afterpay pick order
I made a afterpay order to pick and out of the 10 items I got 3 things and I asked the girl why aren't they in there when everything on my list is on the floor she said cause they didn't want walk out to collect the items so they said they didn't have them I am one mad customer when would took 5 mins to collect out on the floor and they were to lazy to walk out of store area this is disgusting and bad service not happy at all

I originally ordered an air bed online for pick up, I went into the store couple hours later and was told the merchandise wasn't ready that if I wanted it I would either have to wait till the next business day and return to pick it up or pay $30 more at the store. Because I needed this item I paid the extra $30 and asked her to cancel my online order. I get home and notice the bag inside the air bed box is opened. When I go to pull the air bed out I can see it was used and returned. I was very upset to top it off the next day I get a text saying my online order was ready for pickup it was never canceled, I called customer service and was yelled at saying go to the store before he rep hung up on me, I have never been more frustrated. I went into the store to cancel the online order and return the used bed I bought and was told they would only exchange the used bed for a newer one. I obviously am over my experience with kmart and will never ever shop with sears or kmart again. This is modern day theft and is completely disgusting, I have never had an issue in the 20+ years I shopped at kmart but this was just too much from poor management to horrible cashiers and even worst customer service reps I will let everyone I know about this terrible experience at bay plaza mall in the bronx

Boxing Day the day after Christmas I went to return unwanted Christmas presents i had received. When approached the counter the lady was extremely rude. She scanned all items I had already mentioned they were Christmas presents. She then asked if we had shown the lady at the front which I did show I had a bag to return she then said I had to wait while they would check security footage as she was accusing me of stealing. Which I was highly offended by. So after waiting ten minutes she then came out and said they can't give me a store voucher because she thinks they think like cigarettes. 1 I don't smoke. 2 they were only given to me yesterday as presents. Hence why I don't have a receipt. And 3 because she knew she was in the wrong by accusing me of stealing she then makes up an excuse they smell. They all have tags on still ect. They do not smell, they actually still have the Kmart smell to them. I am absolutely astounded by this. I have never been so treated unfairly and rudely. I will be wanting to take this as far as I can as I do not think this is right to be treated this way. I also think that Kmart should re think about having this staff member as part of there team with the service she is giving customers. I Expect a extremely huge apology for this and want my things returned as this is out of line Kmart!

On 12/21/18 I purchased $92 of merchandise in the Kmart Mckinleyville store. The cashier told me I had earned $20 in bonus points. It was printed on my receipt. Right below that it states expires 12/31/18. The cashier also told me to wait 24-48 hours to let it show up on my card. I came back to the same store on 12/23/18 to the same cashier and when she tried to redeem my points they were not there. A manager was called. The manager told me first that maybe someone redeemed my points. Then she told me that there was a few dollars on there from another purchase but she thought maybe I would get part of the points now and part later. She then changed her mind and told me the $20 would not go on till the 7th of January. I had the receipt and asked her to show me where it says that. She could not. She then said it was on the signs the day I earned the points. But that is not what the cashier told me. This happens every time I try to follow your sales. Your employees are so frustrated and get treated badly constantly I see and hear it every time I am there. Your tactics are confusing to your customers and your staff and I am done shopping at your stores. I handed my card over to them and left. At least I was polite they take a lot of abuse because of bad corporate choices. Try being consistent with your sales and bonus points. Sincerely. Deon Metzger.
unacceptable behavior by a store associate
I went to my local store in Tucson, AZ to pick up an online order. The store associate running the customer service desk was extremely rude. She was very overwhelmed as she was trying to run the desk by herself as well as answering the phone and helping cashiers with overrides and other issues. I believe the lady I spoke with was a supervisor or manager. Any time anyone asked her a question she either just gave them a rude look or snapped at them. When It was my turn I let her know why I was there. She demanded my ID. She didn't ask for it. She demanded it. I explained to her that I had the email with the barcode and she told me to just give her my ID. I had no problem giving her my ID but she was so rude to me. As I was getting her my ID I asked her why she had to be so rude. She screamed at me to get out of her line. She refused to help me and just screamed at me to get out of her line. I left the store extremely embarrassed as she was yelling at me in front of the whole store. I was refused the items that I have already paid for. She has no right to make me wait 30 minutes in line then treat me rudely and refused to give me my products. The store was busy and there were only a few employees to help. I get that she was probably overwhelmed but that is no excuse for her behavior. If I could give zero stars I would.

I was shopping at your Brockton Ma location and was very rudely spoken to by your cashier. I approached register one, which your cashier was just leaning on counter, she looked at me and told me I could go to register 5 or 6... I then said to her what's the difference, she then told me nothing. So I said to her " what you just don't feel like waiting on me"? She shook her head NO!
I feel as though this was unprofessional and un called for. This is one way to sure loose a customer!
This happened on 12-14-18 at approximately 8pm..

I recieved a $25 coupon after a large purchase last week from Kmart in Lewiston, Idaho! Bought some bedding for a tree if sharing gift for a child. Tried to use the coupon, the cashier tried to put it through, wouldn't work! :( Called a manager, after a long wait she/he sent another employee to the front to tell me it expired the day before! Mind you there was NO Expiration date on the coupon! I fell like I had been taken! How can you do that? Oh Btw, did recieve another coupon fo $10 after the purchase...with no expiration date, but I was told I couldn't use it for 24hrs! What a racket!

diamond earrings
I bought a pair of diamond pierced earings and one of the clips on the back was mangled, I went to get another one at the Kmart I bought it at in Kenosha Wisconsin with the receipt and the box I bought it in with the clip in it and the upc code and item number on it and was told I should have brought everything back ! All I wanted was a clip for back of a pierced earing, I thought I was treated rudely
customer toilet
Today ( 13th Dec 2018) was the 2nd occasion I have used the K Mart restroom at Oxenford Qld and both times it has been disgusting. Filthy toilet, filthy floor, no paper, no soap and filthy washbasin.
Not good enough K Mart. With an enormous store attracting lots of children and young families only 1 unisex toilet is provided and you have to queue up at Customer Service to get a key to use it!
There are no public toilets close by. The closest are at Bunnings which for an aged person or a mum with toddlers is a good walk away.
Please rectify this situation asap and have a Merry Christmas🎄

Hi My name is Bonita Byrne and Graham Byrne we Used K mart photo service to put 2 photos on a canvas It cost $80 which I had to pay for before the result was given . The quality and standard of the photos on the canvas was very disappointing as there were lines on the photo and it just wasn't clear our hair and clothes were green it was a black and white photo one sepic . We werent informed that the photo may come out distorted as a staff member walked me through the process. After driving nearly an hour to pick up the photos we were quite upset that we'd paid $80 for something so low standard. We are frequent customers of Kmart never before have we experienced what we went through with the manager He had no intention of seeing our point of view he literally said it was our fault because he said it was an old photo but we weren't told that we are both pensions and firstly we did need help as we are not real good with computers and neither can we just afford $80 to go down the drain we are not really happy with the service at this point of time

Shopping at the above store at about 9:00am this morning.
I lined up in the check-out area awaiting my turn for service.
Whilst at the head of the queue I thought I saw a vacant 'cash' terminal. I moved forward only to see it was a 'card only' terminal and returned to the head of the queue.
At that moment an opening occurred at a counter check-out.
I moved forward to be served and whilst being served a supervisor came up to me and told me that I was not to enter the area via the ''exit'.
I said I had not done that and went on to explain how it might be that she had assumed so.
She refused to accept my explanation or to consider that her perception might be wrong.
The more I tried to convince her of my innocence the more she implied, in front of all the shoppers nearby, that I was lying and continued to do so until I had left.

I ordered 2 cell phones online. One was a simple mobile Samsung Galaxy J3 Una Pro the other was Tracfone LG Rebel 3 LTE. I received the Tracfone on 12/10/2018. When I opened the mailer, the phone packaging was ripped, the battery installed and after further investigation, when I turned it on, it had a phone book full of a congregation of a Church in an unknown state. The item obviously is not NEW. It appears that an employee may have switched phones and sent me a used one. After countless hours on the phone with customer service, I was emailed a mailing return label and a credit for 7.00 for ShopMyway rewards! Bottom line, I have to send the phone back, repurchase it(with my own funds)and then get an eventual refund from Kmart/sears! What?
So, today the "Samsung" phone arrives. I opened the mailer and low and behold, it is a Tracfrone ZTE Z5!what ? So, now I have two items, still on the phone with "customer service"and they say the same thing..send it back, we will refund you. So, it is 12/11/2018..Christmas gifts for my two children and no resolution and two crap [censored] phones! I am super, super pissed and out 170.00 ! help!

This the worst phone call I ever had in my life. I order many things from Kmart cause I live in Ezdan and some times it exceeds 400-500 Qatari Rials.I called Kmart to deliver for me only bread. The lady in the phone told me that I need to buy 2 items, so I ordered 2 breads however she told me this is only 2 Qatari Rials you need to order more than 2 items! So, I asked her about the price limits for delivery she couldn't answer me and I later knew that there is no price limits. I told her then to let me talk to the manager.
The manager "Ajmal" an unprofessional 26 years old guy kept telling me unclear different excuses for not delivering my items. Firstable, he told me it's only 2 items although I always order 2 packets of water "2 items". Then he decided to change the excuse that it's because the order price is only 2 Qatari Rials although I kept asking him constantly about the price limits but he don't want to show me the price limit of delivery. I told him to bring me water as well with the water then suddenly changed his status and told me he will bring the order. This shows that he just want me to order more although there is no price limits for delivery!
I told him ok, I don't want the water bring me the 2 items I need. Finally he told me he will bring it after half an hour because it is shift time "I am very sure that the delivery guys where active this time!" I told him constantly that I will write a review and complain about this but he seems he don't care!
I went to the store by my self, sick as hell as I was in the hospital all morning recovering from a high grade fever. This was the only way to talk to the manager "Ajmal" as he closed the phone in my face 2 times! I was so sick I couldn't even stand! He didn't even appolagize! He kept saying that it's because the change of the shift! I am sure it's not because of that.
I think right now I lost the credibility to deal with Kmart. I don't trust their employees they are unprofessional at all and they have no experience to deal with customers. Since the manager is dealing in an unprofessional and inexperienced way then all the employees must be dealing in the same way. They don't know anything about customer services even the basic rules. This is so sad.

19 November 2018 I went to the store about 8.15 maybe 8.10 something like that i waited at the checkout inline for someone to service me all the checkout was closed besides one. A sale check out operator was behind something doing something. I waited for a bit to be be told the checkout are closed you have to go to the self service. I said "i said no. I want to be serviced be someone not a computer. Its only 8.20pm not 8.50pm." They still wouldn't service me. Why should i have to use the self checkout when i have someone one. Don't shop at kmart after 8.pm its stupid

I put a mattress and box spring on layaway at the Kmart in Somers Point, NJ- #9463 last month. I put $50.00 down and made a payment on Kmart's website of $20 two weeks later. I did not wtite my confirmation number down. I went to make another payment two weeks after that, only to find out you canceled my layaway. #32755. I called and spoke to one of your employees and she was extremely rude. She advised me that I didn't pay and it was my fault. I tried to explain that there must have been a glitch in your system, but she didn't care. Her name was Jen. So I had to go there and get my refund. My question to you is "Why would you be satisfied by taking $30.00 from me, when you could have made over a $500.00 sale? ". I hear that you have to close stores because people aren't buying from you anymore. Maybe it's because of your rude employees like Jen. I realize there are policies in effect regarding your lawaways. However, if someone calls you and tells them you paid, maybe you should listen to what they are saying. I will not be purchasing anything else from Kmart from now on. I will also be telling all my friends about this incident and not to shop there.

I am following up on a complaint I submitted last week,
just over a week ago I purchased a Vacuum cleaner from your Knox store, I paid via eftpos, once I got it home and opened the box I realised that the casing was cracked as well as the handle, I took it back the same day, the person behind the counter asked If I wanted a replacement, which I did, he then gave me a slip of paper called an E voucher, he told me to take it to the register with my new cleaner and that will allow me to take the new one in exchange, once I got home and used it twice, I realised that it was faulty, kept switching off and the cable return button didn't work every time, the following Saturday ( last weekend) I took it to your Stud park store as it was convenient for me that day, when I took it in and explained that it didn't work, they said that they could only give me an E voucher in return, as I didn't want a third cleaner, even though I paid for the original one via eftpos they refused to refund my money, this is so frustrating as now I have to spend more money on another vacuum cleaner from a reputable store and have an E voucher that I am not going to use, is this the way you force people to become customers, by making sure they can only spend the voucher in your store?,
Why was I given an E Voucher in the first place, all I wanted was a replacement cleaner?, was this purely to trick people into having to spend money against their will in Kmart?
As you can imagine, I am very frustrated, as now I have had to purchase another cleaner and wasted $99 in your store. !
Do you staff members get paid commission on making unsuspecting people take E vouchers ?

On Sunday 4/11/18 I went to the Carrum downs store wanting to purchase a Skee ball machine advertised in the catalog for 15 mins of waiting around for them to check I was told they had plenty in the Frankston store and not at the Carrum Downs store. Today 6/11/18 we went to the store in Frankston I search all the shelves without success of finding one I asked the assistant she told me to go to Customer service were I waited 10 mins before I was served. I explained to the young Lady what I wanted she had no idea so I said if you have a catalog I will show you we don't have any catalog's maybe go to the front to get one, I wasn't impressed so she asked one of her colleagues to get one eventually the girl came back with one. The girl serving me said I will go to the back and find one we have 13 on the floor after about a 20 min wait I was told they can't find any. Hello my name is Dayana I have been to Eastlakes Kmart and Hurstville Kmart more than 3 times this month of October and November 2018 only to find boys singlets not restocked until I asked a worker there why she explained that the supplier is short ... My emphasis today is that if the store knows there to be a short supply for a period of time that they make the effort to allow the customer a heads up by posting a note near the stock and so on ...this will save a customer like myself less the frustration of travelling and the unknown .. this way we can wIt for stock depending on needs or go else wear ..Thankyou for taking the time to read the above once you do please provide feedback ..
Jan 5th., 2018, went to Kmart in Parkville, Md., which is closing as of March 2018. I only purchased 2 items (a kids coat and 1 pair of Men's Long Johns). I was upset to get all the way home and find out that the Long Johns were not in the bag. I called the store and explained that I was coming back. Got to the store and Supervisor informed me that they could not do anything about it since I had already left the store. I had my receipt and this women was very cold and distant with me. No apology for clerk's failure to put the item in bag. I told her if the same had happened to her would she accept the answer she was giving me. She said "no". She claimed it was store policy. I told her to show me in writing. Which of cause she couldn't do.
I am taking the matter to higher Management and I explained to this Supvr. that by the time I escalate the matter higher I would hope that someone would question her failure to make a Management decision by allowing something like this to go to Corporate Headquarters. She also mentioned that because of the Liquidation Sale they could not replace the item (which I had already paid for). Its really ridiculous that some people think they can just say anything and not think people are not going to take appropriate action for their rights.
