Welcome to the Japanese Tobacco Company. I am Mahmoud, the company’s agent in Sudan. I want to file a complaint against the manager/Samer and the distribution manager/Khaled Makawiy. Because I found nothing but neglect and injustice from them and their failure to respond to me and respond to all my conversations and communications. I do not know the reason for this. Not giving me goods. The company did not give me your product in Sudan in full, even though they promised me to solve the problem and get the product. They only give to certain people because they give them a percentage of the sales. You are a global and respectable company that always stands with what is right and the customer. All I care about is getting the product. I only want that. But why do they only give to whomever they want? I am wronged and I hope you get my right to your products.
