Your website sucks! Period!
Hire IT people to create a user friendly website for shopping. Digital coupons take forever to go thru, especially because there are many types of items we just don't buy. But oh no, we have to say how we are going to shop, specify the 12 or 13 categories we only buy, and on and on. So we shop mostly at Whole Foods, Vitamin Cottage, Sprouts & Tony's!

I've been shopping at the King Soopers at Coal Mine & Pierce in Littleton Colorado for 40 years. Tonight I wanted to buy some stamps at the customer service counter and I usually can buy single stamps but tonight I was told I had to buy a book of stamps or nothing. I have been buying single stamps in King Soopers for years and just bought some the other night that works single four of them. The younger gentleman at the counter who was on his phone texting people Flash the books of stamps in my face and told me how to buy a book of them and was very rude and when I walked away and told him I wasn't going to pay for a book of stamps he continued to text on his phone looking down at it. So I called the manager and she I believe her name was Jasmine said that they sell books of stamps now and not singles this must have just changed 4 days ago after I just bought some they did to get more mature nicer people working the customer service desk and not younger gentlemen with their phones who could care less about making a 40-year returning customer not want to come back.
Desired outcome: No outcome got the runaround

I purchased 5 visa gift cards totaling $400 for Christmas gifts and a few days later someone told me the gift cards do not work. I contacted visa and they told me it was the stores problem. So I go to the store and the manager "Chris" told me that he can't do anything about it one of the workers at the front end told me privately that the store discovered that their gift cards had been tampered with. When I asked Chris about this he confirmed that they had been. I tried to explain that I had one of the cards and I had my receipt. Chris still told me he can't do anything unless he has all the cards I tried to explain that Most of the cards were send out of state for gifts and I was not able to physically have those in my possession for a while. He snapped and told me to "calm down" and that he can not help me! I asked him who his boss was and needed a phone number he said "I am the boss"
Um ok I still need somewhere to call since you have repeatedly told me that YOU can not help me

Today I went to King soopers, 2810 Quebec st, Denver Co, with my friend. One cashier help me twice for self check out and I felt sorry so I asked her u look tired. She said "u r mean". I asked why? This kings soopers has the rudest cashiers every time I'm here witch is like once a day at least they treat me like I'm stealing asking for my receipt after they literally watch me scan everything and just today they I was trying to buy cigarettes and the girl told me that it's the law for me to read my birthday to her when she is holding my ID. This is just lack of training and she was also just very rude like every employee at this location. They obviously don't care at all about their customers and I'm not sure I will be going back even though I'm a regular

Homeless scare
I live in Heather Gardens, a 55 years plus community close to the Park King Soopers.
A friend of mine stopped at 3190 South Parker Rd, Aurora, CO at around 2:30 PM today, October /29/2021, to shop. She is 84 years old and handicapped. She requires a Walker. Her window was rolled down about 4 inches.
She was approached by a young man before she got out of the car and he asked her for money. She rolled up the window and the man started to beat of the window. She was very frightened and waited until the man left. She said that he looked homeless.
This isn't the first incident that I have personally heard of. Two other ladies that live in Heather Garden got their purses snatch right out of their arms. Those two ladies don't shop at that King Soopers any longer. One of the lady was put down and it hurt her.
There are many homeless people in this area along the I25 and Parker Road. They have encampments in this area. There is a bus stop also close by.
I have encounter homeless in the men's rest room on several occasions and they sometimes take more time in the stalls than necessary. There was once where there were approximately 6 homeless in the men's room and I contacted the security guard at the front area.
There has been couples soliciting for money near the gas station on the corner.
As a suggestion: Having a security guard walking the parking lot would help.
Some of these homeless are picking the elderly because they are easy target.
Please help us be safe!

I have taken merchandise to the customer service dept due to it being past the expiration date (not a best buy date) only to be back at the store a few days later and see it back on the shelf. Thinking about bringing a sharpie and writing on the box expired. Shopping takes a long time as you have to look at every expiration date as a lot of merchandise is days away from expiration. This is such an on going issue I have used Safeway a lot more.
Desired outcome: Quit selling old products - use the clearance bin if needed
Rounding up my total to benefit king soopers
The total of my purchase came to $43.47 and the cashier said she would have to round my total to $44.00 because she couldn't make change. In my opinion this is absolutely wrong. Kroger already gouges the consumer with high prices and now we
have to absorb additional costs to do business with kroger? You have lots my business. I will pay more and give my business to Safeway.
Desired outcome: Total should have been rounded down to the consumer benefit.
Service/employee complaint
I got a flat tire tonight at 10:45 and I went to king soopers due to them being the only place close still open. I arrived at the front doors at 10:55 and they were closed. I continued to wait and by 11:57 someone came to let a customer out and I asked if they can let me in because I am only buying one item and that it isn't 11 yet and I could be checked out before 11. Alicia the name of the employee said no she shut everything down already even though there were others still shopping inside and then said that I had ALL day to come! I had just got a flat tire so this remark was so unprofessional I will raise hell until something comes about from this because this is unacceptable. If you close at 11 the door should remain open until 11. Not 5 min before 11. I will be contacting the store in person tomorrow to speak with someone but I want there to be punishment of something because of how inconsiderate and messed up this employee acted.

Unethical and Unsanitary
The Unitah location in Colorado Springs is terrible. Rude employees who think cross contamination is okay. Why would you put raw chicken in the bag with loose produce. My produce was not in a produce bag and the chicken was whole and defrosted not to mention bloody. No assistance when I called and they even had the audacity to laugh. Trash
Pharmacy
I call in my prescription on Wednesday with refills on them. On the new voice phone service. They said they would be ready Wednesday after 9:00 o'clock. Went to pick them up on Thursday and none where ready an d said none of my prescriptions had refills on them so they fax them over and I sent a email over to my dr and got a message from my dr on Thursday that they have called them in. Went to pick them up on Saturday and none of them were ready . That is poor customer service so that me I have to make my third trip up there to pick them up. The excuse was they were short handed. But that is no excuse for them not to be ready I gave them a day and half . I think I will transfer my prescription next time.

I regularly buy $40 -$45 of fresh berries, blue black, raspberries and strawberries. for the whole month of august the raspberries are sooooooo bad, I end up throwing them ALL out. I am ordering on line, so I am throwing $10-$12 away. Everytime I see king soopers tv add about how the company checks the freshness of their berries, they sure are NOT checking at the edgewater store on any wednesday morning. If they ever check at all. Maybe it is time that I try Amazon. Atleast there I can get my money back or they refund my money if their produce is bad and they can not ship.
Desired outcome: If the berries are not fresh enough to sell DO NOT put them out for sale.
Pipe tobacco
I have not been able to buy pipe tobacco in your stores for several months now.
I've been buying all my groceries and items from kroger stores for over 50 years, and I hope you have not stopped handling pipe tobacco as i'm forced to order my tobacco from out of state, which is very expensive and inconvenient.
Unethical behaviour
ON August 2, 2021 I went into the King Soopers on Mississippi and Alameda, to buy two things, bread & Milk. I proceeded down to the bread aisle, and got the bread, then on to the dairy aisle to get milk. While I opened the door to get the milk, I turned back at my cart and my purse had been stolen, this was approximately 2:15P.M. I looked around quickly to see if I could see the culprit. No one in sight. I immediately ran to the front of the store to report this incident. The manager was called and he informed me that there was nothing he could do, I would have to call the Aurora Police Department. I asked if I could use the king soopers phone and call the Police, and he obliged. I called the police and because my loss was less than $2000.00 they couldn't assist me, and they requested that I file a claim on line. In that ten minutes two other women approached to relate that their purposes had been stolen also. The manager just ignored them. I then saw the security guard, and asked him what to do. His response was call the police, I explained I already did. The ladies and I asked why they couldn't pull the films from all the cameras and find the thief. He answered that it wasn't possible. So now I don't have any money, no charge cards, no phone. I was stranded. check from the fast check out said I could use her phone. Well, I couldn't remember any phone numbers, as the numbers were logged in my phone. I finally remembered that my son was at work and called that number using directory service. I requested that he come and pick me up, he couldn't call back because I didn't have a phone available to use. Ten minutes I heard my name being paged and went to the phone, it was my son who would come and get me. So I waited in the door way of the store. Then an employee from the service desk waved for me to come over, I did. They had found my purse in the Pharmacy. It was emptied, but left my phone and car keys. I immediately called my son and told him not to come and get me. I then went directly to the back and reported my credit cards, so they could cancel them. I proceed home and filed a report with the Aurora Police. I haven't back from them. My complaint is that the Managers, and security agent were totally negligent in helping. me or the other two ladies. As I stood there in the doorway I realized that groceries were being taken out for delivery. Why couldn't they ask me if I need a ride home, and why couldn't they help find the culprits? Now, I am 72 years old and obviously needed help. My Mother (Ethel Sandos) worked for King Soopers for over 35 years and retired from there. In fact my mother passed on July 21, 2021, and I was headed to the Denver City Council to receive an award for my mother for the many years of service that she and my Father (Councilman "Sam Sandos" had given to the Denver Community. Also, my brother Tim Sando had worked for Kind Soopers in a management position. Therefore, you can understand that I was a loyal customer for King Soopers for over 45 years. I cannot believe that Kind Soopers is so inconsiderate to their customers. Please response to this complaint.

I fill over 20 prescriptions at the pharmacy and now it is impossible to do because I have to go thru 20 prescriptions in order to get to the one I want to refill.The old system worked well and now getting my prescriptions has become an overwhelming task .I am a senior citizen and have enough trouble navigating in this tech world and your pharmacy just made it worse.
Desired outcome: Fix it so you can speak with a person when needed.
Service
Have seen the young managers making older women out pushing carts is unacceptable to me. I pushed carts at Kings in Boulder in the 1970's it's way to hard for older women. You need to reevaluate your policies especially when you have young kids doing easy jobs. The manager Jeff at 104th and Washington is a insensitive jerk I will go elsewhere from now on. Change your policy
