I was in kmart on 03/19/19. After speaking to the jewelry salesperson and asking several questions about diiferent chains, I purchased a silver chain. Last month the chain began to change colors. Today I had time so I attempted to take the chain back. After speaking to the store manager and the jewerly manager they informed me they couldnt give me a refund, so i asked if they could atleast give me a real chain (as I thought I previously purchased). she then replied no. She stated its been longer than 45 days. I explained I understood, had the jewlery been real silver i wouldnt be there. At this point I dont want another chain i want my full refund. the store is way too hot, everyday!
I've been in this store on 3 separate occasions. The employees are literally melting away, it can't be healthy to work in such conditions without proper ventilation. I don't want to shop there once I enter and can barely breathe due to the stifling heat. It's truly an uncomfortable shopping experience. With this heat wave coming I can't imagine the getting good customer service. Your workers are miserable

I ordered two pair of Basic Editions women's denim capri cargo pants, item # 4-710227-630473. My order receipt shows that I received two pair, was charged for two pair, but only received one pair. My online receipt showed that my total was $55.73, my order receipt shows that I owe $60.74. I would like what I ordered and have my bill adjusted.
I have tried to call your so called Customer Service for four days, several times a day. My normal wait time was 75 minutes. I was disconnected three times, gave up three times (nobody is that busy), and spoke with a person last evening who could not help me due to computer issues.
What is very disturbing to me besides the amount of my bill being increased and not receiving my total order yet being charged for it is the call last evening.
I have never in my entire life had such a unprofessional experience. Not the rep that I spoke too, but what I heard in the background. It sounded like a free for all! People yelling, laughing, and talking so loud I could bearly hear the rep telling me that she couldn't help me. That's when I realized why I was waiting for 75 minutes on hold and being disconnected.
Who is over seeing this department? I'll tell you who, nobody! I would like my problems rectified, and I would recommend someone tries to find out what is going on with your so called Customer Service. If this is an example of your company, I can see why bankruptcy is on the horizon.

I ordered this product online a little while ago, and when it arrived half of it was discoloured (yellow rather than white), I just ignored that at the time even though I wasn't happy with it. yesterday the 17th June 2019 I went into the Kmart store in Innaloo, Perth, WA.
I was walking alongside a male and female who were making their way to the front of the store. I overheard them talking about how the female was going to distract the person at the front entrance to the store, whilst the male was going to take goods clearly in his pockets out with out paying, obviously stealing!
I followed them to the front and watched as the female clearly distracted the lady working for Kmart, whilst her offsider laughed all the way out the door with his stolen items.
I fronted the staff member whilst the thieves were only ten feet away, stating what they had done! I was completely appalled at her response, which was, "good luck to them"! I looked at the staff member and asked her to repeat what she had said, as
I really couldn't believe that would have been her response! She repeated it again and in doing so I claimed that in the end we as customers paid for her obvious complacency and her attitude was not acceptable! I was very annoyed and complained to another staff member who said they'd speak to her. I'm sure that this didn't go any further!
I would be interested to see if Kmart agreed with her comments and if not, what they would do to train people to answer in a way that would alleviate concerns of those customers who paid for their goods and in situations I found myself in yesterday!
I shop at Kmart often and find the way the registers are situated in the centre of the store are ridiculous and only fosters more stealing! I'm certain that who ever thought this up no longer works in security for Kmart!

They are supposed to be work boots.

Out of the dozen times I worked in the garden three times. The third day the bottom split.
I read the reviews on sears and Kmart before I I bought them- "they are good for the price."
My God. Would you ever have expected a pair of boots to fall apart after wearing them 12 times?
It's criminal. The price was under $40. I thought "gotta be worth it". So I bought two pairs.

A family member was a victim of an attempted kidnapping a few days ago. The incident is circulating quickly on social media as well on the local news. I understand things like this are out of anyone's hands but the issue is the security system. From what the news received from Kmart personnel, the security systems are quite old and most of the cameras are not working. I don't know how true those statements are but if they are true, that is unacceptable. Local police are still trying to find the individual and working security cameras would help identify the suspect. You can search "Guam Kmart Kidnapping" for the news articles regarding this or search Facebook to hear from the victims parent. I hope that corporate will look into updating the security systems at Guam's Kmart store as well as other stores nationwide who fail victim to this. Also, are there training or procedures that employees of Kmart have to go through in regards to Amber Alerts/Code Adams? From my understanding, the victim, as well as the parents, have not received anything from Kmart Guam (other than an apology over the phone a day after the incident). Do they feel that since the child was not taken, all is ok? No! That is unacceptable. I hope this sheds light onto things that may have been missed during corporate store visits that need fixing/changing. If you weren't aware of this situation, please look into it. Thousands of children go missing all over the world. Please don't let this happen in your store. Let your customers know how much you value their loyalty and safety. Thank you!
people walking out of store with unpaid items
I shopped at Maddington Central K Mart in Western Australia on the 24 of April 2019 at 1400hrs. I noticed two people filling bags with children's clothing. I approached the gentlemen who checks bags at the entrance (even though he was halfway up the store) and told him. The two people brazenly walked out with three bags stuffed with merchandise and the chap told me there was nothing he could do. I asked to see the manager and he also said there was nothing they could do.
Is this a policy of K Mart to let Aboriginal people shop without paying and make others pay? I find this quite racist or is the staff too scared to approach certain people.
What are we coming to? The checkouts in the centre of the store don't help the situation, as customers can walk out without being checked by anyone. These costs are passed on to the customer. This is not the first time I have seen this but it is the first time I have reported it to the manager.

I recently visited the Kmart store in Campbelltown mall nsw when i went to pay for my goods no service checkouts only self serve which i refuse to use. I think it would be fair to have at least on service check out open. I will always put my goods back and refuse to use self serve. where has the satisfaction of having someone serve you gone.
Can this be rectified or Kmart will loose customers particulary eldery and before you say there is always someone to help i just refuse to use self serve on principle.
a mickey mouse diaper bag that I ordered online
I ordered for a baby shower that I went to on May 18 a Mickey Mouse Blue Diaper bag on my account on line. I received the bag which I thought was perfect. I simply put it in a gift bag with gift tissues paper and set it aside because I had to make a lot of food for the shower.
When we got to the shower I was disappointed when the gift was open and the store had failed to take off the security button attached to the handle. Of course we were embarrassed when the mother-to-be and our grandson the father-to-be thought we had walked out of the store with the bag or had bought it from someone who had stolen the bag. So everyone laughed but we were in a terrible situation since I had bought Mickey Mouse other items for the bag. The baby boy is to be born in July and this is a terrible way to start a new beginning.

I went to kmart my druitt at 11:45 as the sign said they were closed at midnight. The person working would not let me in even tho I said the sign said they were open till midnight and I still had 15minutes. I only needed to grab a couple bags of easter eggs as I have a busy work schedule at knew yous would be open. I will not be returning to kmart evern again as this is unacceptable. I work in retail as well and if we were to do this we would lose our jobs as there is still time to make profit. There were also about ten customers that were trying to get in with me which means you would have mad a lot more profit as they only needed a couple of things and it would have taken more then ten minutes.

I paid a $500 deposit on a three piece suite. When returning home I discovered the suite was too large and bulky for my small room. When I returned to the store I couldn't find a suitable replacement so asked to cancell the order. I was told that the deposit could not be returned ( or spent in another department ) but I could have a credit for the $500. After several visits to the store I can find mother that I want.

If you order more than $60, shipping is free. Placed order for over $62 and entered savings code worth $9.00. Went to place order and total amount due was over $62 because they added $9.62 for shipping after discounting for savings coupon. Never placed order, nor will ever purchase again at K-Mart. No wonder their stores are being closed with these misleading offers.

My friend and I approached a staff member in the Firle store by the name of Josie to ask if the store sold dvd's. Josie saw us standing there. We said excuse me and she did not reply. We said excuse me again a bit louder and she turned to us and as she pulled her ear piece out of her ear in a frustrated manner, the cord being long enough for the ear piece to hit me in the chest, she said firmly "yeah what do you want"?
We asked if the store sold dvd's and she firmly replied "No".
We are 10 years old and my mum encouraged us to go and ask for some help and Josie's way of speaking to us made us feel really upset. We were very polite and don't know why she would be so rude to us.
