network issue for internet access
I am using Vodafone from last 6years and till now I did.t face any issue on network area, but just now i moved to new house with given address, (house no 4, 31st 'A' main, 1st sector, near Nift college, hsr layout) there i am not able to access internet and not able to proceed any work.
please resolve this network issue for internet 4g access otherwise unfortunately i have take portable service with other network.

I am really disappointed about the service delivery I got from Vodafone Egypt.
I had a problem regarding receiving phone calls on my mobile phone and I had communicated this issue with Vodafone Customer Service and after investigation they recommended me to change SIM Card.
I went to Vodafone Office at Syria Street in Alexandria - Egypt and I waited for approximate 40 minutes until one lady gave me a new SIM card but unfortunately she forgot to activate it.
I contacted Vodafone Customer Service again who advised me that they forgot to activate your SIM card and you should return to Vodafone Office at Syria Street in Alexandria - Egypt to reactivate the SIM Card.
I went this evening to Vodafone Office but unfortunately the lady I met was careless and does not care about the customer at all and when I told her that you wasted my time and I would cancel my mobile line/ADSL/USB Modem she immediately requested my ID to cancel the service. Accordingly, I paid my due invoice and I cancelled the service with Vodafone Egypt
Anyway, I am not going to deal with Vodafone Egypt anymore as a service provider because I am sure that you have a serious problem in Vodafone Egypt where the employees do not care about customer and they do not care whether the clients continue with Vodafone or not! Strange for big company like Vodafone.
vodacom fiber connection
I am a very unhappy customer, I have been with Vodacom for years and have currently 3 cellphone contracts.
In October 2018, I agree to installed Vodacom Fiber at my house. Since this time I have struggle to get the connection sorted. The configuration is still outstanding since April 2019. I have made numerous calls to sort my problem out with no success. The last person I had contact with was Fazel (supervisor). I do not received any feedback and call back from any of the consultants. I am at this point to go to the media and other social platforms to compliant about the poor service and lack of assistance. My Order Confirmation Letter SO181029-516789.
Please I want this contract to be cancelled as with immediate effect.

i have been a customer with vodafone for like 15 years, recenlty my internet package is always deducted for no reason, however i called your customer service several time for this problem but actually my problem isn't solved yet, i lost more than 7 GB for no reason and every time the c.s agent return 1 GB . this happened twice . totaly i got only 2 GB instead of 7, and the problem still exists, am afraid to recharge again and lose my money again . please advice, should i leave this company after all this years ? should i search for another internet package in different company ?

I was choked when you cut your service out of all my company mobiles although my bills were set and regardless that I use to set a date for payment every month but from 3 months ago you neglected that and you started cutting the service with an excuse that this is a new system
Today I paid my bill and then I found that you cut the service after my payment by 3 hrs, I hardly tried to reach your customer service through another mobile since your IVR system doesn't support that and the agent returns the service to my mobile only
I then tried to call 247 from my mobile where I found a rude answer from the agent telling me that it was my fault that I didn't pay my bill on time and by default I have to understand that this a way of punching your clients who don't pay on time
Please let me know if your new policy is insulting your clients in order to change my service provider and prevent being insulted

I'm almost certain that they are rejecting me because I don't speak Spanish and every time I call the English Customer Service I'm told my request to move my number from prepaid to postpaid-contract is in process and just missing a document, but they can't tell what else they need than my NIE, IBAN and ID, which they have actually in 2 separate copies. And when I go into the store and try to communicate with the Spanish people there, with Google Translate I'm told it's already rejected by the financial department.
So to start from the beginning, on the 17th of June I walked into my nearest Vodefone store to ask for a contract instead of the prepaid option that I had in the last 2 months. I gave the guy all the requested documents, he made copies, made me sign an empty contract and told me to come back in the afternoon, this was 10am in the morning.
I assumed he would see that I'm already a prepaid customer because I bought it in the same shop and I was asked for ID that time too.
Anyway I went back he put a sim card on the table and told me with Google Translate again that everything is fine and here is my new sim. I was confused because I wanted to keep my number and just move to contract. He assumed I had no number and told me to wait a few days it's more complicated than a new number but he will call me.
2 days later I got a WhatsApp message that I was rejected. And even with a new number I wouldn't be accepted. That was really strange.
So when I asked for a reason from the English Customer Service they couldn't tell me why and advised to try it again in a different shop maybe where they speak English and asking for a new number this time. They were sure there was a mistake and not on my side.
So on the 22nd I went to Vigo Madia Markt with a friend to translate. Completed the same process, gave NIE, ID, IBAN and address and email. Again had to wait 3 working days.
But on the 25th Vodafone called me in ENGLISH that they received my request to move from prepaid to contract and they just need me to confirm the data they have. In 2 separate calls I confirmed my name, address, NIE, IBAN and 2 hours later was told everything is in order and done, the process will be completed in 24 hours and activated for me to use it. I didn't ask what request because I was glad they were doing their job and naive me I was hopeful and happy thinking it's really happening.
I even received texts confirming that Vodafone accepted the changed payment method and Mi Vodafone is also changed from showing my prepaid informations to telling me my account is waiting for activation and until that happens I can check my invoices which now I have with 0 balance for April and May.

After another 2 days I called English Customer Service to tell me what's going on, why is the delay?
Answer: There is missing documentation, they can't tell me why or what kind of document, I have to go back to the same shop and ask there. This was maddening but I did.
And in the shop I'm told it's rejected by the financial department. So called English Customer Service right there because that's the only way I can talk to someone who supposedly there to help me, again on their screen I'm not rejected they saying there's a missing document. I made him to talk to the store guy because he was speaking spanish too which I really appreciated, the store guy was saying it's rejected there's nothing that can be done while other was looking for a missing document. But the store guy was saying he had/has every document.
I felt in that moment that I will never get this contract, no matter what the guy on the phone says. He told me to wait another 24 hours and after that they will contact me to make sure the activation process is done.
I feel lost in there system, misleading information on both sides and who suffers? The customer.
I'm really thinking just flushing my sim card down the toilet because who would want to be still a customer of a company like that?
They are the only company in Spain offering Unlimited Data for Mobil, 400GB Unlimited which would be perfect. In an alternate dimension it's probably done by now, but not in mine.

I had called the customer care of vodafone on 21/06.2109 regarding the "no service" of the network. But it has been 5 days since then and the issue is still not resolved. I had also called the customer care in between but they had only said me that the issue would get resolved within 5 days. Although it has been more than the given number of days i still await a solution. WE all know mobile network is a essential part of our daily life. But as there is no signal available for me i can not even make a call anywhere, not even to the customer care. This kind of service after recharging my account and having all required packs, is unfortunate. SO i demand to get all my benefits and the service as soon as possible otherwise I would be forced to switch to another better service providing network.

The most incompetent bunch I have ever come across my whole life! They are completely useless and do not know how to do their job. One guy even had the audacity to tell me its not my right to know his real name, when I first asked him he said "you can call me Bob but that's not my real name" and the second time I spoke to him is when he said it's none of my business what his real name was. Shame on you Vodafone Spain for ruining an international brand with your unbelievably incompetent team. I took out a package deal in April, two mobile sim cards, home broadband and landline and they sent one of the sim cards to someone else and gave me a pre-paid sim card instead. Its now mid June and I'm still on the phone to them almost every day trying to sort it out. Every time I call the English customer service team they give me different information, the story changes every day. When I go to the store the ONLY English speaking person is almost never there (which is not anyone's fault but mine for not knowing Spanish yet) so I always have to get the customer service team on the phone and pass the phone over to them to translate. They then tell me each time the sim card should be ready in couple of days and then give me some excuses when its time to receive the sim card, this has been a regular thing for a while now, and now the store is asking me to pay them 100 euros as insurance (from other reviews I read online there is almost 100% chance I would never see that money again) and the customer service team has no idea why the store is asking for that money and it is not in my contract either. Two weeks ago they told me the sim card will be delivered and I gave them my work address for delivery and after waiting for more than a week I found out that the order was on hold because someone decided to put it on hold (God knows why!) and whoever took my delivery address didn't even note down the address anywhere on the system, "Mr Bob" first lied to me said the other person had entered my work address but unlucky for Mr Lying Bob I asked him to confirm the address and all of a sudden the address was not there anymore apparently! I still can't believe how useless these people are.

I Bought a pre-paid sim card for 20 euro from a Vodafone shop in a El Corte Ingles in Seville which included 15GB of data for 1 month. After the month passed I tried to recharge my plan for another month. When I called Vodafone to do so, I discovered that the Vodafone worker who I bought the phone off had entered the sim card in a different name with the different passport number. Therefore I couldn't renew the sim card the normal way. Vodafone then said that I could instead recharge with 15 euros and get 8GB which was a complete lie. Whatever amount of data I did get ran out in 3 days and when I went to a Vodafone store they said I have to pay another 20 euro to get more. Staff were all very rude and slow during this time.

He confirmed that is the case. May invoice I had 450 LE extra download, and a message in April for 900 LE extra download.
I complained to Ahmed in Customer service he said he will cancel the 450 because I am an important customer, then I said the April message should be cancelled too, he said no we have to wait for the the invoice then complain again. I said that id not acceptable so he said we will make a n investigation with the clerk to see if I said that or not!
How can an important customer be not believed, and why would anyone ask to pay for extra download of 1 pound a mega in the first place. In my opinion its a way to steal money from your customers. The normal is you make it slow like all other network providers do. and only if I request it then charge me!
Any how Ahmed said he will solve my problem and contact me, but didn't for 4 days . I phoned another girl today today and she said she'll look in to it.
I am thinking of cancelling the line for this bad treatment

i am vodafone client for 19 years, recently my number was diverted to another and failed to cancel that divert
when i asked help from customer service they gave my wrong and misleading information then they apologized and told me it was their mistake and it will be corrected in few days
after their call they deactivated my sim then i asked nearby branch who adviced new sim with same number and told me deactivation was mistake from customer service, after using new sim i noticed deactivation of my vodafone cash account and customer service told me it was illegally used from vodafone for three years and they are working on correcting that mistake
