I find it insulting that King Soopers such a low level, unkept, understocked, outdated store in the city of Denver, the location address is 18605 Green Valley Ranch Blvd, Denver, CO 80249

People would be in an uproar if this kind of store was located in Highlands Ranch, Parker or Castlerock.

I dont think your company has run a query to see what the homes are worth in the area and how many new homes, apts and townhomes that are being built.

I can only assume that you think Green Valley Ranch is a low income area and although the people who live in homes worth well over $500k that are not deserving of a modern, larger, updated store.

I saw the news that you are taking over Albertsons/ Safeway, which is unfortunate as I was hoping to give them my business.

At every given opportunity I shop walmart (lesser of 2 evils) because this store and the lack of employees is just not worth the frustration. Who has time to standing in lines down the isles to SELF CHECKOUT

Get a representative and the union out there and try to shop there yourself.

My do tor sent a script in to be filled on 9/20/22. I called earlier in the day to find out what time to pick it up. I got hung up on. I called back around 445pm and was told 6pm then told they didn't have enough and had to wait until after 3pm the next day. I asked if they could do a partial fill-they said no. I asked them why not... They had done that several times for my husband who takes the same drug. Samantha was clearly getting irritated with me. She advised it was the pharmacists discretion. I asked her how does that work, because the pharmacy knew it needed to be filled since early this month... Why are they just now finding out they don't have enough and why is okay that I am now at risk for withdrawal? And why is okay for one patient and not another?

My only day off work this week and had to go shopping. I could have gone anywhere, I chose to go to King Soopers at Broadway & Mineral in Littleton. I spent over an hour shopping. I have my own bags, which I bought from Kings. They have recently updated this store so that it has all the new features of newer stores. The only thing I really don't like is that you have to put all you stuff on the roller yourself. I think it was easier when they checked it as they were ringing it up. But that's no big deal. I told the cashier Mischelle F I would help bag. I like things a certain way and its easier to put in the car and take out. One of my bags got ripped by the bagger, no big deal either. I worked fast with the little gal who was bagging by placing the bags in the cart. We had one bag left and the cashier Mischelle looked at me and said "We just need you to pay now" I looked behind me as if she was waiting to check the next person out! There was nobody in line. So I told her she was rude and very unprofessional. Then I said "Am I keeping you from something"? This is your job right? You didn't do any of the bagging and I didn't have to do any but I did! This is not how you treat customers!

My wife and I picked up 4 cans of Cambells soup. We presented the coupon to the cashier and she said "This is for a specific type of Cambells soup. it's for the condensed soup." after telling her that the cream of onion soup is condensed, she wanted us to dig thru the 8 bags of groceries to find the cans of soup to verify the purchase.

Seeing how this would be more trouble than it was worth, we said "forget the coupon, just give it back". and we left.

After getting home I decided to call the King Soopers store, and said that I would like to speak with a manager about the situation, and that their cashiers should be a little more informed about Cambells condensed soups. When the manager came to the phone, I felt like I was conversing with a 12 year old that didn't know, or care about anything . Afterwards, I was even more so disgusted with the lack of customer service, I thanked him and hung up.

I had to put my best friend down after 14 years this past weekend. Broken heart like Ive never felt. Not knowing he was experiencing Congestive Heart Failure and fluid overload was peeing on my rug over the last couple days before his death so I went to rent a carpet shampooer (the day before my second hip replacement). I couldn't deal with the smell knowing I wouldn't be able to do it after surgery. I am handicap so you can imagine the difficulty of this task to begin with. After renting the machine, I explain my situation and asked if someone could simply help me lift it in my van. The guy said yes he'd meet me at my car but he never came. It took 20 minutes to finally get a worker to help me. I use the machine, which was dirty by the way, so I had to clean someone else's filth before cleaning my own. Totally gross. Anyway, I go through the nightmare of getting it back to the store at 10:15 pm. I am pushing the machine through the double doors where I encounter a "night supervisor" slouching on some object, talking to a guy (not a customer and not about work) where she continues her conversation and ignores me. I finally interrupt and say where can I return this? She rudely proceeds to tell me I can not return it because customer service is closed. I explain to her that I am handicap and having a second surgery at 6:00 am the next morning and have no body that can return it for me. She rolls her eyes and says too bad and I will be charged the full price of the vacuum. I pleaded to her for help. She wouldn't give me the time of day. I said well I'm on camera returning it. So needless to say I left it right next to her. Then this POS manager yelled at me as I was walking out of the door that I am immature. Unbelievable experience. I left crying.

Earlier this evening (7/5/22) my boyfriend and I were shopping at King Soopers #0086 in Broomfield. My boyfriend and I just got back from vacation last week and needed to do a full shop so by the time we were just about done shopping, we had a full cart of items which is not uncommon for King Soopers shoppers especially at that neighborhood store. The nature of my complaint regards the fact that the store, for reasons unclear to us, decided to call the police on us at 10:20pm for “looking suspicious” according to the police officers. We were in the kitchen appliances section grabbing our last item when three police officers approached us and informed us that the store had contacted them. When my boyfriend asked if the officers needed to stay with us until we paid they said no and repeated that we “looked suspicious, because [we] have a lot of items.” I then asked the officers “how can we look less suspicious then?” And was ignored. We were not acting, looking, being suspicious but we are both African-American so this incident seems entirely racially motivated. Not to mention that the store was full of king soopers employees who were stocking inventory and not one of them asked us if we found everything we were looking for or made any attempt to approach us to verify their suspicions as needed. Instead, they called the cops on us because we were shopping while also being black. None of the employees looked us in the eye or apologized afterward. We did in fact paid for all of our items racking up a bill of over $500 of organic, vegan, fresh produce, and quality ingredients that we specifically came to King Soopers for and left store at around 10:36pm. We believe that at the very least the manager or whomever called the police on us should have approached us and apologized. Instead we received horrible costumer service by being ignored by King Soopers employees and the manager who had been walking around the store all night and who I even said hi to, was suddenly no where to be found. It is egregious and unacceptable that the store handled this situation like this and we are incredibly upset that we were so obviously and unapologetically, racially profiled by our own neighborhood’s store. We are two (once) loyal King Soopers customers who not only bought a plethora of items allowing that store to surpass their quotas just as the day was wrapping up, but were interacting positively with employees, being incredibly patient that the store was full of boxes and stocking equipment. After we left the store we saw that the officers were waiting the their patrol car outside by the entrance. The officer continued to surveillance us until we loaded everything and finally drove by us to say goodnight and drove away. We are left wondering why didn’t the store contact the officer and tell them that we paid for everything and that no crime was committed? This was unacceptable.

What has happened to the King Soopers stores? Every week there’s something else out of stock, and the stuff from the previous weeks that you ran out of have not been replenished. And of course, it’s everything I like: cranberry-nut crackers, Red Bird chicken (whole chickens), chocolate licorice, decent shallots, and on and on.

I understand why you added a conveyor belt, where the customer has to load their own groceries, but then have people bagging groceries for you … it’s just too much for an elderly person to do both (I hate that I have to load up my groceries on the conveyor belt). The only people this is helping, are the checkers. It is not time saving in the least. Just visit one of your stores on the weekend, and you’ll see what I’m talking about.

For the price of groceries these days, it would be nice if the customer had some perks; ask if they would like help loading the groceries on they conveyor belt, help with bagging, hire people that give a rats [censored] about the customer. I’m so sick of rude people.

Until some of these things can be addressed, I’ll be shopping elsewhere.

For the second time in a row, after pre-approving "digital discounts" (a [censored] process) I shopped through the store, filled a cart, and received an "unrecognized" when checking out with alt-id. Manager decided to do NOTHING to help. This a stupid online process that does not work.

Been in Colorado since 1967.

Will tell everyone I know Kings Soopers has bad systems and bad Management.

I am a customer at King Soopers, Ive just moved to Denver, CO. Allready things are strange. I must tell you that I am a Native Apache and people are very racist and very dishonest. And I went to the King Soopers in Commerce City and no problem. It must have been the leaders behind hypocricy Im guessing the racist confederate kkk people from Carlsbad, New Mexico and racist Confederate kkk people of Denver, CO teaming up to stalk me and attack me and is trying to test my patience hoping that I become violent and get myself arrested. All of you people stalking me deserve body bags. FBI doesnt want to help me figure it out so I can figure it out for them and Im going to draw the line. You might as well prepare for you king soopers out of business and closure f you.

What seems to be the issue with your lack of product in your bakeries? Particularly the store on Holly and Orchard in Greenwood Village, CO and also the store on Arapahoe & Holly in Centennial. This has been going on for a long time. Absolutely NO PRODUCT available in these stores.

Also, the self service computers are constantly down and I have to be moved to another register AFTER I have scanned all of my items. Early in the morning when you are on your way to work, this is not a good way to start the day. I have encountered this issue at the store on University and Hampden too.

Get it together KS or Safeway will have everyone's business.

Shelves are usually half empty.

Employees - especially managers - stand around and talk most of the time if you see them at all.

Most employees, especially in the pharmacy,q are in a bad mood.

POORLY MANAGED.

I was shopping In the Bergen park King Soopers today (Saturday Apr 16 2022) with my service dog. He has never miss behaved and I always try to get him to go to the bathroom before I go into the store. Today while shopping be did pee on the floor and I did not see him as I was checking out some stuff on the shelf and my dog was behind me. The lady at the customer service desk (I believe her name is Tina, older gray haired lay) saw my dogs accident, tracked me gown in the3 store and told me my service dog is not welcome om the store.

My service dog was clearly identified with his orange vest, Id card displayed on his vest as well I was using my service dog identified short leash.

As Veteran who is disabled, I try hard not to abuse my privilege of having a service animal but I was sure embarrassed.. I apologized and offered to clean up the mess but Tina just gave me a dirty look let out a Huff and walked away. Not wanting to cause any more trouble or make a big show, I quickly furnished my shopping and left the store. I will say this, that the clerk at the self service (I think his name is Steve) was very helpful helping me check out.

I started to get a little mad at Tina attitude on my drive home so I decided to wright this complaint and see what happens. If nobody cares then I will contact my attorney and have him submit an ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) complaint to King Soopers, contact the Denver TV stations to see if they are interested in how King Soopers treats people with disabilities and their service dogs. As well as see if there is any remedy for me within the ADA.

The store King Soopers at 5100 s Sheridan is filled with scammers customer going inside and employees too. None of them own the place. None of them told the truth about anything. Theses fakers think they own other and are tricksters in disguise. Tricksters who are unprofessional, rude, thieves, liars, contradictory. A bunch of fraudulent activity. Plus a whole lot more scandalous unprofessionalism.

I went today Wednesday April/ 6 /2022 to this store morning around 8:45 , 8:50 to return or switch the chicken, my son didn’t eat it because he turned vegan,

I kept it on the freezer to be frozen until I get chance to take it to the king Soper and return it or switch it with some thing else , so the lady didn’t accept that because the receipt’s date was on 14th of February, and I don’t mind if she didn’t return it , but honestly her behavior when I was walking to leave the store really impressed me and hurt my feeling 😔 When I heard her voice loudly in front of everyone in the store, and she was making fun of me, how do I return chicken from February 14، Honestly, her immoral and inhuman behavior surprised me very much and made me shy and of little value to myself and to others.

I've used the pharmacy at KS for years and never really had a problem until the staff change. They are so nasty, short and curt. I'm 80 yrs and carry myself in a pleasent manor. It's hurtful to be treated in that manner. I've complained before about this issue. I try not to use that pharmacy often because of the treatment. It may sound trivial but I never treated my customers in my business in any way but with respect.

I got brussel sprouts yesterday that were marked $1.99 down from $2.49... rang up as $2.49 and I do not have time to wait for a clerk every time to correct the price. Today I was in store and saw a digital coupon, took the time to download it and it was a Think bar supposed to be $.99 and sure enough rang up as $1.25
I used to think King Soopers was better prices than Safeway, but now, I see at least Safeway is transparent about their prices. This constant hassle with KS to get the sale prices is more stress than its worth. Ive been shopping here for nearly 10 years and unless KS can right this, I am done.
