I placed my order online and entered my store.
When I received my confirmation, it stated that my parcel had shipped to Chicago IL instead of my store in Marine City MI.
I tried to edit the order and there was no way to do this. I've called customer service 4 times, have been condescended to and hung up on. Each person/supervisor claims there is nothing that can be done except to cancel the order, wait 5-7 days for my refund and then try again.
How can this even be possible?!

I was in the Peachtree City, GA location on May 31, 2018, and received the worst service EVER . I myself being the manager of a store, was highly applauded at even the Managers attitude towards providing customer service and a solution. I wanted to purchase a 3 tier shelf from the homes department, and discovered a stack listed as a price drop to $20. Upon check out the cashier proceeds to inform me that it is actually $49. I tell her where I got the item from and that there are several with a HUGE sign over the shelf . I noticed it took her a while to check, and was told by very ride employee in that department that the sticker is wrong. It's not that stack of items. Now as a customer shopping, and seeing an entire stash labeled with this price covering even the shelf price below. I would think it was indeed $20. But what shocked me most was the males manager attitude and demeanor saying simply the sticker is wrong and he will not be accomdating me in any way. So the customer is wrong? On account of the store lack of ability to make sure they are correctly labeling items on sale. He was beyond ride. Cooperate definitely needs to hold him accountable for how he chooses to run that location. On top of my cashier double ringing items, it just was an very unpleasant shopping experience.

I was at Kmart today Wednesday may 30 in the afternoon and I had many freecash offers on my account and I wanted to take advantage of them. So I organized everything into each offer and when I went to customer service to check out because I also had an online pick up the girl told me that I needed to go to a cashier but there was only one line and it was very long and I explained to her that I didn't want to make the line go even slower because of my offers and she insisted she would have another cashier open up on lane 2. So the guy with long blonde hair had no patience at all and was giving me attitude. I was explaining to him what to do that it would work out and he insisted that my items did not fall into the categories of the offers when indeed I know they did because I had made the same transaction before. Then I proceeded to tell him that I had an I store pickup and that I'd like him to get it and he then told me he can not do it at his register that I would have to go to customer service. But I was told at customer service that I can pick up my order at any register at any time. So I got out of line and waited for him to leave and when to another cashier in lane 5 and did the same transaction and it went thru perfectly. I had to leave many stuff behind because of the first guy and it was a very inconvenient shopping trip at that Kmart

I've been complaining for three months, sent several emails and I have not received a refund from k-mart, factory direct sales a third party seller who sales thru the k-mart label.
I purchased a Costway Clothing Rack back in March. I've sent email after email and All I get are excuses and recommendation that I put the item back together, video tape it, and take pictures so kmart and factorydirectssales can see what the problem is. I was shopping at your Stockton, Ca store today on Sunday, May 27. I found a bathing suit that was regularly marked $19.99. I saw the attached sign - there were 2 up in the store. Buy ANY bathing suit and receive a free cover up. I questioned it at the check out. The girl came back from talking to a manager on the phone who told her it had to be a certain brand bathing suit. I read the sign again- then questioned customer service and she said it had to be a certain brand and also said they needed to take down the signs. She refused to give me the cover up. I was very disappointed in the customer service! The manager only talked to the employees on the phone and should have come and talked to me and honored the sign. Signs should not be up if they aren't honoring them! There was not a specific brand on the sign- I will attach it! I will not be returning! Very poor customer service by the manager!

I purchased a body shaper online it was a size to big. I went to return it at my local Kmart for $16.00 the one in the store was $13.00 when I asked that the difference be refunded the cashier at customer service told me it was an even exchange. She got very nasty when I asked for my money. I asked for supervisor never showed up. I shop Kmart all the time.

I placed a layaway order on 3/26/18 with the 8 week payment plan. This is not my first time using this store or their layaway system. I was disgusted when i came to pick up my items and they could not be located. My sales rep Kyrrin was nice enough to call several managers who did not return her pages. She finally got a hold of a manager of some sort named Jessica who she asked to check the status of my order because they had inventory the last week and she thought maybe someone returned my items because it was not labeled properly. She came to find my order in a box without proper labels. My items were not in bags and the dirty reused box was not sealed. So after paying $431.77 i have dirty items. I am appalled and frustrated that it took 40 min to locate what should have been a properly labeled order and now after the waste of time my items are damaged!

I spent over an hour in your store this evening of may 19th shopping for a birthday present for one of my children's friends on my way to check out I see a deal of buy one get one for a dollar on family footwear so I proceeded to find a pair of shoes for my son who was with me then we found sandals headed to the checkout I asked the cashier if the second pair rang up for a dollar he told me they weren't on clearance so I said I though they were i also noticed that the main pair of my sandals I was buying my son rang up for 11.99 the tag did say 19.99 so either way I was getting a deal but I mentioned to the cashier that the shelf they were on had a tag for 10.19 so he went to customer service and asked the gentleman there about it came back to me and said they were not on clearance it was obvious the one pair was but I told the man ok so I would have to go back n get a different pair he said no neither was on clearance to take them to customer service I said no I don't want them so instead of just taking the items off my order n letting me check out my other items he proceeded to push the items toward my face n repeatedly told me to take them to customer service the associate was so rude and in my face I said to him no again and that I didn't want any of the items and I was going to report him he was on register 7 at 830 pm at the Sidney new York Kmart I cannot give his name as when I said I was going to file this complaint he turned his tag over n proceeded to tell me as I walked out the door it's not his problem he just works there he was so rude I will never shop another Kmart again I've had and seen these kinds of issues in the past but at other stores they are more respectful to their customers dollar general had signs up for products that were not on sale but because their employees forgot to take down the signs they did the right thing and gave it to the customers Walmart when a customer says something about a price difference the cashier either goes and checks themselves or would call someone to check it out I took a picture as well of the product but this is the worst shopping experience I have ever had n Kmart will never be a store I recommend especially with employees such as this

I have been a faithful customer 15+ years, I approached the laundry isle where the items I plan to buy had several tags at a price of 4.49$. Problem the items were miss priced I asked the Manager to give me them at the price as marked. She instead said no ripped off the tags balled it up and threw it away. Then insisted a kid may have changed the price tags but you rip them up in front of the customer. She needs repremanded. That was highly disrespectful I plan to never go back again!

On 4/22/18 at 6:30 pm I went to Kmart in toms river on rut 37 to buy ink cartridges . I needed it urgently so I threw away the box and the receipt and when I put the ink in it was not working . I noticed that the ink was damaged I went in the store to return it they wont take it without the box and wouldn't exchange it either. I spend 50 dollars on that ink and I go there everyday to shop . Its not my fault if the ink they sold me was bad and on top of that the manager of the store told me that he doesn't know if the ink is two years old or I just brought it. I ordered a computer in March for my daughters birthday in April. When we have it to her it wouldn't work. Here it has Windows Vista in it and the code is for Windows xp. I've called and was sent an email supposedly with a return label attached. There was no label. Called again with the same story the the label is there. Still no label. I used to live shopping kmart but to have service like this is wrong. Plz send me a label by mail or a disk to update the Windows.

This experience happened at the Kmart Store located on the corner of Harbor Blvd and Wilson Streets in Costa Mesa California on 4/20/2018. My family and I have shopped here for years now and I was shocked by the treatment I received from Sarah, the cashier at the customer service desk. When I first approached the desk no one else was in line there and she stood alone. There were only 2 other lines open with 12 or more customers in each. Even after I told her I had an online pickup, she argued with me over 2 other items I got in the store to purchase. She told me I must be called over to the desk before I could be rang up. I replied Why? She obviously did not want to wait on customers as there were 24 or more in the other lines that she was content to leave there. I told her I would not wait in these lines with customer service open and I had online pickups anyway. Next, she argued with me over the price of a towel and did not offer a price check. I had to go back to the shelf and confirm the price with another associate. This was her job to arrange, not mine! I was correct on the price. She was still rude and left my photo ID on the counter as she went to get my online purchases. She did not offer to hand it back. Sarah shows a bad image to me for the store Kmart. From hearing other associates chit chat, I know this store has economic difficulties, but treating the customers rudely is not the way to solve them! My family and I are considering other stores now.

I went into my Kmart store 3 days ago and saw a patio set on sale for $299. I asked an employee and she confirmed that was the price. Came back today and they said ‘nope. It's 499. That's the price' I was stared at like I was an idiot for being confused by the advertising. I even showed them the picture of the display and they just shrugged. Awful service. If they would have even offered something, like a discount for troubles, I may have actually said yes. Instead I just got glared at and treated like I put the sign there. Horrible experience; I never want I step foot in another Kmart because that made me feel incredibly terrible. Never have I treated anyone else with that sort of general annoyance.

On April 4th 2018 I purchased from Kmart store #4047 14 items receipt #[protected]. S/A Named Jason accidentally pushed button CASH instead of C/. Then he told me he had to ask someone to void that transaction and Re-entered all 14 items manually instead of scanning them again so I could pay with my credit card.
On April 14th 2018 I went back to the same store and wanted return 7 items. S/A named Anthony informed me that one of the items (girls Leggings $6.99) were not on the receipt. I kindly explained the situation and asked them to view cameras and check what items ware entered manually. Anthony and his Co worker Andrea informed me that they will leave a note for their store manager and she will give me a call on April 15th 2018. I never got any phone calls regarding this issue.
On April 18th 2018 I went to the same store again and tried to get a store credit, but they told me that I have to have a receipt with that item on it. Then I asked to get a Store manager and told her that I never received a phone call from her and if she had a chance to view the cameras. Andrea S/A confirmed in front of her her manager and myself that she passed that note to her the next day.
Right before this I was shopping I met (store Manager) in a shoes department and didn't know at that time that she was the store manager. I asked her about promotion Kmart had "Buy 1 Get Another Pair for $1" I wanted to get more information about it and she told me that "It is very confusing here" and I had to go to the scanning machine with each pair to see if they are part of the promotion. Then she saw one of her S/A passing by and asked her about that promotion. We found out that promotion is only for SALE items. It is so unfortunate that store Manager has no Idea what is going on in her own store!
So we finally figured out my situation regarding kids leggings and I received a store credit of $4.99 (something that was on my original receipt #[protected] but I physically never purchased #[protected] knit dolphin A)
I wanted to inform you the way I was treated and the way manager handled my situation was not a pleasant experience and unfortunately I will not give Kmart any business in the future.

I had been given incorrect information by a cashier at the Kmart store at 3443 W. Addison St. in Chicago on 11/20/17 when I purchased an air bed in-store about the warranty.
They informed me that if anything happened to the bed in the 2 years under the warranty, I simply bring the mattress & receipt back to the store, and they will replace the mattress.
On 04/16/18, I did as much: brought the mattress back into the store.
I was then informed that I had to call the KSmartPlan number, file a claim, and they would simply send me another mattress in the mail.
So, on 4/17/18, I called in.
When I called in, I was informed that I had to spend my own time and money hunting down a UPS store to send back a piece of the mattress, then I will receive a gift card for the amount I paid - and they won't even guarantee that it will be enough to replace the mattress which broke.
Obviously, after having been lied to multiple times, I was upset.
I asked to speak to the Supervisor.
The Supervisor gave their name as Tom.
When I began telling my story, he continually spoke over me; refusing to listen to what I had to say - so, because he was speaking over me, I raised my voice to be heard.
He continuously did this throughout the call.
He handled this extremely poorly - just as poorly as all the other employees of Kmart I've dealt with in this process - except that his job as a call center customer service agent is to know the rules of listening, and good communication (as well as de-escalation) in phone conversations.
Because he repeatedly insisted on speaking over me, I asked multiple times to speak to his supervisor to report his poor performance, or at least to have the name of his supervisor or location, so that when I made this complaint, they would have some sort of semblance of whom I was speaking.
He lied, and stated, "That is impossible. I cannot give you that information."
See - he could have given that information; it's absolutely possible and certainly within the realm of his knowledge - he simply refused to.
He needs to be docked, in some way, for this lack of quality in his customer service skills. (I should know. I spent years as a Quality Manager for a Medicare Advantage Plan Call Center.)
Needless to say: past my reimbursement - Kmart will never have my business, again.
Every person I've come in contact with gave me false information,
and the warranty system is blatantly designed to inconvenience people to the point of simply losing money.
You, and your company, are scum.

I went today to the Kmart located in Trujillo Alto, Puerto Rico. I must say service is horrible. I spend 15 minutes looking for a shopping cart to do my shopping. I ask around and they told me that I have to look for one in the parking lot . Went I go out they have around 50 carts lock, I ask the door person if she can ask someone to unlock it and she told me they are not using them . I go inside and ask one of the cashier in charge to help me with a cart . They have like 5 carts for merchandise that looks to be returned, but she told me they can't give me one. She looks around for one and comes back and tell me that they have two at the door . She didn't bring the cart to me, she left the cart at the door. By the time I reach the door, no cart. I ask again where she can see the carts and the lady at the door say I can see two out, go try and grab them . At this point I decide to leave the store. There is no need for me to spend 20 minutes looking for a cart to do my shopping . There is no point to make customers go around like crazy when you have 50+ carts that nobody is using . Like me around 5 other customer were going around looking for a cart.

When I purchased the above ground pool from Kmart.com on March 24, there wasn't a delivery option available to my home. I arranged for it to be delivered to my husbands work on April 6th. He got a call with the window when it would be delivered getting there an hour ahead and waited for 5 additional hours until the girls need to be picked up. We spent not less than 4 hours on the phone to a litany of people that had no concept of customer service or resolution. It was the worst experience I have had in years! I saw this item on sale with a retailer I grew up with and thought I would support them. Never again. They will be gone in a year with this type of service. I love Amazon, service, pricing, features and the people. Sadly for other retailers that don't take accountability for their actions can't compete. I will order from Amazon, pay a little more and have peace of mind.
