I have been constantly complaining about my bill not getting updated. During my meeting they assured me that the same will be updated in 24 hrs and will get back to me the next morning. But still in vain. My follow ups started form the 14th Aug'07 And i am still in the same position.
Following are the details for your perusal :
A.)

Amount : Rs 800
Both these transactions were made online through internet banking. Inspite of submitting the bank statement and clearance of payment from the bank no action has been taken.
One of the payments got updated but the other is yet to get updated. It's been more than a month and a half that i have been following up. But there has been no action taken from their end.

I jst wanna tell you that from past 3days the network in my area is worst I am not being able to make calls it would be kind of you if you please see about the errors and provide the needy to the earliest
Incoming calls are not receiving it says " the customer you are calling is unavailable"
My main balance is in negative and due to this i am unable to send messages from my side. I am facing problem with the message thing. It was not like this before but i don't know why is it happening. So i need help with this problem.
