problem with brand new transmission after 1.5 years
Just to remind your working on my vehicle. These are the few parts
which replacement in last 1.8 year.
1. BRAND NEW ACCORD V6 transmission assembly.
2. Wire harness of engine bay (Both BAY 1 and Bay2 ) and transmission.
3. All mounts of engine and transmission.
4. Great TORQUE CONVERTER.
If you can see my history of my vehicle on your portal you will know
what are the rest work had been done.
So, as far as i know for any issue in my transmission if occur before
2 year completion after delivery, then HCIL Delhi is liable for repair
or replacement. And as for repair I do know that HONDA do not allow
to open the transmission in 2 year.
I guess now you know the situation here.
Now please check below detail about what exact issue that I am facing
while driving it.
1. Transmission over heat in 20 km. Accord V6 engine remain cool
for most of the time but this brand new transmission over heat and
malfunction while shifting over the drive.
2. Reverse GEAR stuck up. It mean if I engage reverse after stopping
vehicle with in 10 sec or 15, then BIG NOISE come from transmission
which suggest me that it never engage REVERSE gear on main shaft.
There were COLLISION of REVERSE and 1st GEAR inside it.
3. From 1 st day after i took your BRAND NEW TRANSMISSION it JERK
while changing gear from 1st to 2 then to THIRD.
I highly recommend you to please take care of what you have built and
provide me solution which last long.
2008 honda city zx gxi remote locking problem not able to resolve
I own a 2008 Honda City ZX Gxi which has been maintained as stock and serviced at Honda regularly.
The Remote locking has stopped working about 3 years back and several service centers have not been able to resolve the problem. The key remotes are fine, and the service people always try to program the key which goes on normally, but on pressing the lock/ unlock button after programming, it fails to open/ lock. I've been advised to go for aftermarket solution like auto cop but I want to maintain the car as stock.
I had a problem 6 years back that was repaired at Capital Honda in Chennai by changing the 'Receiver unit - Keyless entry'. For the last 3 years I have been using the key to unlock the doors and Now the driver door key is not entering smoothly. Once in, locking and unlocking is normal. This happens even with the spare key. For this I have been advised to change all the locks of the car which is again very expensive. No one can check the lock to see if the block is physical.
I've written to several forums national and international but have not come to a solution. I did think of buying a new 'Receiver unit - Keyless entry' and trying it, but the part is quite expensive and the problem might not be solved.
I would like you to recommend a good experienced mechanic who would be able to identify the problem in the remote locking and also in the driver door lock and give me a financially viable solution. I live in Bangalore and am happy to visit any service center in South India. Since the car is old I understand the current service guys have no experience in dealing with such problems. Or if a step by step instruction is given, I could check what is wrong myself. I'm not happy with people opening up the dashboard looking for a solution and then finally saying 'no solution'. All this is causing rattles in my car.
Please help me. I have written previously but have no answer from your end. Though Honda USA who I had CCed did reply promptly but couldn't help me though they tried.

It is regret to say that the Honda company in Pakistan disappointing his customers by using delaying tactics of delivery and in some cases the customer car is sold to some other party and the actual customer is begging to give his money back and after expiry of long time he has not get his car neither his money back.
Now i want to say about dealing with my sister. My sister Tasneem Kousar Booked an order no [protected] to buy a Honda City Aspire in June 2018 with Pakistan Rs.900000 at Montgomery Honda Sahiwal, Pakistan. The balanced amount of Rs.1361000 was paid in June 2019 and Motor car was due in July 2019. The company has still not given the delivery uptill today dated 18-10-2019 and using delaying tactics to use customer money for their own business.
When the delivery is demanded it is said come after a week, now next week again next week and so on.
Similar case is with many others have been observed.
Please provide this delivery as the customer is suffering and delivery has not provided to fulfilling her need.

I want to complaint your Honda service dealer... Which is Yong Ming Motor... I send my car for painting due to accident. After I collect my car I found there is a white spot... And I go back to the service center... Their BP department claim that this is manufacturing defect and asking me to booking for inspection... After 2 week, when I come back for inspection, they claim that this is my fault due to I put a sticker at the middle pillar and unable to claim. The things is the defect is at the door close side nothing concern with the sticker outside. And I complain at Honda Malaysia also give me the same reason and claim not warranty for the car paint. I was promised the world when I bought 2 brand new crv 2018. My car has an issue with the AC and after only a few hours after dropping off at service they tell me to pick it up that the AC is fine and that I'm the problem because I drive the car on eco mode and that's how it works with the fan going up and down by itself (not on auto) and with the car scolding hot from the sun the vent speed stays on minimum regardless of pressing the fan to max. I told them why has this never happened to my identical crv or why if I stop and turn the car on and off for 4-5 times it usually starts working well again. Since the car is under warranty and it's free they barely looked at the car and since it did not duplicate the issue then it's my fault and come get your car. It occurs sporadically about 75% of the time but since they won't get paid since warranty they treat you like an idiot and blatantly tell you it's your fault for driving on eco... and that all Honda's hace this AC issue when driven in eco but they add extra insult by printing you a guide of eco driving function for us to learn how I'm the problem. Since they sell lower income cars it doesn't mean lower income people are ignorant. They should respect people buying $20, 000 cars or $100, 000 cars equally. I have to work on Monday but I can't use my car because the AC will most likely fail again because it's a Honda? Thats what the AD should say about Honda cars on Eco. I want to get rid of my two Honda's but not sure if I have to tell buyer that AC does not work on eco? I should have never stopped by a Honda dealer. Amazing disrespect

3年前マレーシア ケダ州のホンダ ディーラーよりHR-V フルスペック車を一台購入しました。
先日、車の定期サービス時に、ブレーキのインディケーターが出ているとサービスセンターの方に写真を見せ、点検してもらいました。
点検した結果、サービスセンターの方より、何らかの部品が壊れているため、ホンダHQ(マレーシアクアラルンプール)に依頼し、部品がこのセンターに届いたら、保証期間内なので無償交換を実施する旨の連絡をするので、一週間お待ちくださいと言われました
しかし数日後、ホンダHQ(マレーシアクアラルンプール)から無償交換できないという連絡が来ました。
その理由は,
車を購入してから定期点検サービスを十分していないためというものでした。
私はこの回答には納得できません。
ホンダの車は品質面で優れているので,特にこれまで何の問題もなかったため定期点検サービスをしてもらう理由がなくしてきませんでした。ホンダの品質に信頼を寄せていたからです.
今回トラブルが発生したので,点検をしてもらったら保証期間内にも関わらず壊れた部品を取り換えないというのが,ホンダの顧客サービスなのでしょうか?
3年足らずの新車が(走行距離:041754km)ブレーキのワーニングインディケーターが出るというのは、定期点検をしていたら防げたのでしょうか?考え難いことです。
ワーニングが出ている状態では,安心して車を運転することができません。

3年前 : 新車を一台購入
定期点検 : 8回のうち6回点検を行いました。(走行距離が少ないため、毎回の
点検に費用がかかるため、問題がなければ定期点検をしなかった時が
2回ほどありました)
今年の6月中旬:ブレーキのワーニングインディケーターが出ました。
すぐに、ディーラーに電話をし、状況確認してもらいました。
ディーラーのアドバイスは、様子を見てそれでもインディケーターが消えない場合は、サービスセンターに連絡をして点検してもらうということでした。1日後インディケータが消灯したので、様子を見ることとしました。
9月上旬:定期点検を行い、気になるブレーキのインディケーターを写真をセンタ
ーの方に見せ、なぜ、そういうインディケーターがでるのか詳しく聞き
ました。
それで,交換をお願いしました。
しかし,交換のクレームを却下され、取り換えてもらいないと連絡が来
ました。
あまりにひどい対応に,ホンダに対する信頼が大きく揺らいでいます。
何かの手違いと思いますので、ぜひご確認いただき安心、安全にホンダの車を運転できる様にしてください。

This has happened twice In the morning I am met with direct sunlight. As I was driving going about 40 mph there was a car about 100 yards in front of me that hit its breaks to turn into a shopping center. My car automatically slammed on breaks... causing my neck to hurt as I was not aware that It was going to do that.
The second time I had a friend in the car. Again the sun was setting and was facing us head on as we went under a bridge. The darkness caused the break to engage and the person behind us almost hit me in the back. Again we were both snatched by the seat belt as we had no reason to expect such a occurrence to happen
The third thing is when I'm on the highway and we are near a Jersey wall it begins to push me out into the lane beside me and I have to fight the car to get it to stop self steering me into the other lane.
I cant say that these features are making me feel safe... I am beginning to rethink my purchase

I always buy honda cars and never disappointed before.
I purchased brand new honda civic 2017 and after few months i faced some steering assembly problem.
I sent my car to honda dealership for periodic checkups but they never point out this issue.
There is clucking noise and the steering jam on high speed roads.
I used all honda models but never faced so much problems. Now when i come to know that it is manufacturing fault and many customers already got changed the steering assembly free of cost then i contacted my dealer but he refused to replace free, he said that your warranty ended in june 2019.
Dear my car is driven less and i was facing this issue from beginning. This model quality is not good.

This week my CRV backup camera guidance lines began to have a 10 -15 second delay in appearing when I shift to reverse. I have come to depend on these guidance lines when parking and this delay is long enough that when in traffic the lines are useless.
I took the vehicle to my dealer (Joyce Honda) and he said the delay is the same as all other CRV's which is not true. There is always a slight delay of 1 or 2 seconds for the lines to appear, but not 10+ seconds. I asked to join the tech when he test drove the vehicle to be sure he understood the issue and that was ignored.
My vehicle had no delay for two years and now has a significant delay of 10+ seconds in the appearance of the guidance lines.
I am within 800 miles of 36, 000 and want to be sure the fix for this is under warranty and not at my expense.
