this is not a complaint, just an inquiry
I am only wanting to know if a Grab Taxi can take me from the Ninoy Manila Airport to the National Shrine of Saint Padre Pio Batangas.
I tried to look for other options to ask this question. Can you please forward this to the proper department that could tell me this? I will be travelling in late Sept and would like to know if we can take a Grab to that location.
Thank you!

I booked a ride this morning from 5B Balmoral Park, S-259866 to HarbourFront and when I was advised that the above car will be coming in 4 minutes, I went to the gate and waited.
When the car did not arrive, I tried to call several times but got no answer. Then after about 10 minutes, I got a call from the driver and he advised me that he is waiting on Robin Road which is right down the hill at the back entrance of the building. I asked him to come the front gate. But he refused. So, I ran down to Robin Road (quite a distance) and got into the car. I asked him why he did not come to the main gate and he rudely replied that he followed his own directions. I asked him why he did not call and clarify and why he did not pick up when I called, he said he does not wish to take me because I will give him a low rating. Surprisingly, he then got out of the car, came around to the back of the car, opened the door and asked me to "get out" while making a threatening violent action with his hand. He then made a racist remark. He said that he knew where I was from and something the effect that he did not wish to serve people of my race. I left the car and I am now making this complaint.
service
Just want to share my experience last night (aug.17, 2018-10:59pm) Its raining hard that time and decided to booked via grab from Faiview terraces-Tala Elementary School.
When we're on our way. The grab driver went to other route at Camarin. I know its not passable area, so i tell the driver there's another way somewhere. But the driver insisted me to dropped in a gasoline station infront of Mercury Drug store Zapote branch. The driver told me to took a jeepney going to bagong silang ph 5 its around passed 12mn.
I asked the driver politely to take me back at Fairview terraces that time because im not familiar with the area. But he told me ‘hindi, kailangan ko na umuwi' . He's living at Camarin Area btw.

And he rated himself ☆×5 without our leave!
after that he didn't send us Masjid Putra, go back Ptrajaya Central and requested payment again.

very very very rude driver
The driver was very very very rude!
He needs to go back to training and should learn what customer service is! When I rode his car, he was looking at me as if he would kill me while i pick my nose using a tissue paper and told me to go out of his car while i do it! Very unprofessional! His reason is very unacceptable. He told me he has a 4yo son and was worried that his son might get it. He should have known the risk of having his car on a public service prior joining Grab. For sure, he will encounter the worst with other customers .Picking my nose using a tissue paper can be done inside the car since i know the etiquette on how to do my stuff. (With a tissue) i strongly recommend to fire this man. Such a disgrace!

grab driver did not arrive at my pick up point, does not respond
Vinencio Pacheco Tiongco Jr with a Red Mitsubishi Mirage Plate no NQ4704 accepted my booking at around 7:15pm. According to the app, he was to drop off a passenger first to a nearby area which was just a street away from my pick up point. After he dropped of his passenger, I saw his location in the app taking a different route. He was going the opposite way where I was. I tried contacting him at from 7:23 until 7:43. I didn't get a response. His location did not seem to move any further also.

driver's cancellation of booking

I was trying to book Grab Taxi & Car for my hubby who was at Bukit Batok east / Jurong east off Street at the Heavy Vehicle carpark who needs to travel to 48 Toh Guan East.
My first booking was
1734pm Yeoh Thiam Seng Peter Nixon
1738pm Ng Geok Huat
1805pm Ng Chui Seng
1814pm Lee Wing Wah
All the above drivers accepted and cancelled all my bookings. My hubby who has some health issue where he can't walk far from where he parked his car. He has drop foot and not able to walk too far.
This is ridiculous and unfair for customer like my husband who has injury issue and all the drivers above cancelled my bookings.
As per your request am not using Abusive language, but I need a reply on what actions are being taken for such attitude / behavior drivers ?
Its not we are asking for Free ride am I right ? I am paying for my ride and its always drivers have issue locating the location whereby your GPS is not align with whatever system you guys are using.
Regards
Shan

driver - sidemen, bali
We called a Grab car in Duka ( beside Sidemen) and the driver accepted. Then he called me directly by WhatsApp to try and negotiate a price that was double what the Grab fare indicated. The license plate is DK 1106 SL. It appears he is using the Grab app to find customers, get their contacts, and then arrange driver services directly.
When we tried to call another Grab, it appears drivers in Sidemen, Bali don't answer to Grab except for this guy!
Do not use this driver!
lies
Ds hppened ystrday Aug.7. Driver named Ronald Sacopon Salgado asked me when I was already sitting inside his taxi, how much do I need to pay? I said I dont know d exact amoun.Based on my Grab E-Receipt, my ride fare was P 89.00 PLUS ds additional BOOKING FEE? Dat costs P 75.00, a total of P 164.00.But d driver charged me P 220.00.And dat's too much.
grab rewards
Good Day!
I just want to raise this rewards point that I purchased this morning amounting P100 OFF with equivalent points of 1, 050.
I purchased this rewards this morning from Bangkal Makati to Radial Rd 10 Tondo Manila thus, the rewards didn't reflect on the fare discount in which supposedly I would pay P161.00 instead of P261.00.
Prior to booking I have points of 4K plus and upon purchased it automatically down to 3K+.
Kindly assist.
Thank you.
unprofessional and reckless grabcar driver: john koshnie catalan with plate # ala4140 toyota vios
GrabCar Driver John Koshnie Catalan with plate # ALA4140 Toyota Vios drove recklessly on an excavation road, took wrong routes, extorted for toll, dropped me off in a non-destinated area while raining and got money from me for the fare even if I have not reached destination. I am filing this complaint to GrabCar, I have pictures of what have happened and sending will send complaint files to 2/F ACI Group Building, 147 H.V. dela Costa Street, Salcedo Village, Metro Manila

almost three days in a row, I average 3 cancellations from grab drivers
Since Monday, 7/30/2018, when I tried to booked from my home in Cebu, my booking is accepted then after a few minutes its cancelled, up until today, I average 3 cancellations in the morning which has caused an inconvenience in my work schedule. I've even tried to use the pin location together with a message to the driver to guide them to my exact location but to no avail. I think for courtesy purposes, the driver should at least let us know the reason for their cancellation, its becoming frustrating now, booking a grab ride is like getting a taxi now, it seems the drivers are choosing what is convenient for them. I'm just very disappointed, I've been a grab rider for years now and it seems the getting a grab ride is a mission.
cancellation of grab drivers
This happened just this afternoon in Lucky China Town Mall, I booked for a ride going to caloocan city but my first and second driver cancelled it. Fortunately on my third try, the grab driver arrived. Why would they accept the booking and let the passengers waste their time waiting for nothing and cancel it? The second one even gave me a message asking me if I was willing to wait. I replied several times. The driver's reply was like he was not able to receive my response which is impossible..
me and my problems
My credit card got charged by, I think it was your company. I live in the USA! Not in Singapore! I demand an explanation! I can be reached at [protected]@yahoo.com. grab driver
Date of Incident: 24th July 2018
Place of Incident: Penang, Malaysia
Car Number: BNB4415
Driver Name: Wilson Phil A/L San.
Booking ID: ADR-[protected]-4-008
I have accidentally put my luggage and laptop bag in front of his huge speaker(inside car bonnet). He comes out from the car and scolded me and insult me for being inconsiderate because I put my luggage in front of his audio speaker! Where else I'm going to put my luggage?
He is not a professional driver because he drives and using a smartphone at the same time. That behavior alone should have him penalize for a traffic offense.
Grab should have done a proper screening system to filter those unprofessional drivers from using their service.
driver declining the ride
Dear grab, we all know that the status of commuting here in metro manila is bad as hell. My question is, why make it a whole lot worse? I am not only speaking on my behalf, but this is an everyday scenario that filipinos who patronize your service do experience. Aside from the hurting high costs of the ride, which we suffer from, why are your drivers refuse the ride, esp during rush hours, or if it's raining? What makes you different from those rude white taxi drivers? We are willing to shoulder the cost, even if it's too high, we just want to go to our destination safely. Why are you being a pain in the [censored], grab? If your drivers don't want to pick up riders, then get another job!

Barangas is a province south of Manila and sorry, Grab doesn't go outside of Metro Manila. What you can do is book a ride to JAC Liner (Buendia Terminal). Ride a provincial bus with a signage of Lucena City. Ask the conductor to drop of you off to Padre Pio Shrine. Once dropped off, you may need to take a short walkor a tricycle ride going to Padre Pio (depends on your preference). You need to ride the same bus going back to Manila (via Pasay or Cubao signage). Hppe this helps.
