While visiting Kmart with my 81 year old father, I found out that this particular Kmart had only (1) motorized cart and only one wheel chair which was in terrible condition itself.
The service there leaves a little to be desired, but occasionally you can go there to avoid other stores like walmart and others that have more of a crowd. But what kind of service do they offer elderly people or their caretakers when they seem to not give a damn about the needs of its customers such as access for what I'm noting here.?
This is a concern not just for my elderly family member, but all handicapped or elderly customers. I wished that I had taken a picture.
Also I was on the phone for 45 minutes waiting to speak to a representative. Never connected with anyone.
