was 80php. I was expecting an exchange of 20php pero gaya ng nakagawian ibabalik ko lang sa driver yung sukli as a tip sana and mag-thank you ako for accepting my booking. But then walang inabot. So I politely asked him "kuya magkano ho yung bayad?" he replied, "80pesos tapos 20pesos sa booking fare" nagtaka ako kasi wala namang ganun before. Madalas ako mag grab pero bat walang sinisingil sakin na ganun? He replied, "hindi lang nakinig sa orientation mga yun!" Galit na sya sumagot. I calmly replied na, "kuya sana sabihin mo ng maayos. Kase matagal nako nag gagrab pero ngayon ko lang naexperience yan. Tsaka di na nga ako nagpababa sa mismong destination ko pero buo binayad ko" he replied with an angry expression, "edi magreport ka! Tawag ka pa sa hotline!" So I replied, "sge! Irereport talaga kita! Ugali mo ganyan! Nagtatanong ako ng maayos!" Nagalit narin ako nun. And then sumagot pa sya ng, "Edi magreport ka! Nagtatago kasi kayo e!" Dun nako nashock. Bat namersonal bigla? Kilala nya ba kame? I was like, wtf? Ano ugaling meron sya? FYI ho, legal ho kame both sides. Sa sobrang gulat ko sa sinabi nya, di na'ko nakapag react tapos agad na sya umalis. Natameme ako sa sinabi nya. I have witnesses. May mga tricycle drivers sa kanto na binabaan nya. And yung mga taong nandun sa may bandang kanto. Halos kilala ako ng mga tao dito sa barangay namin kase dito na'ko lumake. So sana maaksyonan agad to. I am willing to go to your office anytime. As soon as possible sana. Kase if my report will be ignored, madadamay lahat. Kase hindi dapat ganyan ibang mga grab drivers (hindi ko po nilalahat) naorient si manong ng may booking fare, pero hindi naorient ng tamang asal sa mga customers which is dapat common sense nalang. I am not complaining about the 20pesos. I am complaining Mr. Job Yanzon Robles. Hope you would take action as soon as possible. And please, I want to talk to him personally in your office.

I am a Platinium member and I have to share about the consistent worst customer service.
When you are charged for a trip you cancel, they really don't care if it is because the driver was driving further away and the waiting time was getting longer. They mention that they must be fair to driver and they question you about the previous cancellation. "Ma'am you cancelled already yesterday... How?" ... THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. They don't understand that the clients are paying for a service and they should be flexible enough to check on what happen. And admit when the driver didn't reach the destination on time.
If I could I ll give my money to another company .
