Not having enough mobile carts available for people with disabilities
Your location in Bennett Colorado. Only has 3 mobile ride on carts. Only one works and the other two have been broken for at least 2 years that I have been back home. I have a 75 year old mother that can not walk at all. And that is the only way she can not do her shopping. She also can not order online due to she can't see the best. This needs to be handled. I have already took it to the people that handle people with disabilities act.
Desired outcome: Get more working moter carts please
Dangerous cult stalking & nlp employees, cops, mgmt
Many have experienced harassment at this ks location. Their staff of policemen-families, managers, and employees have stalked devalued women and others and are full of hate. They use also use dangerous nlp from afar to gaslight their targets and stalk us home and invade our privacy. Their only mission is out to harm. They terrorize customers by stalking them in the store when customers shop their have their own needs to care for. It is time to begin by defunding the police and stop being slaves to the corruption. Their church is in the neighborhood and is a dangerous cult that does not get to misuse religion to make other people's choices.
Money order
Customer service agent refused to sell me a money order of $500 due to not having my ID on hand, I did have my bank debit card with pin. I have never been asked for an ID. I asked for a manager and he stated that an ID is not needed for money orders of 500 or below, but that it's up to the discretion of the customer service agent to deny the sale. I asked him based on what? He proceeded to mock me and I said I would go home, i lived 2 blocks away, and bring my ID. He yells at me a and says "Why don't you have your ID"?, Who doesn't carry an ID?. Well I garbed my card and walked 2 blocks to my neighborhood grocery store, no need to carry a bulky wallet and my cards are on my iPhone too. This was clearly discrimination, I am a black women who did nothing wrong.
Undisclosed return policy
A couple of weeks ago I attempted to return 2 ankle support products at $9.99 each and a lightbulb that didn't fit for $11.99. The customer service rep told me I couldn't because I was outside the 30-day return period. She said this policy was instituted "because of Covid." Nowhere on the receipt was a 30-day period stated. They overwork employees and pass that onto the customers to deal with. Everyone is rude and looks tired. Only leads to more upset customers. Never enough people working, long lines, store managers don't seem to care. Always pages asking for help bagging. They're always seems to never be enough products. Boxes are down isles just a mess really to navigate while shopping.
Pharmacy Prescriptions
Every time I'm trying to fill a prescription at KingSuper/Colorado Springs, they make me wait over an hour, even if they don't have any other customers, they are very rude and arrogant, including their manager!
This happened at the location from Cheyenne Meadows/Colorado Springs/Colorado!
I feel like a nightmare when I know I'll have to go there if my regular pharmacy doesn't have a particular medication I'm prescribed!
Unbelievably rude employees
I was using the self-check out this morning and I made the mistake of asking the kind of fat guy manning the registers for help. After ignoring me he finally came around and was extremely rude and did not do anything to help me at all, I wound up not purchasing the items I needed assistance with.
This is not the first time, I have had employees physically brush up against me as they were walking past me as if they were trying to intimidate me. I don't understand what the heck is wrong with these people, but it's like their parents didn't teach them basic human decency, much less customer service skills. I won't be shopping here anymore.
On North College Fort Collins Co
Second time I have been in store and person with dog was allowed to run in the whole store, 20 minutes and no one said anything. This time I saw it licking the raw vegetables. Both times I complained but I shouldn't have to. Not a blind person dog which I understand. Love That King Soopers but can't deal with animals licking my groceries.

No one has contacted me on the below issue. I am forwarding it again. Email, phone calls, direct contact and nothing works. I have been dealing with this for over a year. You should be so ashamed. King Soopers has treated me horribly. Your customer service for pickup in the last year during the Covid when I cannot come into the store has been a nightmare. I will go to corporate or as high as I can go. I simply want to order my groceries, be texted with substitutions, and pick them up. Is that so much to ask? Quit texting a land line. It is obvious a technical issue, but no one is competent enough to fix it. Social Media is the only other option I have to get some help.

I put in a Clicklist order yesterday afternoon to be picked up at 6-7pm last night. I showed up, checked in and they said, "sorry someone should have contacted you, but your order will not be ready until tomorrow at 7am." I checked my voicemail and email and nobody contacted me. I showed up this morning at 7am and they said they would be right out. By 7:40am they were still not out, so I called to see what was going on and they said my order was still not ready so I cancelled it and went in to do my own shopping. My issue is with lack of honesty and transparency. I understand they had lots of orders to fulfill, but be honest with the customer and explain you cannot fulfill their order and maybe throw in a gift card to show some sympathy for loss of time. I also checked to see what the app showed and they are still accepting orders for this afternoon. My question is who is in charge of regulating the system and stopping when you are over capacity because you will end up with a lot of un happy customers.

Last thursday I went to the king soopers on northern ave. In pueblo. There was no order for me. Over the next 3-4 hours the staff were helpful, concerned and did everything that they could. They were the man who delivered the food, mary the dept heat. Manger scott, no name female manager and the customer service woman. They did the best the could. However, three of the 800 numbers they gave me were to the wrong department. Eventually, I noticed that my visa number was wrong. I had been issued a new number during the summer and hadn't ordered anything for pick up for months. Even when I figured out what was wrong your system required repeated attempts before I could first delete my old card and then add in another. Why didn't your system tell me that there was a problem with my card? Instead I was locked out from ordering a pickup order. The staff earned my admiration. Your online program deserves an d rating.

Since COVID 19 hit, I have been accumulating fuel points and calling each month to have them rolled over to the next month. I was told that will only do 4 courtesy rollerovers per year. In the middle of a Global Pandemic and working at home, I have over 8000 points that will expire August 31st, 2020. We used to do 3 fillups per month, but with both locked out from work and having to work at home, we're lucky to drive enough to do ONE!
King Soopers executives need to tell their call center folks NOT to enforce the 4 per year rollover until at least 6 months after a vaccine is available. If they do not do that, they will be losing a Loyal Customer of 16 years to another grocer.

Online shopping
I am a private care worker and one of my parients decided to buy her groceries online on the 26 March 2020. She was told to fetch her groceries the next day at 7h30pm. As she can not go to the store, as she is wheel chair bount. I offered to fetch her goods for her. I got there (cnr w80th and Sheridan) I was told to come back the next day as they are behind. I explained that it's for a elderly lady and that I am doing her a favour could they pls assist. They said ok they will call me. I sat outside in my car, it started to snow and I had to put on the aircon as my kids was in the car. After a few minutes I realised that my car battery has gone dead. I went back in. I ask the manager if he could assist wiith jump starting my car. He just ignored me and ask one of the staff member's if they were done with my order. They lady assist me with jumper cables but I could not find somebody to assist to jump start my car. By this time my car was covered with snow. I had to call 911 to assisit. Which they did. I waited until 8 and went back to the door to ask where my order was. They just said sorry come back tomorrow. Now firstly if the order was not ready why did nobody contacted the client and let her know. Secondly the Manager don't give a dame about his clients. I understand that times are tuff at the moment but that doesn't means you should lower your standard of customer service. This lady was counting on her food arriving at 7h30 so that she could have a meal. I hope that you would look into this. What is the use of online shopping if you can not meet the deadline. Then rather make away with it. On the 28th I am going back to fetch her goods hopefully it's ready
