Yes I got a room and I paid for it through third-party hotwire.com and I was not informed of the $75 incidental hold which later on I was finally able to get where I would be able to do it deal with it later but I was finally able to get into her room about 4 in the afternoon and me and my children we got settled into our room after we ain't getting ready to go to bed I found a needle in my room which I immediately took to the front desk and they said they would waive are incidental fee then when I take the bed sheets out to get my kids in bed a condom wrapper flies out just threw it away then on top of that we go to our bed and sheets are completely filthy I go to the front and they give me a fitted sheet and 3 pillow cases no blankets or anything else and then I would have to realize another pillow had blood on it they give us another pillow case for that but the only thing they can tell us sorry there should be a way more done than just a sorry I don't have a blanket to sleep with and no other type of compensation something else needs to be done

I stayed in this La Quinta inn at 3500 Park Ave. in Denver Colorado my room number was 107 . I will start by saying my room smelled like cigarette smoke and which I do not smoke my carpet was totaled filth and I mean total filth it stinks so bad the tile in the bathroom was nasty dirty the bathtub was nasty dirty I didn't even touch it and I had bite marks all over my body the next morning from something biting me in the bed. Customer says I have a family that needs to shower what am I supposed to do, The guy behind the desk said I don't know what to tell you we don't have any here . So I offered my towels to this gentleman since the company of La Quinta didn't know how to get him three towels . but let's continue with what my mess was the bathroom which totally completely disgusting the toilet was dirty the tub is dirty the mirror is dirty the floor was dirty the carpet in the whole room was completely a mess and dirty and smelly the walls were dirty totally outdated and you people charge $172 for this ? Never in 1 million years will I ever call another La Quinta as long as I live .
rude service checking in
We purchased a room for our employee, through travelocity, with the corporate debit card. When our employee checked in we realised we made an error and booked the room for the 19th of August instead of July. I was able to call Travelocity and get the date changed in a matter of minutes. While all of this was going on the employee behind the desk was terrible rude to our employee. His check in process took 1 1/2 hours. She didn't tale care of him she was taking care and treating the other guest's with respect. Then she told our employee she had to have his debit card on file for any extra charges. This is when we called and got involved. I had to credit card info via email because every card she said she ran wouldn't go through, but when he bought something with the same cards, they worked. I think she was trying to embarrass him in front of the other guests. Your employee's treatment of our employee was so bad that he left and told me I don't want a room. I immediately called the front desk and jumped down her throat. She admitted to treating him poorly. The next morning I called and spoke with Shelly, the manager. She had no knowledge of the incident. I am terribly discusted and annoyed at the service and treatment my employee received. I spent a lot of money of our employee to have a nice room and good service. If this is the kind of treatment we receive at your establishments we will never use your hotels again. You need to train your employees in public relations. I don't care what kind of day your having, you treat everyone with respect and a smile.

The room we stayed at in Chicago O hare smelt so bad and had bed bugs and did not have a restful night. The carpet in the room was also in bad shape along with a damp smell like always. I would not recommend anyone staying there. Also the breakfast was not well done. I wanted to get a refund but it was so late when we got in that didn't know where to go

We stayed at the La Quinta Inn in Birmingham for a family reunion, only to find my daughters room was infested with bed bugs. She was severely bitten. I proceeded to the front desk to complain about the matter only to find the staff had no knowledge on how to handle the matter, but to offer another room. No GM was to be found until
12am, and she was the assistant GM who had very little if any more advise to add to resolve the matter. We have taken pictures of the bed bugs including the bits that covered the arms and thighs of my daughter. I also took one of the bedbugs down to the front desk to show her which was in a cup, and she did not seem to be surprised at all, as if she knew this was a problem. Your staff should be knowledgeable how to handle matters like this at once. Took the front desk lady 4 hrs later to write to risk management. Oh at the same time she issued a refund on my daughters room and yet charged me for 2 nights. That is insane. We proceeded to look for another place to stay, and checked out of the hotel after drying all of our belongs hoping not to take any bed bugs back home. We are here on a family reunion, we could not attend the dinner last night due to the fact my daughter was still swollen, and just wanted to go home, not to mention shock. This whole matter has been handled poorly and still no response to the emails, nor calls received

I was staying at Laquinta in Louisville Colorado, room 237 from July 17 and am checking out today, Juy 20th. After spending 2 nights in room 237, I came to realize my room is infested with bed bugs.
I reported it to the front desk who didn't seem to believe me so they came to my room to investigate. In my room, I showed the hotel clerk a few of my bites that I had on my body, while she called her manager, I started to pack my belongings when I actually found a live bed bug in side an item of clothing. We caught it and she put it in alcohol.
The manger came to talk to me, I changed rooms, I was hoping they would dry clean my clothes and luggage but instead gave me quarters to do my own laundry in the guest laundry machine. Because I couldn't wash my suitcase, he bought me a new suitcase (which is smaller and of less quality than my original). He did wash my back pack which I picked u from the front desk the next morning and it was misshapen and covered in soap stains. I gave it back to them and told them to fix it. The manager originally offered to compensate my 3 night stay, when I explained I was there on business and my company was paying, he instead gave me a one night voucher to come back for one night another time in the next 3 months which I believe is insufficient especially considering how covered in bites I am. I didn't sleep a wink my third night there too so nervous and uneasy about more potential bugs.
I think this company could have done more for me.
commission not being paid for church conference
We have 2 contract for motion conference july [protected] in birmingham, al. Laquinta fultondale & laquinta homewood. Both locations have not paid for commission. Total $1433.00. To date I have not rec'd payment. I have made several attempt to resolve these issues with both locations, and they are not returning my calls and or giving me an update of the check.

On 7/14/18 my family and I had to travel to Bossier city, Louisiana for a funeral. We book our stay at the Laquinta on Old Minden Rd. Once we arrived at the hotel and checked in, we immediately checked back out. My.room which was on the 2md floor, room 205 was filthy. The floors had crumbs all over, and the restroom was inhumane. The restroom had human waste (poop) all over the back and the walls were filthy. This was sickening. My mother n law had the room a few doors down and she came running to our room saying, "I can't stay here, the bathroom is filthy!" She said hair was all over the wall and someone dedicated on the floor. I have stayed at Laquinta in other states and never have I seen such disgusting hotel ever. The staff were outside smoking cigarettes and conversing but should have been cleaning those filthy rooms. My family and I checked out immediately and asked for a refund which we were not denied. I feel the whole staff needs training and needs to be reprimanded. This is totally unacceptable and disrespectful. If they don't love their jobs they should be replaced because clearly.they are there for a check and don't care about the Laquinta brand.
security deposit taken - never returned
Upon my checkin at La Quinta Hotel a security deposit of $150 was taken off my credit card. I had already paid $82 for the room thru Priceline. I was told it was in case of damages, I am 61 yo. I am waaay past the destruction stage. I was told it would immediately be put back onto my card upon checkout. NOT. I checked out on Sat. July 14th, and the money is still not back on my card. By the way, the lack of funds ruined my weekend. One should be told about this beforehand. It's BS. It shouldn't take this long.

I am very confused on a price of a room at Laquinta Pecos. We travel a lot and always stay in Laquninta. We were traveling and stopped for a room It was $346.00 for the night. I asked why she said it was a working town and companies reserve the rooms. So i guess everyone else have to pay a lot. I am very disappointed. We can not afford that

stolen money from room.
I was staying at the La Quinta in Brownsville, Texas on business. I went to bed with my money clip in my pants pocket, it had 2 rubber bands securing everything together. There was $180 in 20 dollar bills secured in the clip. The next morning I was getting ready to leave and noticed my money clip was gone. I looked everywhere, behind the bed, under the mattresses, in the sheets all around the room and bathroom, but nothing. I reported it to the manager at 8a.m. and she said she'd have someone recheck the room. The next day I was called and told someone stayed in the room the night after me but they found my moneyclip/rubber banded and but no cash. They said it was behind the bed!? Common sense tells me something else.

I would like to first say that this weekends incidents will not deter me or my family from staying at other La Quinta Inns and Suites but what occurred I feel needs to be rectified and addressed.
This weekend beginning Friday July 13th, 2018 my family and I checked into the hotel located at 910 Highway 35 North Port Lavaca, TX 77979. ' I had booked for a 2 room king suite. Upon arrival the front test person was pleasant her name was Brianna. She checked us in to this suite and informed us about nothing being wrong with the couch bed in the room.
My husband and I have two small children and this type of room suits our family best for longer than one a night stay.
When I went to put my children to bed the couch mattress appeared to be very hard. I noticed stains and there were no sheets in the room for the mattress. I had my husband go and get sheets and blankets. I attempted to make it as comfy as possible. I attempted to put my children to sleep on this bed but the springs from this mattress were prochurding so bad that they could not lay on this bed, it wa hurting them.
So being the good mother that I am i moved them into the bed with my husband and pulled the couch mattress to the floor hoping that it would be just slightly more comfortable.
It was not! I did not sleep at all this night and it was painful to a scary point. I was basically at the mercy of the tiny couch that was in the "living room area".
After my family woke up and went downstairs for breakfast, I went to the front desk to speak to the staff about the incident. The young lady seemed shocked and stated that I was supposed to be told that they beds are all being replaced and she was sorry. We should have been given the option to switch rooms. We were not! She stated that to make things more convenient for our family she had a rollaway twin bed put in our room while we were at our event that day. I was excited thinking oh at least one good nigh rest on our mini vacation. I am thinking that when my family returns to the hotel late in the evening at least one of my children will have a comfortable place to sleep. The twin mattress was atrocious and even more uncomfortable. It wa so late that I didn't feel like disrupting my childrens night and I just slept on the floor. The next morning I spoke to the front desk and they were so nonchalant about it basically stating that they were "sorry".
I was mortified. I mean I paid over $300.00 to sleep on the floor at a hotel.
The furniture in our room was not well kept either. I completely understand that if this hotel is being remolded that there should be some precautions taken and not allow people to stay in these rooms or use the hide away couches for sleep.
The best thing about her stay was the breakfast. I am so disappointed at how this was handled. I don't believe the staff did it intentionally but management has to know that there furniture is no useable. The young lady at the front stated that on the website you cannot even book these rooms know because of the maintenance that is needed. How could they not fix my reservation upon arrival.?
I would like to be contacted by someone and at least compensated for one of the nights to at least take my children on some kind of outing where this will not occur.
I am still disappointed that just to have more customers these beds are still being used.

room complaint
I stayed at your hotel in York PA last night room 208. The room itself was very nice but the bathroom was a diff story. There was mold all in the caulking on the bathtub, hair on the shower wall. Body hair all over the bathroom floor, actual dirty sneaker prints on the floor. I spent the day in Hershey Park it was a very hot day. After sweating all day I could not wait to shower. Needless to say I was so disgusted I did not shower I was not going near that. I told the frost desk the next morning all they said was "sorry about that". I took pictures if u would like to see. I spent $165 on my room to not be able to be comfortable. I demand some if not all my money back. hotel room @ san antonio south park location
We checked into room 154 after driving from Lajitas, TX. This is a long drive as it is and we were looking forward to staying at a La Quinta as we have always had good stays. However, this location is not up to par. We did not feel safe leaving our vehicle in the parking lot as it seems there are loiterers in the area. We get into our room and it has a musty/stuffy smell to it. As we close the door to lock it, the deadbolt does not work. We know that the door locks automatically but having the deadbolt is an extra sense of security when staying this close to an interstate. The bathtub/shower is disgusting and we showered with sandals on because of the looks of it. There were multiple rust spots on the floor, the shower nozzle to adjust the water temperature was loose, and there is paint peeling from the ceiling.
I am very disappointed in this location and stay. $150+ for this room is absurd.
customer service and pet friendly
I booked a 2 nite stay at the medical center location in san Antonio for july 11th and 12, 2018. We called the hotel several weeks prior to confirm it was pet friendly as our search on booking.com indicated. I was told it was. When i arrived they requested that i sign a statement saying I had no pet. The front desk stated they were the only location that does not allow pets. I noticed another person with a dog getting off the elevator and she advised that she was being kicked out because they discovered she had her dog. She also said she called and was told they were pet friendly. They referred me to another location 2 miles away that was so dirty i wouldn't even let my dog stay there. I ended up getting a nice room at the Hyatt having to pay $150 more. The next day i discovered that the la quinta hotel charged $253 on my debt card which could not be reversed for 4 business days this was our ticket money to take our grands to sea world. As a result la quinta ruined our entire vacation.

This hotel was HORRIBLE! Entering the room there were tools left on bathroom floor, Dirty handprints on the walls, bed ruffled from someone, air didn't work, rust covering all fixtures etc. switched rooms & same. I wanted to leave old room key at desk when picking up the new room key but was told to take should I forget something in old room. Desk calls at 11:30pm telling me to bring old key back. I'm in my pajamas! It was warm, moldy smelling, dirty. I was very displeased. My family and I drove from noon to 9pm, I was tired!
2 rooms unclean, tubs, unacceptable for bathing
La Quinta, 7134 Northwest Loop 410, San Antonio, Tx. Rented rooms; 510, 512, both unclean tubs and Kitchenettes. Laundry room/ ice; ice maker had nasty sludge under machine, washer standing in sludge water including trash. Nasty.
Manager/ Front desk notified, no return call. I will never stay here again, please clean this facility and hire a new manager.
quality of my room
I rented a room in Jackson Tennessee a few days ago and was very disappointed. The room itself was dirty, there were long dark hairs on bathroom floor, dog food on the carpet which felt moist and looked dirty. There were cracks in the ceiling and walls and while I was laying down trying to fall asleep, two roaches ran across the night stand, I picked up the dust ruffle to the bed and saw a third. I was able to kill two of them. The room across the hall and a couple doors down was cracked open with some sort of white stuff pouring out into the hall, it remained that way until we checked out the next day, it was kind of creepy. The employees here were nice and helpful, that was a positive but I was very upset about the conditions of my room. I would have left but my card was swiped at check in instead of check out, so the money was already pulled and I couldn't afford to leave.

Group rate when Family calls they're being told I cancelled reservation. However all Family has copy of Last Quinta quote and email for Dodie's Family Gathering on August 10 through August 12 at Chula Vista location, which our family has always used exclusive for all our California Family Gathering funerals weddings, and now that my mother Dodie is nearing the end of her life and I'm throwing a Dodie's Family Gathering and agreed on $103.00 per night and confirmed with agent Austin. Now they group rate is now attempting to ruin my event after I sent a copy o the La Quinta email to all relatives in many states, it is so wrong dishonest practice downright thieves to raise the agreement rate. This was the last thing I would expect from a company we have always used to keep our family all at one sight since we all live in different states that is why we use La Quinta because it's close to Dodie's house and she is the living Matriarch of the family while she still had breathe and then it's I Leticia Vasquez who is bin charge of all Family Gathering s ect.
After family members call me saying that we were cancelled and they couldn't find us in their system I called the La Quinta group rates after being on hold for half hour day told me that manager was handling my case they couldn't talk to me however they couldn't give me a name of a manager I requested several times I know her family has always use LaQuinta but after this spread the word if they don't do right by our family

The hotel rate when I checked in for one night that was in 8 072018 ($ 63.25) but the front desk deducted ($64.00) from my Visa card and suddenly I found the amount deducted from my account at my bank related to the rate of the dollar to my currency was (SR 4.375) for each dollar which is supposed to be (SR 3.75) to one dollar, the deducted amount from my Visa card was equal to ($ 74.666) not the same rate used to be deducted for each dollar related to my currency in all over United States as ($ 3.75) not exceeded that rate except la Quinta inn only the hotel manager ignoring to contact me request to get settlement to this and by checking to which rate of dollar did your hotel deduct more than normal amount please request urgent response .
