I sabra mccloud was on the phone for an hour 1/2 trying to see why I hadn't receive my warranty for sapphire earrings/neckless I was tranfered rep after rep with no help they said I needed a receipt in order to process the warranty I did't get a receipt with my order because of jcpenney not sending me a receipt now I have to do their job the first rep who assisted me pulled up every order told me how much items were and the ones that had a warranty she was the only one helpful.. Great job! Don't remember her name now I have to go to store to get a receipt I have receipt where I paid on my account to show them it's legit I never knew you had to go through so much trouble for a $10.00 warranties (2 items) I wasnt aware of it being emailed I pefer it be mailed calling corp I thought I would get justice that didn't work he needed receipt also I understand thats how it has to be processed in the near future jcpenney needs to put a receipt in the order before shipping this experience has been a headache.. Stafford briefs
I purchased 4 - 6 packs of stafford dry cool briefs jcp white lk township mich and paid for them with my card ending in 351 61 on 6/16/21
I have been buying the stafford brand from jcp for over 55 years because good product up to the new purchase of these briefs. I attempted to wear these and am so disappointed on the fitting, to put it briefly everything hangs out the opening and bottom. This is totally unacceptable and will not wear them Two of the paks are still sealed. Quality control was missed on this design. Please advise I would be reluctant to donate to any charity

Swimsuit
I ordered a tankini swimsuit online. When I received my swimsuit I only got the top. I am supposed to swim with no bottoms? No where on line did it say the bottoms were an extra price. I called customer service they told me it was a separate price which I refused to pay. They refused to make it right and on top of that I have to pay my own shipping cost to return it. Penny's is a fraud, has very poor customer service and I will never buy anything from them again. It is not if they cant afford to send me my bottoms for free. I guess I will have to get my suit somewhere else. GOOD -BYE to one of your long time customers. I will be sure to spread the word to all my friends and family.

I had a hair appointment today, July 2, 2021 with Sylvia.
There are valid medical reasons for not wearing a mask. I was told by Renee "JC Pennys does not have to do your hair."
Pennys= fascist controlling pigs. Renee was snippy.
I bought a gift card for my daughter at Christmas for $150, is there a way I can get that returned? U lost revenue.

Scheduling and billing
My daughter worked part time for JC Penny's in St. Peter's mo mall. They kept changing her hours to make her full time without her permission. She was bullied by a manger and other employees. She got a full time job making more money and they begged her to stay. She told them the days she could work and hours ( only part time!). The scheduler put her on full time hours which she couldn't work and interfered with her other job hours! I don't think it's even legal for them to just change you to full time when you are not!
When they called her because she didn't come in, then texted her she was pissed off and just never answered or went back in!
They need to fix their crap and stop messing with their employees hours. The managers/ scheduling obviously don't know what they are doing!
It's not even legal to do what they did to her!

I ordered this orver a month ago.
1 set of sheets arrived.
I made 3 calls to resilve my situation.
I was told to file a police report because my items were stolen.
I filed they sent an officer out, he noted my camera, and together we determined there was no theft.
I had to go to the piolic station to obtain the report.
Sent a pdf of the report.
Had to inquire twice again, and was told that my package had been located in a town 20 minutes from my home address.
Had to pay someone to go and retrieve this for me. We have a handicap situation and needed home delivery.
I do not feel that jcp handled my situation satisfactiorily.

Employee Complaint
The Salon Leader has always had a demeanor of treating me unfair and eyeballing my every move for the last 10 years. However, for the first time out of my 17 years, she accuses me based off her favorite employee, that someone told her I was using outside products on my client. This was totally inaccurate, especially since I follow protocol always in my 17year tenure. I followed through by writing my first ever complaint of harassments because when the Salon leader addressed me, it was on the floor in ear and eye sight of coworkers and clients. Even after I told her the accusation is untrue, she proceeded to hound me that she is reminding me of company policy. So I write my first ever complaint, two weeks later, salon leader retaliates by saying I undercharged my client. This client had been client of mine for at least 8 years and prior to my 17 years she was a standing client. This client always receives the same consistent service every two weeks and the salon leader reported me to higher ups as a form of retaliation. My client is much older in age and money is not a problem for her to pay for what she wants. Upon this happening, I resigned suddenly because I felt that the salon leader was using traps and ploys to either force me out or harass me enough until I gave up. I have not been okay with the series of events because I left my clients abruptly and I would never have done this without some form of prior notice. I would love to go back to Jcp and continue my work I enjoy. My clients and coworkers are so great and the relationships we have speaks volumes. Over the years being up under this salon leader, she has laid traps for many stylist or been nasty with her approach to them, she has even had numerous complaints however, not sure how far they got. The salon leader and her favorite employee works hand in hand. The favorite employee is her set of eyes because the two of them gang up on employees such as myself and will have conversation against other stylists and even some clients. These conversations can even be heard within range. Their approach and conduct is deemed inappropriate and you would think in a salon setting the environment is pleasant. The salon leader has caused me much embarrassment and humiliation. I feel being the only person of color, I was an easy target for her and now since I abruptly resigned, the salon is how she wants it, no person of color. In my 17 years, I would never compromise my integrity or my work ethics with JCPenney.
Desired outcome: I want to resume my position and I want to be respected from the salon leader and treated fairly.

In the past year I bought a total of 5 pairs of the women Arizona Jeans Co boot cut jeans. The first couple ones I got like 8 months ago ripped from the groin area but I didn't think about it too much, besides it was really weird since it happened a couple of months later with light used. Then I bought 3 more pairs because I really liked the cut but again 2 months later they ripped from the same area one after the other. As you could see on the pictures I attached they were barely used, like brand new. I bought them at the JCPenney Santa Cruz location both times, but I can't provide receipts for both purchases since I wasn't planning for my items to come into pieces after buying them and I didn't keep them. I would like to get reimbursed for these purchases because I think it is not acceptable that a pair of jeans ripped apart exactly from the same area again and again, 5 times already with a very light use. I think this is not ok. It is too sad that the quality of this product is so low, because I really liked the cut.

Extremely rude and unhelpful. Was buying a dress for my daughter which on the top of the rack said $19.99. Rang up $85. I had asked the cashier if it was on sale. She said no, it's ringing up at $85. (I had another dress orig $85 marked down to $13). I ran back to double check the sign and as I was walking back to the counter Lauren (I later found out her name and that she was in fact a manager) was also there. The cashier had told her I had said it was supposed to be on sale. Lauren looks at the dress and says something along the lines of yeah, no it's not. She couldn't be bothered to check what I was seeing on the rack. I said to both of them, I'm not lying, I'm just telling you what the rack says. She got really nasty and rude and said I never said you were lying.. Then began walking away. I asked her if she was a manager (because at this point I didn't know since the cashier called her while I was back reading the sign) as she walked away from me and she continued walking without answering. I asked the cashier also who completely ignored me and would not answer my question. I finally got an answer from the gentleman at another register behind the one I was at (the only nice employee you have it seems) and was told yes and was given her name. My cashier started rudely telling me that they were just so busy so I guess when you're busy, you're allowed to be rude to your customers. I work in customer service also and I would never treat or talk to a customer and COMPLETELY ignore one like they both did. I ended up not getting the dress because nobody could be bothered to go and look at the price I was seeing. The dress wasn't the only one on this rack, there were a couple of them. So I don't think it was even put there by mistake. It would have literally taken 30 seconds for the manager to just double check with me. Explain to me that maybe I was seeing something wrong with the sign... Instead she was rude, irritated, unhelpful, walked away, and completely ignored me. Will absolutely not be back.

The salon manager at the California, MD Hair salon is horrible and has created a HOSTILE work environment. With COVID, she touches the stylist's belongings and interferes with them when they are trying to do a customer. She has even had words with them right in front of a customer. She seems to be paranoid all the time. She does not want anyone to speak to one another. She is abusive to the elderly not allowing them to use the door closest to the salon to exit; however, she uses all the time, to come in and leave. She does not let a parent come in with their autistic child. Which is cruel and just down right mean. The environment is very hostile and everyone in the salon is miserable and to say the least cannot stand her. From what I have gathered several complaints have been put in; however, JC Penney continues to ignore the abuse that is taking place within their California, MD off of Three Notch Road store. If you don't do what she wants, she will cut your hours. You cannot speak to her about anything due to the fear or repercussions of being humiliated or hours being taken away. She does not keep anything confidential and goes around the entire store and talks about her employees and their personal business or illness. There are rules in place and this is against HIPPA when she is discussing your medical issues. I am appalled at this behavior and recommend that JC Penney look into this manager. When customers call and ask if she is there, that speaks volumes. Do your job and look into this situation before you lose more business do the THE HOSTILE WORK ENVIRONMENT at the CALIFORNIA, MD HAIR SALON. Thank you.

I Do not recommend JC Penney for anything. I have been a long time cc holder, and ordered an expensive pair of earrings for Christmas which I never received, filed a dispute, they are charging me anyway...for something I never received. 😡

I placed an order on 12/06/20. I didn't receive my package. I called JCP.com on 12/20/20, talked to Mariana, a CSR for JCP.com. She informed me that the package had been returned to the JCP warehouse and that she had verified the warehouse had received the package. She guaranteed a full refund, $465. I have not received a refund. I called again yesterday, 12/26/20 and talked to another CSR who was no help at all to me. She transferred me to a supervisor. After waiting about 15 minutes; the supervisor named Kenyunna came on the phone and informed me that the package was delivered on 12/17/20, that UPS had dropped it off on my front porch. I didn't get a package on 12/17/20. Because of Covid, I have done most of my Xmas shopping online and so I have expected deliveries. I leave my big wood front door open because I have a glass and iron security door that I keep locked. Also, I have a huge German Shepherd dog who goes ballistic anytime someone walks up on the porch. She warns me... growls and barks loud until I come to see what is going on. Kenyunna, the supervisor, basically called me a liar. Told me that UPS always knocks on the door when it delivers packages. That is so untrue. UPS never knocks on my door. I have gone outside at 8 and 9 o'clock at night to take my dogs out to potty and I have discovered packages on my steps. UPS just walked up to my steps and dropped them off there. Never knocked on my door or rang the doorbell. All I know is that I ordered 6 pieces of jewelry, which were all Xmas gifts, and I never received the package. The supervisor asked me why I hadn't filed a police report and I told her that the first CSR I talked to on 12/20/20 had told me the package was marked "RETURN TO SENDER," and the warehouse had received the package back, so why would I file a police report. She again insinuated that I wasn't telling the truth. She told me I had to go file a police report and then they would do a full investigation. The entire time I was talking to her she treated me like I was a liar and a criminal. She offended the hell out of me to be perfectly honest. I have never been treated that way before. So I talked to 3 different people at JCP.com and got 3 different stories. I still haven't received the jewelry I ordered and paid for, nor have I received a refund. I'll still shop at the JC Penney stores, but I won't be doing much, if any, shopping on JCP.com. I tried emailing JCP.com at [protected]@jcp.com, but my emails keep getting blocked. What the heck does that mean. Is there anything I can do about this issue?

I placed an order for $87.00 on August 28th, 23. My M/C chart shows JC Penney got their payment.
I have tried MANY calls and told they will "check" as long as I wait until September 18 to call them back.
JC Penney site says "shipped". Tracking site says "waiting for package to from JCP so they can send it. Not received STILL." I have shopped for my grandson's clothes there on line for 8 years now with no problems. All were special shirts and shorts for school. We are losing confidence in JC Penney.

I have always paid my JC Penney bill on line. The payment is due on the 11th of the month. I went on line on the 28th of October to schedule my payment on the 11th of November. They took a payment from my account on the day I did the scheduling for the 11th of the next month and another payment on the 11th. This week it has been 1 month since they took the second payment and they still have not gotten a refund check to me. They are claiming that they sent it 15 days ago. It does not take 15 days for a letter in the US mail. It is easy to see why JC Penney in going down... worst customer service.
