Hey my names adam and today I purchased a packet of my favourite brand to be left shocked and a tad upset as I realised 1 of my cigarettes wasnt actually connected to the filter. Now as a long time customer I feel a little let down with this mishap now please try your best to help me not try another brand as this isnt the first time this has happened. Specially as I dnt make a lot of money every smoke counts in my book.
