Today I visited Vodafone office in El Rehab city, Cairo, Egypt to pay my bill, I got bomber 48, after waiting 30 minutes they call for my number on screen I go to the desk, the manager was there collecting money from the employee I stayed front of desk till finish counting money I gave the employee my no, she asked the next no.49, I told her I'm stand up at the front of your desk waiting you and the manger, she said no I'll take the next no, I TOLD here you are kiding, the manager came and shout, told me you have to wait, all the desks had bombers 50, 51, 52 let me waiting, I tola the the manager I need to cancel my line he told me wait as punishmentthis situation insulting me at the front of customers.

Dear Complaints Team,
I would like to submit a complaint regarding my internet bill with Vodafone Egypt, I travelled outside Egypt, and I have asked them to stop my line for 1 year and paid 120 EGP as admin fees, that was on May 20 or 21st, 2017. After 4 months, on September 28th, 2017, I have asked them to return internet service, and I submitted another request to reactivate internet service only with monthly fees 130 EGP, but now they are asking me to pay 520 EGP for internet service for 4 months from May till September 2017, I called Call Center, the advisor said that no body stopped my internet, they are asking me about the name of customer service agent who stopped my line 4 months ago.in addition, they told me that I have to call Vodafone call center to stop internet service!
You can check my internet usage during these 4 months and you will find it Zero.
I'm sorry to say that I will not pay the cost of internet for these 4 months as far as I did my job from the beginning and informed your CS guy & paid the admin fees to stop the line.

I've spoken to over ten people at Vodafone including the 'Specialist Care' team over the period of a month. I still haven't received an upgrade that's suppose to take 3-5 days. I've ordered an upgrade 4 times, nobody at Vodafone is taking ownership. No upgrade after 30 days, no apology, no resolution, poor service, no management that I've come across, it's appalling.
The 'Specialist Care' sat on my complaint for 10 days, then said the problem had been resolved. No, it hadn't. The last person I spoke to didn't know what to do...I asked him to speak to his manager..he came back with no answer. How can service be so poor?

I had a problem in my internet bundle offer last month which should be active and renewable for 3 months first due date is 28th of October
I called customer service on 26th to make sure that I don't face the same issue, and the feedback was that I shall call on 27th before midnight, I did that at 22:30, and the answer was the problem will be solved and I will get a call in max 30 minutes., Which not happened, I called after 50 minutes and the answer was that he will notify his colleague who spoke to me in the beginning to call in few minutes, I told him that it should be solved before midnight otherwise I will lose my current megabytes, again no answer
I made third call at almost 23:50 and the answer was that now solved I need to call *211# to activate, I did that with no success, I called again for the 4th time, and during the call I found that my internet stopped losing 6790 MB., However the 4th call center representative solved the renewal issue but I still lost 6790MB. And I feel bad for the second time about Vodafone and it's customer services reps.

I am continuously been charged extra on my monthly contract and vodacom cannot assist me in rectifying my account. I my last payment I had to pay R3500 and another R2000 is required for the reconnection of my line. Numerous attempts have been made with customer service to rectify my account but customer service is also confused and insist that I pay on what's reflecting on their system. For the last six months my account went up to R5000 and was insisted by vodacom that I pay. Todate no one has contacted me to admit there is a problem on their side but arrogantly insist on settling my account.

I can't make calls or receive any during my roaming
Dear Gentlemen,
I'm a business man having Egyptian Vodafone line since long time, meantime I'm out of country for business and my number is not sending calls, meantime I'm blocked to communicate my business since last 17th October, I've contacted Vodafone Egypt, then mentioned I've to forward to Vodafone branch in Egypt which is impossible cause I'll be out of Egypt for 3 month. hence I submit a complain on 17th (complain number: 1-[protected], they said will contact me on 18th on my UAE number, but no body call,
on 22nd Oct, I contacted the customer service again asking about my complain, they mentioned it's rejected and no reason.
hope if there is anyone cares about the reputation of Vodafone to communicate with me and solve that issue in order to continue my service with Vodafone with the same service that I've used to before.

when they are send sms to me about new offer in internet package then i went to recharge my credit then i called to take this promotion after that they tell me you don`t have any promotion today ! and they pull all my credit balance plus didn`t give me any service or promotions !

I can't call any number from my vodafone number
I had this problem for 1 month so far (Vodafone Egypt), each time I call anyone from my mobile, I receive this voice message "The number you have dialed is incorrect !", I called Vodafone Egypt Customer Service about 10 times, made 3 Service Requests (SR) and no response till this moment. Also I went to Vodafone stores 3 times and they told me that this is a technical problem that they can't solve!
You are kindly requested to solve this technical problem ASAP as it already affects my business badly.

Actually this is the worst company with the worst customer support, I have been waiting for a whole week to change my line from card system to a line .. I get promises daily that it will be done but nothing is finalized, customer support are very bad and people are not doing their jobs . Even after I opened an official complain no one responded.

activating old services and offers without confirmation
I had a problem with vodafone egypt, what ever the amount of credit I recharge with, the company keeps on deducting fees for old services or offers with asking me wither I still need it or not.
The lastest accedent was yesterday, when I recharged to do a certain package with my credit, to find it gone for and offer that I tried to activate on [protected].
Why don't the company send a confirmation message first to make sure I still remember this offer or even still in need of it?!
Really I hate being chased with time, I should have prepared the codes and steps of the desired package to hurry and claim the desired package before the company deduct the money for things that I don't use anymore.
I am fed up, really fed up
I feel that I owe someone money and trying to escape. It's really so silly.

15 euro sim for travellers sold in spain
I purchased a travel sim for 15 euro. I know its not a lot of money and I am now back in Australia but i wish to complain that I could not call internation numbers as sold to me . it is a travellers sim so obviously the person could be a traveller and not a spainish speaking person.here is the pms sent and received on this subject over a 3 week period with NO result> I have them as a pdf if you are interested.

Last July I received a message that I have an offer to have 7GB + 7GB Quota for 100 £e, I have subscribed, after one month I received a message to make sure to have 100 £e for renewal and it was renewed successfully after I called customer service as it showed wrong renewal date then corrected,
Yesterday I have received the same message to make sure I have enough money for renewal, after renewal I discovered that I have only 7GB out of 14, the first answer from customer service was that I consumed them, how come I do that in less than one minute?, was my answer!, Then the second feed back was that sorry it was a mistake by Vodafone and this offer is expired, again how come and I received a message to renew it and it is partially renewed knowing that the new bundle for 100£e gives 8GB.
I asked to raise a complaint and it was rejected till I insisted, then he came back asking me to visit any branch if I really have a the message and after many debates he gave me this complaint no. 1-[protected]
I'm very disappointed, I have all messages and screenshots from my account.

my number is [protected], two years back it was my first time applying for a contract phone with Vodacom online, everything we well whereby it made me love Vodacom and enjoy the service for the past two years. here comes the problem this yea end of may I did the same thing applied for an online contract phone but this game it was for an upgrade. the lady from Vodacom called me and we did all the necessary application online, I explain to her that I don't want to loose my number I told her I want to continue with my number for an upgrade (by that time I was due for an upgrade, the lady told me that that's impossible I firstly need to finished my contract end of august) but she told me that what she can assist me with she will give me another sim that will come with the phone I applied for which is P8 lite, I told her I wont use that sim she said its fine as soon as am done with my old number contract then I will call back so that they can swim swap my number with this new one.
I was calling Vodacom several times and everyone told me the same thing that I need to call month end of august to swap the number. my problem is am a customer I don't work for Vodacom, if I call and they tell me this is what I should do I will just say ok its fine I will wait for end of august. finally the day end came yesterday, I called customer service they put me through cancellation department, firstly the person who helped me she told me that's impossible they wont be able to cancel my number [protected] as it is was for an upgrade I asked the lady what does she mean because firstly:
*the most thing that I was very furious about the time I did an upgrade the charge me a connection fee of R80/90 something, I was never told or explained about,
*secondly when I applied for a first contract phone I was never charged a connection fee but now surprisingly they charged me for an upgrade. ( I complained for this they gave me a reference number and never been called back my reference number is - [protected]. I called and complain when are they going to call me the told me naa my complain was laid under the wrong department she will do it to the correct one she gave me a second reference letter which is [protected] since today am still waiting for their call back hence they said it takes 7-14 days to reply).
*now I called yesterday for the cancellation to be moved back as your agent refused to do so I asked to be transferred to her superior which is the duty manager. I spoke to the guy and explain the whole story he told me that he will ask the finance that not to be me the airtime for this month because I cant pay two contract yet the problem was done from Vodacom side not from my side he said my sim card will be cancelled and I will be back to pre-paid. he promise to call me back today( so I will wait for him until for if he doesn't I will need to call back).
this is make me so crossed even to move from Vodacom. I used to love the network as I never had problems with it.
and what worries me is that am not sure you do train your staff or what am talking based on the calls I was making from the beginning of my complain.
please respond to me I need to what's going on.
and you can help me here -if can swap the number 064 and continue with 073 because I dnt want to have two sim, or else this will lead me to cancel the contract I have with Vodacom. I don't want too but the situation will force me.

This complaint describes an unresolved issue I'm having with Vodafone Egypt.
I own a business mobile line since around 15 years ago.
On Aug. 29th, 2017, I called 800 to select a reasonable mobile internet offer for me from recorded offers. I pressed Keys 2/4/1/1, it states that an extra internet bundle is available "For limited period, once you subscribe to the new bundle, you will enjoy double the megabytes on all bundles". At 5:47 PM, I participated using USSD code *2000*45#, such that I got double of 2500 Mbytes. However I got a message with 2500 Mbytes without double space!
On Aug. 29th, 2017, I called customer support at 888 three times as follows:
1- At 6:17 PM, A lady " not remember her name " replied phone call. After showing the issue for her and some discussions, she told me that Vodafone will send me a SMS with the extra 2500 Mbytes. However nothing happened
2- At 7:11 PM, "A lady " Reham" replied phone call. After showing the issue for her and some discussions, she told me that she will send an email to the 1st lady spoke with me at 6.17 PM. However nothing happened
3- At 10:17 PM, "A man "Mohamed" replied phone call. After a lot of discussions, he said "You cannot get the offer, you misunderstand the offer!". I asked him about an email or phone number to make a complain but he excused and told me that he cannot support me! I look on the internet to get some emails of Vodafone managers.
Please note that I already have an ADSL internet connection in land phone, however I participated for Vodafone internet to download 4000 Mbytes instantaneously. I already used around 2200 Mbytes within 1 hour from participation and I need the extra quota to download an urgent documents!
I believed that I waste a lot of time in this issue, but I am completely disappointed from your customer support service! and I need my rights
Now, I believe that based on Vodafone recoded message in number 800, I have the right to get the double internet quota ASAP.
Your efforts towards resolving this issue is greatly appreciated.

حديثا اصبحت شركة ليست مهنية و لا تقوم بتدريب موظفينها على التعامل مع العملاء و من الواضح ان الشركة تصدر تعليمات بطريقة معاملة مع العملاء منها البرود و عدم المبالة حتى يميل العميل و يتنازل عن ما هو حقه ... ... الموضوع باختصار overcharge فى استخدام الانترانت و كلمت الناس بقى تقريبا 45 يوم تقريبا يوميا و كل يوم اخد وعود "يا فندم احنا اسفين و دة internal issue و المبلغ سوف يخصم من فاتورة حضرتك و احنا اسفين " و اقفل ... بكرة نفس الموضوع مازال قائم دون تغير و كائنك بتكلم كل واحد على حدة ... يعنى ال support agent معنهوش CRM شايف فيها الموضوع كله و عارف ايه المشكلة ... اضطر احكى من الاول و بص القى الرجل يبداء معي من الاول و كائن كل الايام و المعناة اللى فاتت لم تكن ... اكيد الوحد بخرج عن شعوره ... بس عادى بكرة القى نفس الموضوع بدون اى تغير ... كدة باختصار و لكن اللى عاوز توثيق و رسايل على موبيلى بتبين قد ايه و كام مرة يتقدم طلب موجود ... و كمان المدير اللى كان بيكلمى و كل يوم وعود و اعتذرات اسمه محمد عادل ... معرفش بقى هو كان مدير فعلا و لا ايه بس هو اللى كان بيكلمنى و يوعد و خلاص ... بصراحة قيمة وقتى اللى بكتب فيه البوست دة اغلى من قيمة الخصم اللى المفروض يتعمل ... بس بصرحة انا متغاظ و محروق دمى و علشان كدة بعمل ال review دى لاء و كمان ممكن ادفع فلوس ف Social Media علشان الموضوع يوصل لاكبر عدد ممكن " دة شغلى بقى" ... انا فعلا مش مبسوط على المستوى اللى بقت فيه شركتى المفضلة و لكن !
