I have accidentally put my luggage and laptop bag in front of his huge speaker(inside car bonnet). He comes out from the car and scolded me and insult me for being inconsiderate because I put my luggage in front of his audio speaker! Where else I'm going to put my luggage?

He is not a professional driver because he drives and using a smartphone at the same time. That behavior alone should have him penalize for a traffic offense.

Grab should have done a proper screening system to filter those unprofessional drivers from using their service.

Grab driver declining the ride

Dear grab, we all know that the status of commuting here in metro manila is bad as hell. My question is, why make it a whole lot worse? I am not only speaking on my behalf, but this is an everyday scenario that filipinos who patronize your service do experience. Aside from the hurting high costs of the ride, which we suffer from, why are your drivers refuse the ride, esp during rush hours, or if it's raining? What makes you different from those rude white taxi drivers? We are willing to shoulder the cost, even if it's too high, we just want to go to our destination safely. Why are you being a pain in the [censored], grab? If your drivers don't want to pick up riders, then get another job!

Grab grabcar

Had to book several times as drivers keeps cancelling. On my third attempt, I chatted him asking him not to cancel and that I'm willing to wait. And he merely replied, 'ang layo ng drop point'. I waited. I have screenshots of the said chat. I waited for a long time and I continued to reach out to him asking him for his whereabouts. I ended up cancelling the trip as I had to wait for so long. I can see him reading the conversation but he is not giving me any updates. It was almost 10 pm.

Grab successive cancelled bookings in bacolod city

bound for airport in bacolod, 1st booking asked me to rebook for driver was too far away, rebooked again and the 2nd was stuck in traffic so he cancelled, 3rd and 4th accepted and cancelled. they should not have accepted in the first place, esp since had to find a sure transpo so i wouldn't be late, pls implement necessary measures, see attached ty

Grab driver

Rude Driver. Nakipaghuggle pa. We usually book grab taxi to the same place and it's too unreasonable deal he wanted. He asked us to cancel when it's him who refused to do the service. Tapos nagmura pa. Napaka unprofessional ang mga drivers nyo now a days. I don't know if I can recommend grab to others knowing that you have such an unprofessional drivers. Grab unsafe and rude driver

Hi, This is Mai Lim and I would like to file a complaint against the driver named, JOJO CABULA NONESA, car number VG0424 (Toyota Vios - Black). This is about the trip I booked earlier this morning(july 27, 2018) at around 3:30AM, booking ID was ADR-[protected]-4-014 and my destination was Sienna Park Residences in bicutan from Northgate cyberzone alabang. I used my P100 voucher for this transaction para makatipid. Total cost was supposed to be 190. First, the driver did not go to the pick up point and instead he tagged that he already arrived but he was actually less than 1 km away. There was a big sign from where he stop that says "One Way", he did not even made an effort to turn to the right way to reach me at my pick up point and he had me walked instead. Second, he did not ask me the route I prefer, no options or whatsoever provided but instead, I just saw his waze pointing to the expressway (it's 3am, so I don't understand why he'd go that way when we can just use the west service road). I said to him politely that I preferred using service road, he just said that " Marami pong truck dun ng ganitong oras, ma-trapik dun mam". I answered back and said that "maaga pa po sir wala pong traffic ngayon". Madalas ako mag book ng grab ng ganong oras and I know na hindi traffic sa service road ng ganung oras. I just think na modus to ng Driver sa ibang pasahero na bigla nalang idadaan sa express ng hindi nag sasabi, well hindi ako. Third, nasa stop light kame sa northgate when I told him to use the service road, pero instead of turning left the driver went straight and so I asked him again, but he went straight lang without saying anything and dito nako natakot. Sinabi nya after na alanganin daw ako mag sabi na service road, well……nasa stop light kame nung sinabi ko so I don't understand asan dun ung alanganing part. The fact that he already scares me is enough para sabihin kong ibaba nalang nya ko, which he did and sa madilim and walang taong part near south station alabang. Fourth, may sinabi pa cya nung pag babago na "tingnan naten kung makasakay ka jan". Please lang GRAB, can you teach him a lesson please?. Mr., JOJO CABULA NONESA was so rude and I lost my voucher for P100 kahit na hindi naman nya ko nahatid sa drop off point ko. Please grab make some actions please.

Grab promo rewards

This is rochelle alegre. I booked a grab share earlier from QC to Mckinley Hill. I will be using the promo I earned in which 50 pesos will be deducted from my fare but it was not deducted. I still paid 288 which was the initial bill without the discounted price. But the 550 points I had was already deducted from my earned rewards even though I was not able to use the rewards. Hoping to revert the earned rewards deducted from me. Thanks

Grab grabcar driver complaint

I am, Mrs. Ritzelle Serrano, a GrabPeer. I would like to file a complaint against my previous driver in the name of Mr. Alfredo Quayzon Pinto Jr. with Grab ID Number 949695 and License Number N26-[protected]. Mr. Pinto Jr. has a current outstanding balance / loan to me in the amount of of Php21, 000.00 from using my GrabCar. He has no any intentions of settling his loan to me any time soon. With this, to avoid future dispute with another GrabPeer, may I kindly request your to ban the said GrabDriver as soon as possible? Thank you.

Grab choosy grab driver with a rude attitude

I booked (my usual booking) upa technohub bldg m to north caloocan
The driver accpeted the booking however this driver did not go to the pick up location instead he tagged that he alraedy arrive his actual location is 1km away. I asked him that he is not in the correct location instead he insist that I need to go there I advice him to ask the guard in up ayala technohub for the correct direction, but the driver did not want to I tried to call him but he dropped the call he also did not cancel the trip instead he drives far away to san francisco del monte

This driver is very rude and drive dangerously.

He scold us vulgarities while asked to slow down.

He smells of alcohol.

The car is illegally modified with decorative lamp and spot light.

It is a bad experience with GRAB.

I hope GRAB can inspect their drivers vehicle to prevent illegal modification from threatening the other road users.

Dangerous drivers should be taken off the road and sent for proper training.

Grab grab driver

I am reporting a grab driver named ERWIN BUGTAI ESPIRITU with plate number VR3182. This incident happened just today July 22, 2018 Sunday afternoon.

What happened I tried to book a ride and my internet was so slow. I thought it did not go through since it keep on loading the app. And I decided to ride a van instead coz I was so sleepy already. I putted my phone inside my bag coz it's raining and I am holding an umbrella, my phone is always on silent mode which I cannot recognize any text messages. When I arrived home I saw missed calls and text messages and I decided to call the driver to explain and say sorry but he raised his voice. This is unforgivable and this can't be tolerated. I am also reporting this to LTFRB.

Grab driver 'lim kock hung, martin' of grab car 'slm5670y'

I booked a grab car at bus stop 64181 after my ride. The place I am in is just beside of Payar Lebar Air Base but away from any kind of building. The area I am in, the network is unstable. GPS placed my location somewhere else, different from where I am but I told him I am in that particular Bus Stop. He became very hostile in his replies when he couldn't find me and realised I was at another area, which differs from where i am at. That's where he gave me the "YOU ARE WASTING MY TIME!"

Which I replied with a "OK?" then I proceeded to cancel the booking without taking the screenshot. I actually didn't want to pursuit with this kind of matter. But the attitude he shown me tells me that he shouldn't be taken lightly so that's why I raised this complain.

Is this the kind of service that employees under your ranks should provide after Uber is gone from Singapore's Market?

Grab grab taxi

I booked a Grab Taxi from Hoops Dome Lapu-lapu to SM City Cebu and this Grab driver Danilo Castillano with the plate no. GXS 689 he asked for a booking fee of ₱72 besides the meter that was only ₱305. This is the only time I experienced being charged for a booking fee by a Grab driver. If you do not call the attention of this driver I would call the LTFRB to report this. I would love to hear a feedback from you.

Grab extra charges

From: Fragrance Bugis to Changi Airport T2
Car license plate: SFQ 4766L

We were rushing to the airport early in the morning to catch our flight, so the hotel staff helped us booked our car ride to the airport using her own phone. Luckily she got us a Toyota Wish. When the car arrive, I start loading my luggage into the car. So we have the following items: 1 large bag, 2 hand carry, 1 baby car seat, 1 baby stroller, 1 diaper bag. After loading everything in, the driver told us it'll cost us S$30 instead of the S$18 to the airport. His excuse is this is a 4 seater car, but we are using a 6 seater car service. Since we are in a rush, we do not want to argue and agreed. He said he charges according to the app. We never got a glimpse of the app's price. I hope you can look into this matter because I am very unhappy about this.

Grab service complaining about driver service.

Nagbook ako ng grab from union Bank Annapolis San juan city metro Manila going to fairview terraces mall quirino highway pasong putik, Quezon City.
Question: bakit sila nag a accepted Kung hindi naman n Pala Nila ako ihahatid sa lugar na naibook ko then biglang sasabihin ni driver na malayo raw kaysa Ganon at saka cubao nya ako Dina drop., over dis apoint po ako sa driver ng grab Kung saan ako nakapagbook, hindi ko expect na Ganon Yong ginagawa Nila parang modus ang nangyayari. Driver ng grab taxi na Kung saan ako nakabook ay Erick Sobrino with plate number ng Toyota vios UVR-943.
Reklamo ko Lang po, Diba hindi dapat Ganon kasi yon ang nakabook tas Ganon Lang gagawin ng driver nyo? Pagawan naman po ng action regarding dito. Tapos parang modus ginagawa nya Para makakuha xa ng additional payment., ang tinakbo ng metro ko ay 138 pesos Lang then siningil ako ng 213.00 pesos? Sa ganong situation hindi na dapat sila naaniningil ng additional fare kasi hindi naman sila sumunod Don sa naibook ko

Grab rude driver

We booked at around 1:57pm and it showed that he is 2 mins away from where we were. When it became 1min away, we are trying to call him several times but he is not answering our calls. We instead, sent him a message in grab app asking him "nasaan na po kayo? " and he replied "nagmamadali kayo sir? " then we replied "yes medyo" because we are about to meet someone in la nueva supermarket. He then replied saying that hindi naman instant pagkabooked eh makakarating siya agad sa lugar namin kung ganon e ka cancel na lang nya, then he cancelled the booking.

My points are:

First, he shluld notify us how long he xan arrive to our location if he knows he cannot arrive on the estimated time that grab is telling us.

Second, he should not be rude in talking to passengers. He can request with kind words that he cannot attend to us and that he will instead cancel due to whatever errands he may have at that time.

Grab dropped at the wrong location

Rolando paler per the driver of this toyota vios (red) vf2222 didn't dropped my mother on the location given. He let my mother walked and drove another tricycle just to get home. He said to my mom that the dropped location was wrong, since my mom is not familiar with place he tooked advantage of that. It was me nicca who register/booked the exact address since my mom doesn't have an account. How could it be wrong, this is not the first time I used this address, this was happened today july 19, 2018 9:36am with booking reference id ios-[protected]-5-014. I would like to request for a refund. This is not acceptable, driver should be trustworthy and must always ensure the safety of his passenger.

Grab sjh1276d - car at fault

this car pick us up and i was sleeping and snoring and this is unacceptable to him.
Please be reminded that my wife is with me and i am not unattended.
However i am issued a warning by the driver if i snored again he will ask me to drop off from the car. this result me in dropping off isolated., which leave me stranded in the middle of the night.

There is a Grab operator that called however i feel that lies is told to the grab operator on what has happened.

I am happy to review your driver's camera on our action if necessary.

I hope that the driver will not go away Scot free on this.

Grab promotions, app language issues

I've been using grab for about 2 months, silver member, and I haven't received any promo/discounts for grab rides while my friends have them every day. I can't use the help center and I can't submit any complaints because it's in Burmese and I can't change the language to english either ( the app itself is in english but the help menu is in burmese). If I knew the local language I would not even need this app. Now I'm taking burmese language classes and I hope I learn enough of it to negotiate and be able to navigate freely and will get rid of this trash service.

Grab grab car

I just booked a grab car for my gf because shes late for work which starts at 2pm. The grab car was actually located at the other side of the road near the buendia bus stop, under gil puyat station. The grab car indicated that it was still there and we have to wait for 5 mins. But then the grab car jumped and it was near our street. Where it will wait for 7 minutes. We walked as fast as we could only to find out that he wasnt there anymore and already left. The guard on the nearby townhouse said that the driver waited for about 3 minutes until he left.

My complaint is that he didnt even call or text that he already arrived near our street. And worst of all, he started the trip and left without us, taking advantage of our grabpay. Now my gf is late at work and an important meeting and could potentially endanger her job due to this.

I hope you could rectify this and provide sanctions for the said driver.
