Dear sir . I'm a grab driver . I received your SMS warning regarding i ask customer cancel the order . The reasons i ask customer cancel cause you grab ask me from point A to pick up a passenger in point B which is few kilometers from me. This is really unreasonable as you grab centre should assigned grab car that within 1km from passenger . From the way you asking me purposely pick up a passenger who is few kilometers from me, its really cost my petrol. Even the grab fare couldn't cover my petrol cost . Please change your system just assigned the job to those grab car within 1km from passenger .

Grab is becoming more useless now everytime i request driver with promo my request has never been accepted and at the same time i book from other phone and it is accepted right a way and it happend contnously. I am going yo signoff grab forever now and share the same feedback to my referrals.
Drastically reducing the incentive of drivers without even compensate in other way. Stated and promised that incentives remain unchanged after acquired Uber in SEA, but now, it getting worse and worst. Terrible company, Don't make any promise if you can make it.

However, from Bangi Gateway to Villa Tropika at pick up 5.53 pm cost rm17..
I was surprised that price was doubled..It was short distance. Please reply.

We ask the driver if he can re-route the way.. Because it's taking us to the long way with toll. Then he answered us very rude and say can not he will follow the waze. What for got re-route if don't even follow what the costumer request. Somemore threathen us. Very bad service! Very rude driver!
the fare are slowly increasing amd sometimes was on high demand, please give us some promo like last time, we are really in need . Bcoz some places also have no publc transportation and could only rely on grab but in high fare. Would be hard for some people

I using the grab promotion voucher to order grab and already few times drivers ask to cancel or driver accept the order but never turn out. What kind of service attitude did your drivers provided? Since grab company selling the promo code but your driver didn't want to provide the service, can you please refund to me for the promo code purchased ?

I am a student at public university who use Grabcar frequently. I use Grabcar more than 4 times a week and spent more money on paying for it. I think I deserve to get the promo code. I would like to complaint driver TANG FUN SUA AKS 7271. The way he talks is rude. I requested for a grab car and the driver goes ti the wrong place until I call said he at the wrong side but he say why did i submitted a wrong address while i submit no 12 and he received no 19. I don't understand how Grab driver apps works. I have been driving for 3 hours per day but I only manage to get 2 customers even in the hot spot areas? How is the system works? Are you only taking care for those driving full time as grab driver and they have more priority of getting customers compare to part time as grab driver?

I have activated my GrabPay wallets and tried many times but still cannot use the promotion. It still remain RM 22 at the booking site. I would like to grab on 1.15pm I hope the Grab centre can solve this issue soon.
Hello I'm staying in Kuala Lumpur I'm a passenger n I had made 3 bookings from seputeh to damai perdana .3 driver have asked me to cancel it. The Grab Driver in Karambunai Area jutmst threatened another grab driver from outside karambunai to fetching costumer in Karambunai Area...but in karambunai they dont actually fetch costumer if the distances is too short

I found out that in airport penang, a lot of grab car did simple parking the car inside the airport.

The driver has sent me a personal text after the trip was completed offering me his grab service next time i want to go around. I found this unpleasent and unprofessional etique. Pls educate your driver on such and take this as a complain. Thank you
