At 3:50am my husband and I pulled in to the drive thru and were told that they could take the order but that we would have to wait 20mins before she could charge us. When we agreed that we would wait she sounded surprised and bothered by it. Then as we are waiting she put the fries in a bag and left it on the counter a good 10 min before we got them so they were hard and stale.

On Oct 23, 2017 I went to the Fernley Nevada location and ordered 2 Sour Doe Jack burgers with fries and 2 orders of tacos. When I got home the 2 burgers were soggy and the bread not toasted. The fries included pieces of onion rings. The tacos were OK. We have gone to this location many times and it is a bit of hit and miss. We once ordered the Chicken Bowls and there was no sauce.

On 10/22/17 at approximately 10:25pm, I drove through the drive-thru and the person on the other end had great difficulty understanding what I was saying. I ordered garlic fries and egg rolls. She could not understand what I was saying despite speaking loudly and clearly. I had to repeat "garlic fries" a minimum of three times and I ultimately had to spell it out as if I was speaking a foreign language " G A R L I C " I SAID very loudly.
Once I received my order I drove off only to find out later after I was GONE, I REALIZED I'd received cinnamon chiro and french fries and paid $10.04 for it... Which is obviously much too high for the order I received.
Now I have to go all the way back there on my break at work and take another 20 minutes to 25 minutes to do this all because your employee cannot understand English efficiently.
This should not happen, this is not right, you should not hire people unless they are very proficient in the English language. VERY proficient - not half-assed proficient!
In addition, I attempted to contact Jack in the Box corporate online to complain and the form does not work properly and will not allow me to fill out the personal info portion of the form, therefore the submit button does not work. I have checked this form three to four times for accuracy and there is nothing wrong with the form there is no reason as to why it will not send.
Therefore I repeat do not hire people who cannot speak the language it is so frustrating to be in my own country and not be understood like I am in a foreign country!

On October 22, 2017 I went to a jack in the box located in lebec CA where the manager or supervisor was cooking. I placed two separate orders that for some reason took about 30 min to make. When I asked if my order was ready the staff looked confused and the lady cooking was very rude. She wasted more time trying to figure out if I had paid for my missing order. She should've just asked me for my receipt I had in hand and just made my order. Instead she got everyone else taken care of before me and I had gotten there before the other customers.
I went to the Jack in the box in Orangecrest this morning. Ordered 2 breakfast platters. The girl at the register asked if I wanted bacon and sausage. Never mentioned they charge extra for both.
So I said yes! When I asked the male employee why I was charged a dollar more that it should have been I was told it was because I ordered both bacon and sausage. If I had ordered sausage one and bacon on the other, it would have cost me that dollar less! After that conversation they handed me my order and I asked why they don't tell people that the combo of the meat costs more and turned around and walked out! Went to my car and as I was getting in a lady came from the drive through, stopped her car and rolled down her window. She wanted to tell me that after I walked away from the counter that boy called me a Fu***ing [censored]! So uncalled for since I just asked that question. I was not rude at all! I will NEVER go back to a Jack in the Box!

On october 16 at about 7 pm while the wildfires on sonoma county i visited the store in sonoma califirnia the supervisor Esteban was attenting the store at the time when i arruved at the store he said i hope youre not so hungry and have a lot of patience and i said maybe we do ti what he reply “well if you dont have patience go back to your jouse and cook something yourself” i was so embarresed at his answer because there was a lot of people waiting i understand they were busy but thats not the way you treat your customers especially when youre a supervisor after all that he closed the lobby saying he need it to take a break because he was busy all day

On Thursday Oct 12, 2017 I went to jack in the box on charter way in Stockton ca, i ordered 2 combos 1 was a bacon & Swiss buttery jack combo specifically ask for curly fries with it did not get them all 3 combos didn't have curly fries i ordered 3 Oreo cookie shakes i got those 2 chocolate overload cakes well i got 1. i'm sorry to leave a complaint i love jack in the box but it needs to get peoples orders rights that night i went out of town by that time i was to far so i had no choice but to except the orders

Today I visited one of the Jack in the box locations and received terrible customer service from the manager. I ordered my food at the drive thru on my way to get my girls from school. When I arrived at the school and opened the bag I found they had failed to put my fries in the bag. I wasn't given a receipt for my order so I went online to get the store contact phone number. I called the store a guy answered I told him I ordered the chicken strips combo and they didn't put my fries in the bag, he said to come back and he would give them to me. I drove back to the location. I went inside and saw the manager she turned around never said hello or how may I help you instead she asked me if I was ordering. I told her no and explained to her that my order was incorrect. She opened the bag and checked for the fries. Then she opened my box of chicken strips and looked in there for the fries. She asked her crew members about the fries in Spanish then she asked me what I wanted them to do about it. I told her I just wanted the fries. She gave me the fries and I left the store.
Went though drive through took forever using the app & they forgot my main order a spicy chicken sandwich with cheese!
They wont answer their phone!

I was at the Jack in the Box on Anderson Blvd in Fort Worth on October 4, 2017. The girl at the register charged me twice for only one order, but I did not notice it until I checked my bank statement two days later. When I contacted the store manager, she told me that it was my problem and not hers. I asked her for the district manager's number and she told me to go f*** myself and hung up. This Jack in the Box is close to a Walmart and even the Walmart employees will not eat there.
never will make milkshakes after 9pm.
Every time I go to the Jack in the Box on Bell Rd. / Cave Creek Rd. in Phoenix AZ after 9 pm I am told "Sorry, cant make shakes right now ". It doesn't matter if its 9pm, 10pm, 1am, or 4am . If I drive to any other Jack in the Box they will make me one provided they aren't cleaning it . But this place ? Never . I can tell you without a doubt that if you look at the register history there wont be any milkshakes sold at night ever.
On Friday Oct. 6th 2017 at about 11:45 pm I recorded the guy in charge telling me a bunch of BS about why they "CANT" sell milkshakes at night
My proposed solution ? Make everything that is on the menu or put it on the menu that you have to order shakes before the lazy night crew gets there .

On October 2, 2017 about 4pm I visited the new jack in the box in Pahrump Nevada. I spent close to $30 only to come home to find food missing. I am not pleased about this because I live 15 minutes away and wasn't going to drive a half hour round trip only for the rest of my food to get cold. I tried calling an no one picked up so now I am writing. I hope you can resolve this in some way.

I start working in October 2015 at first people were nice, but after months pass people starting bullying Talking behind my back, complains about everything I'm done nothing their I did was enough for them.now in not only me is one more co worker who is been thread it the same and she is an old women they been in respectful with her said some bad stuff about Her .I'm tired to talk with my manager to let in know was happening there but she ignore me. I enjoy the original ice coffee from jack in the box, but only when it is prepared right. I usually have two ice coffees a day. My problem is that every time I go its always a hit or miss, either it tastes right or it tastes like [censor]. I have complained to the different stores that I have been to and the manager always says that the coffee already comes made n prepared and that all they do is pour it. So if the coffee is already prepared when it gets to the store why does it taste different every time

I wish there was another restaurant in our area and we didn't have to go to this messy store. There's always something wrong. The employees often confuse orders. 90 of 100 your order will be wrong. It takes forever to get the food prepared. And if you're unhappy with the service and want to contact their corporate - she/he will never be on the phone. That's what you will encounter here.

I went through the drive thru at Store 1500 WO Ezell Blvd in Spartanburg, SC 29301 and brought my food home to eat. I ordered a number 16 combo, Rice Teriyaki Bowl. While eating my food I watched as a cockroach crawled out of my food onto the side of the bowl. I have called the store 12 times, no one has answered. I am completely disgusted, I have gotten sick 5 times now, and will NEVER eat at Jack in the box again.

Horrifying experience at the Jack in the Box in Portland, Oregon bordering the Ross Island Bridge. I frequent this location and probably spend upwards of a couple hundred dollars monthly, and I should eat healthier.
The owner of this franchise is clearly absent. The employees are improperly trained, and being open 24 hours don't even have the where with all to turn on outside lighting. One of them I heard joking that it was to appear they are closed so they don't have to do their jobs...Today on 8/20/17 I ordered the "Wakie Bakey" mash up that I have ordered several times before. I have 30 min. for lunch and shouldn't have to wait 30 min. hoping for my $3.00 menu item to be produced correctly with only 3 other people in the restaurant. The first time I received it, it had no white cheese sauce, no bacon, no chives, no flavor, and instead was caked with disgusting American cheese. I work nearby. I took it back and requested that it be remade. I received an eye roll by a daytime supervisor, but let it go. I figure ok, they will get it right this time. Maybe it's a training issue. (Poor management and absentee owners produces a poor business). Poor business models trickle down to the customer, and pissed off customers put people in the red. Anyways the second time I brought it back, they proceeded to mock me in Spanish with a whiny voice, expecting me to not understand what they were saying. I lost it. I am in management at a business across the street. Maybe once a month I see the owner of this franchise even bother to visit his location. Absolutely deplorable. I lost it. I demanded my money back. This is unacceptable on every level.

On 8/12/2017 another employee call me [censor]es so many times in front of the Boss Bobi I ask Tiana not to call me that again cause my kid's doesn't disrespect me like that she stated [censor] your kids [censor] so I said to her if u say it again I'm have to smack u she said [censor] 4 more times in front of the Boss Bobi the Boss tells me to clock out go home and let Tiana stay on the clock so I stated to her I'll be waiting outside for her for calling me out my name that many times but I didn't mean it just my feelings was hurt that the Boss would stand there and let this happen to me in her face I left once I got off phone with another Manager. The Boss Bobi waited till Wednesday 8/16/2017 just to tell me that the General Manager Mrs. Vickie said fire me for saying that I was going to wait outside but once again I left after calling another Manager crying to her bout what happened, Tiana had called me [censor]es on 8/11/2017 I informed the Boss Bobi about ask her could I please go home & not work with her before anything accumulate like this cause I had a feeling it was going to from the day before when Tiana said [censor] Bobi said I don't have to clock out but I'm going to any way the Manager Mrs. Anita was a witness for Tiana calling me a [censor] twice and [censor] in front of customers on 8/11/2017 which was my day off but since. You decided to have Jack in the Box yesterday. my husband went through drive through approximately 9:40 p.m. when he got home all of our order was not there. I tried to call initially. I called 66 times and got a busy signal. I did a couple things tried back over 30 x busy signal. I went did more things . when I finally got through it asked me to enter an access code. I don't have an access code needless, to say we never got our whole order. I have all the times and I tried to contact them documented on my cell phone which I will be happy to provide to you. we are very angry customers I believe somebody took the phone off and just let it sit there that's not acceptable

The customer service at the Jack in the Box at 7503 E Slauson Ave Commerce, CA 90040 is atrocious! The employees there are rude! You cant even understand what they say because they don't speak English. The manager at this site is on drugs and has no customer service etiquette. The company should really look into this Jack in the Box its giving Jack a bad name. I called to speak to the manager she is never there and I ask for the Corporate number and no one knew the number they said everything is locked up and manager is not in? The young lady that answered my call said her name is Devon was so rude and I said how can anyone there not know the number to the Corporate office and she hung up on me. The office at Enchanted Foods Inc. Is just as bad. They speak broken English and there is always a voice mail and no one calls you back. I cant believe that Jack in the Boxes has such unprofessional people working at both of these establishments.

on 8/8/17 the morning of at 10:46 am I went in to order two big chicken sandwich that they had a deal on I took the food home which is 2 min away from the restaurant to eat and found that the was cold and the fries were old from sitting to long like if they was made for someone else and set aside once in a blue moon I have problems with food at this location but not like this my wife and I enjoy going to jack in the box time to time but if this what they like to serve then I will take it some where else I work hard for my money and I am not going put it down the drain because people cant do there job right .
