unethical behaviour
Greetings Grab! at about 9:25am last July 14, 2018, I got a grab car booking (with booking code ADR-[protected]-5-060) that transported me from 29 E Commonwealth Ave, Novaliches, Quezon City to Martirez St, Quezon City. The car was driven by Mr. Freddie Umbay Cortez. The following incidents happened:
1. I greeted him as soon as I got inside the car- but response from the driver, he was still as a stone.
2. I tried to strike a conversation by telling him that my grab app malfunctioned- still no response, and he was silent and poker faced through out the drive.
3. When I was about to board down, I paid him more than what the required fare was- still no response, not even a "thank you".

Hi ! Ako po si Analyn Dela Cruz, complained ko lang po yung Grab car na si Romezon Pantazeon Chavez. Ni booked ako ng friend ko sa Grab ng may nagaccept yung booking namin " He ask to call him " Naki arrange sya ng payment na dagdagan daw. KASE Daw sabi nya hindi na daw naghahatid ang grab outside Metro Manila . Ni ask namin kung magkano ba ? Sabi nya 1, 500 pesos. Na dapat rate lang is 870 pesos. Sabi ko ok, kase gusto ko narin umuwi kase 2hr na kong naghihintay ng masasakyan and need ko na talaga mkita tatay ko na nasa hospital.nung dumating na sya at nakasakay na ako sa car nya sabi nya sa friend ko " Mom pakicancel nalang yun ni booked ha para hindi makita kunwari ni cancel nyo nalang po" natakot ako don imbis na gusto ko matulog nakamonitor din ako sa road na dadaanan nya.
Ang gusto ko malaman is totoo po ba yun bawal na maghatid outside metro manila ?
And yung fare is napaka over price
And yung driver is In process pa sa grab,
And hindi ko alam if itong driver nakikigamit ng identity ng ibang tao ?

driver refuses to pick up passengers
On 13 July, ALP 447T (Booking ID : ADR-[protected]) accepted my booking but upon reaching the pickup desgination where I was at, the driver told us that we had too many luggages and just drove away immediately. The driver did not even alight the car or try to fit the luggage in. The driver then refuse to cancel my booking and had an operator to cancel the booking. We took another grabcar and the driver told us that the amount of luggages we had was normal.

Taga Taft ako, Sumakay ako ng taxi kase late na ako papuntang work. etong si UVN 815 na taxi ang nasakyan ko. Super daldal na driver. sabi ko sa resorts world ako ibaba akala ko nmn alam nya, sabi ko pa daan tayo sa skyway para mabilis sabi nya mahuhuli ata sya di ko alam sa kagaguhan na sinasabi nya so dumaan kami ng roxas blvd eh SOBRANGGGGG TRAFFIC DON. at sabi namn ng engot na driver na to " ay traffic heheh" punyeta imbis na mapabilis mas malelate pa ako. hindi lang yun inikot ikot nya ako. Tinanong nya ako " saan ka" sabi ko " sige diretso ka lang kuya" aba si gago kumaliwa?!?!? so ive decided na bumaba na lang. Nakakairita lang na may mga ganyan driver. Grab naman kase paki ayos nyo naman mga pinipili nyong mga driver! perwisyo eh!

It was raining hard and I was with my kid. So i booked for Grab Car. He said for me to wait cause his car is turning on and off. He was one minute away but he never moved from where he was. Maybe he didnt like my destination of drop off. So i booked another grab car.
If his car is not in good condition, how did grab approve of it? Or if he didnt like my destination he couldve told me rather than letting me wait.

grab credits
GRAB PH deducted 505php on my bank acct because of their php100 off promo for grab credits on 26 June 2018. They never indicated in the app that posting time frame for bank payments until 4 to 5 working days until i lodged a complaint on their fb page. No confirmation email sent to me by grab nor dragonpay. They only fxed the app when i complaint. that payment has been done. The only proof i can provide is my bank statement. But still not sufficient. They will not credit it until i dont have the confirmation code. I will not bother to contact them if things go right. Php500 is nothing to others but i value what i am working hard for. Their customer support is so ridiculous keep on asking the same questions.
grabcar driver, very unprofessional and rude

Last Saturday morning, July 7, 2018, around 6:50AM my family and I booked a GrabCar of Mr. Ariel Cordero Alingco with vehicle plate number / conduction sticker YQ2183. I was with my wife and kids - age 17, 15, 5 years old respectively. Please take note that we usually book a GrabCar as a family. Upon on-boarding the said car, the driver stalled for a moment and then declared that he won't be able to proceed since there were five of us. We appealed for him to re-consider since we're in a hurry and would take time to re-book a Grab six-seater. While he repeatedly declined our request, we were also trying to book a 6-seater while inside his car and then he turned-off his aircon maybe to push us to leave his car which was very disappointing. After a short verbal argument, the driver threatened to go to the police, which I also accepted because of his poor customer service skills and rudeness I wanted to show the police. At this point, my wife had already booked a 6-seater and hence we left the said driver to finally cancel our booking with him.

I wish to ask about have your company have the panel with the Changi Recommend Travel Service in Singapore Airport? How come they can order grab and then received money with us on changer few dollars above the pricing show on the grab apps? I am very confidence on this, it is your panel or they are doing the illegal service?

I will need to highlight the conduct and reaponsibility of grab drivers whom i have experienced particularly for grab hitch drivers .
Also ... the generic availabilty of grab drivers .
On multiple occasions ... the grab hitch drivers whom i have tried to book have been a total let down .

Please view for yourselves the unacceptable series of events i have been put through .
Yes... grab is a flexible self deciplined earn what u can job scope . Yes... Hitch drivers are " commuters" just like us" ... so we are suppose to have less expectations over them . But is it fair to commuters whom book and pay money to be brought from one location to another in TIME to be treated like thier booking dun matter and for drivers to cancel out on passengers after accepting or taking other passengers when u were the first passenger and then let u know that the driver is unable to make it in time . Or worse accept bookings where u are gonna take 6 to 8 mins at times 10 mins even to arrive and passengers are forced to cancel on the drivers cause the just cant afford to wait . But more 3 in a week n u are charged 5 dollars . Sadly ... this is because of the drivers directly or indirectly . But prices ... peak period which apparently goes on most of the time of day .. is at extorbiant prices.
Please just view my photos to understand what im refering to and i request the management of grab to look into the conduct of these drivers and see how u can improve the reliability of grab drivers.
Trust me ... let me drench in rain ... get late for work and get screwed by boss or go to a urgent location by public tranaport or juat running for all i care ... but never am i ever gonna trust another grab ever again . EVER.
expired points without notification or reminder
I am and have always been a loyal Grab customer. My last travel on Grab was on 16th June. I am currently on my ride as well as I am typing. Since im a bit free without my toddler with me I thought of checking out my grab points. I was shocked to know that a big amount of 3290 POINTS just EXPIRED on the 1st July 2018! And i was not even aware of this. Really very very DISAPPOINTED AND UPSET that i did not even get a NOTIFICATION or REMINDER that my points are about to expire! If i had known i would have utilized my points! And 3290 points is not little! I normally promote and book grab for my relatives and parents as well.. Not going to recommend grab in the future!

Your fares are too expensive compared to uber. I dont know if its because of your security or whatever but the service is nonetheless the same as uber. Rm10 just for 3km is certainly absurd. Its too much. Please since this is the only safe alternative to taxis (I dont trust mycar yet) please please lower your fares. Please dont take advantage of your customers since you already bought uber. Thank you
cancel booking
Driver cancel my booking even though he already on my place and said that he is allergy in dog. Note that my pin is Fortuno animal clinic therefore it is undersood that i have a dog. He insisted to cancel the booking and i know that i will be charge 100 in my credit card even he is the one who cancel it. I am disputing the 100 peso that will be charge on my card!
extra charge for booking wrong location
Hi, I did not know regarding having extra charges for booking wrong location. And the drive didn't informed me regarding extra charges. If I were to know the extra charges, I would walk over as the location is just near to it. Just a few walk for extra $5 is not worth. I feel so angry for driver didn't inform me on the phone until I got on to the car. Please advise as I feel this is not the right way to earn money. If the location is far, I don't mind pay that extra $5. Without inform me about this, I feel cheated. I always take grab but I think after this experience, I will not take grab anymore. Coz I feel so cheated. I feel the price I pay for is no different from I'm taking normal cab. So please advise.
driver last minute cancelled when agreed to scheduled time
I book a grabhitch at 6.35pm from 510b yishun street 51 to safra punggol. The driver at first agreed to the schedule time. About 6pm i went to prepare myself and left phone aside. When i came out to see the message, it was cancelled & the driver left a message saying that he/she will reach at 6.43pm. If in the first place u would reach late then u should not have agreed to it and even said if u need me to reach earlier can inform me.

I just want to file a complaint about this driver. We arrived late on our destination because he intentionally delayed our trip. Our trip has two stops, the first stop has an estimated destination time of 9:02am (our pickup time was 7:34am), but when we were on transit, the driver turned off his Waze app and his Grab App and he intentionall stucked us on a traffic-filled street that consumed almost half of an hour of our trip. I suggested an alternate route but insisted on his own way. In the end, we arrived LATE on the first stop and also on the second stop. Please respond ASAP about this issue.

Unable to register visa in my grab app via android. I tried registering it in someone else's account and I was able to register my visa but in my own account whether I use a different phone, I still wouldnt be able to register my visa card. I have sufficient balance, no pending transactions and an emv chip on my visa. I also have the updated version of the grab app. How is it that i was able to register my visa in someone else's account but not on mine.

During our ride I told him "kuya dadaan pa tayo ng coastal" this driver didn't answer. When I repeated what i said he didn't allow me to finish! He answered "YES!"
We customer dont deserve this kind of drivers since I am not an arrogant person. Kindly do something about this guy! He made us feel unsafe!

I am a Grab Pay user. My payments are debited to my Card, But due to peak hours, I sought the help of Grab Personnel for my ride. Grab Personnel booked the ride for me and was successful to give the details as follows (see attached photo)

Grab personnel told me that amount is P603.00 so I agreed.

Payment was in cash. But driver "ARjay" (as he told me) collected P805.00 which was showed from his phone the amt P805.00. This is witnessed by my mother whom I borrowed the money to pay the ride.

driver did not go to pick up point
Just want bring to your attention the treatment we got from your driver Reynaldo Tuyac GOC908 Suzuki Ertiga (black) today June27/12:40pm.
My wife who is 5months pregnant booked a Grab ride from Pasay to her work at PlDt DelaRosaMakati. The driver did notproceed to the pickup point thatwas selected in the booking - instead he parked in front of the church a distance away. My pregnant wife had to walk to where his car was. When we asked why he didnt go to the pickup point he reasoned in an arrogant tone that "masikip un kalsada kasi puro pedicabs &baka magasagasan pa kotse ko".
Isn't it that convenience to riders is one of the things you offer for the service riders pay? Obviously the incident today with this rider proved it otherwise. Its really regrettable your main competitor pulled out from the country - they were more professional.
