difficulty in atrieving driver
At first, I thought grab is very very much more better than urber as urber will hv additional charge on us during traffic jam. But now, I gradually feel that grab is sucks. Despite of the minimum rm5, no matter how short the distance are,. what make me unsatisfied are
1. it is Always a hard time for us to get a driver, I am not talking about midnight or early morning, i. am talking about evening time (7-8pm), a normal time.
2. there is always a long duration while waiting for our driver. we always been assigned to a driver which is far away from my waiting location.
But urber, even early in the morning or during new year eve, I still able to get a driver efficiently.

On 02/03/18 I have book a grab (Mohd Razif Bin Darus) from Kota Dame back to dataran sunway. I already told him that I wait in front the door (not go anywhere) So I wait for the grab. Then I don't know why suddenly he angry with me. He say the bad word to me (I forgot to screenshot it). So I keep his word, he say like this "bole tak awak stay kat mane awak tunggu! Saya dah pusing lansung tak nampak awak!" He say like this. So Im as customer really feel so bad to meet driver like this. I already use more than 2 years this grab service. This the first time I have driver no manner! Thanks

Im a girl and passenger alone to booking one car number as WXQ7245, driver name call Shahrul Dizal Bin Shardin. My booking time at 11.31pm date on 28.2.2018 Wednesday.
The case is, when i log in the car, the driver use obscenity eye contact to look at me and ask me all about my private personal things. Such as where is your boyfriend? Where you stay? Are you stay alone in around here? In the time, i feel very scared and feel no body can help me because im in his car alone there. He tried to go the most darker place and don't let me drop off to my location that i want.
I feel want tp cry and keep calling my family and all of my friends, hope that can get help.
I try to help myself, i use to fake to talking the phone and try to make the driver knows that i am calling my family to get help.
The driver was knows something that he turn around back the car to drop off me to my place.
After he stop the car, he keep smiling and ask me to give him full star and keep looking me when i walk back to my home. After more awhile, he calling me and i get disturbed time at 12.21am to 12.26am.
This is very dangerous case, i hope that can make attention and hope my report can get help. This driver is very dangerous. I don't hope that the next passengers have the same cases that i facing. Very scary. Thanks god that i safe.

Grabcar driver, dzulkefli bin sapari w8360a, double charged me for a trip from country garden danga bay phoenix clubhouse to city square johor bahru on 25feb at 11.30am. Trip cost is rm8 but I paid rm16. Upon arrival at city square, I told driver that I will be paying by master card. He said no must pay by cash. I thought the master card payment method was rejected so I just pay him rm8 in cash. A few minutes later, I received a message from grab that rm8 has been deducted from my mastercard.
What rubbish is this? I demand a refund of rm8 from grab johor bahru. Can you tell me how and who I can speak to? How can grab hire such driver! How can I avoid such an incident from happening again when I enlist grabcar service in johor bahru.

Ss3165w (driver) just simply callme back to demand to cancel my orde just because he was availabale and he's on the wrong address.. How could this possible .. Been using grab for so long and never have problem before . I even put notice to the driver my exactly address where im located ... That so absurd! maybe he should check it first rather jusy accept the job
Hey maybe you should try to be a driver then you will know how it's like. Sometimes, grab gps is totally wrong and he had a bad time to find you at your place. And it's seriously troublesome to find your given address because sometimes your place is very unfamiliar to him. I have bad experience with grab too, but I didn't make an assumption too early. I tried to drive grab for a week and I knew what's the matter actually. You should try to drive first. And for your info, the driver has its own rights to accept you or not because he is a freelance that only using grab as a platform. He do maintenance for his car himself, he will absorb all the cost if accident happen (grab won't resposible for any damages to the car). Grab only taking advantage on the driver. You should think twice before you made complaint. If you feel that grab or uber is totally hassle, you should take a cab instead of grab / uber. But why you ain't taking a cab? Because you want it to be cheaper right? Hence, deal with it. Life is not smooth everytime 😜

21/2/2018. I book grab as usual to go my workplace from Terminal Ferry Penang to BMW Auto Bavaria Penang around 7.30+. The driver accept my booking & I accept to wait he finish the trip before pick me up, but after he finish his trip, he directly cancel my booking. So I want to know is there any demerit to driver that behave like this eventhough it never effect me in term of cost, but it effecty time& emotion. Thank you.
I am complaining about customer as a grab driver.
Lately, I got not accurate distance of the customer when accepted customer request. For example, I got 2.5km away of customer position. Then, after I waze it, customer is 7.8/11.5km away. Lately also my passenger does not appear when I already arrive. I'm waiting them, but still not appear. I hope u can understand that this situation affect my cancellation rate.

Yesterday 8 Feb 2018 around 4:51 pm i ordered grab and the driver received the order with car plate number WUA 9990 Honda civic (Grey). Follows the direction it should be arrive within 8 minutes but when the driver almost arrive, he cancelled my order. Actually i didn't use grab for long time because i always being cancelled by grab driver once they accept the job especially Malay guy. If this keep happen, it will give bad image for your company. I didn't want waste the time by order grab many time just because of this problem. Plus, every time i order i will do screenshot like in picture so if the driver keep cancelled my booking once they accept, of course i will make a report like this again and again. So i hope you will fix this problem for better service in future. Thank you.
I think you are a racist at the first place. I'm not a malay but I feel that your a racist. Secondly, I think he cancelled your booking because he missed the turn to your location and it results in long distance pick up point and it's not worth it for him to pick you up.

i'm a royal customer to grab. This is the first time i meet with impolite driver. The driver called and scold me through phone ask me where am i. He don't want to drive in to my company lobby to pick up me. Thus, i need to walk out and quite a distance to walk until the main gate. Once i walk near the car, the driver want to reverse and bang me. i have stunt for a while, and i double check again the car plate number before entering. Again, the driver scold me. You don't know what car and plate number? Why are you still look around? You are wasting my time.
Is it this is the driver you hire for? I really disappointed with the driver you hired. Please take the quick action on this.

Pemandu Grab nombor pendaftaran kenderaan VAU 9091, memandu cara undur dari simpang masuk metro Bandar Sunway ke gerbang masuk Sunway Pyramid Shoping mall. Padahal jalan dari gerbang adalah sehala saja...bila di minta untuk buat pusingan dari hotel, pemandu Grab tersebut tidak peduli, malah dia teruskan juga niat untuk undur...tindakan pemandu tersebut boleh mengakibatkan kemalangan...minta pihak berkenaan ambil tindakan pada pemandu Grab tersebut yang tidak mematuhi peraturan...

I came to the Grab office in Bayan Baru, Penang to register as a new grab car driver. I went to their office and looking for the queue number. I ask the person who sat at the counter and he said i need to complete the online register first. So without any further question, i just sat on the couch provided and completed the online form. Then i went to the counter again to get my queue number but the person incharge said i need to wait on the couch. I have been waiting for about an hour but no feedback. The other person that came after me got the number easily but i need to wait for about an hour when there is nobody else around! Grab you need to improve your customer service care. I'm really disappointed!
very rude driver car
I would like to report a very rude driver. In my opinion, he is also mentally unstable. I don't think it is safe to be in a car with this individual driving.

Early this morning, 31st January 2018, I called for a GRAB Car to TREC. It was 1.44 am and I wanted to go home. I gave the driver the pick-up location as TREC. When he arrived, he said he was at Zouk. I told him that I was at another entrance, by the Cycle and Carriage building where they house Mercedez Benz. So the driver found me, but then proceeded to scold me for giving him the wrong location telling me that the TREC main entrance is Zouk. And he said everybody knows that TREC is Zouk. I was not at Zouk, did not go to Zouk, do not go to Zouk. I have no problem with Zouk, but that is not where I was!
I said to him that TREC has many establishments, cafes and bars etc. And there is more than one entrance. There is the Zouk entrance, the Starbucks Entrance, The Cycle and Carriage entrance where I was, and another entrance by the parking lot. There may be more that I don't know about. But I was being helpful telling him where I was, exactly; but he just kept on blasting me and scolding me and insisting that I made a mistake and that when I said that I was at the Cycle and Carriage entrance, he thought of Bangsar. Because, according to him, Cycle and Carriage is only in Bangsar 😱
I go to TREC quite often and I have never had a problem with giving my location to any GRAB driver but this one was rude and insistent. I told him there was not a problem, actually, because he didn't have to drive around to find me; he just drove down from Zouk, which is what he would have had to do, anyway, to exit the place and I found him, and he found me (it took 30 seconds) so...no problem. End of story (right?) Wrong. He just went on and on and wouldn't stop lecturing me. So, at this point, my patience was running thin. So I said to him, " Can we please not discuss this anymore?". It was getting late and I could sense that the situation was getting weird.
He kept quiet for maybe 15 seconds . Then started scolding and lecturing me again and being aggressive and insistent "You should blah blah blah...". "Next time you should say blah blah blah...", "Why you say Cycle and Carriage? Why you never say Zouk? blah blah blah..." "If you say Cycle and Carriage it's only in Bangsar...blah blah blah...". By this point, I thought I really didn't want to be in the car with this psycho, so I asked if he would please drive me back to TREC and that I would pay him whatever the cost. He said, "No" ! He insisted that I must complete the trip.
Thank god, at that point, I saw a police road check ahead and I asked him to STOP THE CAR! I got out and complained about his behaviour to the police. I told them the problem. I told them he "merepek" too much. I told them I am only paying for a ride. I am not paying for this: to be scolded continuously all the way home. That is seriously unprofessional behaviour.
They suggested I cancel the trip. Gladly! But I couldn't cancel the trip in transit. At least, I couldn't figure out how. And the driver refused to cancel the trip. So there I was, in the middle of the highway (which I have now figured is Jln. Perkasa), with 5 policemen and this crazy driver! He wanted me to continue the ride. I told him to please (if he must!) drive to my destination and complete the ride without me. I would pay him the full fare but I did not want to be in the car with him. He refused the money and proceeded to accuse me of acting like his boss. He said, "You think I stupid ah?". "I study in England, you know?". I mean what does that have to do with anything?
Obviously, this guy is unhappy about his lot in life, doesn't like being a GRAB Car driver and needs to take it out on his passengers. He threatened to report me to GRAB. I told him to please do! He tried to lie and tell the police that he was the one who decided to stop the car and that I was the aggressive one. Oh please! Even the police didn't buy that. And by that point, of course I was angry and loud in the middle of the highway. I told him I would report him too. I was not the one who instigated the fight. In fact, I tried to stop it from happening. But this guy just wouldn't let it go.
I have never had an argument with a GRAB or UBER driver before. Most people have been very nice. Very pleasant. There have been a couple grumps but this one was the absolute worst. I really think he is psycho.
As a rule, I do not argue with drivers because they are the ones at the wheel . And to a point, your fate is in their hands. Also, arguing in a car is a very good way to get into an accident. This guy, though, was itching for a fight. Pushing all the buttons and trying to provoke a negative reaction. You really have to be a Saint to shut up and listen to that nonsense on repeat. He kept telling the police that he wanted me to "listen to him". Who does he think he is? My husband? What?
Finally, the police flagged down a taxi for me and everything went back to normal. Normal driver. I got home without any drama.
As I promised the offensive GRAB driver, I would report him. So this is my story. I feel it is my duty to report him as I do not think it is safe for him to drive people around. Not with that attitude. Not with his questionable sanity.
He should just stay home and write some "self help" books.

Dengan perkara di atas, saya sebagai ibu penumbang Poon ingin membuat aduan kepada pemandu Tan Boon Boo yang bertingkah laku yang begitu melulu!
1. Sebelum pemandu sampai di destinasi, dia membuat panggilan kepada penumpang Poon sebanyak 3 kali dengan percakapannya penuh kemarahan dan cukup kasar.Bukan setakat ini sahaja, pemandu tersebut melalui destinasi penumbang sebanyak dua pusingan selepas berjumpa penumpang Poon hampir, dia mula "pum paip" sehingga berdepan di depan penumpang Poon.Adakan cara pemandu Grab tersebut semacam samseng?
2. Selepas menaik ke dalam keretanya, pemandu memberitahu bahawa dia enggan gunakan waze sebab telefonnya kehabisan bateri?Dia pun mula jalan suka hati dan buat pusingan beberapa kali walaupun penumpang Poon menunjukkan arah pergi dengan "banyak" kali! Dia asyik jalan mengikut kesukahan dia semacam ketagihan-loss control his mind
3.Tingkah laku pemandu tersebut telah mengancam keselamatan penumpang.Selain itu, kelakuan pemandu ini telah menjejaskan reputasi syarikat Grab Car.

very rude driver dangerous for a woman
I took a grab from Kl mydin to Tune hotel. The car number is BBH666 and the driver's name is Mr Gan Sau Yang. His phone number is [protected]. I chose the near by location available in grab and sent him the exact location. At that time i was with my 7years old daughter. When he arrived, he rudely putting blames on me, looked very angry and after that asking me my personal informations. But I kept quite as he might endanger me and my daughter's life. I am going to report to police station for that threatening event. I hope grab could solve this by enquiring that driver.

At 10.51 p.m . I am use a grab for my friend . And i got a drive that make me so angry. He was complained about the distance where he is been (hospital duchess of kent) and the point of pick up (restaurant seafood 88). When my friend come in his car, he angry with my friend. He said it is "long a way" . He also call me about 2 times and angry with me. Isnt customer always right ? I hope there is an action should be take and let me know if the action had been taken . I'm providing the details of him also at below the picture column. I didn't know that there's a rule where I can't bring durian on board and it's in a box and I never open it either. He said I should have told him and scolded rudely that because of me he cannot
pick up customers and all. I did said I'm sorry too but do he have to keep scolding people so rudely like that, is that how the employees should treat their customers? I hope the Grab company will take action against him.
Maybe the smell can make his car smell of durian.i also got a situation like this before. I got problem to pickup next customer because the smell of durian. Now i spared dkny perfume in my car if i got like this situation. I am a uber driver
unprofessional driver
The driver Farid Bin Othman ( car plate no. PMU6347) did not follow any of the navigation tool and blamed the passenger for cannot find the location to pickup.
The driver also threaten and ask the passenger to get down from the car when the passenger told the driver that there's actually another nearer route and the pickup location actually can be found by other grab driver who use navigation tool, saying he is the one that driving, the passenger need to follow his direction.
The below photo showing the distance between the driver and passenger (1 min away) when the driver call to ask where is the passenger as he assume he already arrived at the location for pick up based on his understanding of the address but not the exact location based on any navigation tools.

After my flight was delayed from KUL to BKI for 3 hours, I was eager to go home as I was very tired. I booked a Grab, the driver (Zulsyahirul bin Mohammad, SAC5974C) called to confirm which Gate to meet, and that he prefer cash, although I had put in my debit card info. I agreed to meet him at Gate 4, and agreed to pay cash. He arrived almost 10 minutes AFTER the "your driver has arrived" message appeared. When he arrived, he got out of the car, and offered to put my luggage in the back of his car (DMAX) which was exposed. So I said it's okay, it will fit in the back seat with me. Once we got into the car, he started driving then he asked for my location and I told him it was near the Taman Ujana Rimba Tropika. He slowed down the car, and said "Boleh cancel tak?". I scolded him for not telling me earlier when he first called as I could have gotten another ride. He just kept driving very slowly. I was just too tired to get out and then he said that he has already cancelled the booking! I got on the phone and called my daughter to say that I was in the Grab car and was on the way home already. He had no choice but to comply. I told him I've already checked the fare. It was RM13 and that I will pay him cash just as we agreed earlier. I also told him that I'm very tired due to the long flight delay, and he replied me, "Saya tak suruh flight tu delay".
This is so exasperating! First, he agreed to take my order, second he called to confirm the location, third he requested for cash, and fourth, he asked me to cancel the ride AFTER he started driving.
Previously I have relied on Uber, but since Grab is supposed to be more user-friendly I switched to Grab and have been using this service in Miri, KL, and Manila for work. With this kind of attitude, Zulsyahirul has given Grab drivers a bad name, and the company a bad image! I will still continue to use Grab as it is not fair to stereotype all Grab drivers as unprofessional; but I'm definitely blocking this driver from my future use.

Please ensure that your driver in Penang, Malaysia (perodua bezza PND2969) stop the car at the side and not just simply stop at the middle of the road to blocking other people way when he pickup customer. And this driver are acting so rude when ppl horn them to ask them move the car aside. He is making the traffic jam and cause inconvenient for others.
