pair of jeans that I need to return for a larger size
I know it is my fault that I forgot I bought a pair of jeans longer than 30 days ago but through the winter months I have put on more weight than I should have. All I wanted to do is exchange this pair that was never worn and still had the tags on for a larger size. I am told K-Mart's policy is nothing can be returned after the 30 day policy. I told both girls that I do not know anyone that could wear these jeans in this size and they just said sorry this is the policy of K-Mart. Can you help me? I do not want money back just a size bigger so I can wear the jeans.
very aggressive and rude cashiers at kmart astor place nyc
Went to k mart astor place nyc ny manhattan, as I always do a few times a week. Today was pretty much treated like a piece o dog # by a cash register women! Then when I went to manager of the k mart astor place store to complain>she the manager looked at me as if I were crazy! It's getting worse at this location! No respect for customers! I have seen other people arguing with employees especially cash register check out. I live 2 blocks away from astor place born and raised! I am sickened by the employees and the manager at astor place nyc store! Do something fast or something like a fight or even worse could errupt at any time.. I or anyone else is disrespected by k mart store employees! It's kinda stupid I even have to write such a letter to you k mart corp! Rsvp asap

I went yesterday to buy some underwear for my daughter and I chose the hipsters size 6 pk/9 with 2 free. When I got them they were in a rack that had a sticker saying that the hipster pk/9 from price 7.49 to $10.49 were on sale at $7.49. All of the packages that were in the rack were packages o 9 with 2 free. When I went to pay for them it says $10.49 and when I complained the cashier told me he had to call the manager because this pk was 11 panties and not 9! I went ahead and brought him the sticker and told him that in the rack they were only the 9 plus two free and he called the manager but the manager refused to apply the discount. I went ahead and pay the regular price but I still think that if you have a sale on the underwear pk/9 and don't have available that packaging because the manufacturer decided to give 2 free you should give the discount to that package. I feel that kmart didn't respect Puerto Rico's consumer law.
decision to limit hours and employees at the pharmacy
my local kmart has made the unfortunate decision to limit the pharmacy hours to mon.-fri. 10 am -6 pm. they also fired all but one employee! who made this idiot decision? my guess is a bean counter, cfo, money guy. they only think about the bottom line. they know nothing about running a pharmacy or a store, for that matter. most people are working those hours and either will have to have someone else to pick up their scripts, or go somewhere else for their pharmacy needs. so if their plan is to put them out of business, it will work. what they don't know is way a company puts a pharmacy in their stores. CONVENIENCE ! that's why. plus when people go in to get their meds., they pick up other stuff they need. it doesn't take a brain surgeon, or a BEAN COUNTER to figure out that means more sales. so, put my pharmacy back to the way it was, or lose more business.

I was in the Tolleson Kmart today and listened to an exchange between a supervisor LIZ and a cashier. The cashier handed Liz a $100 and said please don't forget to sign for this hundred. The supervisor's response was " listen, I don't feel well and I am not gonna put up with your bulls*** today". WOW! the cashier said, " I am just making sure you sign for it".
This kind of treatment, which in my eyes as a customer, was unwarranted is totally unacceptable from a supervisor. The cashier did not say anything wrong and to say things like the supervisor did in front of customers is not good for KMARTS image. Just saying!

I would advise anyone who is looking to purchase through this program to fully understand how it works. Your best bet is to pay it off within at least 90 days if not sooner or you could end up like me paying $1136.00 for a $600.00 or $700.00 item buyout was $336.00 if i had not called today wondering why they was still debiting my account for $54.00, I would still be leasing the item..
black friday
Why does Kmart even have a Black Friday ad, if they are never going to sell it to you? What a nightmare! I ordered 21 items...they managed to ship 2 of them correctly. I got the wrong items or never got them at all. I get the run around when I call or get "disconnected" because they don't want to sell you the items. My items were canceled because they are "out of stock", but the same items are on their website for sale right now! They won't change the price if I reorder the items that they never sent when I ordered them on Black Friday! I am pretty sure that is against the law and is false advertisement

I was doing some online shopping for Christmas, so I checked out the Kmart website and was very excited when I saw their great discounts. I filled my cart and only then I realised some items I picked were out of stock. But that information was not visible before. I was extremely disappointed. I called customer service and was told that they have some problems with their system. I really appreciated their honesty, but I spent almost two hours just filling the cart. They need to keep their site refreshed and updated. Just a waste of time.

I absolutly loved these shoes I bought from k mart but the soul fell off of them from the fronmt to about half way back the shoe, they were so comfortablle but did not hold up . I only had them about 2 months .They only cost 25 dollars but they were so comfortable and should have held up better

As I was doing some online shopping for Christmas, I check out the Kmart website. They had great discounts, so I decided to order something. I filled my cart and was ready to enter my credit card details, and only then I realized that every single item that I had added showed up as unavailable! After spending all that time I felt very disappointed. They hadn't refreshed their page, so it was impossible to tell were the items available or not. I had no idea that these items were unavailable until I checked my cart. I don't know if the problem is fixed now, but this was my bad experience. They need to keep their site refreshed and updated.

The worst customer service and the most disrespectful security I ever seen in a business that place is a joke. I walk in made a 70 dollar purchase. I wear contact lenses so I grabbed some resetting eye drops from the isle and I went to the cashier to pay my eyes were very dry and I was about to lose my lens so I clearly asked the cashier if it was ok for me...

I purchase Christmas Items at 50% off on 12/27/15. I tried to return some of the items yesterday 1/3/15 and was told by a really snotty sales clerk that Christmas items were non-refundable. She said it was on my receipt. There is nothing on the receipt that says Christmas items are non-returnable. Of course, seeing it on the receipt is too late anyway...

I shopped at Kmart on November 27th to buy Xmas gifts. I purchased a toaster for $20 as a gift. The recipient already had a toaster so I returned it to Kmart on January 3rd. I was told there was a 30 day period in which to return merchandise and I was 1 week late- therefore no return. This is an utterly unacceptable practice and policy of Kmart and I and 6 family members will no longer shop there. Apparently Kmart does not want to shop for Xmas - so I won't. I hope they go out of business soon and they will! Walmart and Target will get all my business even though I was a rewards customer and used to spend a lot of money at Kmart - goodbye - enjoy your archaic 30 day policy ! Merry Xmas!

When I went here I bought shopkins which weren't priced so I used the scanner which said they were on sale for 1.00 each, therefore I put more in my cart but when I got to the register she said they were 3.29 each - what's up with that - it's THEiR price scanner. Also, they have signs all over that say 50 per cent off, EXCEPT in VERY SMALL PRINT it says not items ending in .99 - tell me this is not a consumer scam! This should not be allowed - either they are 50 per cent off or not - keep the items separate if you want to charge different prices - consumers shouldn't have to read the small print!

Dec 14, 2015 ordered item #[protected] women's sadie black slouch bootie for $24.99 sold by Sears..expected date of arrival 12/21/2015. I charged it to my credit/ bank card.order number ([protected]). On 12/19/2015 I received a email from Sears.com that my order was no longer available online and was canceled from my order and that refund was being processed and will be credited back to the original payment authorization(my credit/bank card).I received another email from Kmart.com regarding same order number on 12/30/[protected])stating a credit in amount $21.35 was issued to my account on 10/15/2009? and to allow 3-5 business days to show up, I received another email on 12/30/[protected]) stating to disregard that email was incorrect.On 12/31/[protected]) stating refund has been issued to my account ant to contact financial institute. I and my bank verified no such refund applied. I have called and spoke with several representatives and even a case manager, who was still no help, all have promised to email processing center and apologized..NO ONE can explain where refund was applied, one representative stated it will take over 30 days to see and the other one stated $18.00 was applied to my rewards and the rest to my bank card?, case manager did not find any notation regarding either as being TRUTH.. I think customer service reps tell customers what they think they want to hear..and does not document what they tell customers..I requested all of my calls be recorded and case manager stated OUR call was recorded. I have never had such a experience with any other agent in ordering online, all I request is answers and REFUND or merchandise that I originally ordered.The amount in question may not seem like much to the reps, but I work hard for my money and that make and I expect excellent, professional, competent customer service. I am to wait into the new year to see if this matter will be resolved..we will see..

I had a slumber n slide loft bed i placed on layaway on dec. 5th, this was a christmas present for my son. I picked up 2 other layaways before christmas, this one the item could not be found. I left my number, ask them to call me when they found the bed. No one ever called. I received a voice message from there automated system monday evening stating i need to make a payment. The next day i added the receipt to my kmart layaway online because it didn't show and i called them, they say you can't pay it off online so i said i will be in the store. I get to the store the lady in layaway says its been cancelled for non payment. I told her i had been there to pick up with other layaway they could not find and they were suppose to call me. She said she couldn't find the item, so she guess it was resold already. I told her i didn't think they ever took it off the floor to begin with, because i came back that evening when i placed it in layaway it was still on the floor and it was the last one. She said someone must have purchased it right away. I say kmart it full of crap. She said the cashier should have called her when they didn't find item. But of course cashier was only working for the holiday. You would have thought they would try to get me another one from another location.

I made a lay away on 09/23/2015 my Last payment was to be made on 12/20/2015. The lay away was a washing machine 5142 KM been The cost $329.99 plus tax. On this day i was standing on The líne forma more than 2 hrs. I was sick and it was something anybody could see. I had a bad could. After been such a long time in that line it turns out that my washing machine was no where to be found. The Asistentes Manager told the lay away clerk that all they could do was give me my money back, at what i answered no. I asked to speak with the Manager witch at that moment denide to speak to me. So i decided to go to custumer service and asked to see her. She came over and asked me " what do you need" I looked at her and answered "Good Aftenoon ive been here for more than 2 hrs trying to get my lay away out and now they tell me that it not here i dont feel good and its not fair that after they have me there so such a long time they come and tell me its not there" during all this she kept interrupting me telling me what was the problem. When i told her i was sick her answered towards me was "im not a doctor i dont know if your sick or not". At that point she left me speaking alone. I think Miss. Omayra Muñóz should remember that her clients pay her check. And i also think she should get a course of Custumer Service. Her been a Manager does not mean she can treat her custumers like they are no one nor nothing. I have worked custumer service and i assure you that is not the way you treat your custumers. She was so roud, unproffesional, un understanding and honestly i would not visit this store again. My su gestión she should not be in that possition. My experience at Kmart in Greenville, MS was horrible. I was there to pick up an online order. I first went to layaway. The associate in layaway told me to go up front to customer service desk, after standing there for about 30 minutes the associated proceeded to wait on the customer behind me. I told her I was there first. When I asked for my online order she asked me who told me to come up there, I told her the associate in layaway. She told me that I could have did that in layaway. She picked up the phone and called somebody and told them to tell their associate in layaway to stop sending customers up there. She finally got my order after answering several phone calls. I ordered two pair of shoes but only one came. I asked her if the other pair came. She said mamn only one pair is on this ticket. She moved on to another customer. I am constantly trying to ask her how do I find out about the other pair of shoes. She just ignored me. She had a very bad attitude and very poor customer service. I don't think I will be shopping at that Kmart anymore.

The "customer service" Kmart provides is so incompetent that I would never believe it if it had not happened to me. First, even though I have had a rewards card since it's inception, their web site would not allow me to establish an online membership. After 52 minutes (yes I timed it) of wasted time with online chat and them phone, a membership was finally established and the representative on the phone took my order. I had to convince her 3 times that I wanted to pick it up at the store that is only a few blocks from my house instead of having it delivered. We picked the order up, went out to eat, and unloaded our new Christmas tree when we got home. We then saw that it had clear lights and we wanted multi-colored. We called the store which we were just at, knowing that they had this same tree in stock, with the lights we wanted. They told us that we could NOT exchange trees and thet they could only refund our money. well, they problem with this is that the tree was priced $150 online, and $225 in the store! So. after all of this extreme aggravation, they will not let us get a tree that will be the exact same price in their ad in two days. We now have to spend time on Thanksgiving day to go to the store in the hope that they still have the tree in stock. This gross lack of any desire to satisfy an already abused customer was displayed at the Kmart in Marshalltown, Iowa. This is why you have to close stores. I will do what I can to resolve this one order and then not only will I never buy anything from Kmart again, I will make it my mission to let everyone I come in contact with to know how you treat people.

11-19-2015 Beavercreek, OH This is Sad but True! Earlier tonight I had a few extra minutes and stopped in to look around at KMart. I decided to buy a Birthday card for a friend and proceed to the cash register. There young Hanna scanned my card and said that will be $3.86. So I actually had the cash, and handed her a $5.00 bill. Then I waited. AND Waited...and waited! Hannah had called her floor manager over to the side of the cash register - she had been standing there all along at the end of the row. The two ladies huddled up and were conversing ... I thought what are they talking about? Usually if I paid by debit card, there might have been a problem with the transaction or the processing. OR a delay in the transaction? This time I had paid in cash - so I wondered what was going on? What were they doing? What were they talking about? Now Ms. Floor Manager was punching away at her cell phone. Then, probably two full minutes later, young Miss Hannah reached in and pulled out a Dollar bill and was counting out the 14 cents in change. It was then I realized the two were actually using her calculator on the phone and checking their math!?!? I SAID EMPHATICALLY - WHAT ARE YOU DOING?... ARE YOU FIGURING OUT HOW MUCH CHANGE TO GIVE ME !? Hannah said yes - we just wanted to be sure. I was flabbergasted! These TWO employees at KMART had to use the calculator function on the cell phone to do this simple math equation. I walked out of the store in utter in astonishment and disbelief - did that really just happen?
